Abstract
本发明提供了一种含有A、B两种活性组分的农业杀螨组合物,活性组分A选自氯唑螨酯,活性组分B选自联苯肼酯或氟啶胺,且A、B两活性组分的重量比为1~80:80~1。本发明还提供了一种含有所述杀螨组合物的农药制剂。本发明提供的杀螨组合物和农药制剂,不仅在速效性和持效期方面优于单剂,还能够降低农药使用剂量,对已经对乙螨唑和哒螨灵产生严重抗药性的农业害螨具有良好的防治效果,有利于环境保护和农业害螨的综合治理。

技术领域
本发明属于农药领域,具体涉及一种含有氯唑螨酯和联苯肼酯或氟啶胺双活性组分的高效低毒且环保的杀螨组合物及其应用。
背景技术
在农业生产过程中,使用化学药剂防治植物病害是最有效的手段之一,但是长期连续高剂量地使用单一化学成分,造成害虫、害螨等产生严重的抗药性。近年来,植食性农业害螨的防治已经成为农业生产中的难题,且抗性问题凸显。为了更加有效地防治害螨,延缓其对化学药剂的抗性,将具有不同作用机制的化合物进行复配使用,是一种经济高效的手段。
氯唑螨酯为浙江省化工研究院有限公司自主研发的一种丙烯腈类杀螨剂,其化学结构如下式(I)所示,已申请专利(公开号:CN108570008A),其作用机理为通过代谢转化成羟基化合物,从而作用于呼吸系统的电子传递链,通过扰乱琥珀酸脱氢酶的作用,抑制线粒体正常的功效,达到防治作用,其对成螨、若螨、卵均具有较高的生物活性:
联苯肼酯英文通用名为bifenazate,属于新型肼酯类化合物,无内吸性,具有触杀作用,主要作用于螨类的中枢神经传导系统,抑制中枢神经系统传导,从而达到杀螨的目的,其对螨的各个生活阶段均有效。
氟啶胺英文通用名为fluazinam,属于二硝基苯胺类杀菌剂、杀螨剂,是广谱高效的保护性杀菌剂,对交链孢属、疫霉属、单轴霉属、核盘菌属和黑星菌属非常有效。
目前,联苯肼酯和氟啶胺存在用量大、使用成本高、持效期短、抗性逐渐增大等问题,导致其推广应用受到一定的局限性,从而严重缩短了产品的生命周期。
当前新化合物研发所需的时间、资金成本以及难度越来越大,迫切需要开发高效、低毒、低残留的复配与混配制剂,使不同类型的杀螨剂科学合理混用,这对农业虫害防治具有重大意义。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种协同增效、高效低毒、持效期长,可治理害螨抗药性的农业杀螨组合物及其应用。
本发的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种农业杀螨组合物,所述杀螨组合物含有A、B两种活性成分,组分A为氯唑螨酯,组分B选自联苯肼酯或氟啶胺。
本发明提供的杀螨组合物中,A、B两种活性组分的重量百分比为1~80:80~1;优选地, A、B两种活性组分的重量百分比为1~40:40~1;更优选地,A、B两种活性组分的重量百分比为1~30:20~1。
以本发明活性组分A和活性组分B为有效成分,可复配形成农药制剂,所述农药制剂以重量计含有1~80%的上述所述的杀螨组合物,其余为农药制剂中可接受的载体和助剂。
所述农药制剂可配制成的剂型为:乳油、悬浮剂、悬乳剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂或水乳剂。
A、B两种活性组分在农药制剂中的总质量含量为1%~80%,根据不同的制剂类型,活性组分累计含量范围有所不同。通常,液体制剂中活性组分的累积含量在1%~60%之间,较优选为10%~40%。固体制剂中活性组分的累积含量在5%~75%之间,较优选为10%~60%。
本发明的农药制剂中至少含有一种表面活性剂,以利于施用时活性组分在水中的分散,表面活性剂的累积含量在5%~28%之间,余量为固体或液体载体。本发明的杀螨组合物所选用的表面活性剂是本领域技术人员所公知的,如:分散剂、润湿剂、粘结剂、消泡剂、稳定剂或乳化剂中的一种或几种。根据不同剂型,制剂中还可以含有本领域技术人员所公知的抗冻剂、增稠剂、崩解剂等。
本发明的杀螨组合物可以由使用者在使用前经稀释使用或直接使用,其配制可由本领域技术人员所公知的方法制备,即将活性物质与液体溶剂或固体载体混合后,再加入表面活性剂。
本发明的杀螨组合物,制成乳油时包括如下组分含量:活性组分A:l~50%、活性组分 B:l~40%、乳化剂:5~25%、增效剂:10~20%、助溶剂:3~27%,溶剂补足至100%。将活性组分A和B加入溶剂中完全溶解后再加入乳化剂、增效剂等,搅拌均匀后成均一透明的油状液体,即制得本发明组合物的乳油产品。
本发明的杀螨组合物,制成悬浮剂时包括如下组分含量:活性组分A:l~40%、活性组分B:10~50%、分散剂:7~13%、湿润剂:5~20%、消泡剂:0.4~1%、增稠剂:0.1~2.5%、粘结剂:0.5~2%、抗冻剂:0.5~10%,加水加至100%。将称量好的分散剂、润湿剂、防冻剂、防腐剂和消泡剂加入到水中,搅拌使其均匀分散,再加入计量好的活性组分搅拌均匀形成流体状,最后将其加入到砂磨机中研磨至D90≤5微米左右时,过滤即可即制得本发明组合物的悬浮剂产品。
本发明的杀螨组合物,制成水乳剂时包含如下组分含量:活性组分A:0.1~40%、活性组分B:l0~50%、溶剂:5~20%、乳化剂:5~30%、抗冻剂:2~5%、增稠剂:0.2~2%、消泡剂:0.1~6%,去离子水补足余量。将活性组分A和B、溶剂、乳化剂、助溶剂加在一起,溶解成均匀的油相;将部分水、抗冻剂、增稠剂、消泡剂等混合在一起,形成均一水相。在反应釜中高速搅拌的同时,将油相加入水相,补足剩余水至转相点,高速剪切半小时即制得本发明组合物的水乳剂产品。
本发明的杀螨组合物,制成可溶性液剂时包括如下组分含量:活性组分A:l~40%、活性组分:B l0~50%、乳化剂:1~20%、增效剂:3~12%,有机溶剂补足至100%。将活性组分A和B、有机溶剂、乳化剂、增效剂等混合在一起,形成均一透明液体,即制得本发明组合物的可溶性液剂产品。
本发明的杀螨组合物,制成水分散粒剂时包括如下组分含量:活性组分A:0.l~50%、活性组分B:10~50%、分散剂:3~10%、湿润剂:1~10%、崩解剂:1~5%、粘结剂:1~ 8%,固体载体补足余量。将活性组分A和B、分散剂、湿润剂、崩解剂、粘结剂、固体载体等一起经超微气流粉碎机粉碎得到需要的粒径,再加入粘结剂等助剂,得到制粒用料。将料品定量送进流化床制粒干燥机内经过制造粒及干燥分筛后,即制得本发明组合物的水分散粒剂产品。
本发明所述固体载体选自但不限于:矿物类、植物类、合成填料类和无机盐类。其中矿物类包括硅酸盐类、碳酸盐类、硫酸盐类和氧化物类。硅酸盐类例如高岭土、海泡石、珍珠陶土、蒙脱土、云母、蛭石、叶蜡石、滑石。碳酸盐类例如:碳酸钙、方解石、白云石。硫酸盐类如硫酸铵、硫酸钠、硫酸钙。氧化物类如生石灰、镁石灰、硅藻土。植物类例如:柑橘渣粉、玉米棒渣粉、谷壳粉、稻谷壳粉、大豆秸粉、烟草粉、胡桃壳粉、锯木粉。合成填料类如沉淀碳酸钙水合物、沉淀碳酸钙、白炭黑。无机盐类例如氯化钾、氯化钠。此外,还有浮石和天然砂。
本发明所述液体载体包括但不限于:芳烃,例如苯、二甲苯、三甲苯、甲苯;氯代脂肪烃,例如三氯甲烷、二氯甲烷、氯仿、四氯化碳和多氯乙烷;脂肪烃,例如石油馏分、环己烷、轻质矿物油和石蜡;醇类,例如甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、丁醇、乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、脂肪醇等;醚类,例如丙二醇乙醚、石油醚等;酮类,例如丙酮、环己酮、N-甲基-吡咯烷酮、 N-辛基吡咯烷酮等;如二甲基甲酰胺、二甲基亚砜、聚乙二醇等的特种溶剂;植物油及甲基化植物油。上述有机溶剂既可以单独使用,也可以混合使用,还可以与水一起混合使用。
本发明所述乳化剂包括但不限于:非离子型乳化剂、阴离子型乳化剂和阳离子型乳化剂。非离子型乳化剂选自聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧丙烯醚、环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物、多元醇脂肪酸酯、聚乙烯醇等;阴离子型乳化剂选自脂肪酸皂、烷基硫酸盐(十二烷基硫酸钠)、烷基苯磺酸盐(十二烷基苯磺酸钠)、磷酸盐等;阳离子型乳化剂选自N-十二烷基二甲胺、季铵盐等。
本发明所述分散剂包括但不限于:木质素磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钙、三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、焦磷酸钠、丙烯酸均聚物钠盐、马来酸二钠盐、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物钠盐、三苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、三乙基己基磷酸、十二烷基硫酸钠、纤维素衍生物、聚丙烯酰胺、古尔胶、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯、对羟苯基木质素磺酸钠盐中的至少一种。
本发明所述润湿剂包括但不限于:茶枯、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、洗衣粉、蚕沙、月桂硫磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、萘磺酸盐、十二烷基硫酸钠、拉开粉、烷基酚树脂聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐中的至少一种。
本发明所述粘结剂选自有机膨润土、黄原胶、硅酸镁铝、海藻酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、有机高分子、气相二氧化硅、阿拉伯胶、聚乙烯醇中的至少一种。
本发明所述增效剂选自有机硅农药增效剂、有机硅农药渗透剂扩展剂、农用有机硅农药增效剂、氮酮、七甲基三硅氧烷中的一种。
本发明含杀螨组合物的农药制剂特别适用于防治农业害螨,所述农业害螨包括果树、蔬菜、棉花、大豆、茶树或花卉中的柑橘全爪螨、朱砂叶螨、苹果红蜘蛛、棉花红蜘蛛、二斑叶螨、山楂叶螨、茶黄螨、卵形短须螨或腐嗜酪螨。
本发明所述的杀螨组合物相比现有技术具有如下优势:
(1)本发明的杀螨组合物通过两种活性组分在一定配比范围内复配,表现出良好的增效作用,较其单剂具有明显的提高,同时具有速效性好、持效期长等优点;
(2)降低了使用剂量,减少使用成本;
(3)利用两种农药对害螨不同的作用方式、不同的作用机理进行合理地混配,既延长了农药使用寿命,又能延缓害螨抗药性的产生;
(4)能够有效治理已经对乙螨唑、哒螨灵等杀螨剂产生严重抗性的二斑叶螨及其他抗性害螨;
(5)本组合物低毒高效,对益虫、天敌安全,环境相容性好,可广泛应用于如乙螨唑等因对于水生生物存在安全性风险而导致停止登记的农业领域。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例来对本发明进行进一步说明,但并不将本发明局限于这些具体实施方式。本领域技术人员应该认识到,本发明涵盖了权利要求书范围内所可能包括的所有备选方案、改进方案和等效方案。
下述实施例中材料配方选择可因地制宜,对结果无实质性影响。在这些实施例中,除另有说明外,所有百分比均为重量百分比。
本发明人对活性组分A和活性组分B的混配进行了室内毒力测定试验。
试验参照杀虫剂农药室内生物测定试验准则(农业行业标准NY/T1154.7-2006)和创制农药生物活性评价SOP(杀虫剂卷),采用浸渍法。
联合作用采用下述方法进行计算:
理论混用毒力指数(TTI)=A的毒力指数×A在混用中的含量(%)
+B的毒力指数×B在混用中的含量(%)
共毒系数若大于120,表明有增效作用;若小于80,表明为拮抗作用;若大于80小于120,表明为相加作用。
实施例1:氯唑螨酯与联苯肼酯混配实施例

从表1的室内生物活性测定结果可以看出,氯唑螨酯和联苯肼酯在质量配比为1~10至 10~1范围内共毒系数均大于120,对草莓二斑叶螨均表现为增效作用,以质量配比为1~10 至5~1范围内共毒系数最优。目前,二斑叶螨的危害范围日益增大,且已经产生很严重的抗性,在化学药剂防治方面遇到了较大困难,氯唑螨酯和联苯肼酯混配具有合理性和可行性及广阔的市场前景。
实施例2:氯唑螨酯与氟啶胺混配实施例

从表2的室内生物活性测定结果可以看出,氯唑螨酯和氟啶胺在质量配比为1~30至20~ 1范围内共毒系数均大于120,对柑橘全爪螨表现为协同增效作用,以质量配比为1~3至5~1范围内共毒系数最优。氯唑螨酯和氟啶胺混配既可以全面控制螨类危害,又可以同时预防蔬菜的疫病、黑星病、灰霉病、菌核病等真菌性病害,一药多效,显著减少用药量,可以有效延缓害螨和病原菌的抗药性,对作物和环境安全,具有广阔的市场开发前景。
实施例3 25%氯唑螨酯·联苯肼酯水乳剂
氯唑螨酯5%、联苯肼酯20%、乙二醇甲醚3%、N-吡咯烷酮5%、农乳600#10%、硅酮类化合物0.3%、有机硅消泡剂0.4%、丙三醇3%,去离子补足至100%,将上述原料按常规配制水乳剂的加工工艺,混合后即可制得25%氯唑螨酯·联苯肼酯水乳剂。
试验方法:25%氯唑螨酯·联苯肼酯水乳剂防治草莓二斑叶螨田间药效试验。本试验于浙江省绍兴市东浦镇草莓种植基地进行,供试草莓品种为红颜。草莓株行距约30cm×50cm,每小区面积10㎡,重复3次,随机区组排列。喷雾器械为浙江台州市椒江双收塑料制品厂生产的双收牌3WBD-16B型背负式电动喷雾器,工作压力为0.15~0.4MPa。25%氯唑螨酯·联苯肼酯水乳剂试验浓度为62.5、83mg/L,对照药剂20%氯唑螨酯悬浮剂试验浓度为100mg/L, 30%腈吡螨酯悬浮剂试验浓度为150mg/L,43%联苯肼酯悬浮剂试验浓度为215mg/L,另设空白对照处理。茎叶喷雾,用水量折合每亩40升,用药1次。
调查方法:每小区定株等距标记30片叶片进行调查,观察并统计施药前螨口基数及施药后1、3、7d、14d标记叶片上正反面的活螨数,计算防治效果。同时观察草莓生长情况,目测试验药剂对草莓有无褪绿、黄化、畸形、坏死等药害症状发生。

表3的试验数据表明:25%氯唑螨酯·联苯肼酯水乳剂在有效成分用量为62.5mg/L和 83mg/L剂量下,药后1天、3天、7天、14天对草莓二斑叶螨的防效明显优于对照药剂在试验剂量下的防效。25%氯唑螨酯·联苯肼酯水乳剂在药后1天、3天、7天、14天对草莓二斑叶螨的防效显著,均超过90%,能够迅速降低虫口基数。药后各阶段调查,对照药剂30%腈吡螨酯·联苯肼酯悬浮剂的防效略优于20%氯唑螨酯悬浮剂在有效成分用量为100mg/L剂量下的防效;药后14天,2个处理的防效接近没有明显差异。对照药剂30%腈吡螨酯悬浮剂在有效成分用量为150mg/L剂量下使用药后7天达到最好防效80.64%;对照药剂43%联苯肼酯悬浮剂于药后3天对草莓二斑叶螨的防效达到86.14%,说明联苯肼酯的速效性优于腈吡螨酯;而43%联苯肼酯悬浮剂在药后14天的防效仅为76.73%,持效性不够。氯唑螨酯和联苯肼酯复配后,增效作用显著,在药后3天防效达到98.37%,能够迅速降低虫口基数,有效控制害螨危害,速效性和持效期均显著优于对照药剂,可以代替对草莓二斑叶螨产生抗性的杀螨剂,从而减少草莓果期的用药次数,降低果面农药残留的风险。另外,在试验过程中,未发现本发明的农药组合物对草莓及果实的生长产生药害影响,也未观察到试验药剂对蜜蜂及有益天敌产生不良影响。
实施例4:氯唑螨酯与联苯肼酯混配实施例

表4试验数据表明:20%氯唑螨酯·联苯肼酯悬乳剂在有效成分用量为40mg/L剂量下,药后1天、3天、7天、14天、21天、30天对柑橘全爪螨的防效均优于对照药剂20%氯唑螨酯悬浮剂、30%腈吡螨酯悬浮剂和43%联苯肼酯悬浮剂在试验剂量下的防效。20%氯唑螨酯·联苯肼酯悬乳剂在有效成分用量为40mg/L剂量下药后1-7天的防效略低于30%腈吡螨酯·联苯肼酯悬浮剂在有效成分用量为75mg/L剂量下的防效,但是药后14天后20%氯唑螨酯·联苯肼酯悬乳剂表现出较好的持效性,药后30天的防效仍达到86.29%。20%氯唑螨酯·联苯肼酯悬乳剂在有效成分用量为67mg/L剂量下,药后3天、7天对柑橘全爪螨的防效分别为 98.23%、99.45%,能够迅速控制害螨危害。对照药剂30%腈吡螨酯悬浮剂在有效成分用量为 150mg/L剂量下于药后3天对柑橘全爪螨的防效达到71.05%,药后30天的防效降低到50.26%。对照药剂43%联苯肼酯悬浮剂于药后7天对柑橘全爪螨的防效达到83.18%,药后30天的防效降低至55.38%。氯唑螨酯和联苯肼酯复配后,增效作用显著,尤其在药后30天内能够有效控制害螨危害,速效性和持效期均明显优于对照药剂。另外,在试验过程中,未发现本发明的农药组合物对柑橘生长产生药害影响,也未观察到试验药剂对有益天敌产生不良影响。
实施例5 30%氯唑螨酯·氟啶胺水分散粒剂
氯唑螨酯10%、氟啶胺30%、十二烷基硫酸钠5%、苯磺酸钙6%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚10%、白炭黑8%,高岭土补足至100%,将上述原料按照常规配制方法混合均匀,即可制得40%氯唑螨酯·氟啶胺水分散粒剂。
试验方法:40%氯唑螨酯·氟啶胺水分散粒剂防治月季二斑叶螨田间药效试验。试验地点为浙江省绍兴市柯桥区花卉种植基地进行,供试月季品种为白蔷薇(经常使用乙螨唑、螺螨酯防治二斑叶螨)。温室种植,每小区5盆月季,重复3次,随机区组排列。喷雾器械为浙江台州市椒江双收塑料制品厂生产的双收牌3WBD-16B型背负式电动喷雾器,工作压力为0.15~ 0.4MPa。
试验剂量:40%氯唑螨酯·氟啶胺水分散粒剂试验浓度为66.7、80mg/L,对照药剂30%腈吡螨酯·氟啶胺悬浮剂100mg/L,对照药剂20%氯唑螨酯悬浮剂100mg/L,50%氟啶胺悬浮剂250mg/L,20%乙螨唑悬浮剂180mg/L(已登记用量6倍),240克/升螺螨酯悬浮剂360mg/L (已登记用量6倍),另设空白对照处理。全株喷雾,每盆月季用水量约为0.4L,叶片正反面均匀喷雾,用药1次。
调查方法:每盆月季按4个方位标记4片叶子,用手机放大镜拍摄,每处理调查20片叶上的活螨数量作为药前基数。药后1d、3d、7d、14d、21d、30d分别调查各小区活螨数,计算防治效果。同时观察月季生长开花情况,目测月季有无褪绿、黄化、畸形等药害症状发生。药效计算方法同实施例3。

表5试验数据表明:40%氯唑螨酯·联苯肼酯水分散粒剂在有效成分用量为66.7mg/L和 80mg/L剂量下,药后1天-7天对月季二斑叶螨的防效均超过97%,明显优于其他对照药剂在试验剂量下的防效。药后21天,40%氯唑螨酯·氟啶胺水分散粒剂在各试验剂量下对月季二斑叶螨的防效仍超过91%,而20%氯唑螨酯悬浮剂的防效达到80.96%,30%腈吡螨酯·氟啶胺悬浮剂的防效仅达到74.51%,20%乙螨唑悬浮剂和240克/升螺螨酯悬浮剂使用量达到登记用量6倍,防效也不理想,说明二斑叶螨对该2类药剂已产生严重抗药性,存活的二斑叶螨仍然可对月季生长造成危害。表5数据表明:氯唑螨酯和氟啶胺复配后,增效作用显著,在药后1天能够迅速降低虫口基数,有效控制害螨危害,用量少、速效性和持效期均明显优于其他对照药剂,能够有效治理对乙螨唑和螺螨酯等药剂产生抗性的二斑叶螨危害,同时还可以预防月季常发、易发的叶斑病等,是防治月季二斑叶螨和病害综合预防的理想药剂。另外,在试验过程中未发现本发明的农药组合物对月季生长产生药害影响,也未观察到试验药剂对有益天敌产生不良影响。
综上所述,本发明氯唑螨酯和联苯肼酯或氟啶胺的复配杀螨剂组合物,对柑橘全爪螨、草莓二斑叶螨、月季二斑叶螨等表现出较好的防治效果,同时对靶标作物安全,对有益天敌安全,对使用者安全,对环境安全。与单剂杀螨剂相比,本发明杀螨组合物具有多个作用位点,不易与其他杀螨剂产生抗性;能够有效解决对乙螨唑和螺螨酯等药剂产生严重抗性的花卉种植区域的害螨防治问题;一药多效,可以降低农药使用量,符合国家减药增效的政策指引;速效性好、持效期长能够显著提高用药效率,减少用药成本及人工成本;应用范围广泛,适用于大多数受螨类危害的农作物。因此,本发明的研发及推广具有重要的社会意义,同时也会产生巨大的经济价值,对柑橘、苹果等水果主产区、茄科瓜类等蔬菜主产区、棉花和茶叶等经济作物主产区的农民增产增收起到重大实际意义,值得在农业生产上广泛推广应用。
Claims (7)
1.一种农业杀螨组合物,其特征在于:所述杀螨组合物含有两种活性组分,活性组分A选自氯唑螨酯,活性组分B选自联苯肼酯或氟啶胺,且A、B两种活性组分的重量百分比为1~80:80~1。
2.按照权利要求1所述的农业杀螨组合物,其特征在于:A、B两种活性组分的重量比为1~40:40~1。
3.按照权利要求2所述的农业杀螨组合物,其特征在于:A、B两种活性组分的重量比为1~30:20~1。
4.一种农药制剂,其特征在于:所述农药制剂以重量计含有1~80%的权利要求1所述的杀螨组合物,其余为农药制剂中可接受的载体和助剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的农药制剂,其特征在于:所述农药制剂可配制成乳油、悬浮剂、悬乳剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂或水乳剂。
6.一种权利要求4所述的农药制剂的应用,其特征在于:所述农药制剂用于防治农业害螨。
7.根据权利要求6所述的农药制剂的应用,其特征在于:所述农业害螨包括果树、蔬菜、棉花、大豆、茶树或花卉中的柑橘全爪螨、朱砂叶螨、苹果红蜘蛛、棉花红蜘蛛、二斑叶螨、山楂叶螨、茶黄螨、卵形短须螨或腐嗜酪螨。
