Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of dish washers, in particular to a drainage control method and system of a dish washer and the dish washer.
Background
The dish washer is a cleaning device which uses clear water and detergent and circularly washes the surface of the tableware through a waterway system consisting of a washing pump and a spray arm so as to clean the tableware. In the working process of the dish-washing machine, the bottom of the inner container of the dish-washing machine is provided with a water cup for collecting circulating water and food residues. In normal program operation, circulating water collected from the water cup is conveyed into the waterway system through the washing pump, then enters the spray arm to form high-pressure water columns at the spray holes to spray out, so that tableware is washed, and washing water flows into the bottom from the tableware, the liner wall and the like by means of gravity and flows back to the water cup.
The cup is generally provided with a lifting cup, a plane filter and an unfiltered, wherein the outer wall of the lifting cup is sequentially sleeved with the plane filter and the microfilter, and the lifting cup is connected with the cup through a rotating clamping mechanism. A drain pipe is communicated below the water cup, and a drain pump is arranged on the drain pipe.
At present, the water is discharged once in the washing process of the dish washing machine in the market, namely, a drainage pump is continuously started in the drainage stage, so that pollutants slowly flow to a lifting cup along with water flow along a plane filter screen of a plane filter and are discharged from the bottom of the lifting cup. However, many times, the contaminants are not brought to the cup in time but attach to the planar filter screen due to the faster drainage process and the calm wash water level in the liner. Because the pollutants can not be timely discharged, the secondary pollution of tableware is caused, the user experience is influenced or the rinsing times are required to be increased, and the water resource is wasted.
Disclosure of Invention
Accordingly, the invention aims to provide a drainage control method and system of a dish washing machine and the dish washing machine, so as to solve the problems that pollutants are accumulated on a plane filter, secondary pollution to tableware is caused and user experience is poor because the pollutants cannot be discharged along with water flow due to continuous opening of a drainage mode of a drainage pump in the prior art.
