a first confirmation information sending module 503, configured to generate meeting confirmation information and send the meeting confirmation information to the meeting terminal when there is no conflicting reserved meeting; the conference terminal is used for sending a feedback instruction to the server by the user based on the conference confirmation information;
a first conference creation module 504, configured to create, when the feedback instruction is a confirmation creation instruction, a temporary conference for a duration of the conference according to the confirmation creation instruction;
the first creation cancellation module 505 is configured to cancel the creation of the conference when the feedback instruction is a cancellation creation instruction.
In one embodiment, the temporary conference creation apparatus further includes:
the conference instruction sending module is used for sending conference instructions to all conference terminals in a conference room to which the conference terminals belong; the conference instructions are used for instructing each conference terminal in the conference room to start and enter a conference mode.
In one embodiment, the first meeting creation module is configured to, upon confirming that the creation instruction includes a meeting name modification instruction, perform the steps of:
acquiring a target conference name according to the conference name modification instruction;
modifying a default name to the target meeting name;
an ad hoc conference is created for the conference terminal for the conference duration.
In one embodiment, the first meeting creation module is configured to, upon confirming that the creation instruction includes participant information, perform the steps of:
creating a temporary conference for the conference terminal for the conference duration period;
configuring a participant for the ad hoc conference according to the participant information;
and transmitting the conference information of the temporary conference to each participant.
In one embodiment, the temporary conference creation apparatus further includes:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring reservation persons of the reserved conferences when the reserved conferences are in conflict;
a deferral request sending module, configured to send a conference deferral request to the subscriber;
the second confirmation information sending module is used for generating meeting confirmation information and sending the meeting confirmation information to the meeting terminal when receiving a consent and delay instruction fed back by the reservation person;
the second conference creation module is used for creating an ad hoc conference in the conference duration period according to the confirmation creation instruction when the feedback instruction fed back by the conference terminal is the confirmation creation instruction, and deferring the reserved conference to the ending time of the ad hoc conference;
and the second creation canceling module is used for canceling the conference creation when the feedback instruction fed back by the conference terminal is a cancellation creation instruction and sending a cancellation deferral notification to the reservation person.
In one embodiment, the temporary conference creation apparatus further includes:
the second time determining module is used for recalculating a new conference duration period according to a second default conference duration when receiving a refusal deferral instruction fed back by the reservation person; the second default conference duration is less than the first default conference duration;
the conflict judging module judges whether the new conference duration period conflicts with the reserved conference or not according to the new conference duration period;
the third confirmation information sending module is used for generating meeting confirmation information according to the new meeting duration time and sending the meeting confirmation information to the meeting terminal when the new meeting duration time period does not conflict with the reserved meeting;
the third conference creation module is used for creating an ad hoc conference in the new conference duration period according to the confirmation creation instruction when the feedback instruction fed back by the conference terminal is the confirmation creation instruction;
and the third creation canceling module is used for canceling the creation of the conference when the feedback instruction fed back by the conference terminal is a cancellation creation instruction.
In one embodiment, the temporary conference creation apparatus further includes:
the inquiry module is used for inquiring the idle conference terminal in the original conference duration time period when the new conference duration time period conflicts with the reserved conference;
the undetermined terminal determining module is used for determining the idle conference terminal as the undetermined conference terminal when the idle conference terminal exists;
a fourth confirmation information sending module, configured to generate conference confirmation information based on a to-be-determined conference terminal, and send the conference confirmation information to the conference terminal;
the target terminal determining module is used for determining a to-be-determined conference terminal as a target conference terminal according to the confirmation creating instruction when the feedback instruction is the confirmation creating instruction;
a fourth conference creation module, configured to create, under the target conference terminal, a temporary conference for the conference duration period, and control the target conference terminal to start;
and the fourth creation canceling module is used for canceling the creation of the conference when the feedback instruction fed back by the conference terminal is a cancellation creation instruction.
The division of the various modules in the above-described ad hoc conference creation device is for illustration only, and in other embodiments, the ad hoc conference creation device may be divided into different modules as needed to accomplish all or part of the functionality of the above-described ad hoc conference creation device. The respective modules in the above-described ad hoc conference creation means may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, and a combination thereof. The above modules may be embedded in hardware or may be independent of a processor in the computer device, or may be stored in software in a memory in the computer device, so that the processor may call and execute operations corresponding to the above modules.
In one embodiment, the present application further provides a storage medium having stored therein computer readable instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform the method for creating a temporary meeting described in any of the embodiments above.
In one embodiment, the present application further provides a computer device, where computer readable instructions are stored, and when the one or more processors execute the computer readable instructions, the method for creating an ad hoc conference according to any of the embodiments is executed.
Illustratively, in one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, the internal structure of which may be as shown in FIG. 6. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, computer programs, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The database of the computer device is for storing data. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a method of ad hoc conference creation.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 6 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the present application and is not limiting of the computer device to which the present application may be applied, and that a particular computer device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above described methods may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed, may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, database, or other medium used in the various embodiments provided herein may include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. The nonvolatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical Memory, high density embedded nonvolatile Memory, resistive random access Memory (ReRAM), magnetic random access Memory (Magnetoresistive Random Access Memory, MRAM), ferroelectric Memory (Ferroelectric Random Access Memory, FRAM), phase change Memory (Phase Change Memory, PCM), graphene Memory, and the like. Volatile memory can include random access memory (Random Access Memory, RAM) or external cache memory, and the like. By way of illustration, and not limitation, RAM can be in the form of a variety of forms, such as static random access memory (Static Random Access Memory, SRAM) or dynamic random access memory (Dynamic Random Access Memory, DRAM), and the like. The databases referred to in the various embodiments provided herein may include at least one of relational databases and non-relational databases. The non-relational database may include, but is not limited to, a blockchain-based distributed database, and the like. The processors referred to in the embodiments provided herein may be general purpose processors, central processing units, graphics processors, digital signal processors, programmable logic units, quantum computing-based data processing logic units, etc., without being limited thereto.
Finally, it is further noted that relational terms such as first and second, and the like are used solely to distinguish one entity or action from another entity or action without necessarily requiring or implying any actual such relationship or order between such entities or actions. Moreover, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising one … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," and the like, are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying a relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defining "a first" or "a second" may explicitly or implicitly include at least one such feature. In the description of the present application, the meaning of "plurality" is at least two, such as two, three, etc., unless explicitly defined otherwise.
In the present specification, each embodiment is described in a progressive manner, and each embodiment focuses on the difference from other embodiments, and may be combined according to needs, and the same similar parts may be referred to each other.

Claims (8)

1. The method for creating the temporary conference is characterized by being applied to a server in a paperless conference system, wherein the paperless conference system further comprises a conference terminal; the method comprises the following steps:
responding to a conference creation request sent by the conference terminal, and determining a conference duration period according to a first default conference duration and the current time; the conference terminal is used for starting when receiving a rapid creation instruction input by a user, generating a conference creation request and sending the conference creation request to the server;
inquiring whether a conflict reserved conference exists or not according to the conference duration time period;
if no conflict reservation conference exists, generating conference confirmation information and sending the conference confirmation information to the conference terminal; the conference terminal is used for sending a feedback instruction input by a user based on the conference confirmation information to the server;
if the feedback instruction is a confirmation creation instruction, creating a temporary conference in the duration period of the conference according to the confirmation creation instruction, and sending a conference instruction to each conference terminal in a conference room to which the conference terminal belongs; the conference instruction is used for indicating each conference terminal in the conference room to start and enter a conference mode;
if the feedback instruction is a cancellation creation instruction, canceling the creation of the conference;
if a conflict reservation conference exists, acquiring a reservation person of the reservation conference;
sending a conference deferral request to the reservation person;
if a refusal deferral instruction fed back by the reservation person is received, recalculating a new conference duration period according to a second default conference duration; the second default conference duration is less than the first default conference duration;
judging whether the new conference duration period conflicts with the reserved conference or not according to the new conference duration period;
if not, generating meeting confirmation information according to the new meeting duration time and sending the meeting confirmation information to the meeting terminal;
if the feedback instruction fed back by the conference terminal is a confirmation creation instruction, creating a temporary conference in the new conference duration period according to the confirmation creation instruction;
and if the feedback instruction fed back by the conference terminal is a cancellation creation instruction, canceling the creation of the conference.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein if the confirmation creation instruction includes a conference name modification instruction, the creating the temporary conference for the conference duration period according to the confirmation creation instruction includes:
acquiring a target conference name according to the conference name modification instruction;
modifying a default name to the target meeting name;
an ad hoc conference is created for the conference terminal for the conference duration.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein if the confirmation creation instruction includes participant information, the creating the temporary conference for the conference duration period according to the confirmation creation instruction includes:
creating a temporary conference for the conference terminal for the conference duration period;
configuring a participant for the ad hoc conference according to the participant information;
and transmitting the conference information of the temporary conference to each participant.
4. A method of creating a temporary conference as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:
if a consent deferral instruction fed back by the reservation person based on the conference deferral request is received, conference confirmation information is generated and sent to the conference terminal;
if the feedback instruction fed back by the conference terminal is a confirmation creation instruction, creating a temporary conference in the conference duration period according to the confirmation creation instruction, and deferring the reserved conference to the ending time of the temporary conference;
and if the feedback instruction fed back by the conference terminal is a cancellation creation instruction, canceling the conference creation and sending a cancellation deferral notification to the reservation person.
5. The method of creating a conference call according to claim 4, wherein if there is a conflicting conference call, the method further comprises:
if the new meeting duration period conflicts with the reserved meeting, inquiring a free meeting terminal in the original meeting duration period;
if the idle conference terminal exists, determining the idle conference terminal as a to-be-determined conference terminal;
generating meeting confirmation information based on a pending meeting terminal and sending the meeting confirmation information to the meeting terminal;
if the feedback instruction is a confirmation creation instruction, determining a pending conference terminal as a target conference terminal according to the confirmation creation instruction;
creating an ad hoc conference for the conference duration period under the target conference terminal, and controlling the target conference terminal to start;
and if the feedback instruction fed back by the conference terminal is a cancellation creation instruction, canceling the creation of the conference.
6. A temporary conference creation apparatus, characterized by being applied to a server in a paperless conference system, the paperless conference system further comprising a conference terminal; the device comprises:
the first time determining module is used for responding to a conference creation request sent by the conference terminal and determining a conference duration period according to a first default conference duration and the current time; the conference terminal is used for starting when receiving a rapid creation instruction input by a user, generating a conference creation request and sending the conference creation request to the server;
the conflict inquiry module is used for inquiring whether a conflict reserved conference exists or not according to the conference duration time period;
the first confirmation information sending module is used for generating meeting confirmation information to be sent to the meeting terminal when the conflict reserved meeting does not exist; the conference terminal is used for sending a feedback instruction input by a user based on the conference confirmation information to the server;
a first conference creation module, configured to create, when the feedback instruction is an acknowledgement creation instruction, an ad hoc conference in the conference duration period according to the acknowledgement creation instruction;
the conference instruction sending module is used for sending conference instructions to all conference terminals in a conference room to which the conference terminals belong; the conference instruction is used for indicating each conference terminal in the conference room to start and enter a conference mode;
the first creation canceling module is used for canceling the conference creation when the feedback instruction is a cancellation creation instruction;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring reservation persons of the reserved conferences when the reserved conferences are in conflict;
a deferral request sending module, configured to send a conference deferral request to the subscriber;
the second time determining module is used for recalculating a new conference duration period according to a second default conference duration when receiving a refusal deferral instruction fed back by the reservation person; the second default conference duration is less than the first default conference duration;
the conflict judging module judges whether the new conference duration period conflicts with the reserved conference or not according to the new conference duration period;
the third confirmation information sending module is used for generating meeting confirmation information according to the new meeting duration time and sending the meeting confirmation information to the meeting terminal when the new meeting duration time period does not conflict with the reserved meeting;
the third conference creation module is used for creating an ad hoc conference in the new conference duration period according to the confirmation creation instruction when the feedback instruction fed back by the conference terminal is the confirmation creation instruction;
and the third creation canceling module is used for canceling the creation of the conference when the feedback instruction fed back by the conference terminal is a cancellation creation instruction.

A storage medium, characterized by: the storage medium having stored therein computer readable instructions which, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform the steps of the method of creating a temporary conference as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5.
8. A computer device, comprising: one or more processors, and memory;
the memory having stored therein computer readable instructions which, when executed by the one or more processors, perform the steps of the ad hoc conference creation method of any of claims 1 to 5.
