Under the action of the sliding grooves in the filter cartridge 13, the rotating piece 16 and the crushing cutter 17 are made to swing reciprocally according to the track of the sliding grooves of the filter cartridge 13 in the upward moving process, and the rotating piece 16 and the crushing cutter 17 shear sundries clamped into the water outlet of the filter cartridge 13 in the swinging process, so that sundries residues at the water outlet of the filter cartridge 13 are reduced.
In the process that the fixing piece 15 and the rotating piece 16 move upwards, the upper side surface of the rotating piece 16 is firstly contacted with the inclined surface of the adjacent first limiting block 8, the first limiting block 8 is gradually extruded to the periphery of the protective cover 2 in the process that the rotating piece 16 moves upwards, the adjacent elastic piece 10 is extruded by the first limiting block 8 in the moving process, the elastic piece 10 is gradually contracted, after the upper side surface of the limiting groove of the rotating piece 16 is overlapped with the upper side surface of the first limiting block 8, the first limiting block 8 moves towards the center of the protective cover 2 under the action of the adjacent elastic piece 10 and is inserted into the limiting groove of the rotating piece 16 to restore the limit of the rotating piece 16, and at the moment, the upper side surface of the crushing cutter 17 is lower than the upper side surface of the protective cover 2, so that tires and pedestrians passing on a road surface are protected, and the tires passing the protective cover 2 on the road surface are prevented from being damaged by the crushing cutter 17.
