本发明涉及农药复配技术领域,特别是涉及一种含Acynonapyr的农药组合物及其应用。
背景技术
螨类属于节肢动物门,蛛形纲(Arachnida),蜱螨亚纲(Acari)。螨类在形态、习性及栖息场所等方面具有多样性,分布广、适应性强,种类繁多,估计在世界上有30多万种,仅次于昆虫纲。
Acynonapyr是日本曹达株式会社开发的一种具有环胺骨架的新颖杀螨剂,CAS登录号1332838-17-1,其作用于抑制性谷氨酸受体(IGluRs),干扰害螨的神经传递,使肌肉细胞失去原有的运动能力,表现出类似于麻痹的状态,进而影响进食或运动,最终杀灭害螨。对果树、蔬菜以及茶树害螨具有良好的防效。
唑螨苯胺(Pyflubumide)是由日本农药株式会社公司发现和开发的一种新型甲酰苯胺类杀螨剂,其对害螨的线粒体复合物Ⅱ具有明显的抑制活性。CAS登录号926914-55-8。
Nicofluprole是由拜耳公司成功开发上市的新型苯基吡唑烟酰胺类含氟杀虫剂,该杀虫剂对鳞翅目、半翅目及蜱螨目害虫具有较高的杀虫活性。CAS登录号1771741-86-6。
三氟杀线酯,三氟杀线酯是山东中农联合生物科技股份有限公司自主研发的新化合物。CAS登录号2074661-82-6。
喹螨醚是由陶氏益农开发的喹唑啉类杀螨剂,作用于昆虫细胞的线粒体和染色体组,对害螨具有触杀和胃毒双重功效,对全爪螨属、叶螨属等多种螨类的卵和活动态螨有效。CAS登录号120928-09-8。
植食性螨是一种最为普遍的植物害虫,其个体较小,大多密集群居于作物的叶片背面刺吸危害,使得果树、棉花、蔬菜和观赏植物等大量减产,损失严重。植食性害螨有叶螨(Tetranychidae)、瘿螨(Eriophyoidea)、根螨(Rhizoglyphus)等,其中以叶螨和瘿螨的危害最重。化学防治是害螨综合治理的一个重要环节。合理的化学药剂复配或混配具有扩大杀虫谱,提高防治效果,延长施药适期,减少用药量,降低药害,减少残留,延缓害螨抗药性的发生等积极特点。申请人通过室内毒力实验和田间药效试验惊讶地发现,Acynonapyr与唑螨苯胺、Nicofluprole、三氟杀线酯、喹螨醚的复配组合具有明显的增效作用,并且其复配的杀螨剂组合物及应用目前尚无人报道过。
发明内容
基于以上情况,本发明目的在于提供一种含Acynonapyr的农药组合物及其制剂,主要用于防治植食性害螨,该杀螨组合物或其制剂能够增强药效、减少用药量,同时可延长持效期和延缓抗药性发展。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案:一种含Acynonapyr的农药组合物,包括活性成分A Acynonapyr,与活性成分B选自唑螨苯胺、Nicofluprole、三氟杀线酯、喹螨醚中的任一种;
进一步地,所述活性成分A和活性成分B的质量比为1:35~35:1;
进一步地,所述的Acynonapyr与唑螨苯胺的质量比为1:20~20:1;

(2)降低了农药使用量,能延缓害螨抗药性产生,安全高效,对环境友好。

为使本发明的技术方案,目的以及优点更加清楚明白,本发明用以下具体实施例进行说明,但本发明可以以各种形式实现而不应被这里阐述的实施方式所限制。
室内毒力
实施例参考农药室内生物测定试验准则第13部分:叶碟喷雾法NY/T 1154.13-2008;第7部分:混配的联合作用测定NY/T 1154.7-2006
试验材料准备
Acynonapyr原药、唑螨苯胺原药、Nicofluprole原药、三氟杀线酯原药、喹螨醚原药均由集团研发中心提供;
试验靶标:朱砂叶螨(Tetranychus cinnabarinnum Boisduval)、截形叶螨(Tetranychus truncatus Ehara);
选择室内饲养、生理状态一致的雌成螨或若螨。温度(25±1)℃。相对湿度65%±5%,光照周期16/8h(L/D);
选取生长一致的棉花叶片,用打孔器做成直径长为2cm的叶碟,在培养皿内放置琼脂保湿,其上放滤纸,滤纸上放叶碟,每皿3个叶碟,将室内饲养的成螨或若螨接种到叶碟上,每叶碟上10~15头。
药剂配制:选用合适的有机溶剂溶解原药,再用0.1%的吐温-80水溶液稀释。分别配制单剂母液,并根据混配目的、药剂活性设计5组配比,各单剂及每组配比混剂按照等比的方法配置5个系列质量浓度。
药剂处理:将培养皿置于Potter喷雾塔底盘进行喷雾,喷液量为1ml,药液沉降1min后取出,转移至饲养条件下饲养。每处理不少于4次重复,每个剂量处理试虫数不少于120头,并设不含药剂(含所有有机溶剂和乳化剂)的处理作空白对照。
数据统计与分析:处理后48h检查试虫死亡情况,分别记录总虫数和死虫数。根据调查数据,计算各处理的校正死亡率。
按以下公式计算,计算结果均保留到小数点后两位:

采用几率值分析的方法对数据进行处理。可以用IBM SPSS Statistics 20统计分析系统分析,求出毒力回归线的LC50值及其95%置信限、b值,评价供试药剂对生物试材的活性。
混剂的共毒系数(CTC值)按下式计算:

实施例1
Acynonapyr与唑螨苯胺、Nicofluprole、三氟杀线酯不同配比对朱砂叶螨(雌成螨)的联合毒力测定:
由表1可以看出:Acynonapyr、唑螨苯胺、Nicofluprole各单剂对朱砂叶螨表现出较高的毒力,Nicofluprole防效最好。Acynonapyr与唑螨苯胺在1:35~35:1范围内对朱砂叶螨未表现出拮抗作用,其中,1:15~25:1范围内其共毒系数大于130,表现出明显的增效作用。Acynonapyr与Nicofluprole在1:30~28:1范围内对朱砂叶螨未表现出拮抗作用,其中,1:14~20:1范围内其共毒系数大于130,表现出明显的增效作用。Acynonapyr与三氟杀线酯在1:30~30:1范围内对朱砂叶螨未表现出拮抗作用。其中1:20~20:1范围内对朱砂叶螨表现出增效作用。

Acynonapyr与喹螨醚不同配比对截形叶螨(若螨)的联合毒力测定:
由表2可以看出:Acynonapyr、喹螨醚各单剂对截形叶螨若螨表现出较高的毒力。Acynonapyr与喹螨醚在1:25~18:1范围内对截形叶螨表现出增效作用,其中,Acynonapyr与唑螨苯胺质量比1:1时,共毒系数为229.964,显著增效。

实施例4田间试验防治棉花叶螨
供试作物:棉花(中棉EB001);
试验对象:朱砂叶螨、截形叶螨;
试验地点:山东省济宁市鱼台县棉花种植基地,前茬作物大蒜,试验地土壤肥力中等,地势平整,肥力均匀,灌溉条件良好。
试验处理:各小区采用随机区组排列,小区面积为20m2,重复4次,施药器械为WS-16D卫士电动喷雾器,喷头为单个扇形雾喷头,工作压力0.15-0.4Mpa,棉花叶片正反面均匀喷雾,亩用水量50kg叶面喷雾,整个试验过程只施药1次。
试验期间天气良好,试药当天,日平均气温为24℃,最高气温为29℃,最低气温为17℃,相对湿度70%。
调查方法:施药前调查虫口基数,每小区定株挂牌40片叶进行调查,处理前螨口数不少于500头;施药后3d、14d调查活螨数。
药效计算方法:药效按下式计算:
试验期间观察各处理小区棉花生长良好,各处理均未见药害发生。

安全性评价以每个小区棉花叶片和棉花的蕾、花、铃有无药害情况确定。根据田间调查,,各处理均未出现叶片、嫩枝对药剂的不良反应,表明各处理在试验所用浓度下对棉花生长安全。
从表4、5不同供试药剂对棉花叶螨田间试验结果可以看出,Acynonapyr与唑螨苯胺、Nicofluprole、三氟杀线酯、喹螨醚的复配所得杀螨剂组合物对棉花叶螨的速效性很好。施药后3d,各复配药剂防效在80%以上;施药后14d,各复配组防效增加,防效均大于90%,表现出较好的持效性。
通过室内毒力测定以及在田间棉花上进行试验,本发明所述的Acynonapyr和唑螨苯胺、Nicofluprole、三氟杀线酯、喹螨醚任一种进行复配的杀螨组合物,对植食性害螨表现出较好的防治效果。
本发明复配所得杀螨组合物或其制剂防效显著,在延缓抗药性的产生、延长持药性方面优于单剂。并且在试验中未发现复配药剂对作物产生药害,说明在所得杀螨组合物或制剂的杀螨协同增效提高的情况下,能够降低生产成本和使用成本,对作物安全。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的,因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。

2.根据权利要求1所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述活性成分A和活性成分B的质量比为1:35~35:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述活性成分A和活性成分B的质量比为1:20~20:1。

7.根据权利要求6所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述的农药组合物可以制备成农业上允许的制剂剂型,所述的制剂剂型选自固体制剂和/或液体制剂;
优选的,所述的液体制剂选自乳油、悬浮剂、水乳剂,所述的固体制剂选自可湿性粉剂。
8.根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的农药组合物用于防治植食性害螨中的应用。
9.根据权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于,所述的植食性害螨为叶螨科、瘿螨科和/或真足螨科害螨;
优选的,所述的植食性害螨为叶螨科害螨,所述的叶螨科害螨为朱砂叶螨、截形叶螨。
10.根据权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于,将所述的杀螨组合物和/或其制剂以有效剂量施用于需要控制的害螨或其生长的介质上。
