Abstract
The present invention relates to a sample collection device, comprising: a body provided with an absorbing member; the protection piece is umbrella-shaped, is arranged on one side of the adsorption piece and comprises a framework, a shielding unit and a sealing part, wherein the shielding unit can be in an unfolding state or a folding state, the sealing part is arranged between the hole edge of a perforation of the shielding unit and the body in a surrounding manner, and the sealing part tightly abuts against the periphery of the body. The sample collection device provided by the invention can be used for blocking spray by a protective piece when a sample is taken, and is beneficial to carrying.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to a sample collection device.
Background
There are many epidemic infections such as new coronaries, influenza, tuberculosis, etc., which are all transmitted by droplets. In order to prevent the rapid spread of infectious diseases, a plurality of screening stations are conveniently arranged in various places and household screening reagents are provided for self-help or applicant to assist screening. Usually, the disease rapid screening is to collect the samples of the oral cavity or the nasal cavity, which easily causes the inspector to be at risk of infection.

The following examples are given to illustrate possible embodiments of the present invention, but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a first preferred embodiment of the present invention is shown, and the sample collection device of the present invention includes a body 1 and a protection member 2.
The body 1 is provided with an absorbing member 11, and the absorbing member 11 is made of a material having an absorbing capacity (such as absorbing liquid), such as cotton, sponge, rayon, polyester fiber, etc., but not limited thereto, and the absorbing member 11 may take a sample (such as saliva, a sample of the respiratory tract, or other samples) of the subject 5. The protection member 2 is umbrella-shaped, the protection member 2 is arranged on the body 1 and is positioned on one side of the adsorption member 11, the protection member 2 comprises a framework 21, a shielding unit 22 and a sealing part 23, the shielding unit 22 is waterproof cloth, the framework 21 is arranged on the shielding unit 22, the framework 21 can be selectively unfolded relative to the body 1 to support the shielding unit 22 in an unfolded state or folded relative to the body 1 to enable the shielding unit 22 to be in a folded state, the shielding unit 22 is penetrated with a perforation 221, the sealing part 23 is arranged between the hole edge of the perforation 221 and the body 1 in a surrounding manner, and the sealing part 23 tightly abuts against the periphery of the body 1 to block fluid; therefore, when a sampling person 6 takes the sample of the subject 5, the spray is blocked by the protective piece 2, and can be blocked from passing between the protective piece 2 and the body 1, so that the high protective effect is achieved. The shielding surface 222 is concave, the shielding surface 222 forms a groove 223 concavely arranged far away from the absorbing member 11, the groove 223 is provided with an opening 224 opened towards the absorbing member 11, accordingly, the droplets of the subject 5 can be blocked on the shielding surface 222 and can be concentrated in the groove 223 so as not to be easy to drop down to reduce the infection risk; furthermore, during the process of folding the shielding unit 22, the shielding surface 222 is prevented from being touched by a hand, and when the shielding unit 22 is in the folded state, the shielding surface 222 is directly folded on the inner side of the shielding unit 22 and is simultaneously wrapped on the inner side together with the spray attached to the shielding unit, so that the shielding surface is not easily touched, and the risk of infection is reduced.
The body 1 is further provided with a blocking edge 14 extending radially outwards, the blocking edge 14 is disposed in the groove 223 and between the through hole 221 and the adsorbing member 11, and the outer diameter of the blocking edge 14 is larger than the aperture of the through hole 221 and the outer diameter of the adsorbing member 11, and the blocking edge blocks the through hole 221, so that droplets are not easy to spray onto the through hole 221.
The body 1 further includes a connecting section 15, wherein the connecting section 15 is connected between the assembling portion 12 and the blocking edge 14, so that the adsorbing member 11 can keep a moderate distance from the blocking edge 14 and the protecting member 2, the protecting member 2 can be prevented from interfering with the subject 5 during sampling, and the adsorbing member 11 can extend into the mouth, nose or other depths of the subject 5.
