本发明涉及了一种含四霉素与三环唑的杀菌组合物,包括有效成分四霉素和三环唑,所述的四霉素与三环唑的质量比为50:1~1:300。本发明的组合物用于防治由病原真菌和细菌引起的多种植物病害,降低了农药的使用剂量,减少了农药对生态环境的不利影响,对水稻病害抗性的综合治理有着重要意义,具有巨大的经济效益和社会效益。

背景技术
水稻是世界上最重要的粮食作物,世界上超过半数的人口以稻米为食。我国水稻种植面积约占耕地面积1/4,年产量约占粮食总产量的2/5。水稻生产过程中,受到自然界各种病害的侵袭。其中,纹枯病、稻瘟病和白叶枯病是世界上分布最广、破坏性最严重的水稻三大病害,严重影响水稻高产稳产。
目前,用于植物保护的农药品种繁多,防治水稻病害的常规药剂主要有三环唑、多菌灵、井岗霉素、己唑醇、苯醚甲环唑、噻呋酰胺、嘧菌酯、咪鲜胺、戊唑醇、稻瘟灵等杀菌剂。近年来,随着种植结构的日益单一化,水稻病害的发生愈发严重,由于药剂大部分在田间使用时或因重用、滥用已使病菌产生抗药性,传统的防治措施和方法已经很难控制。
四霉素是化合物梧宁霉素的商品名,英文名称为tetramycin,CAS号为11076-50-9,它包括A1、A2、B和C四个组分,其中A1和A2为大环内脂类的四烯抗生素,B为肽嘧啶核苷酸类抗生素;C为含氮杂环芳香族抗生素。四霉素制剂中含有多种抗菌素,其中肽嘧啶核苷酸类抗生素,防治真菌病害;含氮杂环芳香族衍生物抗生素,提高作物免疫力作用。四霉素具有内吸抑菌活性,阻止病菌侵入和扩展。杀菌谱广,对鞭毛菌、子囊菌和半知菌亚门真菌等三大门类二十六种已知病原真菌均有极强的杀灭作用。
三环唑(Tricyclazole)是一种具有内吸性较强的保护性三唑类杀菌剂,能够迅速的被植物根、茎、叶吸收,并输送到植株各部,并在植物体内木质部和质外体传导。化学名称:5-甲基-1,2,4-三唑并[3,4-b]苯并噻唑,CAS登录号:41814-78-2。
长期重复且专一的施用一种类型的化合物来防治植物真菌和细菌病害,在很多情况下会导致病原细菌和真菌菌株的快速选择性,部分菌株对特定活性化合物发展出适应的抗性,导致活性化合物的防治效果显著降低,甚至完全丧失。不同作用机理的成分进行复配,是延缓病菌抗性很有效的方法,经室内活性和田间药效的筛选,发明人发现四霉素与三环唑混配对于水稻病害具有极佳的室内活性及田间药效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有协同增效作用、使用成本低、防效好的含四霉素与三环唑的杀菌组合物。
本发明技术方案如下:一种含四霉素与三环唑的杀菌组合物,所述的杀菌组合物包括有效成分A和有效成分B,有效成分A为四霉素,有效成分B为三环唑;
进一步地,所述的有效成分四霉素与三环唑的质量比为50:1~1:300;
进一步地,所述的有效成分四霉素与三环唑的质量比为10:1~1:200;
进一步地,所述的有效成分四霉素与三环唑的质量比为1:1~1:100;

水稻稻瘟病又称稻热病,病原有性态为灰色大角间座壳Magnaporthegrisea,属子囊菌门大角间座壳属。水稻稻瘟病在水稻整个生育期均可发生,危害秧苗、叶片、节、穗颈、枝梗和谷粒,分别称为苗瘟、叶瘟、叶枕瘟、节瘟、穗颈瘟、枝梗瘟和谷粒瘟。其受害水稻生长受阻,植株萎缩,抽穗异常,孕穗期发病,主要危害稻穗颈部、穗轴及枝梗部分变为褐色,以至坏死,甚至折断,受害的稻穗因枝梗枯死,谷粒得不到养分供给,常造成稻穗发生白穗或者瘪粒。稻瘟病是世界各稻区分布最广,危害最严重的水稻病害之一。稻瘟病可降低水稻产量和品质,造成严重减产甚至绝收,已成为限制水稻生产的一个重要因素。
进一步地,所述的水稻细菌性病害优选为水稻白叶枯病;
水稻白叶枯病属于突发、暴发性病害,水稻整个生育期、各个器官均可感染,病症在不同情况下可表现为叶缘(枯)型、急性型、凋萎型、中脉型、黄化型等多种。白叶枯病由水稻黄单胞杆菌中的致病变种Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae(简称Xoo)侵染引起,是目前危害亚洲稻区和我国水稻安全生产最重要、最普遍的细菌性病害。
本发明的优点在于:
1)本发明杀菌组合物在一定范围内具有良好的增效和持效作用;
2)农药用药量减少,可降低农药在作物上的残留,减少环境污染;
3)本发明杀菌组合物能够增强植物的光合作用,提高作物抗病能力,提高产量的同时优化作物品质。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加简洁明了,本发明用以下具体实施例进行说明,但本发明绝非仅限于这些实施例。以下所描述的实施例仅为本发明较好的实施例,可用于描述本发明,不能理解为对本发明的范围的限制。应当指出的是,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所做的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
制剂例
以下所描述的制剂例仅为本发明较好的制剂例,本发明不限于此。
制剂例1:
16%四霉素·三环唑可溶液剂(0.4+15.6)
配方:四霉素0.4%,三环唑15.6%,乙醇10%,三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚10%,二甲基亚砜20%,碳酸丙烯酯补足余量至100%。
制备方法:将有效成分、溶剂混合搅拌至原药完全溶解,然后加入乳化剂搅拌均匀,即制得本发明所述的可溶液剂。
制剂例2:
18%四霉素·三环唑可溶液剂(0.5+17.5)
配方:四霉素0.5%,三环唑17.5%,乙醇3%,二甲基亚砜10%,N-甲基吡咯烷酮20%,三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚15%,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺20%,环己酮补足余量至100%。
制备方法:同制剂例1。
制剂例3:
20.5%四霉素·三环唑悬浮剂(0.5+20)
配方:四霉素0.5%、三环唑20%、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚4%、木质素磺酸钠1.5%、苯乙烯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯盐3%、黄原胶0.25%、硅酸镁铝1.5%、苯甲酸钠1%、丙二醇5%、硅油0.5%、去离子水补足余量至100%;
制备方法:按上述配方中将水、分散剂、湿润剂混合均匀,在搅拌状态下再先后加入消泡剂、抗冻剂,经高速剪切混合均匀,再加入四霉素与三环唑,继续剪切混匀,然后进入卧式砂磨机中研磨,使物料粒径90%在5μm以下,再加入增稠剂,剪切均匀即制得本发明所述的悬浮剂。
制剂例4:
23%四霉素·三环唑悬浮剂(0.5+22.5)
配方:四霉素0.5%、三环唑22.5%、聚羧酸钠1%、木质素磺酸钠1%、十二烷基硫酸钠2%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯盐3%、乙醚双甘醇4%、甘油2%、有机硅2%、硅油1%、明胶1%、黄原胶3%、去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:同制剂例4。
制剂例5:
4%四霉素·三环唑微乳剂(0.2+3.8)
配方:四霉素0.2%、三环唑3.8%、苯乙酮20%、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚3%、EO-PO嵌段共聚物15%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1%、乙二醇5%、硅油0.05%、水补足至100%;
制备方法:上述配方中将有效成分、溶剂、乳化剂等混匀制得油相,将防冻液跟水混合均匀制得水相,将油相在搅拌状态下加入水相搅拌均匀,继续剪切10min,在加入硅油消泡剂搅拌均匀,得到油相粒子为0.01~0.1μm的小液滴,即制得本发明所述的微乳剂。
制剂例6:
3.6%四霉素·三环唑微乳剂(0.1+3.5)
配方:四霉素0.1%、三环唑3.5%、环己酮25%、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚3%、EO-PO嵌段共聚物15%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯1%、丙三醇5%、硅油0.05%、水补足至100%;
制备方法:同制剂例5。
制剂例7:
2.2%四霉素·三环唑水剂(0.2+2)
配方:四霉素0.2%、三环唑2%、乙醇15%、三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚10%、烷基糖苷20%、水补足余量至100%。
制备方法:将有效成分、溶剂搅拌至完全溶解,然后加入乳化剂搅拌均匀,然后加入水搅拌均匀,即可制成本发明所述的水剂。
制剂例8:
5.2%四霉素·三环唑水剂(0.2+5)
配方:四霉素0.2%,三环唑5%,乙醇15%,碳酸丙烯酯8%,三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚10%,烷基糖苷20%,水补足余量至100%。
制备方法:同制剂例7。
植物病害防除试验例
试验依据:参照中华人民共和国农业行业标准(NY/T1156.8-2007和NY/T1156.6-2006):《农药室内生物测定试验准则杀菌剂》第8部分和第6部分进行本试验。
供试药剂:15%四霉素母药、95%三环唑原药,以上药剂均由集团研发中心提供。
试验靶标:水稻稻瘟病、水稻纹枯病、水稻白叶枯病、水稻细菌性条斑病。
供试作物:水稻(品种:金粳818),催芽后每盆播种20粒,选择其中长势一致的10株3叶1心期水稻苗备用。
孢子悬浮液制备:将水稻病原菌在适宜的培养基上培养,或将病组织保湿培养,待产生孢子后,用无菌水洗下孢子,并用3层纱布过滤,制成浓度为1*105个孢子/mL的悬浮液,备用。
药剂配置:将两种原药分别用丙酮溶解,用0.1%的吐温80水溶液稀释,并设置成5个系列质量浓度。
药剂处理:将药液均匀喷施于叶面至全部润湿,待药液自然风干后备用。每处理1盆,4次重复,并设只含溶剂和表面活性剂而不含有效成分的处理作空白对照。
接种与培养:药剂处理后24h接种,用孢子悬浮液喷雾接种。
数据调查:根据空白对照发病情况分级调查。
采用如下分级方法:
0级:无病斑;
1级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的5%以下;
3级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的6%~15%;
5级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的16%~25%;
7级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的26%~50%;
9级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的50%以上。
数据统计与分析:
根据调查数据,计算各处理的病情指数和防治效果。
病情指数按公式(1)计算:

试验供试品种:水稻(盐丰47);
防治对象:水稻稻瘟病;
试验地点:辽宁省东港市北井子镇,该地区有多年种植水稻的历史,稻瘟病、稻曲病、纹枯病是当地水稻栽培的常发病害。该地区水稻4月育秧,田间管理按当地常规。
施药时间及天气:2020年7月20日多云,最高气温29℃,最低气温20℃;2020年7月27日,最高气温25℃,最低气温21℃。
施药方法:采用常规喷雾法施药,药后7d再施药一次,总共用药2次,施药前调查稻瘟病叶瘟发病基数,于水稻黄熟期调查穗颈瘟。
试验方法:采用随机区组排列,小区面积36m2,4次重复。每小区对角线固定五点取样,每点查5穴植株,调查总穗数、病穗率、病情指数,并计算防效。
穗颈瘟的分级方法:采用9级分级法
0级:无病;
1级:每穗损失5%以上(个别枝梗发病);
3级:每穗损失6%~20%(1/3左右枝梗发病);
5级:每穗损失21%~50%(穗颈或主轴发病,谷粒半瘪);
7级:穗损失51%~70%(穗颈发病,谷粒大部分半瘪);
9级:穗损失71%~100%(穗颈发病造成白穗)。
药效按下式计算:
(1)病情指数=∑[(各级病穗数×相对级数值)/(调查总穗数×9)]×100
(2)防治效果(%)=[1-(空白对照区药前病情指数×处理区药后病情指数)/(空白对照区药后病情指数×处理区药前病情指数)]×100
安全性调查:
试验期间观察作物是否有药害症状,如有药害记录药害程度,准确描述作物药害症状(矮化、褪绿、畸形等),此外,记录对作物的有益影响。

田间药效显示(见表5):在相同环境条件下,不同的处理防治水稻病害第一次施药后10天各处理田间效果整体防效在56.77%~75.16%。第二次施药后10天各处理田间效果整体防效在62.63%~76.25%。
安全性及增产试验
每小区面积为36m2收获时各处理随机取4点,每点1m2实收测产,并折合产量,计算增产率。

试验结果表明,使用以上各试验药剂在水稻破口期、齐穗期分别用药1次,对水稻安全,对水稻生长具有促进作用,对水稻稻瘟病、纹枯病的防治效果好,与对照药剂相比增产效果明显,可以在水稻生产中大面积推广应用。
以上室内活性试验和田间试验结果显示,本发明所述的四霉素、三环唑进行复配的混合物对农作物真菌性病害,尤其半知菌类真菌病害表现出较好的防治效果。本发明复配所得的杀菌混合物防效显著,具有高效、广谱、持效期长、内吸性强等特点;并且在试验中未发现复配药剂对作物产生药害,说明在所得杀菌混合物或制剂的杀菌协同增效提高的情况下,能够降低生产成本和使用成本,对作物安全。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的,因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
