And further, after the water inlet unit is controlled to supply water to the washing unit for the first preset time, the water supply is finished, the water amount in the washing cavity is sufficient, and at the moment, the washing pump is controlled to work again, so that the water in the washing cavity is sprayed circularly to wash or rinse the tableware.
As shown in fig. 4, the method for controlling a washing system of a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which a shut-off valve is disposed between an outlet of a washing pump and a return port of a return water tank, and controlling water in the return water tank to flow to the washing system includes: and controlling the cut-off valve to be opened until the water in the return water tank completely flows to the washing unit, specifically, controlling the cut-off valve to be opened so that the water in the return water tank can flow into the washing unit under the action of gravity, and controlling the cut-off valve to be closed after the water in the return water tank completely flows to the washing unit, wherein the cut-off valve can be controlled by time.
Further, after the cut-off valve is closed, the washing pump is controlled to work, and meanwhile, the pressure switch detects the water pressure at the outlet of the washing pump; when the pressure switch is detected to act, the information that the water quantity is sufficient is obtained, and then the washing pump is controlled to work continuously; when the pressure switch is detected to be not actuated or the pressure switch is intermittently actuated, the information that the water quantity is not enough to meet the washing operation at a certain stage is obtained, the water quantity needs to be supplemented, the washing pump is controlled to stop working, the water inlet unit is controlled to supplement water to the washing unit, the washing pump is controlled to work again after the water supplement is completed, and then the washing at the next stage is carried out.
As shown in fig. 5, according to the control method of the washing system of the dishwasher according to the embodiment of the present invention, a shut-off valve is provided between the outlet of the washing pump and the return water port of the return water tank, and the control method further includes: controlling the drainage pump to work when the washing cavity drains water in the rinsing stage; after the drainage time is preset during the work of the drainage pump, the washing pump is controlled to work, and meanwhile, the cut-off valve is controlled to be opened so as to pump the water of the washing unit into the return water tank, and the water is supplemented by the return water tank, so that the high-quality washing water in the washing cavity can be pumped into the return water tank, and the water stored in the return water tank can be used in the subsequent washing process or the next washing process.
Further, after the washing pump operates for a second preset time, the cut-off valve is controlled to be closed; and then the washing pump is controlled to stop running, and the stop valve is controlled to be closed preferentially, so that water in the return water tank can be prevented from flowing into the washing cavity, and the water storage effect of the return water tank is ensured. The water is supplemented to the water return tank by controlling the working duration of the washing pump, and the pumping amount of the washing pump in unit time is determined, so that the water amount pumped into the water return tank can be controlled by controlling the time, the water supplement amount is not required to be judged by a flow meter, and the stability of the water supplementing level is met.
Other constructions and operations of the washing system of the dishwasher according to embodiments of the present invention are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (13)

1. A washing system of a dishwasher, comprising:
the washing unit is provided with a washing cavity and a water outlet, and the water outlet is communicated with the washing cavity;
a water return tank, the water return tank is provided with a water return port, the water return port is suitable for being communicated with the water outlet,
the washing unit comprises a washing pump, the washing pump is used for pumping water discharged from the water outlet into the washing cavity and/or the water return water tank, and a pressure switch is arranged at the outlet of the washing pump and used for controlling the washing pump to continuously work when the water quantity of the water in the water return water tank entering the washing cavity reaches a preset water quantity and the washing pump works.
2. The washing system of a dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the washing unit comprises a shunt valve in communication with an outlet of the washing pump via a first line, the pressure switch being provided in the first line.
3. The washing system of a dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the pressure switch is integrated into the wash pump.
4. The washing system of a dishwasher of claim 1, further comprising: and a second pipeline is arranged between the outlet of the washing pump and the water return port, and the cut-off valve is arranged on the second pipeline and used for controlling the on-off of the second pipeline.
5. The washing system of a dishwasher of claim 4, wherein,
the washing pump is suitable for pumping water of the washing unit into the water return water tank under the state that the cut-off valve is opened and the washing pump works;
in a state where the cut-off valve is opened and the washing pump does not operate, the water of the water return tank is adapted to flow to the washing unit.
6. The washing system of a dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the return water tank is provided at a side wall of the washing unit, and the return water tank has an overflow port communicating with the washing chamber, the overflow port being located above the return water port.
7. The washing system of a dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the washing unit further comprises a drain pump, the washing pump being adapted to be activated to pump water of the washing unit into the water return tank after the drain pump is operated for a preset drain time.
8. A control method of a washing system of a dishwasher according to any one of claims 1-7, characterized in that the dishwasher comprises a washing phase and a rinsing phase, the control method comprising the steps of:
controlling the water in the backwater water tank to flow to the washing unit in the washing stage or the rinsing stage;
controlling the washing pump to work;
and detecting the action of the pressure switch, and controlling the washing pump to continuously work.
9. The method for controlling a washing system of a dishwasher according to claim 8, further comprising, after the starting of the washing pump, the steps of:
and when the pressure switch is detected to be not actuated or the pressure switch is intermittently actuated, the washing pump is controlled to stop working and the water inlet unit is controlled to supplement water to the washing unit.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the operation of the washing pump is controlled again after the water inlet unit is controlled to supply water to the washing unit for a first predetermined time.
11. The control method of a washing system of a dishwasher of claim 8, wherein a shut-off valve is provided between an outlet of the washing pump and a return water port of the return water tank,
the controlling of the water flow in the return water tank to the washing system includes:
and controlling the cut-off valve to be opened until all water in the water return water tank flows to the washing unit.
12. The control method of a washing system of a dishwasher of claim 8, wherein a shut-off valve is provided between an outlet of the washing pump and a return water port of the return water tank, the control method further comprising:
in the rinsing stage, controlling the work of a drainage pump;
and after the drainage pump works for a preset drainage time, controlling the washing pump to work and controlling the cut-off valve to be opened so as to pump the water of the washing unit into the water return tank.
13. The control method of a washing system of a dishwasher of claim 12, further comprising:
controlling the shut-off valve to close after the washing pump operates for a second predetermined time;
and controlling the washing pump to stop running.
