Description

Hypochlorous acid type disinfection detergent and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to hypochlorous acid type disinfection detergent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Hypochlorous acid itself has instability, so that it is stored at normal temperature in the absence of light during storage, and it is necessary to secure sealability. Hypochlorous acid is usually prepared in the prior art, the pH and the available chlorine content of the product are reduced along with the extension of the standing time, the sterilization efficacy is reduced and even gradually disappears due to the reduced performance, and the national chlorine-containing disinfectant standard cannot be met. Hypochlorous acid is difficult to derive from other products than the single product which is used as a disinfectant due to its poor stability.
At present, some so-called hypochlorous acid stabilizers in the industry are basically prepared by adding hypochlorous acid stabilizer into hypochlorous acid solution, and the effect is that the storage time of the hypochlorous acid solution is prolonged as compared with single hypochlorous acid stabilizer, but the problem that the hypochlorous acid needs to be protected from light and sealed and other severe storage conditions during storage is not solved, and the problem that other products are difficult to be derived due to poor stability of the hypochlorous acid is not solved.
Through the query and search related prior art we search for a patent document with a similarity in technology: application number: CN 202210861173.7, name: the document discloses a hypochlorous acid disinfectant and a preparation method thereof, wherein the hypochlorous acid disinfectant comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 70-80% of hypochlorous acid solution, 2-3% of surfactant, 3-5% of washing aid, 2-5% of sodium chloride, 15-20% of ethanol, 2-3% of lemon extract and 0.01-0.03% of inorganic acid.
It was analyzed that we considered the following disadvantages: 1. the most important point is that the product in the technical scheme is still a hypochlorous disinfectant, and the problem of poor hypochlorous acid stability still exists, so that the product still has the problems of light shielding, sealing, short shelf life and the like when being stored. 2. The adjuvants such as surfactant, washing aid and ethanol are added in the product because the greasy dirt on the article can form a water-oil complex, and bacteria can form a water-oil protective film on the surface of the product by utilizing the water-oil complex. The product exhibits very single and very general detergency and therefore is not a laundry product or a disinfectant.

The cleaning and decontaminating capability of the invention is excellent, the surfactant and the washing auxiliary agent have excellent removing effects on daily dust stains, greasy dirt stains and the like through scientific formula design, and the following data are obtained through test:
table 1 comparative detergency performance
Figure SMS_1
Conclusion: the test results show that the cleaning effect of the detergent on the standard dirty cloth exceeds that of the standard liquid laundry detergent, and the detergent completely meets the demands of people on daily washing.
The invention is also characterized in that the natural component derived from castor oil, namely zinc ricinoleate, is added, and after being activated by an activating agent, the natural component has the capability of capturing various peculiar smell molecules, and other similar products only rely on essence substances to mask peculiar smell, so that the natural source of the peculiar smell cannot be eradicated. The invention has obvious effect on removing amine substances in cigarettes and sulfur substances in human sweat, can remove odor sources from the root by only conventional cleaning operation, and can permanently inhibit the reappearance of the odor, thereby having very good effect.
The main invention points are as follows: solves the technical defect of poor stability of hypochlorous acid, greatly improves the service life of hypochlorous acid products and improves the severe dependence of the hypochlorous acid products on packaging conditions.
For the stability influence factors of hypochlorous acid in the detergent product mixed and compounded with the hypochlorous acid solution, long-term analysis and research show that factors such as illumination intensity, temperature, pH, metal ions and the like have the greatest influence on the stability of hypochlorous acid. Aiming at three influencing factors such as illumination, pH and metal ions, an optimal scheme, namely the hypochlorous acid slowing down decomposer disclosed by the invention is finally determined through research, analysis and screening experiments, and the hypochlorous acid slowing down decomposer has good help on the three influencing factors, and the scheme aims at weakening the influence of the illumination on a product, can stabilize the pH value of the product, and has good wrapping effect on the metal ions introduced into the product in the use process.
The test results of the change condition of the effective chlorine content of each sample under the simulation condition of a laboratory applying the scheme or not are researched:
TABLE 2 variation of available chlorine content for each sample
Figure SMS_2
Note that: 1. the sample 1 is a blank hypochlorous acid sample, and the sample 2 is a hypochlorous acid sample applying the scheme;
2. the experimental conditions are as follows: d65 standard light source, simulated sunlight irradiation condition, constant temperature 54+ -2deg.C, 250ppm hard water.
From the above experimental data, the following conclusions can be drawn: under the ageing condition of the laboratory, after 21 days of experiments, the effective chlorine content reduction rate of the No. 1 sample is 10.08%, and the effective chlorine content reduction rate of the No. 2 sample is 5.15%, and under the conditions of illumination and hard water, the scheme can obviously improve the stability of hypochlorous acid, in other words, the service life and the light resistance of the product are improved, and the severe requirements of the product on the packaging condition are improved. Meanwhile, the method is also greatly suitable for the use habit of consumers, the use habit of the consumers on washing products in daily life is not changed due to the characteristics of the products, the constraint conditions in the use process of the products are reduced, and the use convenience of the products is improved.
