Background
Currently, the industrial cystine preparation mostly adopts a process of hydrolyzing animal hair by hydrochloric acid (simply referred to as a hair hydrolysis process), and the basic process flow of extracting cystine from hair comprises the following steps: firstly, the hair is subjected to hydrochloric acid hydrolysis and primary neutralization to obtain a crude cystine I and primary mother liquor (or primary waste liquor, which contains about 17-18 amino acids), and then arginine is extracted from the primary mother liquor. Although the process extracts arginine from the primary mother liquor after extracting cystine by hydrolyzing hair with hydrochloric acid, the yield of arginine is low, generally only 1-3.5%; meanwhile, the primary mother liquor after arginine extraction cannot be well utilized, so that a large amount of amino acid is lost, and the economic benefit is low.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more clear, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below. The specific conditions are not noted in the examples and are carried out according to conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or apparatus used were conventional products commercially available without the manufacturer's attention.
It should be noted that, in the case of no conflict, the embodiments and features in the embodiments may be combined with each other. The present invention will be described in detail with reference to specific examples.
The general idea of the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention is as follows:
in a first aspect, embodiments of the present application provide a feed based on hair hydrolysis waste liquid, the feed comprising, in parts by weight:
1 to 10 parts of hair hydrolysis waste liquid concentrated powder, 1 to 10 parts of astragalus, 1 to 5 parts of mulberry leaf and 200 to 220 parts of basic ration.
The embodiment of the application provides a feed based on hair hydrolysis waste liquid, which is particularly pregnant sow feed, wherein concentrated hair hydrolysis waste liquid powder obtained by hydrolyzing primary mother liquid after extracting cystine from hair with hydrochloric acid, astragalus membranaceus and mulberry leaves are used as additives, various amino acids such as arginine, proline, leucine, lysine, methionine, valine, threonine and the like and unknown growth factors contained in the concentrated hair hydrolysis waste liquid powder are fully utilized, more nutrition is provided for a sow, placenta angiogenesis and development are promoted, and meanwhile, the synergistic effect of astragalus membranaceus polysaccharide and mulberry leaves is matched, so that the influence of stress syndromes such as inappetence, body metabolic disturbance and the like caused by external factors such as supercooling or overheating in summer of the sow is reduced, and normal development of a fetal pig is facilitated. Therefore, the reproductive performance of the sow is improved by the combined action of the concentrated hair hydrolysis waste liquid powder, the astragalus and the mulberry leaf, so that practical economic benefit is brought, and a new thought is provided for the secondary comprehensive utilization of the primary mother liquor after cystine is extracted from the hair by hydrochloric acid hydrolysis.
In some specific embodiments, the hair hydrolysis waste concentrate powder may be 1 part, 2 parts, 3 parts, 4 parts, 5 parts, 6 parts, 7 parts, 8 parts, 9 parts, 10 parts, etc. by weight.
In some specific embodiments, the parts by weight of astragalus may be 1 part, 2 parts, 3 parts, 4 parts, 5 parts, 6 parts, 7 parts, 8 parts, 9 parts, 10 parts, etc.
In some specific embodiments, the parts by weight of mulberry leaf may be 1 part, 2 parts, 3 parts, 4 parts, 5 parts, etc.
