The first-level comparison unit and the second-level comparison unit are both used for comparing based on data in the final database, the final database stores extremely high-accuracy data, the data form the basis of accurate comparison of the first-level comparison unit and the second-level comparison unit, the data comparison is more accurate along with the increasing perfection of the final database, and the comparison process is further provided with a declaring rechecking unit which is used for generating rechecking instructions for the doubtful data and transmitting the rechecking instructions to the final check terminal for final data comparison, so that the accuracy of data comparison is further improved. In addition, the invention is also provided with a personnel information checking unit, so that abnormal personnel can generate a personnel abnormal information packet and transmit the personnel abnormal information packet to the final database while enriching the house information by personnel information, thereby displaying the personnel abnormal information packet on a user side, and facilitating the user side to call and respond.

the user terminal is connected with a first-level comparison unit, the first-level comparison unit is connected with the complaint rechecking unit, the complaint rechecking unit is connected with the final-level comparison terminal, the first-level comparison unit is also connected with a second-level comparison unit, the second-level comparison unit is connected with a primary database, the primary database is connected with the primary comparison unit, the primary database is also connected with the final-level database, the final-level database is connected with the user terminal, the terminal comparison terminal is also connected with the final-level database, the terminal database is also connected with the user terminal, and the first-level comparison unit and the second-level comparison unit are both connected with the final-level database;
the primary database and the final database are used for storing data, and the complaint rechecking unit and the primary checking unit are used for rechecking abnormal data; the user side is used for inputting information and displaying information in the final database.

The house information collection, collation and management system according to claim 1, further comprising a personnel information collation unit and a personnel abnormality information package; the user terminal is connected with the personnel information checking unit, the personnel information checking unit is connected with the personnel abnormal information packet and the final checking terminal, and the personnel abnormal information packet is connected with the final database; the personnel information checking unit is used for checking personnel information, and the personnel abnormality information packet is used for storing information of abnormal personnel.
3. The house information collecting, checking and managing system according to claim 2, wherein the person checking unit is further connected to the final database for person information checking in combination with data of the final database.
4. A house information collection, collation and management method applied to a house information collection, collation and management system as recited in any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
s1: entering house information from a user terminal to a primary comparison unit, performing primary comparison verification on the primary comparison unit, if the primary comparison unit passes the authentication, performing step S2, and if the primary comparison unit does not pass the authentication, performing step S5;
s2: when the primary comparison unit passes, house data enter the secondary comparison unit to carry out secondary data comparison verification, if the secondary authentication passes, step S3 is carried out, and if the secondary authentication does not pass, step S5 is carried out;
s3: storing the input data into a primary database, wherein the staff can perform spot check on the data of the primary database, if the staff chooses not to check, the data is stored into a final database, and if the staff chooses to check, the step S4 is performed;
s4: and performing spot check on the data, namely, manually checking, and storing the data into a final database if the data is still qualified. If not, carrying out a step S6;
s5: selecting whether to complain, if yes, proceeding to step S6, if not, ending the process;
s6: generating a complaint command, carrying out final comparison and identification at a final check end based on the complaint command, storing the data into a final database if the data is qualified, and ending the process if the data is not qualified.
5. The house information collecting, checking and managing method according to claim 4, further comprising checking personnel information, specifically comprising the steps of:
s01: the user end inputs personnel information and transmits the personnel information to the personnel information checking unit;
s02: the personnel information checking unit calls the data of the final database, combines the house data of the final database with personnel information to carry out checking comparison, if the personnel information is correctly transmitted to the final database, if the personnel information is incorrectly transmitted to the final checking terminal to carry out checking;
s03: judging whether the recorded personnel information is abnormal, packaging the recorded abnormal personnel information to generate a personnel abnormal information packet, and transmitting the personnel abnormal information packet to a final database.

The house information collecting, checking and managing method according to claim 4, wherein the primary comparing unit in the step S1 performs preliminary comparison verification specifically as follows: and according to the house data input by the user terminal, the house data comprises a house address, a house type, a house name and a house adjacent building, if the house adjacent building conflicts with the house address, the house type and the house data stored in the final database in the input house data, the house data is judged to be failed in authentication, and if the house adjacent building does not conflict, the house data is judged to be passed in authentication.

The house information collecting, checking and managing method according to claim 4, wherein the secondary data comparing and verifying of the secondary comparing unit in the step S2 is specifically: and according to the house data input by the user, the house data comprises a house address, a house type and a house adjacent building picture, if the house adjacent building picture is consistent with the picture of the house adjacent building stored in the final database in the input house data, the authentication is judged to be passed, and otherwise, the authentication is not passed.

The method for collecting, checking and managing house information according to claim 5, wherein the step S01 of the user side entering the personnel information includes: person name, identification number, and associated premises including living premises, work type, premises to which the workplace relates, and owned premises.
