and obtaining the real-time appearance quality problem of the target linen according to the appearance judging result.

the wind force and temperature information of the target linen are collected in an omnibearing way through the wind force sensor and the temperature sensor in the information collection module;
analyzing the collected wind power and temperature information through the information processing module to obtain a performance characteristic analysis result;
judging whether the target linen has the problem of fiber structure damage or not according to the performance characteristic analysis result, and obtaining a performance judgment result;
obtaining the real-time performance quality problem of the target linen according to the performance judgment result;
and forming the real-time quality problem according to the real-time appearance quality problem and the real-time performance quality problem.

1. A method for maintenance and management of linen textile, comprising:
constructing a linen textile set based on big data, wherein the linen textile set comprises a plurality of linen textiles;
extracting any one of the plurality of linen textiles, and taking the linen textile as a target linen;
an information acquisition module is built, and the information acquisition module is embedded in the target linen based on a preset embedding scheme;
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring real-time data information of the target linen and transmitting the real-time data information to the information processing module;
analyzing the real-time data information through the information processing module, and judging the real-time state of the target linen according to an analysis result;
analyzing and determining a target application level of the target linen, and generating a standard maintenance scheme according to the target application level;
and according to the standard maintenance scheme, carrying out maintenance management on the target linen in the real-time state.
2. The maintenance management method according to claim 1, wherein the constructing an information acquisition module includes:
constructing a linen quality problem set, wherein the linen quality problem set comprises a plurality of linen quality problems;
extracting any one of the linen quality problems in the linen quality problem set, and taking the linen quality problem as a target linen quality problem;
analyzing the quality problem of the target linen to obtain the nature of the problem;
constructing an intelligent device set based on big data;
aiming at the problem essence, traversing and matching in the intelligent equipment set to obtain target intelligent monitoring equipment, wherein the target intelligent monitoring equipment is used for dynamically monitoring the problem essence;
and constructing the information acquisition module based on the target intelligent monitoring equipment.
3. The maintenance management method according to claim 2, wherein the constructing a set of linen quality problems includes:
collecting quality problems of the appearance of the linen textile to obtain an appearance quality problem set, wherein the appearance quality problem set comprises flooding, uneven coloring and low whiteness;
collecting quality problems of the performance of the linen textile to obtain a performance quality problem set, wherein the performance quality problem set comprises a hair bulb and fiber structure damage;
and constructing the linen quality problem set according to the problems of flooding, uneven coloring, low whiteness, fuzzing ball and fiber structure damage.
4. The maintenance management method according to claim 3, characterized by further comprising:
sequentially analyzing the problems of the flooding color, the uneven coloring, the low whiteness, the fuzzing ball and the fiber structure damage to obtain a problem essence set;
according to the problem essence set, classifying the problems of flooding, uneven coloring, low whiteness and fuzzing balls into image monitoring types, and classifying the problem of fiber structure damage into performance monitoring types;
aiming at the problems of the image monitoring class, a matched image acquisition device is used as the target intelligent monitoring equipment;

and traversing in the linen maintenance management database to obtain the standard maintenance scheme based on the target application level and the real-time quality problem.
6. The maintenance management method according to claim 4, wherein the obtaining the real-time quality problem of the target linen according to the real-time status includes:
the image acquisition device in the information acquisition module is used for acquiring the image information of the target linen in an omnibearing manner;
performing color feature analysis on the acquired image information to obtain a color feature analysis result;
according to the color characteristic analysis result, sequentially judging whether the target linen has the problems of flooding, uneven coloring, low whiteness and hair bulb forming or not, and respectively obtaining appearance judgment results;
