The selenium-enriched prebiotic AD high-calcium protein powder solid beverage as claimed in claim 5, wherein the mass ratio of vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, nicotinic acid, folic acid, pantothenic acid, B-carotene, taurine and maltodextrin is 0.88: 1.4X10 -3 :14:1.35:1.35:1.35:1.5×10 -3 :140:20:0.2:7:0.3:110:0.1。
