背景技术
随着我国经济的高速发展,人们的生活水平不断的提高,人们越来越关注身体健康,在人们对物品使用之前通常需要对其进行清洁,进而降低物品表面的细菌,为人们的健康带来好处,在人们对物品清洁的过程性中通常需要使用到洗涤剂,洗涤剂是通过洗净过程用于清洗而专门配制的产品,主要组分通常由表面活性剂、助洗剂和添加剂等组成,洗涤剂的种类很多,按照去除污垢的类型,可分为重垢型洗涤剂和轻垢型洗涤剂,按照产品的外形可分为粉状、块状、膏状、浆状和液体等多种形态。
然而传统的洗涤剂大多功能较为单一,人们在清洁多种不同的物品时需要采用不同的洗涤剂进行对应清洗,从而为人们的实际使用带来了极大的不便,如传统洗涤剂在对油污进行去除时,难以对其进行有效的杀菌和去腥处理,从而在厨房应用时,人们难以达到去除油污的同时又达到去腥杀菌的效果,为人们的实际带来了极大的不便,为此,急需进行技术改进。

2、本发明提供的一种洗涤剂组合物及其制备工艺,该方法通过加入聚乙二醇,其具有良好的吸湿性、润滑性、粘结性、无毒和无刺激的优点,通过加入香精可以使洗涤剂提高香味,进而为使用者带来舒适的体验,通过加入姜辣素可以有效提高去腥清洁的效果,进而提高使用范围,通过加入小苏打可以增强洗涤剂的除腻去污功能,也可以去除砧板异味,用来擦拭银器,还可以使其恢复光泽。

本发明实施例提供一种洗涤剂组合物,包括如下配比的组成成分:去离子水85份、壬积芳聚氧乙烯醚3份、偏硅酸钠0.3份、过氧碳酸钠0.8份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1.7份、聚乙二醇2份、氢氧化钾0.4份、柠檬酸钠1.5份、香精0.1份、姜辣素0.3份、小苏打1.5份、增稠剂0.1份。

本发明实施例提供一种洗涤剂组合物,包括如下配比的组成成分:去离子水100份、壬积芳聚氧乙烯醚4份、偏硅酸钠0.4份、过氧碳酸钠1份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2份、聚乙二醇2.5份、氢氧化钾0.5份、柠檬酸钠1.75份、香精0.2份、姜辣素0.4份、小苏打2份、增稠剂0.2份。

1.一种洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,包括如下配比的组成成分:去离子水85-115份、壬积芳聚氧乙烯醚3-5份、偏硅酸钠0.3-0.5份、过氧碳酸钠0.8-1.2份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1.7-2.3份、聚乙二醇2-3份、氢氧化钾0.4-0.6份、柠檬酸钠1.5-2份、香精0.1-0.3份、姜辣素0.3-0.5份、小苏打1.5-2.5份、增稠剂0.1-0.3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,包括如下配比的组成成分:去离子水85份、壬积芳聚氧乙烯醚3份、偏硅酸钠0.3份、过氧碳酸钠0.8份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1.7份、聚乙二醇2份、氢氧化钾0.4份、柠檬酸钠1.5份、香精0.1份、姜辣素0.3份、小苏打1.5份、增稠剂0.1份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,包括如下配比的组成成分:去离子水100份、壬积芳聚氧乙烯醚4份、偏硅酸钠0.4份、过氧碳酸钠1份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2份、聚乙二醇2.5份、氢氧化钾0.5份、柠檬酸钠1.75份、香精0.2份、姜辣素0.4份、小苏打2份、增稠剂0.2份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,包括如下配比的组成成分:去离子水115份、壬积芳聚氧乙烯醚5份、偏硅酸钠0.5份、过氧碳酸钠1.2份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2.3份、聚乙二醇3份、氢氧化钾0.6份、柠檬酸钠2份、香精0.3份、姜辣素0.5份、小苏打2.5份、增稠剂0.3份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种洗涤剂组合物及其制备工艺,其特征在于,所述壬积芳聚氧乙烯醚是壬基酚与环氧乙烷加成物,活性物含量≥99%,外观为无色透明液体。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种洗涤剂组合物及其制备工艺,其特征在于,所述过氧碳酸钠是一种无机化合物,是一种强氧化剂,为白色结晶性粉末,遇潮可释出氧气。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种洗涤剂组合物及其制备工艺,其特征在于,所述十二烷基苯磺酸钠简称SDBS,是常用的阴离子型表面活性剂,为白色或淡黄色粉状或片状固体,难挥发,易溶于水,溶于水而成半透明溶液,所述聚乙二醇是一种高分子聚合物,无刺激性,味微苦,具有良好的水溶性,并与许多有机物组分有良好的相溶性。
8.一种洗涤剂组合物及其制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1.按照上述配方称取各原料,备用;
S2.首先将去离子水加入混合搅拌容器的内部;
S3.此时再加入壬积芳聚氧乙烯醚、偏硅酸钠和过氧碳酸钠持续搅拌并得到混合溶液;
S4.搅拌之后在混合溶液的内部加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠、聚乙二醇、氢氧化钾、柠檬酸钠、香精、姜辣素、小苏打和增稠剂并持续搅拌;
S5.充分搅拌之后,使用塑料容器在干燥通风的环境下进行密封存储即可。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种洗涤剂组合物及其制备工艺,其特征在于,所述S3中搅拌速度为70r/min,所述S4中搅拌速度为80r/min,所述S5中塑料容器存储的温度为12-25度。
