Claims (10)

1. The automatic plate feeding device is characterized by comprising a frame (1);
the sliding frame (2), the sliding frame (2) is connected with the frame (1) in a sliding way; the carriage (2) is also provided with a first driving device for driving the carriage to reciprocate on the frame (1);
the pushing assembly is arranged at two ends of the sliding frame (2) along the movement direction of the sliding frame (2), and pushes the sliding frame (2) out of the side surface of the plate to be fed under the driving of the sliding frame (2) to finish material distribution;
the lifting assembly is arranged at the lower side of the pushing assembly and used for controlling the height of the plate to be fed;
and the discharging conveyor belts (3) are arranged on two sides of the frame (1) so as to receive the plates to be fed pushed out by the pushing assembly.

The automatic plate feeding device according to claim 1, wherein the first driving assembly comprises a driving motor (4) and a rack (5), the rack (5) is arranged on the frame (1), the driving motor (4) is connected with the carriage (2), and a driving gear (6) meshed with the rack (5) is further arranged on the driving motor (4).
3. An automatic plate feeding device according to claim 1, characterized in that a first sliding rail (7) and a pulley (8) which are mutually matched are arranged between the frame (1) and the carriage (2), and a limiting rim (9) is further arranged on the pulley (8).
4. A plate automatic feeding device according to claim 3, characterized in that both ends of the first slide rail (7) are provided with travel switches (10) for controlling the range of motion of the carriage (2).

An automatic plate feeding device according to claim 1, wherein the pushing assembly comprises a connecting rod (11) and a supporting frame (12), the supporting frame (12) being connected with the carriage (2) through the connecting rod (11); both sides of the supporting frame (12) are provided with pushing plates (13).
6. An automatic plate feeding device according to claim 5, wherein the pushing plate (13) is hinged to the support frame (12); baffle plates (14) used for limiting the rotation direction of the pushing plate (13) are further arranged on two sides of the supporting frame (12).

An automatic plate feeding device according to claim 6, characterized in that the pushing plate (13) is provided with a connecting lug (15), and the connecting lug (15) is provided with a pin shaft (16) for connecting the pushing plate (13); the baffle (14) is connected with the connecting lug (15), and the baffle (14) is also provided with a distance sensor (17) for measuring the height of the baffle.
8. An automatic plate feeding device according to claim 1, wherein the lifting assembly comprises a support plate (18), a lifting frame (19) and a second driving assembly for driving the lifting frame (19).

An automatic plate feeding device according to claim 8, wherein the second driving assembly comprises a lifting motor (20), a driving screw (21), a sliding seat (22) and two second sliding rails (23) which are parallel to each other; two sides of the sliding seat (22) are respectively connected with the two second sliding rails (23) in a sliding way; one end of the driving screw rod (21) is connected with the lifting motor (20), and the other end of the driving screw rod is connected with the sliding seat (22) in a threaded manner; one side of the lifting frame (19) is hinged with the sliding seat (22), and the other side of the lifting frame is hinged with the ground through a rotating seat (24).
10. An automatic plate feeding device according to claim 9, wherein one side of the lifting frame (19) is hinged to the supporting plate (18), and the other end of the lifting frame is provided with a roller (25) contacting the bottom surface of the lifting frame (19).
