本发明涉及平衡纸技术领域,特别涉及一种降醛平衡纸生产工艺、平衡纸以及人造板。
背景技术
原木指接板和原木直拼板由于表面纤维和制作工艺使得不能直接使用目前常规的热压技术贴浸胶纸,所以现在主流使用科技木木皮冷贴打底,然后再热压浸胶纸的工艺,第一点,由于现有的目前的科技木皮的韧性不够,无法填充指接板中的破口和指接口空口,在热压浸胶纸时会炭化和起泡,造成打底面不平整;第二点,压贴素色细麻面时有纤维孔和透底的缺点;第三点,科技木皮打底的方式需要2次成品,第一步,需要把科技木皮涂胶冷贴到指接板上,待粘固好后,再把贴好科技木皮的板砂光修边,第二步,在砂光修边后的指接板上放置浸胶纸放入热压机压成品,产品需经过两次贴面;第四点,甲醛含量高。
故需对此作出改进。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种降醛平衡纸生产工艺,其主要目的是通过在平衡纸的基础上增加电气石粉末,改善平衡纸的拉力,表面细腻无凹凸纹平整度高,具备分解甲醛的碳氢分子链接,使其分解成二氧化碳和水的特性,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取的技术方案如下:平衡纸的制备:按重量百分比为针叶木浆45%-55%、阔叶木浆25%-35%、高强纤维5%-15%、高耐性颜料色浆5%-15%在水力碎浆机内混合,经水力碎浆机碎解、盘磨打浆后输送至配浆池,在配浆池依次加入浓度为0.3%聚丙烯酰胺、浓度为纸干浆重量的1%的聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷树脂,调整后输送至纸机流浆箱,由纸机流浆箱喷放至成型网上进行横纵向分布和脱水成型,经过压榨部压榨脱水,烘缸接触干燥后,卷取成平衡纸;调配浸胶机的胶池材料和涂胶机胶锅材料,胶池材料中配方为脲胶和纤维软化剂,加电气石粉末;胶锅材料中配方为70%脲胶和30%三胺胶按体积调配的混合胶,再加电气石粉末;浸胶机车速调节到20m/s,平衡纸经过浸胶机的胶池浸上胶并烘干后,再经过涂胶机涂上调配的胶层,然后进行裁切。
进一步地,所述烘缸接触干燥后中,80度烘烤24小时,零下18度冷冻24小时,其中,添加了氧化铁颜料。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:在平衡纸的生产工艺中进行增加电气石粉末,制备而成后,其表面细腻无凹凸纹平整度高,具备120N的拉力,可在一定作用力内防止板材开裂和变形;压贴素色细麻面时无纤维孔和透底的缺点;不需要先打底面;降醛平衡纸和浸胶纸直接放置一起放入热压机压贴一次成品,一次性热压贴面成品;采用电气石粉末,具备分解甲醛的碳氢分子链接,使其分解成二氧化碳和水的特性。

所述平衡纸、所述浸胶纸通过热压贴合在所述指接板或者指拼板上。鉴于背景技术中的科技木皮中所存在的技术问题,对此,该降醛平衡纸生产工艺所制备而成的降醛平衡纸中,在使用在人造板上,第一点,降醛平衡纸的表面细腻无凹凸纹平整度高,具备120N的拉力,可在一定作用力内防止板材开裂和变形;第二点,其使用了氧化铁颜料,对比木皮具有更高的遮盖性能,压贴素色细麻面时无纤维孔和透底的缺点;第三点,只需要降醛平衡纸和浸胶纸直接放置一起放入热压机压贴一次成品,省去冷贴和二次砂光的工序,使用更为方便;第四点,采用电气石粉末,增加了负离子降解浸胶纸背面甲醛量,并具备抑制大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的作用,其可参考图2检测报告的甲醛释放量。

Claims (7)
1.一种降醛平衡纸生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
平衡纸的制备:按重量百分比为针叶木浆45%-55%、阔叶木浆25%-35%、高强纤维5%-15%、高耐性颜料色浆5%-15%在水力碎浆机内混合,经水力碎浆机碎解、盘磨打浆后输送至配浆池,在配浆池依次加入浓度为0.3%聚丙烯酰胺、浓度为纸干浆重量的1%的聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷树脂,调整后输送至纸机流浆箱,由纸机流浆箱喷放至成型网上进行横纵向分布和脱水成型,经过压榨部压榨脱水,烘缸接触干燥后,卷取成平衡纸;
调配浸胶机的胶池材料和涂胶机胶锅材料,胶池材料中配方为脲胶和纤维软化剂,加电气石粉末;胶锅材料中配方为70%脲胶和30%三胺胶按体积调配的混合胶,再加电气石粉末;浸胶机车速调节到20m/s,平衡纸经过浸胶机的胶池浸上胶并烘干后,再经过涂胶机涂上调配的胶层,然后进行裁切。
2.根据权利要求1所述的降醛平衡纸生产工艺,其特征在于:所述烘缸接触干燥后中,80度烘烤24小时,零下18度冷冻24小时,其中,添加了氧化铁颜料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的降醛平衡纸生产工艺,其特征在于:在胶池材料中加入的电气石粉末的重量百分比为3%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的降醛平衡纸生产工艺,其特征在于:在胶锅材料中加入的电气石粉末的重量百分比为3%。
5.一种平衡纸,其特征在于:所述平衡纸采用权利要求1-3任一项所述降醛平衡纸生产工艺制备而成。
6.一种人造板,其特征在于:包括指接板或者指拼板,权利要求4所述平衡纸以及浸胶纸,所述指接板或者指拼板上设置所述平衡纸,所述平衡纸上设置所述浸胶纸。
7.根据权利要求6所述的人造板,其特征在于:所述平衡纸、所述浸胶纸通过热压贴合在所述指接板或者指拼板上。
