此外,作为通过发动机控制来提高排气温度的方法,使用一种通过将燃料后喷射燃烧的热量传递到催化剂来活化催化剂的方法。然而,在该方法中,用于提高排气温度的排气能量只有30%或更少被传递到催化剂。由于能量的大量损失降低了效率,因此存在一定的问题。当燃料被后喷射时,燃料效率会受到不利影响。
作为解决上述问题的方法,已提出一种电加热式催化剂技术。电加热式催化剂技术利用通过向催化剂施加电力而产生的热快速地活化催化剂,从而改善净化从发动机排放的排气的性能。然而,这种装置的问题在于,其使用电池的电源并使用高达90A的电力,因此该装置使用越频繁,电池消耗增加得越快,而这会对用以对电池充电的交流发电机造成很大的负担。
也就是说,如果总是供电以操作电加热式催化剂,则在低速行驶和频繁点火开/关期间活性性能可能是良好的。然而,电池消耗大量电力,因此它对交流发电机造成很大的负担,从而导致燃料效率劣化。
此外,为了使电加热式催化剂的工作效率达到最高,使用热空气对流方法来供应新鲜空气。因此,需要控制发动机的进气门和排气门的操作以将新鲜空气供应到电加热式催化剂中。
发明内容
本发明提供一种在车辆发动机启动之前经由处于低温状态的发动机向电加热式催化剂供应新鲜空气的控制装置和方法。
此外,本发明的目的在于提供一种空气供应装置和方法,通过该空气供应装置和方法,可以在不应用改善排气净化性能的单独48伏电力系统的状态下通过控制发动机的气门来将空气供应到电加热式催化剂。
此外,本发明提供一种用于控制进气门和排气门的方法,使得新鲜空气能够流到电加热式催化剂。
本发明不限于上述目的,本领域普通技术人员通过以下描述应该清楚地理解本发明的其他目的。此外,本发明的目的可以通过权利要求中限定的装置及其组合来实现。
旨在实现本发明的上述目的的用于电加热式催化剂的空气供应装置包括以下构造。
本发明提供一种用于电加热式催化剂的空气供应装置。该装置包括:电子增压器,被配置为流体连接到发动机的进气歧管;以及进气门,流体连接到电子增压器。该装置还包括排气门,流体连接到发动机的排气歧管;电加热式催化剂,流体连接到排气歧管并位于催化剂部的上游;以及控制器,被配置为控制电子增压器的驱动以及发动机的进气门和排气门中的每一个的开度。具体地,控制器基于低温运行中的车门打开条件来控制驱动电子增压器,并且将进气门切换到提前状态并将排气门切换到延迟状态以对电加热式催化剂进行加热。
当车辆的环境温度低于0℃时,控制器可确定车辆处于低温状态。
该控制器可被配置为将发动机的进气冲程准备气缸的进气门切换到提前状态,并且将发动机的进气冲程准备气缸的排气门切换到延迟状态。
当满足车门打开条件并且车辆未启动时,该控制器可以控制驱动电子增压器,将进气门切换到提前状态,并将排气门切换到延迟状态。
此外,本发明提供一种用于电加热式催化剂的空气供应方法,该方法包括以下步骤:当车辆的车门打开时由控制器确定低温状态;由控制器确定在低温状态下是否应用启动发动机的请求;当在低温状态下未应用启动发动机的请求时,由控制器将电加热式催化剂切换到驱动状态。该方法还包括:当电加热式催化剂的驱动状态被维持的时间超出设定时间时,由控制器将电加热式催化剂的驱动切换到关闭状态;以及当电加热式催化剂的驱动状态被维持的时间小于设定时间时,由控制器确定是否应用启动发动机的请求。
将电加热式催化剂切换到驱动状态的步骤还包括:由控制器向电加热式催化剂施加电力,驱动电子增压器,将进气门切换到提前状态,以及将排气门切换到延迟状态。
控制器可被配置成将发动机的进气冲程准备气缸的进气门切换到提前状态,以及由控制器将发动机的进气冲程准备气缸的排气门切换到延迟状态。
低温状态包括车辆的环境温度低于0℃的情况。
当电加热式催化剂的驱动状态被维持的时间超出设定时间时,由控制器将电加热式催化剂的驱动切换到关闭状态的步骤包括:将电子增压器切换到关闭状态,以及将进气门和排气门切换到设定位置。
由控制器确定在低温状态下是否应用启动发动机的请求的步骤包括:将电子节气门、进气门和排气门切换到设定位置,以及当应用启动发动机的请求时,将电子增压器的驱动切换到关闭状态。
本发明可以通过以下与本实施例一起描述的配置、组合和使用关系获得以下效果。
本发明的优点在于提供一种控制装置,该控制装置能够在电加热式催化剂运行时提供新鲜空气,从而使催化剂加热系统的效率最大。
此外,本发明的优点在于可以形成流动路径,使得新鲜空气通过控制发动机的进气门和排气门而流向电加热式催化剂,从而在不增加部件的情况下使催化剂加热系统的效率最大。
此外,本发明的优点在于,其被配置为在没有48伏电源系统的附加部件的情况下向电加热式催化剂供应空气,从而降低成本。

图1示出根据本发明实施例的用于电加热式催化剂300的空气供应装置10的配置。
如图1所示,发动机200包括进气歧管210、气缸201和排气歧管230。在一个实施例中,催化剂部310流体连接到排气歧管230,并且电加热式催化剂300可设置在催化剂部310的上游。
在本发明中,电加热式催化剂(EHC)300是安装在车辆的排气管线中的装置。电加热式催化剂(EHC)300提高排气的温度以活化催化剂系统并因此快速活化催化剂。当从安装在车辆上或紧固到电加热式催化剂300的电池向电加热式催化剂300供应电力时,加热部在高温下产生热量。所产生的热量与废气流一起穿过安装在电加热式催化剂正后方的催化剂部(三元催化剂:TWC)310,因此传导和辐射热量被传递到贵金属,从而使催化剂被活化。此外,催化剂部310可配置为通过对流从电加热式催化剂300传递热量。催化剂过滤器(颗粒过滤器:PF)可安装在催化剂部310后方以减少废气中的颗粒物质。
此外,由于本发明的电加热式催化剂300被配置为使得所产生的热量由通过发动机200的排气歧管230引入的新鲜空气以空气对流方式被引入到整个催化剂中,因此整个催化剂部310可被加热。
位于发动机200的前端处的进气歧管210可被配置为流体连接到电子增压器100,并且进气歧管210可与电子节气门110接合以控制引入的新鲜空气的压力和流量。
电子增压器100可被配置为使得转动量可由控制器400控制,并且电子节气门110的开度也可由控制器400控制。
此外,在本发明中公开的发动机200可以指包括连续可变气门正时(CVVT)系统的发动机200,因此发动机200被配置为电气地控制为发动机200的气缸201设置的进气门220和排气门240的提前和延迟。此外,位于多个气缸201的每一个中的进气门220和排气门240可以由控制器400独立地控制。
在包括CVVT系统的发动机200情况下,紧固到每个发动机气缸201的进气门220和排气门240的开度和打开正时可以由控制器400控制。此外,控制器400可以确定每个气缸201的冲程位置。因此,本发明的控制器400可被配置为将进气冲程准备气缸201(即,进气冲程过程中的气缸201)的进气门220切换到提前状态,并将排气门240切换到延迟状态。
当进气门220切换到提前状态并且排气门240切换到延迟状态时,可以包括其中进气门220和排气门240同时打开的重叠区域(即,图3中的气门重叠区域)。从进气歧管210引入的新鲜空气流过进气门220进入排气门240,然后流入电加热式催化剂300。
本发明的控制器400可以是车辆的集成控制器400,并且可以包括发动机200的控制器400。此外,集成控制器400可被配置为控制电子增压器100、进气门220、排气门240、电加热式催化剂300和电子节气门110。此外,控制器400被配置为与测量车辆环境温度的环境温度传感器(未示出)导电,因此可以接收车辆的环境温度。
如上所述,控制器400可以确定发动机200的每个气缸201的活塞的位置,并且可以根据活塞的位置来控制紧固到相应气缸201的进气门220和排气门240的开度。
此外,当确定出车门打开并且车辆的环境温度状况低于设定温度时,控制器400被配置为向电加热式催化剂300施加电力,并且通过打开电子增压器100和电子节气门110进行控制以将新鲜空气引入进气歧管210。此外,控制器进行控制使得发动机200的进气冲程准备气缸201的进气门220切换到提前状态并且排气门240切换到延迟状态,从而形成进气门220和排气门240同时打开的重叠区域。这样,控制器400在电加热式催化剂300被加热的同时提供引入到催化剂部310中的新鲜空气,并且增加通过电加热式催化剂300提高整个催化剂部310的温度的效果。
此外,当车辆切换到点火开启(ignition-on)状态或者当电加热式催化剂300被加热的时间超出设定时间时,控制器400被配置为停止电子增压器100的操作,将电子节气门110的开度返回到开始位置,并且将已被控制的进气门220和排气门240切换到中性状态。即,当发动机200启动时,所需的空气量可通过发动机200的驱动而被引入到电加热式催化剂300和催化剂部310中。
图2是根据本发明实施例的发动机200的气缸201的放大图,其中进气门220和排气门240具有重叠区域,并且图3示出了其中进气门220和排气门240形成重叠区域的气门正时控制。
如图2所示,根据本发明,当车门打开并且确定出车辆处于低温状态时,控制器400被配置为向电加热式催化剂300供电。此外,位于发动机200的至少一个气缸201中的进气门220和排气门240彼此流体连接以将新鲜空气引入到电加热式催化剂300。此外,位于进气歧管210上游的电子节气门110的开度增大,并且执行电子增压器100的旋转,从而增大被引入到进气门220的新鲜空气的流速。
以此方式,引入进气歧管210中的新鲜空气经由进气门220排放到排气门240,并且相应的气门被控制成使得进气门220切换到提前状态并且排气门240切换到延迟状态。
如图所示,当进气门220切换到提前状态并且排气门240切换到延迟状态时,通过进气歧管210引入的新鲜空气通过进气门220流入气缸201,并且通过被控制为打开预定程度的排气门240流入电加热式催化剂300。
换言之,当进气门220切换到提前状态并且排气门240切换到延迟状态时,进气门220和排气门240具有被形成为同时具有预定开度的重叠区域。在发动机200的气缸201的重叠区域中,从电子增压器100引入的新鲜空气通过排气歧管230流到电加热式催化剂300和催化剂部310。
如图3所示,控制器400执行控制以将进气冲程准备气缸201的进气门220切换到提前状态并将排气门240切换到延迟状态。换言之,提前控制进气门220和延迟控制排气门240可以在重叠区域中同时保持部分打开状态。
如此打开的进气门220和排气门240彼此流体连接。同时,控制器400控制电子增压器100和电子节气门110,使得新鲜空气被引入进气歧管210,并且引入的新鲜空气通过进气门220流到排气门240。
在另一实施例中,控制器400被配置为控制进气冲程准备气缸201的进气门220和排气门240。具体地,控制器400被配置为响应于从增压器到进气歧管210的270kg/h的流速,控制重叠区域中的至少一个气缸201的进气门220和排气门240,以执行电加热式催化剂300的对流流动。换言之,为了向电加热式催化剂300提供对流流动所需的20Kg/h的流速,控制器配置为控制执行进气冲程准备的至少一个气缸201的进气门220和排气门240。
因此,当车门打开并且车辆被冷却时,电加热式催化剂300被加热并且电子增压器100和电子节气门110开启以将新鲜空气引入发动机200。此外,控制每个气门,使得引入到发动机200中的新鲜空气通过进气门220流到排气门240。因此,在对流方法中,控制热量经过电加热式催化剂300的加热元件流到整个催化剂部310。
图4是示出根据本发明实施例的用于电加热式催化剂300的控制方法的流程图。
当在车辆的点火关闭状态下打开车门时(S100),通过环境温度传感器确定出车辆是否处于低温状态(S200)。在本发明的实施例中,当确定出车辆是否处于低温状态时,控制器400确定从环境温度传感器接收的环境温度是否低于设定点。在本发明的实施例中,将环境温度低于0℃的情况设定为低温状态(S200)。
当控制器400确定车辆处于低温状态时,确定发动机200是否启动(S300)。当维持发动机200的点火关闭时,向电加热式催化剂300施加电力(S310),并且电子节气门110的开度被切换到最大状态(S320)。此外,电子增压器100配置为执行驱动(S330)。同时,控制器400将至少一个气缸201的进气门220切换到提前状态,并且将排气门240切换到延迟状态(S340)。其中进气门220和排气门240受到控制的气缸201可被设定为进气冲程准备气缸。
另一方面,当控制器400确定出车辆处于低温状态并且应用启动发动机200的请求时(S300),电子节气门110被切换到设定位置(S400),并且电子增压器100的驱动终止(S500)。此外,根据发动机200的驱动来控制发动机200的进气门220和排气门240(S600)。随后,执行发动机200的驱动(S700)。
当没有应用启动发动机200的请求时(S300),控制器400确定施加到电加热式催化剂300的电力是否施加超出设定时间的时间(S350)。当向电加热式催化剂300施加电力的时间超出设定时间时,电加热式催化剂300的驱动和电子增压器100的驱动终止(S360),并且进气门220和排气门240的控制终止(改变到设定位置)(S370)。在本发明的实施例中,与将电力施加到电加热式催化剂300的时间相比,设定时间可设定为5秒。此外,如果向电加热式催化剂300施加电力的时间小于设定时间(S350),则执行确定是否应用启动发动机200的请求的步骤(S300)。
尽管参考附图中所示的特定实施例描述了本发明,但是对于本领域普通技术人员显而易见的是,在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,还可以以各种方式对本发明进行改变和修改。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于电加热式催化剂的空气供应装置,所述装置包括:
电子增压器,被配置为流体连接到发动机的进气歧管;
进气门,流体连接到所述电子增压器;
排气门,流体连接到所述发动机的排气歧管;
电加热式催化剂,流体连接到所述排气歧管并位于催化剂部的上游;以及
控制器,被配置为控制所述发动机的进气门和排气门中的每一个的开度,
其中,所述控制器还被配置为:
在低温运行中,基于车门打开条件控制所述电子增压器的操作,并且
将所述进气门切换到提前状态并将所述排气门切换到延迟状态以对所述电加热式催化剂进行加热。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空气供应装置,其中,所述控制器被配置为当车辆的环境温度低于0℃时确定所述车辆处于低温状态。
3.根据权利要求1所述的空气供应装置,其中,所述控制器被配置为将所述发动机的进气冲程准备气缸的进气门切换到提前状态,并且被配置为将所述发动机的进气冲程准备气缸的排气门切换到延迟状态。
4.根据权利要求1所述的空气供应装置,其中,所述控制器被配置为当满足所述车门打开条件并且车辆未启动时,控制驱动所述电子增压器,将所述进气门切换到提前状态,并将所述排气门切换到延迟状态。
5.一种用于电加热式催化剂的空气供应方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
当车辆的车门打开时由控制器确定低温状态;
由所述控制器确定在低温状态下是否应用启动发动机的请求;
当在低温状态下未应用启动发动机的请求时,由所述控制器将电加热式催化剂切换到驱动状态;
当所述电加热式催化剂的驱动状态被维持的时间超出设定时间时,由所述控制器将电加热式催化剂的驱动切换到关闭状态;以及
当所述电加热式催化剂的驱动状态被维持的时间小于所述设定时间时,由所述控制器确定是否应用启动发动机的请求。
6.根据权利要求5所述的空气供应方法,其中,将电加热式催化剂切换到驱动状态的步骤包括:
由所述控制器向所述电加热式催化剂施加电力,
驱动电子增压器,
将进气门切换到提前状态,以及
将排气门切换到延迟状态。
7.根据权利要求6所述的空气供应方法,还包括以下步骤:
由所述控制器将所述发动机的进气冲程准备气缸的进气门切换到提前状态,以及
由所述控制器将所述发动机的进气冲程准备气缸的排气门切换到延迟状态。
8.根据权利要求5所述的空气供应方法,其中,所述低温状态包括所述车辆的环境温度低于0℃的情况。
9.根据权利要求5所述的空气供应方法,其中,将电加热式催化剂的驱动切换到关闭状态的步骤包括:
将电子增压器切换到关闭状态,以及
将进气门和排气门切换到设定位置。
10.根据权利要求5所述的空气供应方法,其中,确定在低温状态下是否应用启动发动机的请求的步骤包括:
将电子节气门、进气门和排气门切换到设定位置,以及
当应用启动发动机的请求时,将电子增压器的驱动切换到关闭状态。
