背景技术
湿巾,一般以无纺布为载体,添加纯净水、适量的保湿剂、香精、防腐剂等,婴幼儿手口湿巾,是指专门用于清洁婴幼儿手和口周围的湿巾,由于婴幼儿存在吮吸、咀嚼的可能,因此,对婴幼儿手口湿巾的配方安全性要求较高。
一般来讲,婴儿湿巾不能添加香精、防腐剂、荧光剂等。中国专利申请号201310014515.2公开了一种婴儿手口湿巾,由湿巾复配液和承附复配液的无纺布组成,所述湿巾复配液按每100重量份计有:0.01-7.5%的甜味剂;0.01-2.0%的防腐剂;0.01-2.0%的清洁剂;0.05-5.0%的增溶剂;0-10.0%的保湿剂;0-5.0%的护肤剂;0-0.5%的酸度调节剂;0-5.0%的精油;0-0.5%的稳定剂;0-1.0%的天然香精;余量为纯水。通过添加可使用的甜味剂,可促进婴幼儿唾液分泌,缓解口腔内pH值下降,防止龋齿的产生。但是该配方中添加了苯扎氯铵等具有刺激性的防腐剂,易造成婴幼儿皮肤过敏,对婴幼儿的皮肤有害。

因此,针对上述的问题,本发明提供一种婴幼儿手口湿巾,解决现有技术的婴幼儿手口湿巾含有刺激成分、对婴幼儿会产生不良影响的缺陷。

②将中间产物A溶于四氢呋喃中,加入戊二酸酐,40-60℃下反应3-6h,得到中间产物B;
③将中间产物B与3-氨基-1,2-丙二醇溶于丙酮溶剂中,50-65℃下反应8-15h,即得到表面活性剂a。

通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明的湿巾载体为可降解水刺无纺布,以竹纤维、魔芋纤维、壳聚糖纤维为纤维原料,采用水刺工艺加工成,竹纤维、魔芋纤维和壳聚糖均可在大自然中实现降解,对环境无污染,较为环保。
2、湿巾药液中添加的爆珠颗粒在湿巾被使用时,通过手施压捏破使颗粒内的薄荷提取液、椰油基甜菜碱以及表面活性剂a得到释放,药液由纯净水、润肤剂和爆珠颗粒组成,整体配方温和、无刺激,且具有较好的清洁作用。
3、本发明所用的润肤剂由丙二醇、甘油、乳木果油按1:1:1复合而成,润肤剂对婴幼儿的皮肤无刺激,具有滋润作用。
4、本发明爆珠颗粒的皮层由乙基纤维素和β-环糊精混合组成,这两者成分均为可食用的食品级原材料,对婴幼儿的身体有益,且作为皮层易被捏破,使芯层容易流出。
5、椰油基甜菜碱与表面活性剂a复配,具有加好的去污清洁效果。
