Device for collecting and preventing infection of operating room instruments and using method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instrument recovery equipment, in particular to an operating room instrument collection anti-infection device and a use method thereof.
Background
The operating room is an important part of monitoring and controlling hospital infection, is responsible for the rescue task of the normal operation and the urgent critical illness of surgical patients, is crucial to prevent and control the infection in the operating room, and the management of medical wastes and reusable medical instruments in the operating room is an important link for controlling the iatrogenic infection in the operating room, so that the scientific and effective treatment of the medical wastes and the reusable medical instruments is very necessary. In the prior art, the medical instruments such as plastics and rubber materials are usually disposable articles (such as needle tubes, gloves and masks) which are treated in a garbage classification mode and are recycled according to the materials of the medical instruments after the medical instruments are used, the medical instruments need to be collected and recycled to a designated recycling point after the operation is finished, and the medical instruments made of metal materials usually need to be recycled after the medical instruments are intensively sterilized and then the worn parts are replaced (such as surgical knives, surgical scissors and forceps); the used medical waste must remain a large amount of body fluid or viruses and the like in the operation process, so that the risk of classifying and collecting the medical waste by medical staff is greatly increased.
Most of the prior operating room instruments are simply structured, medical staff is required to put reusable surgical instruments into a disinfection barrel for disinfection, then the reusable surgical instruments are fished out one by one and washed clean by clean water, and finally the operation engineering is complicated, the instruments are stacked in the disinfection barrel for disinfection, the disinfection effect on the surgical instruments is poor due to stacking, and most of the surgical instruments are generally provided with sharp instruments, when the medical staff carelessly does not take down the sharp instruments on the surgical instruments, the staff is easily scratched in the recovery process and the cleaning and fishing process of the surgical instruments, and the injury, the infection and certain potential safety hazard of the sharp instruments are easily caused; in addition, when some instruments are placed outside for a long time, stains on the surfaces of the instruments are solidified, and the surfaces of the instruments cannot be completely cleaned only by ordinary cleaning.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides an operating room instrument collection anti-infection device.
