8. A production process for producing a biochar base fertilizer by using kitchen waste, which is applied to the production equipment for producing the biochar base fertilizer by using the kitchen waste according to any one of claims 1 to 7,
comprising the following steps: separating water and impurities in the kitchen garbage by adopting a garbage separator to obtain treated garbage;
extruding and puffing the treated garbage by adopting an extruding and puffing device;
crushing the puffed treated garbage by adopting a crusher;
adding a fermentation inoculant and urea into a fermentor for aerobic high-temperature decomposition to obtain a decomposed fertilizer, and doping biochar into the decomposed fertilizer and placing the biochar in an anaerobic state to obtain the carbon-based fertilizer.
