The size of the plastic buckle is also adjusted along with the size of the net cage, so that the buckle grabbing claws 20 can be designed into a plurality of sizes, the buckle grabbing claws are respectively and correspondingly arranged on the rotary disk 21, the rotary disk 21 is arranged on the rotary cylinder 22, different buckle grabbing claws 20 can be driven by the rotary cylinder 22 to rotate, the corresponding buckle grabbing claws 20 are selected to grab the plastic buckle, and a limiting plate at the end part of the buckle grabbing claws 20 plays a limiting role to prevent the plastic buckle from falling.
Referring to fig. 9, in order to further improve stability of the plastic buckle during grabbing, the third cylinder 23 is installed on the mirror image slipway cylinder 19 through the support plate, the ejector block 24 of the third cylinder 23 moves forward and backward under the driving of the third cylinder, the arc groove at the end part of the ejector block 24 contacts with the middle part of the plastic buckle to achieve the purpose of limiting and positioning, after the two ends of the plastic buckle are grabbed and positioned by the buckle grabbing claws 20, the ejector block 24 performs jacking operation (as shown in fig. 10) on the tail end of the plastic buckle, in this way, the two ends of the plastic buckle can be fixed at the same time for the middle part, so that grabbing stability of the plastic buckle is improved, and meanwhile, when the plastic buckle is installed on a net cage, the effect of supporting can be achieved.
The working principle of the plastic buckle mounting device is as follows:
the plastic buckle snatchs its both ends through buckle snatchs claw 20, and the rear end of plastic buckle is tightly pushed up it through the thrust that kicking block 24 provided simultaneously, ensures that plastic buckle is stable in structure on buckle anchor clamps, installs plastic buckle on the cylinder mould under the drive of manipulator, accomplishes the installation of plastic buckle.
The working principle of the application is as follows:
firstly, as shown in fig. 11, two sheet-shaped meshes are welded together through short struts to form a mesh cage, the mesh cage is hoisted to a mesh cage limiting seat through a hoisting device, two sides of the mesh cage are supported and limited by a fixed upright 2 and a movable upright 3 on the mesh cage limiting seat, a push plate 13 on the fixed upright 2 and the movable upright 3 is pushed by a second cylinder 11 to clamp the upper part of the mesh cage, the upper part of the mesh cage is locked, then the mesh cage limiting seat is driven by a mesh cage moving device to move to the vicinity of a manipulator, a buckle clamp on the manipulator clamps a plastic buckle (shown in fig. 13), the buckle grabbing claw 20 on the buckle clamp is driven by a mirror image sliding table cylinder 19 to inwards move to limit two ends of the plastic buckle, the middle part of the plastic buckle is supported by a top block 24, so that the locking of the plastic buckle is completed, the plastic buckle is driven by the manipulator to rotate and press the plastic buckle to be installed on the mesh cage (shown in fig. 12), the fixed installation of the plastic buckle can be completed, then the plastic buckle is driven by the manipulator to move to the next position of the mesh cage moving device, and finally the whole mesh cage can be reset from the mesh cage limiting seat, and the whole work station can be reset.
The last points to be described are: first, in the description of the present application, it should be noted that, unless otherwise specified and defined, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, and may be mechanical or electrical, or may be a direct connection between two elements, and "upper," "lower," "left," "right," etc. are merely used to indicate relative positional relationships, which may be changed when the absolute position of the object being described is changed;

1. The net cage moving device is characterized by comprising a plurality of groups of net cage limiting devices, wherein the net cage limiting devices are sequentially and horizontally arranged on a moving seat (14), a sliding block is arranged below the moving seat (14), the sliding block is matched with a sliding rail on a bottom support (15) on a foundation, a second motor (16) is arranged on one side of the moving seat (14), and the second motor (16) drives a driving gear to be meshed with a rack arranged on the bottom support (15) through a speed reducer;
the net cage limiting device comprises an installation platform (1), wherein a net cage limiting seat capable of moving forwards and backwards is installed on the installation platform (1);
the net cage limiting seat comprises a fixed upright post (2) and a movable upright post (3) capable of moving forwards and backwards, and a gap between the fixed upright post (2) and the movable upright post (3) is used for limiting and fixing the net cage;
the fixed upright post (2) and the movable upright post (3) are provided with a net cage bracket (4);
a sliding rail is arranged on the movable seat (14), a sliding block below the mounting platform (1) of the net cage limiting device is matched with the sliding rail, a third motor (17) is arranged on the mounting platform (1), and the third motor (17) drives a driving gear to be meshed with a rack arranged on the movable seat (14) through a speed reducer.

A netpen moving device according to claim 1, wherein: the fixed upright post (2) is fixedly arranged on the first mounting plate (5) through the adapter plate, and a first air cylinder (6) for driving the movable upright post (3) to move forwards and backwards is arranged on the first mounting plate (5).

A netpen moving device according to claim 2, wherein: the net cage limiting seat comprises a guide rail seat (7) arranged on a mounting platform (1), the lower end of a first mounting plate (5) is movably connected with a sliding rail on the guide rail seat (7) through a sliding block, a rack (8) is arranged on one side of the first mounting plate (5), a first motor (9) is arranged on the guide rail seat (7), a speed reducer is arranged at the tail end of the first motor (9), and a driving gear arranged on the speed reducer is meshed with the rack (8).

A netpen moving means according to claim 3, wherein: the first air cylinder (6) is fixedly connected with the movable upright post (3) through a connecting rod (10), a sliding rail is fixed below the connecting rod (10), and the sliding rail is matched with a sliding block fixed on the first mounting plate (5).

A netpen moving device according to claim 4, wherein: a side plate (12) with the same specification is arranged on one side of the fixed upright post (2) and one side of the movable upright post (3), a telescopic push plate (13) is arranged on the inner side of the side plate (12), and the push plate (13) is fixedly connected with a second air cylinder (11) arranged on the fixed upright post (2) or the movable upright post (3).

A plastic buckle installation device adopting the net cage moving device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a plurality of groups of manipulators are installed on one side of the net cage moving device, the manipulators clamp plastic buckles through buckle clamps, and the manipulators drive the buckle clamps to rotate, translate and press the installation operation.

A plastic snap fit attachment as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the clamping fixture comprises a support (18) fixed with the manipulator, the support (18) is fixed at the front end of the manipulator through a bolt, a mirror image sliding table cylinder (19) is arranged at the front end of the support (18), a sliding block capable of moving in a mirror image mode is arranged on the mirror image sliding table cylinder (19), and a clamping grabbing claw (20) for grabbing a plastic clamping buckle is arranged on the sliding block.
