The invention provides a water drainage detection system of a dish washer, which comprises an inner container of the dish washer, a washing component, a water drainage component and a pressure switch component, wherein the washing component comprises a washing pump and a washing arm which are communicated, the pressure switch component is arranged between the washing pump and the washing arm, the pressure switch component comprises a pressure detection module and a control module, the control module is respectively and electrically connected with the washing component, the water drainage component and the pressure detection module, after washing, the control module controls the washing pump to rapidly start and stop and controls the water drainage component to work according to the pressure detection result detected by the pressure detection module, the control module is adopted to supply water to the pressure detection module by the rapid start and stop of the washing pump due to instant current of the washing pump, and the water drainage component and a heating device are controlled to work according to pressure data fed back by the pressure detection module.

Referring to fig. 1-5, the present embodiment provides a drainage detection system of a dishwasher, including a liner 2, a washing assembly 3, a drainage assembly 4, and a pressure switch assembly 5 of the dishwasher 1, where the washing assembly 3 includes a washing pump 31 and a washing arm (not shown in the drawing) which are connected, the pressure switch assembly 5 is disposed between the washing pump 31 and the washing arm, the pressure switch assembly 5 includes a pressure detection module 52 and a control module 53, the control module 53 is electrically connected with the washing assembly 3, the drainage assembly 4, and the pressure detection module 52, and the control module 53 controls the washing pump 31 to rapidly start and stop and controls the drainage assembly 4 to operate according to a pressure detection result detected by the pressure detection module 52 after washing is finished.
Preferably, after the washing is finished, the control module 53 controls the washing pump 31 to rapidly start and stop to supply water to the pressure switch assembly 5, when the pressure detection module 52 in the pressure switch assembly 5 detects that the water pressure is higher than or equal to a set threshold value, the control module 53 controls the water discharge assembly 4 to operate to continue water discharge, when the pressure detection module 52 in the pressure switch assembly 5 detects that the water pressure is lower than the set threshold value, the control module 53 controls the water discharge assembly 4 to not operate.
Further, the pressure switch assembly 5 is further provided with a pipe member 51 for connecting the washing pump 31 and the washing arm, the pipe member 51 is provided with a water inlet 511, a water outlet 512 and a pressure measuring port 513, the water inlet 511 is communicated with the washing pump 31, the water outlet 512 is communicated with the washing arm, and the pressure detecting module 52 is arranged at the pressure measuring port 513.
Further, the pipe member 51 is provided with a first pipe section and a second pipe section, the second pipe section is disposed in the middle of the first pipe section, the pipe section is provided with a first end and a second end, the opening of the first end forms a water inlet 511, the opening of the second end forms a water outlet 512, and one end of the second pipe section forms a pressure measuring port 513.
Preferably, the pressure detection module 52 is a pressure sensor.
Further, the drain assembly 4 includes a drain pump 41 and a U-shaped pipe, a water inlet end of the drain pump 41 is communicated with the liner 2, the drain pump 41 is electrically connected with the control module 53, the control module 53 controls the drain pump 41 to work according to the pressure data detected by the pressure detection module 52, and a water outlet end of the drain pump 41 is communicated with the U-shaped pipe to prevent backflow.
Further, a heating device 6 is further provided, the heating device 6 is electrically connected with a control module 53, and the control module 53 controls the heating device 6 to work according to the pressure data of the pressure sensing module 52.
When the pressure data detected by the pressure detection module 52 is lower than a set threshold, a signal is sent to the control module 53, the control module 53 controls the heating device 6 to stop heating according to the signal of the pressure detection module 52, when the pressure data detected by the pressure detection module 52 is higher than or equal to the set threshold, a signal is sent to the control module 53, and the control module 53 controls the heating device 6 to continue heating according to the signal of the pressure detection module 52.

The system is characterized by comprising a liner, a washing assembly, a drainage assembly and a pressure switch assembly of the dishwasher, wherein the washing assembly comprises a washing pump and a washing arm which are communicated, the pressure switch assembly is arranged between the washing pump and the washing arm, the pressure switch assembly comprises a pressure detection module and a control module, the control module is respectively and electrically connected with the washing assembly, the drainage assembly and the pressure detection module, and the control module controls the washing pump to rapidly start and stop after washing is finished and controls the drainage assembly to work according to a pressure detection result detected by the pressure detection module; the control module controls the washing pump to rapidly start and stop so as to supply water to the pressure switch assembly, when the pressure detection module in the pressure switch assembly detects that the pressure of the water is higher than or equal to a set threshold value, the water in the inner container is not completely discharged, the control module controls the water discharge assembly to continuously discharge water, when the pressure detection module in the pressure switch assembly detects that the pressure of the water is lower than the set threshold value, the control module controls the water discharge assembly to not work, the heating device is electrically connected with the control module, and the control module controls the heating device to work according to the pressure data of the pressure sensing module; when the pressure data detected by the pressure detection module is lower than a set threshold value, a signal is sent to the control module, the control module controls the heating device to stop heating according to the signal of the pressure detection module, and when the pressure data detected by the pressure detection module is higher than or equal to the set threshold value, a signal is sent to the control module, and the control module controls the heating device to continue heating according to the signal of the pressure detection module; the water pumping device is provided with a pump body, one end of the pump body is communicated with a water source, one end of the pump body is communicated with the inner container, and the heating device heats water in the inner container.

The dishwasher drain detection system of claim 1, wherein the pressure switch assembly is further provided with a tube connecting the wash pump and the wash arm, the tube being provided with a water inlet and a water outlet, the water inlet being in communication with the wash pump, the water outlet being in communication with the wash arm, and a pressure tap, the pressure detection module being disposed at the pressure tap.

The dishwasher drainage detection system of claim 1, wherein the drainage assembly comprises a drainage pump and a U-shaped pipe, a water inlet end of the drainage pump is communicated with the inner container, the drainage pump is electrically connected with the control module, the control module controls the drainage pump to work according to pressure data detected by the pressure detection module, and a water outlet end of the drainage pump is communicated with the U-shaped pipe.
