Referring to fig. 1-8, the embodiment provides a drying and sterilizing integrated device for underwear production and processing, which comprises an underwear processing box 1, wherein a rack 7 is slidably connected in the underwear processing box 1, a sliding groove at the top end of the surface of the rack 7 is slidably connected with a sliding block 6, the surface of the sliding block 6 is hinged with a hinged rod 4 at the right end of the top of an L-shaped rod 5,L type rod 5, an electric heating plate group 8 is meshed with both the top end and the bottom end of the left side of the rack 7, a main elliptical wheel 9 is rotatably connected to the right side of the middle end in the underwear processing box 1, a T-shaped frame 11 is slidably connected between the inside of the underwear processing box 1 and the top of the main elliptical wheel 9, a sterilizing component is hinged at the top end of the T-shaped frame 11, a power mechanism 2 is bolted at the top of the underwear processing box 1, a transmission mechanism 3 is bolted at the axle center of the power mechanism 2, the transmission mechanism 3 is hinged with the hinged rod 4, both the axle centers of the main elliptical wheel 9 and the auxiliary elliptical wheel 10 are rotatably connected with the transmission mechanism 3, and the underwear processing box 1.

As a preferred implementation of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the power mechanism 2 includes a gear motor 21, a rotating rod 22, a main helical gear 23 and a secondary helical gear 24, the bottom of the gear motor 21 is bolted to the top of the underwear processing box 1, the output end of the gear motor 21 penetrates through a hole at the top of the underwear processing box 1 and is bolted to the top end of the rotating rod 22, the bottom end of the rotating rod 22 is bolted to the axle center of the top of the main helical gear 23, the axle center of the secondary helical gear 24 is rotatably connected to the inside of the underwear processing box 1, and the power mechanism 2 further includes a driving assembly slidably connected to the secondary helical gear 24.

the rear side of the sliding frame (25) is in sliding connection with a limit frame, the rear side of the limit frame is in bolt connection with the inside of the underwear processing box (1), the sliding frame (25) is of a T-shaped structure, the conical fluted disc (27) is composed of a sector conical gear on the left side and a connecting rod on the right side of the sector conical gear, and the inside of the sliding sleeve (26) is in sliding connection with the surface of the connecting rod;
the transmission mechanism (3) comprises a rotating shaft (31), a large rotating wheel (32), a transmission belt (33), a small rotating wheel (34) and a rotating rod (35), wherein the right end of the rotating shaft (31) is in bolt connection with the left axle center of a small bevel gear (28), the surface of the rotating shaft (31) is in rotary joint with the inner part of an underwear processing box (1), the left end of the surface of the rotating shaft (31) is in bolt connection with the axle center of the large rotating wheel (32), the inner part of the large rotating wheel (32) is in transmission connection with the top end of the inner part of the transmission belt (33), the bottom end of the inner part of the transmission belt (33) is in transmission connection with the inner part of the small rotating wheel (34), the axle center of the right side of the small rotating wheel (34) is in bolt connection with the left end of the rotating rod (35), the surface of the rotating rod (35) is in rotary joint with the inner part of the underwear processing box (1), the right end of the surface of the rotating rod (35) is in bolt connection with the axle center of a main elliptical wheel (9), the right end of the rotating rod (35) is in bolt connection with the axle center of an auxiliary elliptical wheel (10), and the transmission mechanism (31) is in transmission connection with the axle center of the rotating assembly (31);
the transmission assembly comprises a main conical gear (36), a secondary conical gear (37), a large gear (38) and a small gear (39), wherein the left end of the rotating shaft (31) is in bolt connection with the axle center of the right side of the main conical gear (36), teeth of the main conical gear (36) are meshed with teeth on the right side of the surface of the secondary conical gear (37), the rear side of the secondary conical gear (37) is in bolt connection with the surface of the large gear (38), teeth on the left side of the main helical gear (23) are meshed with teeth on the right side of the secondary conical gear (37), the axle center of the large gear (38) is in rotary connection with the inside of the underwear processing box (1), teeth on the top of the large gear (38) are meshed with the bottom of the small gear (39), the axle center of the small gear (39) is in rotary connection with the inside of the underwear processing box (1), and the top of the surface of the small gear (39) is hinged with the right end of the hinging rod (4);
the right side of the inside of the underwear processing box (1) is bolted with a supporting frame, the surfaces of the rotating shaft (31) and the rotating rod (35) are rotatably sleeved with holes on the left side of the supporting frame, and the main bevel gear (36) is positioned on the rear side of the electric heating plate group (8);
the rear side of the rack (7) is in sliding connection with a sliding frame, the rear side of the sliding frame is in bolt connection with the inside of the underwear processing box (1), a hole at the rear side of the L-shaped rod (5) is hinged with the inside of the underwear processing box (1), and the axle center of the electric heating plate group (8) is in rotary connection with the inside of the underwear processing box (1);
the electric heating plate group (8) comprises a transmission gear and an electric heating plate, the axis of the transmission gear is rotationally connected with the inside of the underwear processing box (1), teeth on the right side of the transmission gear are meshed with teeth on the left side of the rack (7), and the surface of the transmission gear is bolted with the rear side of the electric heating plate.

The drying and sterilizing integrated equipment for underwear production and processing according to claim 1, wherein the hole at the bottom of the rear side of the T-shaped frame (11) is hinged with the inside of the underwear processing box (1), the sterilizing component comprises a transmission rod (12) and a U-shaped ultraviolet sterilizing lamp bracket (13), the left end of the transmission rod (12) is hinged with the top end of the T-shaped frame (11), the U-shaped ultraviolet sterilizing lamp bracket (13) is composed of a connecting frame and a U-shaped ultraviolet lamp which is bolted to the top of the connecting frame, the right end of the transmission rod (12) is hinged with the left end of the connecting frame, and the rear side of the connecting frame is connected with the inside of the underwear processing box (1) in a sliding manner.
