s4: the power mechanism 2 can drive the pinion 11 to rotate through the transmission mechanism 3, the pinion 11 can drive the ultraviolet lamp holder 10 to rotate through the rotating rod 9, and the dried cloth enters the ultraviolet lamp holder 10 and is irradiated by ultraviolet rays to be sterilized.
The working principle is as follows: the cloth sequentially passes through the cleaning box 1, the drying box 4 and the sterilization box 6, the cloth in the cleaning box 1 is limited into a V-shaped structure by the limiting roller set 7, the cloth is wrapped by the drying rack 8 when in the drying box 4 to be dried conveniently, the cloth is irradiated by an ultraviolet lamp of the ultraviolet lamp bracket 10 in the sterilization box 6, the cleaning liquid is contained in the cleaning box 1, the cloth is soaked in the cleaning liquid to be cleaned and then is driven to enter the drying rack 8 of the drying box 4 to be dried, a large amount of water is dripped into the water guide hopper 15 downwards in the drying process, the power of the speed reducing motor 21 is switched on, the speed reducing motor 21 can drive the rotating shaft 22 to rotate, the rotating shaft 22 can drive the driving wheel 23 to rotate, the driving wheel 23 can drive the driving belt 24 to rotate, the driving belt 24 can drive the driven wheel 25 to rotate, the driven wheel 25 can drive the rotating rod 26 to rotate, the rotating rod 26 can drive the driving bevel gear 27 to rotate, the driving bevel gear 27 is meshed with the driven bevel gear 13 by utilizing a bevel gear, the driving bevel gear 27 can drive the driven bevel gear 13 to rotate clockwise, the driven bevel gear 13 can drive the special-shaped wheel 12 to rotate, the upper half part of the special-shaped wheel 12 is formed by a large half large round wheel, the bottom of the special-shaped wheel 12 is formed by an arc-shaped plate connected with the large round wheel, the radius of the top of the special-shaped wheel 12 is larger than that of the bottom of the special-shaped wheel 12, the top of the rotating special-shaped wheel 12 firstly moves downwards and then moves upwards, the special-shaped wheel 12 can drive the roller 14 to move upwards and downwards, the roller 14 can reduce friction by rolling, the roller 14 can drive the water guide hopper 15 to shake upwards and downwards, water can rapidly flow into the cleaning box 1 leftwards, the rotating shaft 22 can drive the eccentric wheel 28 to rotate, the top of the eccentric wheel 28 reciprocates upwards and downwards during the rotation of the eccentric wheel 28, and the ring frame 29 rotates on the surface of the eccentric wheel 28 and is driven to move upwards and downwards, the ring frame 29 can drive the slide bar 31 to move up and down, the slide bar 31 can slide and limit in the slide frame 32, the slide bar 31 can drive the slide sleeve 33 to move up and down, the slide sleeve 33 slides on the surface of the slide bar 34 and drives the slide bar 34 to rotate forward and backward, the slide bar 34 can drive the transmission rod 35 to move up and down, the transmission rod 35 can drive the driving helical gear 36 to rotate forward and backward, the driving helical gear 36 can drive the driven helical gear 37 to rotate, the driven helical gear 37 can drive the transmission frame 38 to rotate, the transmission frame 38 can drive the arc-shaped rack 39 to rotate, the arc-shaped rack 39 can drive the two pinions 11 to rotate, the pinions 11 can drive the rotating rod 9 to rotate, the rotating rod 9 can drive the ultraviolet lamp holder 10 to rotate, and the dried cloth enters the ultraviolet lamp holder 10 to be sterilized by ultraviolet irradiation.
