Abstract
The invention relates to the field of preparation of compound powder, in particular to potassium hydrogen persulfate compound powder and a preparation method thereof. The potassium hydrogen persulfate composite powder comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of potassium hydrogen persulfate composite microspheres, 2.4-5.8 parts of L-tartaric acid, 2-5 parts of sodium tartrate, 0.2-1 part of dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid, 1-3 parts of sodium chloride and 0.1-0.5 part of an indicator. The invention discloses potassium hydrogen persulfate composite powder, which comprises potassium hydrogen persulfate composite microspheres, L-tartaric acid and an additive. Compared with the traditional slow-release potassium hydrogen persulfate compound powder, the product obtained by the invention has more excellent dispersibility, and the slow-release rate is also faster, so that the effect of rapid disinfection cannot be achieved due to too slow release.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of preparation of compound powder, in particular to potassium hydrogen persulfate compound powder and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Sterilization is an important measure for killing pathogenic microorganisms in the environment, cutting off transmission paths, preventing and controlling epidemic diseases, and many aspects in life need to be sterilized, such as medical institution sterilization, public place sterilization, household sterilization, food and drug production environment sterilization, aquaculture, agriculture and animal husbandry sterilization and the like. As the popularity of disinfection increases, disinfectants become very important. Currently, the commonly used disinfectants mainly comprise acid disinfectants, alkali disinfectants, halogen disinfectants, quaternary ammonium salt disinfectants, phenol disinfectants, aldehyde disinfectants and peroxide disinfectants, such as peracetic acid, glutaraldehyde, povidone iodine, quaternary ammonium salt and the like. The disinfectant has the respective defects of poor stability, high corrosiveness, strong irritation, narrow antibacterial spectrum and the like, and even has the risk of carcinogenesis, so that the disinfectant has certain limitation in clinical application. Therefore, the current disinfectant is developed towards the aspects of green environmental protection, broad spectrum, high efficiency, safety, low toxicity, no stimulation, strong stability and the like.
The potassium hydrogen persulfate compound salt (potassium monopersulfate ) is a stable, convenient and excellent acidic oxidant with wide application, and has high-efficiency killing effect on pathogenic microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, fungi, mycoplasma and the like. At present, most varieties of potassium hydrogen persulfate compound powder in the market are prepared by a simple powder mixing process. Because the potassium hydrogen persulfate composite powder has more components and different properties, the granularity, the fluidity and the particle size of the potassium hydrogen persulfate composite powder are relatively large, and the following problems are mainly existed in the products on the market: due to the granularity graduation difference of the materials and the dispersibility difference of the materials, the solubility and the dispersibility of the materials are poor, so that the internal quality of the product is influenced, the pH value of the product is unstable, the uniformity of the chloride and the content is also poor, and the stability and the disinfection effect of the product are directly influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems existing in the prior art, the invention aims to provide potassium hydrogen persulfate composite powder and a preparation method thereof.
The aim of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
in a first aspect, the invention provides potassium hydrogen persulfate composite powder comprising the following components in parts by weight:
60-80 parts of potassium hydrogen persulfate composite microspheres, 2.4-5.8 parts of L-tartaric acid, 2-5 parts of sodium tartrate, 0.2-1 part of dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid, 1-3 parts of sodium chloride and 0.1-0.5 part of an indicator (amaranth).
Preferably, the potassium hydrogen persulfate composite powder comprises the following components in parts by weight:
65 parts of potassium hydrogen persulfate composite microspheres, 3.6 parts of L-tartaric acid, 4 parts of sodium tartrate, 0.6 part of dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid, 2.5 parts of sodium chloride and 0.3 part of an indicator (amaranth).

The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
1. the invention discloses potassium hydrogen persulfate composite powder, which comprises potassium hydrogen persulfate composite microspheres, L-tartaric acid and an additive. Compared with the traditional slow-release potassium hydrogen persulfate compound powder, the product obtained by the invention has more excellent dispersibility, and the slow-release rate is also faster, so that the effect of rapid disinfection cannot be achieved due to too slow release.
2. The potassium hydrogen persulfate composite microsphere is self-made sustained-release microsphere, which takes polymethacrylate and elvan powder as a microsphere wall, takes potassium hydrogen sulfate composite salt as a microsphere sustained-release agent, has a porous type, has a faster and stronger sustained-release effect, can ensure the content of available chlorine, has stronger hydrophilicity, and has a good dispersion effect in water.
3. Sodium isethionate is added in the synthesis process of the potassium hydrogen persulfate composite microsphere, and the addition of the sodium isethionate not only ensures that the overall pH value is kept at a lower value, thereby enhancing the disinfection effect, but also serves as a surfactant to enhance the synthesis of the raw materials of the microsphere.
4. In the process of preparing the potassium hydrogen persulfate composite microsphere, unlike the conventional method, the potassium hydrogen persulfate composite salt is added in the semi-forming process of the microsphere, so that the consumption of the potassium hydrogen persulfate in the polymerization process of methacrylate is avoided, the potassium hydrogen persulfate composite salt can be more conveniently introduced into the aperture of the microsphere, and the potassium hydrogen persulfate is not influenced by being wrapped by a polymer.
5. In addition, as the Eskang powder is compounded, the Eskang powder has strong antibacterial and antiviral properties, so the potassium hydrogen persulfate compound powder prepared by the invention has more excellent disinfection and sterilization effects.
