Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of static elimination, in particular to static elimination human body spray and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
People are the subject of activities in ammunition business venues. The human body can carry static electricity of several kilovolts or even tens of thousands of volts due to the self-action and the factors of contact-separation, friction or induction with other objects. For ammunition service places, the possibility that human static electricity accidentally causes the explosive, the initiating explosive and the electrically-ignited ammunition to be ignited is one of non-negligible dangerous sources. At present, the II-type electrostatic hazard places mainly adopt the measures of making clothing, touching electrostatic balls, paving antistatic ground and the like to reduce the electrostatic hazard risk. However, when the operations such as loading, unloading, carrying, unsealing and wiping are carried out in the field, severe actions are inevitably generated, static electricity is accumulated, potential static electricity safety hazards exist, and effective and simple measures for preventing human static electricity hazard are not available at present. Therefore, research on more effective measures for preventing static electricity of human bodies and reduction of safety risks are urgently needed.
Because the existing antistatic spray on the market is mainly used for solving the problem of electrostatic shock beater when people touch metal armrests and metal door handles in winter, the surface phenomena of the electrostatic beater and the like can only be weakened in a short period, and the requirements of ammunition business places are far from being met in the aspects of reducing the surface resistivity of clothing, the effect retention time and the like. Therefore, research on static electricity eliminating spraying of human bodies suitable for ammunition service places is urgently needed, and when personnel work in the ammunition service places, standard requirements can be met by adopting simple measures of spraying the static electricity eliminating spraying on the basis of existing dressing, so that the risk of static electricity hazard is reduced.

The antistatic agent is a main component for eliminating static electricity by spraying, belongs to a surfactant, and consists of a hydrophobic group which is uniformly and symmetrically distributed and is nonpolar and a hydrophilic group which is polar. When the antistatic agent is added into water, hydrophilic groups in antistatic agent molecules are inserted into the water, hydrophobic groups extend to the air, and after the antistatic agent is sprayed on clothes, the hydrophobic groups in the antistatic agent molecules are adsorbed on the surface of the material, a molecular layer of the antistatic agent can be formed on the surface of the antistatic agent, when the molecular layer is destroyed, the internal antistatic agent can permeate into the surface of the molecular layer, so that the surface of the clothes has a smooth antistatic molecular layer, friction can be reduced, hydrophilic groups in the antistatic agent molecules of human body static generated by friction are all arranged towards one side of the air, environmental moisture is easily absorbed, or the hydrophilic groups are combined with the moisture in the air through hydrogen bonds to form a single-molecule conducting layer, and the generated static charge is quickly leaked to achieve the antistatic purpose; the antistatic agent used by the invention has low toxicity, can not react with the fabric of military clothing, and can meet the safety requirement of antistatic spraying on the clothing; meanwhile, the antistatic agent is suitable for ammunition and packaging boxes thereof, the ammunition is basically made of metal (including iron, stainless steel and brass), a small amount of PP plastic is also made of wood (namely plant fiber) or plastic, and glass fiber reinforced plastic is also packaged, green paint is usually coated on the wooden packaging boxes, the main components of the paint are polyurethane and polyacrylic acid, the main color-developing substances of green pigment are chromium oxide, the iron and acidic salts generate mild corrosion, but the degree is not severe, the ammonium salt in the cationic antistatic agent is more acidic than the quaternary ammonium salt, and the stainless steel can generate mild corrosion, so the ammonium salt antistatic agent is not used in the antistatic agent. The antistatic agent can accelerate the leakage speed of charges and inhibit the generation of static charges by leaking static charges or reducing friction coefficient.
The propylene glycol plays a role of a softener, friction can be reduced, the friction coefficient among fibers is reduced, static electricity is not easy to generate, static electricity accumulation is not easy to form, meanwhile, the propylene glycol plays a role of a humectant, a layer of film is formed on the surface of skin, and moisture is sealed to prevent moisture evaporation.

And adopting a pairwise mixing mode to carry out experiments, namely: the four sprays were compared with each other with 5wt% CTAB+5wt% BS-12, 5wt% berol561+5wt% TX-10, 5wt% CTAB+5wt% TX-10, 5wt%berol561+5wt%BS-12, and the rest of the compositions were the same as in Table 1, as shown in FIGS. 3-4, wherein FIG. 3 is the change in the surface resistivity of the jungle camouflage, and FIG. 4 is the change in the surface resistivity of the jungle camouflage, and the experimental temperature is: the temperature is 18.1-19.6 ℃ and the relative humidity is 28.6-30.8%. By comparison, the static electricity eliminating spray of the human body with the proportion of 5 weight percent beroles 561 and 5 weight percent BS-12 has good static electricity eliminating effect on desert camouflage and jungle camouflage.
The static electricity eliminating spray test of the human body verifies that:
the composition of the static spray for eliminating human body used in the verification process of the static spray for eliminating human body is shown in table 2.
TABLE 2 composition of human body static elimination spray used in verification procedure (wt.%)
Composition of the components | Distilled water | Propylene glycol | berol561 | BS-12 | Kathon | Fendolin |
Content of | 48% | 40% | 5% | 5% | 1% | 1% |
(1) Human body electrostatic potential test verification
The previous experiments are all established on the independent spraying of the training clothes, and the actual situation is measured by the dynamic electrostatic potential tester without considering the situation of wearing activities of a human body.
The specific experimental process is as follows: personnel are in the jungle camouflage, do not spray and move on the ordinary ground mat and antistatic ground mat vigorously respectively, utilize the dynamic electrostatic potential tester to test the electrostatic potential peak value of human body and fill in the table, after spraying and spraying, move on the ordinary ground mat and antistatic ground mat vigorously respectively, record the electrostatic potential peak value of human body, the test scene is shown in figure 5, the test result is shown in table 3. As apparent from table 3, the peak value of the intense action potential of the human body on the common floor mat is very high under the condition of spraying without spraying, and the peak value of the electrostatic potential of the human body after spraying is obviously reduced, and the peak value is not much different from that on the antistatic floor mat, so that the developed effect of eliminating the electrostatic potential of the human body is verified.
TABLE 3 verification of the results of static spray test on human body elimination (temperature 23.7 ℃ C., relative humidity 32.3%)
Peak value of human body potential | Common ground mat | Antistatic floor mat |
Not sprayed with | 1927V | 83V |
Spraying | 26V | 5V |
(2) Contrast verification
The effect of the product is compared with the effect of water and commercial spraying, as shown in fig. 6-7, wherein fig. 6 shows the change of the surface resistivity of jungle camouflage, and fig. 7 shows the change of the surface resistivity of desert camouflage, and as can be seen from fig. 6-7, the effect of eliminating human static electricity spraying is far better than that of water and commercial spraying.
