Secondly, it can be further understood that by making the plate move obliquely to go up and down, the plate can move to a higher position, so that the manipulator 700 can grasp conveniently, and in addition, the plate is transferred more stably by the oblique movement, and is not easy to fall from the feeding mechanism 300, the first positioning mechanism 400, the discharging mechanism 500 and the second positioning mechanism 600.
In addition, it may be further understood that, since the lower end of the feeding conveyor 310 is lower than the conveying surface of the conveying rail 200 for conveying the workpiece 100, it is ensured that the feeding hooking block 330 can support the lower end of the workpiece on the workpiece 100, and the upper end of the feeding conveyor 310 is higher than the first positioning base 430, so that the feeding hooking block 330 can drive the lower end of the workpiece to a position higher than the first positioning base 430, so that the first positioning base 430 can support the lower end of the workpiece.
Similarly, since the lower end of the blanking conveying belt 510 is lower than the conveying surface of the conveying rail 200 for conveying the material rack 100, the blanking hook block 530 is ensured to be capable of driving the plate to be blanked onto the material rack 100.

In this embodiment, the first supporting structure 420 is a plurality of guide rollers, the guide rollers are disposed along the first oblique direction at intervals, and the second supporting structure 620 is a plurality of rollers, and the rollers are disposed along the second oblique direction at intervals. It should be noted that, the interval between the supporting frames 120 is smaller, the plate arrangement is more compact, in order to avoid the material loading hooking block 330 hooking a plurality of plates at a time, therefore, in this embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the plate processing device of the present application further includes a swinging mechanism 800, the swinging mechanism 800 includes at least two, at least one swinging mechanism 800 is disposed in front of the feeding mechanism 300, at least one swinging mechanism 800 is disposed between the feeding mechanism 300 and the discharging mechanism 500, and the swinging mechanism 800 is used for stirring the supporting frames 120, so that the supporting frames 120 are converted between the first tilting direction and the second tilting direction.
It will be appreciated that the above steps of "conveying the pallet 100 full of pallet elements to the loading mechanism 300 via the conveying rail 200" include the steps of:
in the initial state, the supporting frame 120 of the fully loaded material rack 100 faces the second inclined direction, so that the plate is placed towards the second inclined direction;
the support frame 120 is swung to the first inclined direction by the swing mechanism 800, so that the plate at the forefront end faces the first inclined direction, and the plate is in butt joint with the feeding mechanism 300;
after the plate at the forefront is transferred to the first positioning mechanism 400 by the feeding mechanism 300, the material rack 100 is moved forward by the conveying rail 200, and the next group of support frames 120 are swung to the first tilting direction by the swinging mechanism 800, so that the new plate at the forefront faces the first tilting direction, and the plate is in butt joint with the feeding mechanism 300.
It can be appreciated that, by the swinging mechanism 800 and the above steps, the plates are swung from the second inclination direction to the first inclination direction one by one, so that the directions between the plates to be loaded (i.e. the plates to be hooked by the loading hooking block 330) and the adjacent plates are different, which ensures that only one plate can be lifted by the loading hooking block 330 at a time, and avoids loading a plurality of plates at a time.
Similarly, it is also understood that the above steps of conveying the empty racks 100 to the blanking mechanism 500 via the conveying rail 200 include the following steps:
in the initial state, the support frame 120 of the empty material rack 100 faces to the first inclination direction;
the rearmost supporting frames 120 are swung to the second inclined direction by the swing mechanism 800, so that the interval between the rearmost two supporting frames 120 is in butt joint with the blanking mechanism 500;
after the blanking mechanism 500 transfers the plate to the interval between the two support frames 120 at the rearmost end, the material frame 100 is moved backward by the conveying rail 200, and the next group of support frames 120 is swung to the second oblique direction by the swinging mechanism 800, so that the new interval at the rearmost end is butted with the blanking mechanism 500.
It will be appreciated that, in order to enable the loading and unloading processes to be performed simultaneously, there is also at least one empty carrier 100 placed on the conveyor rail 200, and since the empty carrier 100 is formed after loading from a full carrier 100, the support frame 120 of the empty carrier 100 is oriented in the first tilting direction, without additional swinging.
It can be appreciated that, through the swinging mechanism 800 and the above steps, the supporting frames 120 are swung from the first inclination direction to the second inclination direction one by one, so that the interval between the two supporting frames 120 is adapted to the inclination direction of the blanking mechanism 500, and the plate can be blanked orderly without falling into the interval of the other supporting frames 120.
Specifically, referring to fig. 6, the swing mechanism 800 includes a swing seat 810, a first swing driving unit 820, a second swing driving unit 830, and a swing fork 840, the swing fork 840 being provided to the swing seat 810, the first swing driving unit 820 being drivingly connected to the swing seat 810 for raising or lowering the swing seat 810, the second swing driving unit 830 being drivingly connected to the swing fork 840 so that the swing fork 840 swings between a first tilting direction and a second tilting direction.
It will be appreciated that the swing mechanism 800 swings the support bracket 120 including the steps of:
the rack 100 is moved to the upper side of the swing mechanism 800 by the conveying rail 200;
the first swing driving part 820 drives the swing seat 810 to ascend, so that the swing fork 840 is in butt joint with the support frame 120;
the second swing driving part 830 drives the swing fork 840 to swing, so that the swing fork 840 swings the support frame 120.
It can be appreciated that the swing mechanism 800 is disposed below the conveying rail 200, and when the rack 100 moves above the swing mechanism 800, the first swing driving portion 820 drives the swing seat 810 to move upwards, so that the swing fork 840 is abutted with the support frame 120, and then the second swing driving portion 830 drives the swing fork 840 to swing, so that the support frame 120 swings.
It should be noted that, in some cases, the board needs to be machined on two sides, so, in this embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 7, the board machining apparatus of the present application further includes a transfer mechanism 900, where the transfer mechanism 900 includes a transfer platform 910, a transfer driving portion 920, and an adsorption portion 930, the transfer platform 910 is used for placing a PC board machining method board on one side of the machining, and the transfer driving portion 920 drives the adsorption portion 930 to be connected, so that the adsorption portion 930 is close to or far from the transfer platform 910.
It will be appreciated that the above-described step of the processing mechanism 1000 processing the plate member includes the steps of:
the processing mechanism 1000 processes the first surface of the plate;
the plate is moved onto a transfer platform 910 of a transfer mechanism 900 by a manipulator 700, wherein the transfer mechanism 900 comprises the transfer platform 910, a transfer driving part 920 and an adsorption part 930, the transfer platform 910 is used for placing a PC plate processing method plate for processing one surface, and the transfer driving part 920 is in driving connection with the adsorption part 930 and is used for enabling the adsorption part 930 to be close to or far away from the transfer platform 910;

It will be appreciated that the robot 700 initially attracts the second side of the plate, buckles the first side of the plate to the processing mechanism 1000, and processes the first side of the plate. Then, the plate is transferred to the transfer platform 910, the second surface of the plate is adsorbed by the adsorption part 930 in cooperation with the transfer driving part 920, and the plate is lifted, the manipulator 700 can be moved between the first surface of the plate and the transfer platform 910, and adsorbs the first surface of the plate, then the second surface of the plate is buckled in the processing mechanism 1000, and the processing mechanism 1000 processes the second surface of the plate to complete the two-surface processing of the plate.
