技术领域
本发明总体上涉及物品的包装,特别是扁平物品的包装,厚度小于其它尺寸的物品的包装以及最终厚度小于折叠物品的其它总体尺寸的折叠物品的包装。
更确切地说,本发明涉及一种用于形成包装的方法和设备,所述包装包括封装在两个相对的柔性片材之间的物品,所述柔性片材的边缘借助于热活化粘合剂联结。
本发明的开发特别着眼于其在包装膏药的领域中的应用,所述膏药例如为用于覆盖伤口的膏药、药用膏药、止痛膏药、含有药物和不含药物的加热膏药。
在以下描述中,将参考该特定的使用领域,而不损失一般性。
背景技术
在医用领域中,有不同类型的膏药。在许多情况下,这些产品是在未包裹的情况下装箱的。在一些情况下,膏药在装箱之前被单独包装在信封形状的包装中。
膏药的单独包装是通过将单独的膏药封装在彼此叠合的两个柔性片材之间来进行的,所述两个柔性片材像三明治一样封装对应的膏药,并且借助于粘合剂将它们的边缘联结在一起。通常,在该领域中,所使用的粘合剂是热活化粘合剂,因为它保证了片材的稳定固定,从而保护物品免受外部因素的影响。由于这些热活化粘合剂,一旦包装被打开,它就不再能够重新密封,并且这允许与膏药或其它类似物品的销售相关的健康和卫生标准得以满足。包装可以由两张纸片材形成,或者由一张纸片材和一张塑料材料片材形成,以及由两张塑料材料片材形成。例如,塑料材料可以是透明的,比如聚乙烯。通常,膏药的包装由外表面上印刷有与产品相关的信息的一张纸片材和一张透明塑料材料片材形成。通常,纸片材或两张纸片材中的一张具有内表面,在该内表面上施加热活化粘合剂,例如,在内表面上可以有一层粘合剂,该粘合剂层可选地成形。设置有热活化粘合剂的片材可以是已经设置有粘合剂的层状材料。
在根据现有技术的设备中,在两个柔性片材之间包装膏药是通过沿着机器方向推进彼此间隔开的膏药的连续阵列和在膏药的连续阵列的相对侧上彼此叠合的两个连续的柔性片材来进行的,两个连续的柔性片材中的一个具有热活化粘合剂层,以形成由两个连续柔性片材和夹在两个连续柔性片材之间的膏药的连续阵列构成的连续的复合带。通过使连续复合带穿过第一对和第二对可能加热的压力辊来闭合包装。通常,第一对压力辊在两个柔性片材之间进行两个连续的纵向焊接,并且第二对压力辊横向于带的进给方向在每对物品之间进行焊接。
两个柔性片材之间的固定通过激活热活化粘合剂来实现,这发生在柔性片材沿着压缩线被压缩在一起的时候。
随后,借助于横向于进给方向的适当切割,通常在每对物品之间的横向焊缝之间,从连续复合带获得包装。
两个柔性片材之间的焊接必须满足由膏药制造商定义的精确质量要求。质量规范如下:
-从视觉外观的角度来看:必须有粘合剂材料从一个片材到另一个片材的清晰转移,焊接接头必须完整且干净、没有杂质且没有明显损坏,包装片材的颜色不得由于焊接过程而改变,包装片材不得由于焊接过程而显著变形;
-从焊缝的密封的角度来看:释放(剥离)力必须在精确的量化范围内,并且在打开包装期间,在一个区域和另一个区域之间,或者在不同包装之间,不得有超出限定阈值的释放力的变化;
-从焊缝的密封和保健-卫生标准的角度来看:包装的焊接必须使得产品处于任何污染物都不能从包装的外部进入的环境中,并且还保证没有物质从内部泄漏(通过将有色液体放置在包装内部并且监测任何溢出来执行泄漏测试)。
根据现有技术的设备的主要问题之一是包装装备的当前最大速度大约为50-60m/min。这种速度限制是由于这样的事实,即随着机器的速度增加,压力辊不能够给予柔性片材足够的能量以允许粘合剂材料从一个片材到另一个片材的正确转移,因为压力辊和片材之间的接触时间成比例地减少。在这种背景下,将设备的速度提高到超过50-60m/min的极限将会损害膏药制造商所规定的质量要求。
US5613601A公开了一种用于热密封分配包装的方法和设备,所述分配包装包括由两个非织造幅材形成的透水袋,其封装预定数量的颗粒产品,例如茶或咖啡,其在浸泡液体中释放调味物质。非织造幅材具有热活化结合表面,其准许通过在周边将袋壁彼此热密封来使袋永久闭合。将预定数量的颗粒产品封装在两个非织造幅材之间的步骤和将两个非织造幅材彼此压缩的步骤在同一单元中同时执行。
US5613601A中所公开的解决方案旨在制造咖啡袋或茶袋,并且不适合满足膏药制造商所要求的质量规范,并且不允许达到高生产速度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于对封装在两个相对的柔性片材之间的物品进行包装的方法和设备,所述两个相对的柔性片材借助于热活化粘合剂联结在一起,所述方法和设备允许在不损害包装的质量要求的情况下提高生产速度。
根据本发明,该目的通过具有形成权利要求1和12的主题的特征的方法和设备来实现。
本发明设想在压缩封装物品的片材之前对柔性片材进行加热。
已经通过实验验证,将柔性片材初步加热到大约70-80℃的温度允许焊接过程的速度达到大约200m/min,这完全符合制造商所要求的质量标准。很明显,这必然导致产量相对于现有技术增加甚至增加了四倍,即使没有提高也维持了上述的当前质量参数。
根据本发明,用于包装物品的方法包括:
-将物品封装在两个相对的柔性片材之间,其中该两个相对柔性片材中的至少一个片材在其面向另一个片材的表面上具有热活化粘合剂,
-压缩片材,以借助于热活化粘合剂将片材围绕物品固定在一起,
其中,该方法涉及在压缩片材之前加热片材中的至少一个。
根据可能的实施例,在将物品封装在片材之间之前,加热片材中的至少一个片材。
这一方面允许激活热活化粘合剂,而不像现有技术中发生的那样同时加热物品,在现有技术中,片材被同时固定和加热以封装物品。
由于这一方面,还可以将至少一个片材加热到比现有技术更高的温度并且加热更长的时间,在现有技术中,温度受到物品的存在的限制,并且时间受到片材的固定时间的局限。
根据可能的实施例,片材中的至少一个仅仅沿着片材的旨在被压缩的区域被加热。
这一方面允许集中能量交换,并且仅在旨在被压缩的区域中激活热活化粘合剂,从而避免加热其它区域,其中热活化粘合剂在被激活时可能阻碍或污染物品。
这些实施例可以使用被配置成仅加热旨在被压缩的区域的辊来实施。例如,可以使用具有适当形状的传递热量的加热区域的辊。
根据可能的实施例,片材仅围绕每个物品被压缩。
这一方面避免了压缩物品,并且还允许将压缩作用集中在先前激活的热活化粘合剂处。例如,可以与相应的压缩同相地执行热活化粘合剂的热激活。
依据以下参数中的一个或更多个,片材被加热到的温度可能不同:制成片材的材料、片材的尺寸、片材的传递热量的面、所使用的热活化粘合剂的类型及其在片材上的延伸、沿着进给路径片材被加热的位置、片材的进给速率、沿着路径可预见的加热站的数量以及进行生产的环境温度。
根据可能的实施例,两个片材都在它们的与旨在转向物品的面相对的对应面上被加热。
这一方面允许优化热活化粘合剂从一个片材到另一个片材的粘合,因为粘合剂在比没有加热时的温度更高的温度下粘合到片材的表面。在这种情况下,热活化粘合剂可以更有效地粘合到另一个被加热的片材的表面,因为另一个被加热的片材的温度允许热活化粘合剂保持活化的时间比热活化粘合剂一旦与另一个未加热的片材的表面接触将保持活化的时间更长。
此外,通过在片材的与旨在转向物品的面相对的对应面上加热片材,允许从与片材接触的区域开始直到表面区域逐渐激活热活化粘合剂。这防止了热活化粘合剂的表面区域被直接加热,并且因此防止长时间经受过高的温度。
根据本发明,用于包装物品的设备包括:
-叠合单元,其被配置成将两个柔性片材施加到物品的相对侧上,以便将物品封装在片材之间,
-压缩单元,其被配置成在压缩区域处压缩片材,
-可选地,串联的分配器,其被配置成在叠合单元的上游施加热活化粘合剂,
-可选地,切割模块,其位于压缩单元的下游,
其中,该设备包括至少一个加热单元,该至少一个加热单元被配置成在加热压缩单元的上游加热所述片材中的至少一个。
根据可能的实施例,叠合单元包括两个联接辊,所述联接辊对应的轴线彼此平行,并且所述联接辊被配置成将片材施加在物品的相对侧上,其中,至少一个加热单元被布置在所述联接辊的至少一个的内部。关于这些可能的实施例,附加的加热源(特别是红外加热源)可以存在于叠合单元和压缩单元之间。
根据可能的实施例,联接辊中的至少一个的外表面的至少一个区域被加热并且与压缩单元的相应压缩区域同相。
根据可能的实施例,待包装的物品可以布置成至少两排,同时前进通过叠合单元,该叠合单元被配置成将两个柔性片材施加在至少两排物品的相对侧上,使得至少两个物品可以并排地同时包装。
根据可能的实施例,布置在所述联接辊中的至少一个的内部的加热单元可以仅布置在加热辊的圆形扇区的限定部分(例如120°)上。
根据辊的直径,联接辊的圆形扇区的被幅材覆盖的部分可以不同。特别地,在联接辊的直径为200mm的情况下,由幅材覆盖的圆形扇区可以是221°,在联接辊的直径为220mm的情况下,由幅材覆盖的圆形扇区可以是227°,在联接辊的直径为150mm的情况下,由幅材覆盖的圆形扇区可以是150°。
由幅材覆盖的圆形扇区的范围可以包括在30°和240°之间,优选在140°和240°之间。联接辊的直径的范围可以包括在140mm和300mm之间,优选在140mm和250mm之间。
根据可能的实施例,压缩单元包括单个压力辊或单对压力辊,所述压力辊被配置成围绕每个物品压缩片材。

具体实施方式
参考图1a,附图标记10表示一种用于将扁平物品A包装在信封形状包装中的设备,所述信封形状的包装沿着包装的边缘围绕每个物品A闭合。
物品A可以是伤口覆盖膏药、药用膏药、止痛膏药、加热膏药等。
物品A在入口传送带12上沿着机器方向X前进的连续阵列中彼此对齐并且间隔开。
设备10包括第一进给组件14和第二进给组件16,该第一进给组件和第二进给组件分别向叠合单元22进给第一连续柔性片材18和第二连续柔性片材20。两个连续的柔性片材18、20可以都是纸,或者两个片材中的一个片材可以是纸,另一个片材可以是塑料材料,或者它们都可以是塑料材料,例如透明塑料材料(比如聚乙烯)。两个片材18、20中的一个包括热活化粘合剂。在两个连续的柔性片材18、20中的一个片材由纸制成而另一个片材由塑料材料制成的情况下,热活化粘合剂被置于在纸片材上。
两个连续柔性片材18、20中的一个可以是已经配备有热活化粘合剂的层状材料。在其他实施例中,热活化粘合剂可以使用粘合剂分配器串联施加。热活化粘合剂层可以施加在柔性片材的整个表面上或已经存在于柔性片材的整个表面上。热活化粘合剂不具有粘合特性直到其加热到预设温度(活化温度)以上并且持续预设时间。在施加压力后,热活化粘合剂固定其状态,并且通常即使再次加热到活化温度,热活化粘合剂也不再改变其状态。
根据可能的实施例,叠合单元22包括两个联接辊24,该两个联接辊彼此相切并且能够围绕彼此平行且垂直于机器方向X的对应轴线沿着相反方向旋转。
当两个连续的柔性片材18、20朝向两个辊的相切区域前进时,这两个连续的柔性片材保持与对应的联接辊24的外表面接触。物品A在X方向上在两个连续的柔性片材18、20之间朝向两个联接辊24之间的相切区域进给。两个柔性片材18、20在穿过两个联接辊24的相切区域时在相对于物品A的相对侧上彼此叠置。
在叠合单元22的下游,形成连续复合带26,该连续复合带包括彼此叠置的两个连续柔性片材18、20以及彼此纵向间隔开并且夹在两个连续柔性片材18、20之间的物品A的连续阵列。两个连续柔性片材18、20中的一个片材具有布置在其面向另一个片材的表面上的热活化粘合剂的层。

根据本发明的特征,叠合单元22和压缩单元28是彼此独立的两个分开的模块,使得叠合和压缩两个连续柔性片材18、20的步骤是分开的。特别地,当将物品A封装在柔性片材18、20之间的步骤完成时,进行压缩步骤,使得当进行压缩步骤时,物品完全封装在柔性片材18、20之间。
在图1所示的示例中,压缩单元28包括第一对压力辊30和第二对压力辊32。第一对压力辊30沿着平行于机器方向X并且相对于物品A的连续阵列布置在相对侧上的两条连续的纵向线压缩彼此叠置的两个连续柔性片材18、20。第二对压力辊32沿着横向于机器方向X并且位于每对相邻物品A之间的线将连续柔性片材18、20压缩在一起。

加热单元34、36被配置成将连续柔性片材18、20加热到60-100℃之间的温度。在优选的实施例中,加热单元被配置成将对应的连续柔性片材18、20加热到70-80℃之间的温度。
根据可能的实施例,连续柔性片材18、20的加热可能不会完全激活热活化粘合剂,使得物品A不会被胶粘到设置有热活化粘合剂的层的片材上,例如,当它们在叠合单元22中或者随后在压缩单元28上游的连续复合带26中被夹在两个连续柔性片材18、20之间时。
根据可能的实施例,热活化粘合剂的热激活可以通过加热压缩单元28来完成。
根据可能的实施例,在至少一个加热单元34、36中加热连续柔性片材18、20可以完全激活热活化粘合剂,使得压缩单元28压缩两个连续柔性片材18、20,而无需进一步加热已经激活的热活化粘合剂。
在穿过压缩单元28期间,连续柔性片材18、20的初步加热允许以比没有初步加热时可能的速度高得多的速度完成热活化粘合剂的激活。已经实验过,通过将连续柔性片材18、20加热到大约70-80℃的温度,可以以大约200m/min的速度推进连续复合带26通过压缩单元28,从而得到满足膏药制造商所定义的所有质量要求的包装,特别是,将热活化粘合剂均匀地转移到不具有粘合剂层的片材上、焊缝的最佳密封、均匀的释放力以及保证不存在泄漏。

在图2所示的实施例中,加热相应的连续柔性片材18、20的加热单元34、36位于叠合单元22的联接辊24的内部。
连续柔性片材18、20保持与相应的联接辊24的外表面的扇区接触并且在与相应的联接辊24的表面接触时被加热。
加热单元34、36加热联接辊24的一个扇区,该扇区具有的角度延伸包括在60°和270°之间、优选在90°和180°之间、特别是在100°和150°之间。
位于联接辊24内部的加热单元34、36可以包括设置有电阻的加热元件40,该加热元件加热联接辊24的扇区,并且因此加热柔性片材18、20所搁置的表面。根据可能的实施例,加热单元34、36可以包括加热元件40,该加热元件使用加热的流体(例如油或空气)作为加热介质。
同样在这种情况下,加热单元34、36被配置成将对应的连续柔性片材18、20加热到大约60-100℃的温度,并且该温度优选地在70-80℃之间。在将连续柔性片材18、20叠合在物品A的连续阵列的相对侧上之前,连续柔性片材18、20被加热,物品A的连续阵列朝向联接辊24的相切区域前进。在加热的连续柔性片材18、20在物品A的相对侧上叠合之后,由此形成的连续复合带26被进给到压缩单元28。

在可能的实施例中,叠合单元22的联接辊24可以被配置成仅沿着片材18、20的区域加热对应的连续柔性片材18、20,所述区域将在随后穿过压缩单元28的过程中经受压缩。参考图3a,为了仅沿着将受到压缩的区域对连续柔性片材18、20进行加热,联接辊24可以在其外表面上具有可能的突出区域42,该突出区域由被未加热区域44包围的电阻加热。区域42可以具有与由压缩单元28的压力辊30所产生的压缩线相同的形状,或者区域42可以成形为使得压缩区域的形状被包括在由区域42所限定的形状中。

在仅设置一对压力辊30的情况下,压力辊30的压缩区域的形状与设置在联接辊24上的区域42的形状基本相同。
联接辊24的直径以及连续柔性片材18、20与联接辊24的外表面之间发生接触所沿着的角度被设定尺寸,以获得离开叠合单元22的连续柔性片材18、20期望的温度。
图4示出了图2的设备的一种变型。同样在这种情况下,与先前描述的要素相对应的要素用相同的附图标记表示。
在图4的变型中,压缩单元28包括压力辊30,该压力辊与两个联接辊24中的一个的外表面配合。连续复合带26离开叠合区域,并且在两个联接辊24中的一个(图4所示示例中的下部辊)的表面上继续前进,并且在压力辊30和联接辊24的外表面之间沿着包围每个物品A的压力线被压缩。
在可能的实施例中,可以设置两个压力辊30,该两个压力辊都与同一联接辊24的外表面配合,其中,第一压力辊30沿着纵向线压缩片材18、20,并且第二压力辊沿着横向线压缩片材18、20。
在图4的设备中,加热单元34可以集成到联接辊24中,如图2的实施例中所示。
在上述设备10的可能实施例中,通过激活热活化粘合剂,在压缩单元28中实现两个连续柔性片材18、20围绕物品A的固定。
根据可能的实施例,加热所述片材18、20中的至少一个可以包括在压缩所述片材18、20之前初步加热所述片材18、20中的至少一个以及在压缩所述片材18、20的同时最终加热所述片材18、20中的至少一个。以这种方式,热活化粘合剂的热激活可以在至少一个加热单元34、36中开始并且在加热压缩单元28中完成。
根据可能的实施例,热活化粘合剂的激活可以完全在至少一个加热单元34、36中进行,使得压缩单元28压缩两个连续柔性片材18、20,而无需进一步加热已经激活的热活化粘合剂。
参考图1b,在本发明的一个实施例中,设备10可以包括串联分配器60,该串联分配器被配置成用于将定量的热活化粘合剂施加在连续片材18、20中的一个上(施加在图1b所示示例中的片材18上)。
参考图1b,在一个可能的实施例中,设备10可以包括放置在叠合单元22和压缩单元28之间的附加加热源38(例如红外加热源)。
根据可能的实施例,设备10可以包括位于压缩单元28的下游的切割单元65(图1b),该切割单元借助于横向于进给方向的在每对物品A之间的适当切割从连续复合带26形成物品A的独立包装。
根据可能的实施例,待包装的物品A可以被布置成同时前进通过叠合单元22的至少两排。叠合单元22可以被配置成将两个柔性片材18、20施加在至少两排物品A的相对侧上。在这种情况下,如图3b所示,联接辊24中的至少一个可以在外表面上具有被未加热区域44包围的至少两排加热区域42。区域42可以成形为使得至少两个物品A可以并排地同时包装。
设备10的所有前述实施例实现了一种用于包装物品A的方法,该方法包括:
-将物品A封装在两个相对的柔性片材18、20之间,该两个相对柔性片材中的至少一个片材在其面向另一个片材的表面上具有热活化粘合剂层,
-压缩片材,以借助于热活化粘合剂将片材围绕物品固定在一起,以及
-在压缩柔性片材18、20之前,加热柔性片材18、20中的至少一个。
该方法涉及热活化粘合剂的热激活,以在压缩期间将柔性片材18、20彼此固定。
该方法可以设想,热活化粘合剂的热激活是通过加热柔性片材18、20中的至少一个片材(例如,所述片材为在其面向另一个片材的一个表面上具有热活化粘合剂的层的一个片材)来开始的并且是通过在压缩期间加热来完成的。
该方法可以设想,热活化粘合剂的热激活完全通过加热柔性片材18、20中的至少一个片材(例如,所述片材为在其面向另一个片材的一个表面上具有热活化粘合剂的层的一个片材)来进行。
该方法可以设想在将物品A封装在柔性片材18、20之间之前加热柔性片材18、20中的至少一个。
该方法可以设想仅沿着片材的旨在被压缩的区域加热柔性片材18、20中的至少一个片材。
该方法可以设想,柔性片材18、20仅围绕每个物品A被压缩。

柔性片材18、20可以被加热到60-100℃之间的温度,所述温度优选为大约70-80℃。

在将所述物品封装在两个相对的柔性片材18、20之间之前,柔性片材18、20中的至少一个可以保持与相应的联接辊24的外表面的扇区接触,从而加热柔性片材18、20。所述扇区具有的角度延伸可以包括在60°和270°之间、优选在90°和180°之间、特别是在100°和150°之间。
柔性片材18、20可以以150-250m/min、特别是180-210m/min的速度前进通过压缩单元28。
当然,在不损害本发明的原理的情况下,配置和实施例的细节可以相对于描述和示出的内容进行广泛的变化,而不脱离由所附权利要求所限定的本发明的范围。

Claims (24)

1.一种用于包装物品(A)的方法,所述方法包括:
-在第一步骤中,将所述物品(A)封装在两个相对的柔性片材(18,20)之间,所述片材中的至少一个片材在其面向另一个片材的表面上具有热活化粘合剂,
-在与所述第一步骤分立且分离的第二步骤中,压缩所述片材(18,20)以借助于所述热活化粘合剂将所述片材(18,20)围绕所述物品(A)固定在一起,以及
-在压缩所述片材(18,20)之前,加热所述片材(18,20)中的至少一个。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在将所述物品(A)封装在所述片材(18,20)之间之前进行所述片材(18,20)中的至少一个的加热。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的方法,其中,加热所述片材(18,20)中的至少一个包括在压缩所述片材(18,20)之前初步加热所述片材(18,20)中的至少一个以及在压缩所述片材(18,20)的同时最终加热所述片材(18,20)中的所述至少一个。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述片材(18,20)在第一压力辊(30)和第二压力辊(30)之间被压缩,所述第一压力辊具有由软材料制成的一个或更多个突出压缩区域,所述第二压力辊由硬材料制成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述第一压力辊(30)的所述一个或更多个突出压缩区域由硅树脂制成。
6.根据权利要求4或权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述第二压力辊(30)由钢制成。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述片材(18,20)中的至少一个仅沿着所述片材的旨在被压缩的区域被加热,和/或其中所述片材(18,20)仅围绕每个所述物品(A)被压缩。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中,两个所述片材(18,20)在与旨在面向所述物品(A)的面相对的对应面上被加热。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述片材(18,20)在60-100℃的温度下、特别是70-80℃的温度下被加热。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中,在将所述物品封装在两个相对的柔性片材(18,20)之间之前,所述柔性片材(18,20)中的至少一个保持与相应的联接辊(24)的外表面的扇区接触,从而加热所述柔性片材(18,20),其中,所述扇区具有的角度延伸包括在60°和270°之间、优选在90°和180°之间、特别是在100°和150°之间。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述柔性片材(18,20)以150-250m/min、特别是180-210m/min的速度前进通过压缩单元(28)。
12.一种用于包装物品(A)的设备,所述设备包括:
-叠合单元(22),其被配置成将两个柔性片材(18,20)施加在所述物品(A)的相对侧上,以便将所述物品(A)封装在所述片材(18,20)之间,
-压缩单元(28),其与所述叠合单元(22)分立且分离并且被配置成在压缩区域处压缩所述片材(18,20),以及

14.根据权利要求12或权利要求13所述的设备,其包括初步加热单元和最终加热单元,所述初步加热单元被配置成用于在压缩所述片材(18,20)之前加热所述片材(18,20)中的至少一个,所述最终加热单元被配置成用于在所述压缩单元(28)处加热所述片材(18,20)中的至少一个。
15.根据权利要求12-14中任一项所述的设备,其中,所述压缩单元(28)包括第一压力辊(30)和第二压力辊(30),所述第一压力辊具有由软材料制成的一个或更多个突出压缩区域,所述第二压力辊由硬材料制成。
16.根据权利要求12-15中任一项所述的设备,其包括串联分配器(60),所述串联分配器被配置成在所述叠合单元(22)的上游施加热活化粘合剂。
17.根据权利要求12-16中任一项所述的设备,其包括位于所述压缩单元(28)的下游的切割模块(65)。
18.根据权利要求12-17中任一项所述的设备,其中,所述叠合单元(22)包括两个联接辊(24),所述联接辊具有彼此平行的对应轴线,并且所述联接辊被配置成将所述片材(18,20)施加在所述物品(A)的相对侧上,其中,所述至少一个加热单元(34)被布置在所述联接辊(24)中的至少一个的内部。
