Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are only some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments herein without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the present application.
When the cash-out equipment meets the cash-out requirement of tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands, the cash-out time delay is large, and the cash-out speed of the existing cash-out equipment is 12-15 cash-out speed per second, the cash-out time delay is about 2 minutes when the cash-out equipment withdraws 12 thousands of cash-out. This not only affects the user's experience, but also creates certain safety hazards. Therefore, how to greatly reduce the banknote discharging time, the present application proposes a banknote discharging method, which includes steps S110 to S130. For a clear description of a banknote dispensing method provided in this embodiment, please refer to fig. 1.
Step S110: when the banknote outlet device meets the condition of advanced banknote counting and checking according to the working condition information of the banknote outlet device, the banknote counting and checking mechanism is controlled to perform advanced banknote counting and checking operation on banknotes stored in the banknote outlet device so as to obtain a plurality of large-amount banknote bricks, and the banknote storing and taking mechanism is controlled to store the large-amount banknote bricks into a first banknote box in the banknote outlet device.
In one embodiment, determining that the banknote outlet device meets the condition of advanced banknote counting and checking according to the working condition information of the banknote outlet device includes: determining that the banknote equipment is in an idle state according to the working condition information; and/or determining that the current time is in a preset time period according to the working condition information; and/or determining that the banknote storage amount meeting the preset limit is stored in the banknote equipment according to the working condition information, and a first banknote box is arranged in the banknote outlet equipment; and/or determining that the banknote equipment stores banknote storage quantity meeting the preset limit according to the working condition information, and the banknote outlet equipment has an empty banknote box capable of accommodating large-amount banknote bricks.
In one embodiment, the present application addresses the need for large banknote dispensing by preparing large banknote bricks in advance. It can be understood that although the large-amount banknote bricks can meet the banknote discharging requirement, the large-amount banknote bricks also need preparation time and cannot be prepared when the banknote discharging requirement is determined, and the large-amount banknote bricks are reserved in advance so as to discharge banknotes in time when the banknote discharging requirement is needed. In this way, after the banknote outlet equipment is started, whether preset conditions are met or not can be judged according to the working condition information of the banknote outlet equipment, and if the preset conditions are met, corresponding operations are correspondingly executed to prepare large-amount banknote bricks. The working condition information can specifically comprise the current balance, the current time, the state of the banknote outlet device, the state of the banknote box and the like, so as to judge whether the condition of counting banknotes in advance is met or not. For the condition that the condition of counting and checking the money in advance is satisfied, a time condition can be included, so that the money checking does not occupy the time of business processing: 1. and determining that the banknote equipment is in an idle state according to the equipment state, namely, the condition that the equipment is not currently used. 2. The current time is determined to be in a preset time period, such as the whole point, the noon break time, the early morning time and the like, according to the working condition information, so that the device can automatically identify the common idle time or preset by a developer according to the time period with fewer users, and the method is not limited. Specifically, for example, when the device is in a busy urban area, a service peak period is about to come, a large amount of banknote discharging service is relatively more, and when the banknote discharging requirement is relatively greater, banknotes with good banknote counting and detecting in advance are used for the large amount of banknote discharging service. Or when the equipment is in a busy urban area and the equipment is in an idle state and has the condition of counting and checking the money in advance, counting and checking the money in advance. Equipment conditions: 1. according to the working condition information, it is determined that the banknote storage amount meeting the preset limit is stored in the banknote equipment, and the first banknote box is arranged in the banknote outlet equipment. 2. According to the working condition information, it is determined that the banknote equipment stores banknote storage quantities meeting the preset limit, and the banknote outlet equipment has an empty banknote box capable of accommodating large-amount banknote bricks. The device conditions, that is to say, a certain number of banknotes need to be stored in the device, at least the banknote dispensing conditions are met. And a first banknote box or an empty banknote box which is stored with large banknote bricks. In addition, for the case of a request without empty banknote cassettes, it is also possible, for example, to empty one banknote cassette by transferring the storage of banknotes. In general, one or more of the above-exemplified cases may be satisfied in any combination, and in a preferred embodiment, each of the time condition and the equipment condition may be satisfied, respectively. The banknote counting and checking mechanism can be controlled to perform the operation of counting and checking banknotes stored in the banknote discharging equipment in advance to obtain a plurality of large-amount banknote bricks. The specific advance banknote counting and detecting operation and banknote discharging process will be described in detail hereinafter, and will not be expanded here.
In one embodiment, the advanced banknote counting and detecting operation includes a banknote detecting operation and a banknote counting operation, and the control banknote counting and detecting mechanism performs the advanced banknote counting and detecting operation on the banknotes stored in the banknote discharging device, and includes: executing banknote checking operation on banknotes in a second banknote box in the banknote outlet equipment, wherein the second banknote box is used for storing banknotes which are not executed with the advanced banknote checking operation in the banknote outlet equipment, and the banknote checking operation comprises: determining whether the banknote meets a preset banknote discharging standard; performing a banknote counting operation on the banknote passing through the banknote checking operation, the banknote counting operation including: and packing the banknotes into bundles of large-amount banknote bricks according to the preset number as a unit.
In one embodiment, the preset number is determined by: acquiring banknote outlet records of banknote outlet equipment, and determining a plurality of preset numbers according to the banknote outlet records; and/or determining the preset quantity according to the user operation.
In one embodiment, the advanced banknote counting and detecting operation includes a banknote detecting operation and a banknote counting operation, wherein the banknote detecting operation is used for determining whether the banknote meets the banknote discharging condition; the banknote counting operation is used for packing banknotes into large-amount banknote bricks. Therefore, it can be seen that there is a sequence between the two, and in a preferred embodiment, the banknote checking operation can be performed first and then the banknote counting operation can be performed. Specifically, the banknote checking operation may be that a certain number of banknotes are taken out from the second banknote box by the banknote storing and taking mechanism and sent into the banknote counting and checking mechanism for banknote checking, and the second banknote box is a banknote box for storing banknotes for which the banknote checking operation is not performed in advance in the banknote discharging device, specifically a banknote box for storing banknotes of large amount of banknote bricks which are not packed into bundles. And further, the banknote checking operation and the banknote counting operation can be discontinuous, namely, after the banknote checking operation is finished, the banknote is stored, and the banknote counting operation is not required to be immediately performed to obtain the large-amount banknote bricks. As it will be appreciated that the banknote dispensing apparatus need not be large for all transactions, but may be subject to small banknote dispensing transactions of a few hundred and a few thousand. For this business, large amount of money bricks are not needed, and the corresponding money can be directly obtained to output money through money checking operation, or temporarily perform money checking and money counting to output money. The second banknote box can be further distinguished and is divided into a third banknote box and a fourth banknote box: the third banknote box is a banknote box for storing banknotes which can be directly discharged or packed into bundles after banknote checking operation; the fourth banknote box is the banknote box of the banknote which is not subjected to banknote checking operation. The banknote checking operation, that is, determining whether the banknote meets the preset banknote discharging standard, may specifically include, but is not limited to, taking out the banknote from the fourth banknote box, and judging whether the banknote is a genuine banknote, whether the banknote is of sufficient quality, whether multiple banknote checking operations are necessary to be performed, and the like through the banknote counting and checking mechanism. If the banknote counting and checking operation is performed, the banknote can be packed into a bundle according to the preset number as a unit to form a large-amount banknote brick under the condition of continuously performing the banknote counting and checking operation; or in a discontinuous condition to a third banknote cassette to wait to be packed into bundles or to cope with small-amount banknote dispensing. Furthermore, the large-amount banknote bricks in the first banknote box and the scattered banknote bricks in the second banknote box are not in unidirectional relation, namely, the large-amount banknote bricks in the first banknote box and the scattered banknote bricks in the second banknote box can not only be packed into bundles from the scattered banknote bricks, but also can be taken out, unbinding and scattered into the scattered banknote bricks by a banknote storing and taking mechanism under certain conditions and under certain conditions, and are stored into a third banknote box. This situation may include, but is not limited to, for example, situations where loose banknotes in the second banknote cassette are insufficient to cope with the business requirements of small-volume banknote dispensing, etc. Based on the above, for large amount of money, the money is taken out from the first money box or the third money box which is already checked, so that the money is not checked and false during business processing, and only the money is needed to be checked or the large amount of money bricks are needed to be acquired. Therefore, the banknote checking time of banknote discharging is saved, and the speed and the efficiency of service processing are improved.
In one embodiment, the preset number may be predetermined by a developer, for example, the number provided by a default shortcut key of a service on the banknote dispensing device, such as 2000, 1000, 500 sheets, etc.; the common amount of money can be determined according to the banknote outlet record by acquiring the banknote outlet record of the banknote outlet equipment. After the determination, the bank notes passing through the bank note checking operation are packed into bundles to form large-amount bank note bricks in the forms of 10-case bundles, 5-case bundles, 1-case bundles and the like. And storing the large-amount banknote bricks into the first banknote box so as to take out the large-amount banknote bricks from the first banknote box by a banknote storing and taking mechanism under the condition that large-amount banknote is required to be discharged, thereby reducing banknote discharging time to the greatest extent. In addition, note that not all the bill discharging devices are large-amount bill discharging, that is, some small-amount bill discharging services need to deal with, that is, the bill in all the bill discharging devices does not need to be converted into large-amount bill bricks for storage, and a certain amount of scattered bills can be reserved for dealing with small-amount bill discharging services. In particular, the specific number or relative proportion of the large-amount banknote bricks and the rest scattered banknotes in the banknote outlet device are not limited herein, so that the total stored amount of the banknote outlet device and the business generally handled by the device can be flexibly distributed.
In one embodiment, the banknote counting operation further comprises: acquiring the crown word number information of the banknote according to banknote checking operation; when the banknote is determined to be the serial number banknote according to the serial number information, acquiring the serial number information of the first serial number banknote and the serial number information of the last serial number banknote to determine the number of the serial number banknote; and acquiring a preset number which is less than or equal to the number of the banknotes, and packing the banknotes into a bundle of large-amount banknote bricks by taking the preset number as a unit.
In one embodiment, during the banknote checking operation, whether the banknote is genuine is generally determined by acquiring the tube number information of the banknote, so the present application may incorporate a crown word number recognition technology, so that the crown word number may be used as a mark of the banknote storage location. And (3) adopting a crown word number recognition technology to store the banknote which has been subjected to one or more advanced banknote checks in the corresponding banknote box. The counting and checking operation process comprises the step of identifying all or part of banknote crown number information, and the crown number information of part of banknotes only needs to identify crown number information of one or more banknotes of the beginning part or the last part of the advanced banknote checking, for example, the crown number information of the one or more banknotes belongs to continuous banknotes. And acquiring the crown word number information of the qualified banknote, and when the crown word number of the qualified banknote is not clear enough, replacing other banknotes with clear crown word numbers as marked banknotes. The marked banknote is used for marking the number of banknotes checked in advance. The experienced whole stack of banknotes is as follows in the banknote outlet order: the information of the first five Zhang Guan types is identified and recorded, the middle is separated by 195-200 or 495-500, or the middle is separated by 795-800 or 995-1000, and the crown number information of five banknotes is recorded after the banknotes with preset number intervals, so that the accurate banknote counting of the number of the banknotes can be realized according to the number of the recovered banknotes when the banknotes are discharged, or the whole stack of the banknotes is realized, the banknotes between the marked banknotes are not recovered any more, and all the banknotes between the marked banknotes are directly used for large banknote discharge.
Step S120: and acquiring a withdrawal instruction, and judging whether the withdrawal instruction belongs to the condition of large-amount withdrawal.
In one embodiment, the large withdrawal case includes: the withdrawal amount is larger than or equal to a preset large-amount threshold value, and the withdrawal amount is determined according to the withdrawal instruction; and/or the cash-out time determined according to the cash-out speed of the cash-out equipment and the cash-out amount is greater than or equal to a preset time threshold value, and the cash-out amount is determined according to the cash-out instruction.
In one embodiment, when a user inputs a withdrawal demand in the cash-out device, a withdrawal instruction is generated and obtained by the cash-out device, the withdrawal amount can be determined according to the withdrawal instruction, the withdrawal amount is compared with a preset large-amount threshold value, and when the withdrawal amount is larger than or equal to the large-amount threshold value, the situation of large-amount withdrawal is considered. Or the total number of the banknotes in the service can be obtained in the service process, and the banknote-discharging time length can be calculated. The calculation method is that the total banknote output time length is obtained by dividing the total banknote output number by the banknote output speed. Judging whether the time length of the banknote is not more than the waiting tolerable time length of the user, if so, continuing the rest business flow according to the prior art. If not, the banknote discharging time is larger than or equal to the preset time threshold value, and the banknote discharging service can be determined to belong to the condition of large banknote discharging.
Step S130: when the withdrawal instruction belongs to the large-amount withdrawal condition, the money storing and taking mechanism is controlled to take out the large-amount money bricks with the amount corresponding to the withdrawal instruction from the first money box.
In one embodiment, after determining that the withdrawal instruction belongs to the large-amount withdrawal condition, the method further includes: judging whether deposit amount corresponding to the large-amount banknote bricks in the first banknote box is larger than or equal to withdrawal amount corresponding to the withdrawal instruction; if the deposit amount is smaller than the withdrawal amount, the banknote stored in the second banknote box is subjected to advanced banknote counting and checking operation so as to control the banknote storing and taking mechanism to take out the large banknote bricks meeting the withdrawal amount from the second banknote box, wherein the second banknote box is a banknote box used for storing banknotes which are not subjected to the advanced banknote counting and checking operation in banknote discharging equipment.
In one embodiment, the large banknote bricks in the first banknote box can be confirmed before banknote output, namely, two conditions exist: the deposit amount of the large-amount banknote bricks in the first banknote box is larger than or equal to the withdrawal amount corresponding to the withdrawal instruction; or the deposit amount of the banknote bricks in the first banknote box is smaller than the withdrawal amount corresponding to the withdrawal instruction. For the former, the money storing and taking mechanism can directly take out the large-amount money bricks meeting the withdrawal amount from the first money box to send out money. In the latter case, that is, the deposit amount corresponding to the large-amount banknote brick does not satisfy the withdrawal amount, banknotes stored in the second banknote box need to be acquired by a banknote accessing mechanism to be discharged. Further, in the process of discharging the money from the second money box, a judgment can be made again to judge whether the difference between the money withdrawing amount and the money depositing amount belongs to the situation of large money withdrawing. If yes, the operation of counting and checking the banknote in advance can be completely executed, so that a large banknote brick corresponding to the difference value is obtained to finish banknote discharging; if the banknote counting operation is not satisfied, only the banknote counting operation can be executed, scattered banknotes which have undergone the banknote counting operation are obtained from the third banknote box to be discharged, and the banknote counting operation can be completely executed, so that banknotes meeting the banknote discharging standard and quantity are obtained from the fourth banknote box to be discharged. Therefore, various conditions of large amount of money are determined, the money discharging time is reduced through different modes. In addition, in the process of completing one time or executing large amount of money, the next time of advanced money counting and checking operation can be executed, and the large amount of money bricks acquired from the second money box by the money storing and taking mechanism are controlled to be stored in the first money box so as to cope with the situation of large amount of money output next time, and ensure that the large amount of money bricks with a certain amount of money are always stored in the first money box.
Therefore, when the cash-out equipment meets the preset conditions, the cash-out equipment detects the cash and counts the large amount of cash bricks in advance and prestores the large amount of cash bricks, so that the large amount of cash bricks are directly discharged when the cash-out instruction is the large amount of cash, the cash-out time is avoided to the greatest extent, the service operation time is saved, the service safety is improved, the user service processing experience and the user satisfaction are enhanced, and the service efficiency of the cash-out equipment is improved.
In one embodiment, the present application further provides a banknote dispensing apparatus, and reference may be made to fig. 2 for the purpose of clarity in describing the banknote dispensing apparatus 20 provided herein. Wherein the banknote dispensing apparatus 20 includes: the banknote counting and detecting mechanism 21 is used for executing advanced banknote counting and detecting operation on banknotes stored in the banknote discharging equipment when the banknote discharging equipment is determined to meet banknote detecting conditions according to the working condition information of the banknote discharging equipment so as to obtain a plurality of large banknote bricks; the banknote storing and taking mechanism 22 is used for storing large banknote bricks into a first banknote box in banknote discharging equipment; an acquisition module 23 for acquiring a withdrawal instruction; the banknote storing and taking mechanism 21 is further configured to take out the large-amount banknote bricks corresponding to the banknote withdrawal instruction from the first banknote box when the banknote withdrawal instruction belongs to the large-amount banknote withdrawal condition. Further, for the specific form of the banknote dispensing apparatus 20, an ATM machine may be used, for example. The acquiring module 23 may be a unit for acquiring the collection instruction, and specific forms may include, but are not limited to, an input device such as a button, a touch screen, and the like.
