Abstract
本发明属于日用化妆品技术领域,具体公开一种具有高生物酶活性抑菌的内衣洗衣液及其制备方法。该内衣洗衣液中含有鼠李糖脂、银离子抗菌剂和蛋白酶。本发明以鼠李糖脂和银离子抗菌剂为复合抑菌剂,充分利用鼠李糖脂能破坏细菌的细胞膜和细胞壁,使纳米银能更容易进入细胞内部和内含物相互作用,从而促进银离子抗菌剂的抑菌性能;同时,利用鼠李糖脂对蛋白酶的影响小,以降低纳米银的用量,并更好的保持蛋白酶的生物活性,从而更好地发挥其去除蛋白污渍的效果。此外,本发明采用的鼠李糖脂和银离子抗菌剂,相对于传统的pcmx抑菌剂,其气味更低更温和。

技术领域
本发明属于日用化妆品技术领域,具体涉及洗衣液技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有高生物酶活性抑菌的内衣洗衣液及其制备方法。
背景技术
洗衣液的主要成分是表面活性剂,通常为阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂,其结构包括亲水端和亲油端。洗涤时亲油端和污渍结合,再通过手搓或机器的物理作用脱离织物表面。一般而言,阴离子表面活性剂由于电荷作用对灰尘炭黑等污垢去除作用较强,非离子表面活性剂通过乳化作用对油脂皮脂等污垢去除作用较强。而对于蛋白类污渍,表面活性剂的作用有限。内衣洗衣液由于其特殊性,对分泌物、血渍等去除要求较普通洗衣液更高。生物酶具有高度催化性能,对这些蛋白类污渍具有很好的去除效果。
不同于普通洗衣液,内衣手洗场景更多,温和性要求更高。现有技术中,内衣洗衣液一般仅考虑了其温和性和漂洗性能,如中国发明专利(申请公布号:CN 106497712A)公开了一种含氨基酸的易漂洗内衣洗衣液,该洗衣液的组分为乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、饱和脂肪酸、不饱和脂肪酸、碱、一水柠檬酸、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱、氨基酸表面活性剂、氯化钠、苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚物、香精、防腐剂与去离子水,通过添加氨基酸表面活性剂和脂肪酸皂,以改善洗衣液的温和性和漂洗性能,但其对血渍及分泌物等蛋白污渍的去除效果欠佳。
通过添加生物酶可改善洗衣液的去污效果,但生物酶主要成分为蛋白质,其活性受环境影响较大,不同表面活性剂对生物酶的活性均有一定影响。同时随着人们对于健康的要求越来越高,对洗衣液的抗抑菌的功效也越来越关注。但很多抗菌剂的机理为使细胞蛋白质变性,对酶的影响较大,容易使酶失活。现有技术中,为制备具有抑菌效果的内衣洗衣液,通常同时添加植物酵素和杀菌剂,以实现去污杀菌双重效果。如中国发明专利(申请公布号:CN 113004985A)公开了一种植物酵素内衣洗衣液,该洗衣液包括以下的组分:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、椰油酰胺丙级甜菜碱、天然植物酵素、稳定剂、杀菌剂、助剂、香料、乙二胺四乙酸和去离子水。同时,该洗衣液中所采用的杀菌剂是pcmx(对氯间二甲苯酚),且pcmx添加量最高达5%。但高含量pcmx对蛋白酶影响大,使内衣洗衣液成本变高,同时也有一定的刺激性,且气味较大,对于手洗内衣,使用不当可能会发生皮肤刺激或者损伤。其中:酵素,即生物酶,是由活细胞产生的具有催化作用的有机物,主要成分为蛋白质。洗衣液、洗衣粉中用得最多的酶是蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶。对各种污渍的去除具有很好的效果,可去掉一些表面活性剂难以除去的污垢。
因此,亟需开发一种适合于内衣洗涤的抗菌洗衣液,在保障抗菌功效和对蛋白污渍去除效果的前提下,降低抗菌剂的用量,且气味低,温和性佳。
发明内容
本发明针对现有内衣洗液成本高,不够温和,且不能兼顾去蛋白污渍和抑菌的技术问题,提出了一种具有高生物酶活性抑菌的内衣洗衣液及其制备方法,该内衣洗衣液采用鼠李糖脂复配纳米银做为抑菌剂,不仅有利于提高抑菌效果,且可降低对蛋白酶的影响,使其保持高生物酶活性,从而同时实现优异的抑菌和蛋白污渍去除效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的第一方面提供了一种内衣洗衣液,所述内衣洗衣液中含有鼠李糖脂、银离子抗菌剂和蛋白酶。
具体地,本发明以鼠李糖脂和银离子抗菌剂为复合抑菌剂,两种抑菌剂相互作用,起到了协同增效的功效。其中:鼠李糖脂具有良好的抑菌功能同时对生物酶的兼容性较佳,但其单一使用则难以达到较好的抑菌效果;当同时添加鼠李糖脂和银离子抗菌剂时,鼠李糖脂能破坏细菌的细胞膜和细胞壁,使纳米银能更容易进入细胞内部和内含物相互作用,从而更好地发挥银离子抗菌剂的抑菌效果。同时,鼠李糖脂主要作用于细胞膜和细胞壁,对蛋白质的影响较小,对蛋白酶的影响也小,而鼠李糖脂因与银离子抗菌剂具有协同增效作用,可有效降低纳米银的用量,也使得复合抑菌剂对蛋白酶的影响较小,从而保持蛋白酶更好的生物活性,进而更好地发挥其去除血渍及分泌物等蛋白污渍的效果。此外,本发明采用的鼠李糖脂和银离子抗菌剂,相对于传统的pcmx抑菌剂,其气味更低,更温和。
优选的,所述鼠李糖脂选自单-鼠李糖脂和/或双-鼠李糖脂。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述内衣洗衣液包括鼠李糖脂0.2-1%、银离子抗菌剂0.4-0.7%和蛋白酶0.3-0.5%。
具体地,本发明在内衣洗衣液中添加具有特定组分的鼠李糖脂、银离子抗菌剂和蛋白酶,各组分在发挥其作用的同时与其他组分协同增效,以实现抑菌和去除蛋白污渍的效果,并可有效降低纳米银的用量,从而降低洗衣液的成本。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,按重量百分比计,所述内衣洗衣液,还包括去污剂13-28%、增稠剂2.1-16%、pH值调节剂0.01-1%、增溶保湿剂0.1-5%、助剂0.11-0.6%、余量为水。
优选的,所述去污剂包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、α-烯基磺酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的至少一种。其中:肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,C12与C14含量占比大于等于85%,E0数为2;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为AEO-7和/或AEO-9。
更优选的,所述去污剂包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚;按重量百分比计,所述去污剂包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠12-18%和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1-10%。
优选的,所述增稠剂包括胺类增稠剂和氯化钠;所述胺类增稠剂包括椰油二乙醇酰胺、椰油酸单乙醇酰胺、椰油酸甲基单乙醇酰胺、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺中的至少一种。
更优选的,所述增稠剂包括椰油二乙醇酰胺、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和氯化钠;按重量百分比计,所述增稠剂包括椰油二乙醇酰胺1-5%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1-9%和氯化钠0.1-2%。
优选的,所述pH值调节剂包括柠檬酸和/或乳酸。
更优选的,所述pH值调节剂包括柠檬酸;按重量百分比计,所述pH值调节剂包括柠檬酸为0.01-1%。
优选的,所述增溶保湿剂包括甘油和/或丙二醇。
更优选的,所述增溶保湿剂包括甘油;按重量百分比计,增溶保湿剂包括甘油0.1-5%。
优选的,所述助剂包括香精和/或防腐剂。其中:防腐剂为10%的卡松。
更优选的,所述助剂包括香精和防腐剂;按重量百分比计,所述助剂包括香精0.1-0.5%和防腐剂0.01-0.1%。
优选的,所述水为纯水。
本发明的第二方面提供了一种内衣洗衣液的制备方法,所述制备方法用于制备本发明第一方面所述的内衣洗衣液。
具体地,一种内衣洗衣液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将水加热后加入去污剂、胺类增稠剂进行溶解;降温后加入增溶保湿剂、鼠李糖脂、银离子抗菌剂、蛋白酶和助剂混合;最后加入pH值调节剂和氯化钠,得所述内衣洗衣液。
优选的,所述加热的温度为50-55℃。溶解时采用升温搅拌,以使去污剂和胺类增稠剂更快地溶解均匀,以减少配置时间。
优选的,所述降温至40度以下。过高的温度将影响原料的性能,尤其是蛋白酶的活性,因此不宜在过高的温度下添加增溶保湿剂、鼠李糖脂、银离子抗菌剂、蛋白酶和助剂。
本发明的上述技术方案相对于现有技术,至少具有如下技术效果或优点:
(1)本发明的内衣洗液,其组分中同时含有鼠李糖脂、银离子抗菌剂和蛋白酶,以鼠李糖脂和银离子抗菌剂为复合抑菌剂,充分利用鼠李糖脂能破坏细菌的细胞膜和细胞壁,使纳米银能更容易进入细胞内部和内含物相互作用,从而促进银离子抗菌剂的抑菌性能;同时,利用鼠李糖脂对蛋白酶的影响小,可降低纳米银的用量,并更好的保持蛋白酶的生物活性,从而更好地发挥其去除蛋白污渍的效果。此外,本发明采用的鼠李糖脂和银离子抗菌剂,相对于传统的pcmx抑菌剂,其气味更低更温和。
(2)本发明制备的内衣洗液,其蛋白污布去污力为18.90-22.01,酶活力为721-803,抑菌率>99%,且温和无刺激。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行具体描述,以便于所属技术领域的人员对本发明的理解。有必要在此特别指出的是,实施例只是用于对本发明做进一步说明,不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限制,所属领域技术熟练人员,根据上述发明内容对本发明作出的非本质性的改进和调整,应仍属于本发明的保护范围。同时下述所提及的原料未详细说明的,均为市售产品;未详细提及的工艺步骤或制备方法为均为本领域技术人员所知晓的工艺步骤或制备方法。
以下实施例和对比例中采用以下原料:
鼠李糖脂为单-鼠李糖脂或双-鼠李糖脂;
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠中,C12与C14含量占比(大于等于85%),E0数为2;
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为AEO-7或AEO-9;
防腐剂为10%的卡松。
实施例1
一种内衣洗衣液,其组分按重量百分比计为:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠12%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-7)10%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1%、椰油二乙醇酰胺5%、甘油1%、单鼠李糖脂1%、香精0.5%、卡松防腐剂0.1%、银离子抗菌剂0.4%、蛋白酶0.3%、柠檬酸0.04%、氯化钠2%,余量为纯水。
一种内衣洗衣液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将纯水加热到50℃后加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-7)、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和椰油二乙醇酰胺搅拌溶解均匀;然后降温至35℃,加入甘油、单鼠李糖脂、香精、卡松、银离子抗菌剂和蛋白酶混合;最后加入柠檬酸和氯化钠,得本实施例的内衣洗衣液。
实施例2
一种内衣洗衣液,其组分按重量百分比计为:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠15%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-7)7%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3%、椰油二乙醇酰胺3%、甘油1%、双鼠李糖脂0.8%、香精0.5%、卡松0.1%、银离子抗菌剂0.5%、蛋白酶0.4%、柠檬酸0.02%、氯化钠2%,余量为纯水。
一种内衣洗衣液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将纯水加热到55℃后加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-7)、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和椰油二乙醇酰胺搅拌溶解均匀;然后降温至30℃,加入甘油、双鼠李糖脂、香精、卡松防腐剂、银离子抗菌剂和蛋白酶混合;最后加入柠檬酸和氯化钠,得本实施例的内衣洗衣液。
实施例3
一种内衣洗衣液,其组分按重量百分比计为:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠18%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)5%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5%、椰油二乙醇酰胺2%、甘油1%、单鼠李糖脂0.5%、香精0.5%、卡松0.1%、银离子抗菌剂0.6%、蛋白酶0.4%、柠檬酸0.02%、氯化钠2%,余量为纯水。
一种内衣洗衣液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将纯水加热到50℃后加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和椰油二乙醇酰胺搅拌溶解均匀;然后降温至30℃,加入甘油、单鼠李糖脂、香精、卡松防腐剂、银离子抗菌剂和蛋白酶混合;最后加入柠檬酸和氯化钠,得本实施例的内衣洗衣液。

一种内衣洗衣液,其组分按重量百分比计为:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠18%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)1%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱9%、椰油二乙醇酰胺1%、甘油1%、双鼠李糖脂0.2%、香精0.5%、卡松0.1%、银离子抗菌剂0.7%、蛋白酶0.5%、柠檬酸0.04%、氯化钠2%,余量为纯水。

对比例4
一种内衣洗衣液,其组分按重量百分比计为:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠12%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-7)10%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1%、椰油二乙醇酰胺5%、甘油1%、香精0.5%、卡松0.1%、pcmx1.4%、蛋白酶0.3%、柠檬酸0.04%、氯化钠2%,余量为纯水。
对比例4与实施例1的区别仅在于,对比例4的内衣洗衣液中采用等量的抑菌剂pcmx替代单鼠李糖脂和银离子抗菌剂。
性能测试
1.去污力
对实施例1-4及对比例1和对比例4所制得的内衣洗液的样品,按GB/T13174-2008《衣料用洗涤剂去污力及循环洗涤性能的测定》中规定的方法进行去污力实验,采用国标蛋白JB-02作为样本,测试蛋白污布去污力,测试结果如表1所示。

由表1可知:对比例1与对比例4蛋白去污力均低于实施例1-4,说明蛋白酶能明显提高蛋白去污力,而pcmx的加入将降低蛋白酶的蛋白去污力。在实施例1-4中,实施例2的蛋白去污力最高,说明复合抑菌剂和蛋白酶的不同配比对体系蛋白去污力有重要影响,并非蛋白酶和复合抑菌剂的含量越高,蛋白去污力越强。
2.酶活力
对实施例1-4及对比例1-4所制得的内衣洗液的样品,以国标洗衣液加0.3%蛋白酶作为对照,按照GB/T 23572-2009《蛋白酶制剂》中规定的方法进行酶活力测试,测试结果如表1所示。

由表2可知:对比例4与国标洗衣液体系酶活力均低于实施例1-4,说明本发明的内衣洗衣液体系对蛋白酶的兼容性比以国标洗衣为代表的普通洗衣液,以及用pcmx做抑菌剂的内衣洗衣液要好。对比例2-3相对于实施例1,不含抑菌剂,但实施例1的酶活力仅略低于对比例2-3,说明本发明的复合抑菌剂对于蛋白酶的活力影响不大。
3.抑菌性
对实施例1-4及对比例1-4所制得的内衣洗液的样品,按照QB/T《日化产品抗菌抑菌效果评价方法》进行大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌进行抑菌实验,浓度为1:100,时间为20分钟,测试抑菌率,测试结果表3所示。

由表3可知,实施例1-4的内衣洗衣液均具有良好的抑菌性能,而不含银离子抗菌剂或鼠李糖脂的对比例2-3,其抑菌率则远远低于实施例1,说明银离子抗菌剂和鼠李糖脂具有协同增效作用;采用等量的抑菌剂pcmx替代鼠李糖脂和银离子抗菌剂的对比例4,其抑菌性也明显低于实施例1,说明鼠李糖脂和纳米银的复配,可有效降低抑菌剂的用量。
4.刺激性
按照卫生部《消毒技术规范》要求,对实施例1进行一次急性皮肤刺激试验和多次急性皮肤刺激试验,测试结果如表4所示。

由表4可知,实施例1的内衣洗衣液,其一次急性皮肤刺激试验和多次急性皮肤刺激试验为无刺激,说明本发明的内衣洗衣液具有较好的温和性。
对于本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下还可以做出若干简单推演或替换,而不必经过创造性的劳动。因此,本领域技术人员根据本发明的揭示,对本发明做出的简单改进都应该在本发明的保护范围之内。上述实施例为本发明的优选实施例,凡与本发明类似的工艺及所作的等效变化,均应属于本发明的保护范畴。

1.一种内衣洗衣液,其特征在于,所述内衣洗衣液中含有鼠李糖脂、银离子抗菌剂和蛋白酶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内衣洗衣液,其特征在于,所述鼠李糖脂选自单-鼠李糖脂和/或双-鼠李糖脂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的内衣洗衣液,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,所述内衣洗衣液包括鼠李糖脂0.2-1%、银离子抗菌剂0.4-0.7%和蛋白酶0.3-0.5%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的内衣洗衣液,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,所述内衣洗衣液,还包括去污剂13-28%、增稠剂2.1-16%、pH值调节剂0.01-1%、增溶保湿剂0.1-5%、助剂0.11-0.6%、余量为水。
5.根据权利要求4所述的内衣洗衣液,其特征在于,所述去污剂包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、α-烯基磺酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求4所述的内衣洗衣液,其特征在于,所述增稠剂包括胺类增稠剂和氯化钠;所述胺类增稠剂包括椰油二乙醇酰胺、椰油酸单乙醇酰胺、椰油酸甲基单乙醇酰胺、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求4所述的内衣洗衣液,其特征在于,所述pH值调节剂包括柠檬酸和/或乳酸;所述增溶保湿剂包括甘油和/或丙二醇;所述助剂包括香精和/或防腐剂。
8.一种内衣洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法用于制备权利要求1至7任意一项所述的内衣洗衣液。
9.根据权利要求8所述的内衣洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
将水加热后加入去污剂、胺类增稠剂进行溶解;降温后加入增溶保湿剂、鼠李糖脂、银离子抗菌剂、蛋白酶和助剂混合;最后加入pH值调节剂和氯化钠,得所述内衣洗衣液。
10.根据权利要求9所述的内衣洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述加热的温度为50-55℃;所述降温至40度以下。
