Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to hypochlorous acid type disinfection detergent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Hypochlorous acid itself has instability, so that it is stored at normal temperature in the absence of light during storage, and it is necessary to secure sealability. Hypochlorous acid is usually prepared in the prior art, the pH and the available chlorine content of the product are reduced along with the extension of the standing time, the sterilization efficacy is reduced and even gradually disappears due to the reduced performance, and the national chlorine-containing disinfectant standard cannot be met. Hypochlorous acid is difficult to derive from other products than the single product which is used as a disinfectant due to its poor stability.
At present, some so-called hypochlorous acid stabilizers in the industry are basically prepared by adding hypochlorous acid stabilizer into hypochlorous acid solution, and the effect is that the storage time of the hypochlorous acid solution is prolonged as compared with single hypochlorous acid stabilizer, but the problem that the hypochlorous acid needs to be protected from light and sealed and other severe storage conditions during storage is not solved, and the problem that other products are difficult to be derived due to poor stability of the hypochlorous acid is not solved.
Through the query and search related prior art we search for a patent document with a similarity in technology: application number: CN 202210861173.7, name: the document discloses a hypochlorous acid disinfectant and a preparation method thereof, wherein the hypochlorous acid disinfectant comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 70-80% of hypochlorous acid solution, 2-3% of surfactant, 3-5% of washing aid, 2-5% of sodium chloride, 15-20% of ethanol, 2-3% of lemon extract and 0.01-0.03% of inorganic acid.
It was analyzed that we considered the following disadvantages: 1. the most important point is that the product in the technical scheme is still a hypochlorous disinfectant, and the problem of poor hypochlorous acid stability still exists, so that the product still has the problems of light shielding, sealing, short shelf life and the like when being stored. 2. The adjuvants such as surfactant, washing aid and ethanol are added in the product because the greasy dirt on the article can form a water-oil complex, and bacteria can form a water-oil protective film on the surface of the product by utilizing the water-oil complex. The product exhibits very single and very general detergency and therefore is not a laundry product or a disinfectant.

A hypochlorous acid sanitizing detergent as set forth in claim 6, wherein: the optimized formula of the hypochlorous acid type disinfection detergent is as follows: 8 to 12 percent of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 4 to 7 percent of heterogeneous fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 0.5 to 1.0 percent of polyacrylic acid and acrylic acid/maleic anhydride copolymer, namely an anti-stain redeposition agent, 0.5 to 1 percent of sodium citrate, 0.8 to 1.5 percent of sodium chloride, namely a viscosity regulator, 0.5 to 1.0 percent of hypochlorous acid slow-down decomposer, 0.5 percent of zinc ricinoleate, 0.5 percent of methyl glycine disodium diacetate, namely a deodorization activator, 0.2 percent of daily spice and auxiliary materials, and the balance of the disinfectant is complemented by hypochlorous acid, wherein the effective chlorine content of the disinfectant is 200ppm +/-30 ppm.
8. A process for the preparation of a hypochlorous acid sanitizing detergent as set forth in claim 1 comprising the steps of:
weighing ingredients: weighing the components according to the proportion, and respectively placing the components in respective special containers for later use;
prefabricating a deodorant: pre-mixing zinc ricinoleate and a deodorizing activator, and uniformly stirring for later use;
(III) stirring and mixing: firstly adding half amount of hypochlorous acid disinfectant into a kettle, simultaneously starting stirring, adding enough surfactant, adding citric acid after complete dissolution, adjusting the pH of the system to be within 6-7, supplementing the rest hypochlorous acid disinfectant, a prefabricated deodorant, an anti-stain redeposition agent, a hypochlorous acid slow down decomposer, essence and a viscosity regulator, and finally obtaining colorless to yellow transparent viscous liquid;
(IV) standing and settling: after the preparation of the feed liquid is completed, the feed liquid starts to stand still for sedimentation, and the split charging can be carried out after the completion of the preparation.
