Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for quota depositing a credit according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method for the fixed-amount deposit provided by the embodiment of the invention can be executed by the device for the fixed-amount deposit provided by the embodiment of the invention, the device can be realized in a software and/or hardware mode and is integrated into equipment for executing the method, and the equipment for executing the method in the embodiment can be any self-service terminal capable of performing cash deposit, such as an automatic deposit machine, a cash recycling machine and a cash recycling machine. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
s110, according to the received deposit instruction of the rated deposit, the appointed amount input by the user is obtained.
Specifically, the fixed-amount deposit is to solve the problem that the existing deposit service in the ATM cannot perform the fixed-amount deposit, a new fixed-amount deposit option is added on the deposit service interface of the ATM, and the user can realize the fixed-amount deposit service by selecting the fixed-amount deposit option. The ATM comprises a display screen, a money port, a card slot, a keyboard, a loudspeaker and the like. Specifically, the designated amount is a fixed amount of money that the user wants to deposit after the user selects the rated deposit service on the display screen.
Furthermore, when a user performs deposit service on the ATM, firstly, the bank card is inserted into the card slot of the ATM according to the direction shown by the arrow on the card, and the password is input on the keyboard to enter a service selection interface according to voice or display prompt, and the quota deposit service in the deposit service is selected according to the display of the display screen. Specifically, after the user selects the rated deposit service, the ATM receives a deposit instruction of the rated deposit, and prompts the user to input the fixed amount of money to be deposited, namely the specified amount of money in the rated deposit interface. Optionally, prompting the user to enter the specified amount may also be accomplished through a voice service through a speaker on the ATM. Optionally, the input of the designated amount may be realized by the user selecting a fixed amount option on the fixed amount deposit interface, or may be realized by the user directly inputting the amount of money to be deposited on a keyboard.
And S120, controlling the bill storage port to be opened to receive the bills stored by the user, and informing the movement to carry out bill verification.
Specifically, the banknote storing port is an inlet for placing banknotes in the ATM when a user performs deposit service, and is separated from the outside by a baffle. The machine core is arranged in the ATM, processes banknotes deposited by a user, performs denomination and authenticity identification and counting of the banknotes, and can also realize the banknote recycling function, and exemplarily, the denomination of the banknotes deposited by the ATM is generally 100. Specifically, the banknote cycle means that the machine core can identify and count banknotes deposited by a user, and can also identify and count banknotes taken out by the user. Furthermore, the ATM machine realizes the depositing and withdrawing service of the user through the machine core, and ensures the legality of the cash deposited or taken out by the user.
Further, when the user selects the quota deposit service and inputs the specified amount of money, the ATM controls the baffle of the paper money storage port to be opened so that the user can put the paper money to be stored into the paper money storage port for storage, and optionally, when the baffle of the paper money storage port is controlled to be opened, the ATM prompts the user to put the paper money into the paper money storage port through voice. After the user puts in the bank note, the baffle can close in the fixed time, or place an induction chip in baffle department, when not responding to user's postnotum self-closing. Further, the ATM sends out an instruction to the core to inform the core to verify the bank notes, after the core receives the verification instruction, the core starts to identify and count the bank notes at the bank note storage port according to the denomination and the authenticity, judges the legality of the stored bank notes, places the bank notes verified by the core into the core to be cached, and only counts the bank notes passing the verification to determine the number of the stored bank notes.
S130, when the number of the bank notes passing the verification is less than the designated limit and the bank note detection is stopped, reminding the user to continue depositing, informing the machine core to continue the bank note verification until the number of the bank notes passing the verification reaches the designated limit, and ending the depositing.
When the number of the banknotes passing the verification is less than the designated amount and the banknote verification is stopped, the banknote verification method indicates that all the banknotes put into the banknote storage port by the user are verified by the machine core, and the number of the put banknotes is less than the fixed amount of money to be stored, so that the deposit is required to be continued. Specifically, if the bank note at the bank note storage port passes the verification of the machine core, the bank note is put into the machine core for caching; and if the bank note at the bank note storage port is not verified by the machine core, returning to the bank note storage port, and prompting the user to take the bank note which is not verified.
Further, when the number of the bank notes passing the verification is less than the designated limit and the bank note detection is stopped, the ATM controls the baffle of the bank note storage port to be opened, and prompts a user to put the bank notes into the bank note storage port to continue depositing. Optionally, the user may also be prompted to remove banknotes in the banknote deposit slot that have failed validation. After the user continues to put in the banknotes, the movement continues to verify the banknotes at the banknote storage port, the banknotes passing the verification are continuously counted on the basis of the first counting, the number of all the banknotes stored in the movement is determined, and the process is circulated until the number of the banknotes passing the verification reaches the designated amount, which indicates that the banknotes cached in the movement reach the amount of money required to be stored by the user, and the movement does not perform banknote verification any more. Alternatively, when the banknotes put into the banknote deposit port are not fully verified and/or not fully verified, the user may be prompted to remove excess unverified banknotes and/or unverified banknotes from the banknote deposit port. Furthermore, account-entering processing is carried out, the amount of deposit money on the bank card is modified, the bank notes cached by the machine core are put into the bank note box, the end of deposit is prompted, and the bank card is taken out. Optionally, when the number of the banknotes verified by the movement for the first time directly reaches the designated limit, the movement automatically stops checking the banknotes, and prompts a user to finish depositing the banknotes, and optionally prompts the user to take away the surplus unverified banknotes and/or unverified banknotes at the banknote storage port.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment is that the user inputs the designated amount on the service terminal and the machine core determines the comparison of the number of the banknotes passing the verification so as to realize the quota deposit of the service terminal, the problem that the deposit service in the prior art can not deposit the fixed amount of money is solved, the user does not need to make an advance to count the number of the banknotes, the operation is simple, different deposit requirements of the user are met, and the deposit experience of the user is improved.
On the basis of the above technical solution, as shown in fig. 2, further, the controlling the opening of the banknote storage slot to receive the banknotes deposited by the user specifically includes:
s121, obtaining the acceptable maximum limit of the money storage box at the current moment.
Specifically, the money storage money box refers to a money box for depositing money in the ATM, and the money box can also accommodate a certain amount of deposited money. The cash box in the ATM is generally provided with a plurality of cash boxes, namely a cash storage box, a cash taking box and a circulating box. The cash box is a cash box which is provided by the ATM for a user to deposit cash only, the cash box is a cash box which is provided by the ATM for a user to withdraw cash only, and the circulating box is a cash box which is provided by the ATM for a user to deposit cash and withdraw cash. The money storage box in the embodiment is one of a money storage box and a circulating box with certain banknote holding capacity. Furthermore, the acceptable maximum limit of the banknote box is the maximum amount of banknotes that can be accommodated by the banknote box at the current moment. Specifically, each banknote box has a standard accommodation limit, and illustratively, the standard accommodation limit of the circulating banknote box is generally 30 ten thousand, namely 3000 renminbi, and the storage capacity of the banknote box is 16200 renminbi.
Furthermore, when the specified limit input by the user is obtained, the acceptable maximum limit of the money box capable of depositing money at the current moment needs to be obtained. Specifically, the acceptable maximum amount may be obtained by calculating the standard storage amount and the previously stored storage amount after the previous depositing and withdrawing count, or may be stored after calculation after each previous depositing and withdrawing, and is directly obtained by querying at the current time.
S122, judging whether the designated quota is larger than the acceptable maximum quota. When the designated amount is larger than the acceptable maximum amount, executing S123; when the designated quota is less than the acceptable maximum quota, S124 is executed.
Specifically, the comparison between the specified amount and the acceptable maximum amount is to determine whether the money box capable of depositing money at the current time can accommodate the money with the specified amount, so as to successfully deposit money. If the money is not compared, when the designated limit is larger than the acceptable maximum limit, the money box can be damaged, the deposit of the user fails, and the money cannot return in time, so that the loss of the user is caused.
S123, reminding the user that the specified quota can not be accommodated.
Specifically, the acceptable maximum limit is obtained and then compared with the specified limit, when the specified limit is larger than the acceptable maximum limit, the banknote box can not accommodate the banknotes with the specified limit at the current moment, and the user is reminded that the banknotes with the specified limit cannot be accommodated. Optionally, the user may also be prompted as to whether to continue making a deposit, where making a deposit only allows the storage of less than or equal to the acceptable maximum amount of banknotes.
And S124, controlling the bill storing port to be opened to receive the bills stored by the user.
Specifically, when the specified amount is smaller than the acceptable maximum amount, the banknote box can accommodate banknotes with the specified amount at the current time, and the banknotes can be stored. The ATM controls the baffle of the paper money storage port to be opened, so that the paper money to be stored by a user is stored in the paper money storage port, and optionally, the ATM controls the baffle of the paper money storage port to be opened, so that the user can put the paper money into the paper money storage port through voice prompt.
Example two
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method for quota depositing a credit according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment of the invention is optimized on the basis of the embodiment. Referring to fig. 3, the method of the present embodiment specifically includes:
s201, detecting whether at least one money box capable of depositing exists. When present, S203 is executed; otherwise, S202 is performed.
Specifically, when the deposit service is carried out, at least one money box capable of storing money is required on the ATM to support the deposit service of the user. Furthermore, when a user inserts a bank card into a card inserting slot of the ATM and inputs a password into a service selection interface through a keyboard, the ATM directly detects whether at least one money storage box exists and checks whether the quota deposit service can be carried out.
And S202, shielding the quota deposit service.
Specifically, when it is detected that no cash box capable of depositing cash exists, the ATM directly shields the rated deposit business, and a user cannot select the rated deposit business on a deposit service page of the ATM.
And S203, opening the quota deposit service.
Specifically, when the existence of at least one money box capable of being deposited is detected, the ATM opens the rated deposit service, and the user selects the rated deposit service on the deposit service page of the ATM to perform the rated deposit.
S204, acquiring the appointed amount input by the user according to the received deposit instruction of the quota deposit.
S205, the acceptable maximum limit of the money storage box at the current moment is obtained, and whether the designated limit is larger than the acceptable maximum limit is judged. When the designated amount is larger than the acceptable maximum amount, executing S206; when the designated quota is less than the acceptable maximum quota, S207 is executed.
S206, reminding the user that the specified limit cannot be accommodated.
S207, setting the maximum number of the currency detections as a specified amount.
Specifically, the maximum number of the banknotes is the maximum number of the banknotes which can be verified at one time when the ATM performs deposit service and the movement performs banknote verification. Optionally, when the number of the banknotes reaches the maximum number of the banknotes, the movement may automatically stop the banknote checking.
Furthermore, when the appointed amount is less than the acceptable maximum amount, the user can carry out the quota deposit service at the current moment, and the maximum number of the money checks is set as the appointed amount, so that the core can verify the number of the money with the appointed amount, and after the number of the money with the appointed amount is reached, the core automatically stops verification, subsequent judgment is carried out, and the successful execution of the quota deposit can be ensured.
And S208, controlling the bill storage port to be opened to receive the bills stored by the user, and informing the movement to carry out bill verification.
S209, judging whether the number of the banknotes passing the verification reaches the specified limit. When the number of the bank notes passing the verification is less than the designated amount, executing S210; when the number of bills passing the verification reaches the designated limit, S212 is performed.
Specifically, the number of the banknotes cached in the core can be determined in real time by judging whether the number of the banknotes passing the verification reaches the specified limit, and when the specified limit is reached, the core automatically stops the banknote verification, so that the workload of the core is reduced, and redundant banknotes are not verified. When the money detection is stopped, the money amount does not reach the designated amount, the money put into the money storage port is not in the designated amount, and the user is prompted to continue depositing money.
S210, when the number of the banknotes passing the verification is less than the designated limit and the banknote checking is stopped, calculating the residual number of the banknotes which are required to be stored by the user according to the designated limit and the number of the banknotes passing the verification, and setting the maximum number of the banknotes in the banknote checking as the residual number.
Specifically, the number of the remaining banknotes which are obtained by subtracting the number of the verified banknotes from the specified amount of the remaining banknotes to be stored is the number of the remaining banknotes which are required to be stored when the specified amount of the remaining banknotes is reached on the basis of the banknotes which enter the cache of the movement.
Further, when the number of the banknotes passing the verification is less than the designated limit and the banknote checking is stopped, the fact that the number of the banknotes just put into the user is less than the designated limit means that the user needs to continue depositing. And calculating to obtain the residual number of the banknotes to be stored by the user, and setting the maximum number of the banknotes to be stored as the residual number, so that the banknotes are automatically stopped when the number of the banknotes in the movement at the current moment reaches the residual number, and subsequent judgment is carried out.
S211, the user is prompted to insert the remaining number of bills.
Specifically, when the deposit is continuously carried out, the ATM prompts the user to put in the residual number of banknotes through voice, so that the user can clearly determine that the banknotes stored in the machine core at the moment do not reach the specified limit, and the deposit is continuously carried out. And when the user puts the residual number of the banknotes into the banknote storage port, the operation of S208 is continuously executed, the banknote storage port is controlled to be opened to receive the banknotes stored by the user, the movement is informed to continuously verify the banknotes at the banknote storage port, and the banknotes passing the verification at the banknote storage port are continuously counted on the basis of the number of the banknotes passing the verification last time. In this loop, until the number of bills passing the verification reaches the specified limit, the operation of S212 is performed.
S212, reminding the user to take the redundant unverified bank notes and/or the unverified bank notes at the bank note storage port, and ending the deposit.
Specifically, when the number of the bank notes passing the verification reaches the designated limit, the number of the bank notes cached by the machine core reaches the designated limit, the bank notes at the bank note storage port do not need to be verified again, the user is reminded to take away the redundant unverified bank notes and/or unverified bank notes at the bank note storage port, the bank card is taken out, and the deposit is finished.
