本发明公开了一种风电超大直径组合密封圈,包括橡胶密封圈,橡胶密封圈具有密封唇口,还包括截面呈L形的金属密封圈骨架,L形金属密封圈骨架具有环形侧壁和环形底板,环形侧壁的外壁上开设有周向的侧壁凹槽,侧壁凹槽内装有外侧密封胶圈,环形底板上通过螺钉装有环形压板,环形压板的外壁上开设有周向的压板凹槽,压板凹槽内装有用于在环形压板的外壁与环形侧壁的内壁之间形成密封配合的压板密封胶圈;所述的密封唇口位于橡胶密封圈的内侧,橡胶密封圈的外侧具有压紧部,压紧部压装在所述的环形压板与环形底板之间。本发明的生产制造成本相对较低,采用可单独更换的橡胶密封圈,能够降低风电设备的维护成本。

一种风电超大直径组合密封圈
技术领域
本发明涉及一种风电超大直径密封圈,具体地说是涉及一种风电超大直径组合密封圈。
背景技术
风电超大直径密封圈,可用于风电设备的轴承密封,密封圈的直径可达3-4米、甚至更大。现有技术中的风电超大直径密封圈,由夹布骨架和橡胶密封圈硫化成型,如图1所示,外侧为夹布骨架1,内侧为橡胶密封圈2,橡胶密封圈具有密封唇口3。
上述现有技术中的风电超大直径密封圈制作时,需要相应大尺寸规格的硫化设备和大尺寸结构的模具,夹布骨架和橡胶密封圈通过相配合的模具在硫化机内一体硫化成型。由于风电超大直径密封圈的尺寸规格很大,相应地硫化机和模具的造价也非常昂贵,使得风电超大直径密封圈的制作成本很高;而且,即使是前期想新品研发试制没有量产,都需要大量的资金投入,如果试制期间要更改调整产品的结构也需要重新加工模具,研发费用很高,加工周期长、效率低,影响了新产品的开发速度。并且,由于上述现有技术中的风电超大直径密封圈的夹布骨架和橡胶密封圈是一体硫化成型,在使用一段时间当密封唇口出现磨损导致密封失效时,需要整体更换,也增加了风电设备的维护成本;夹布骨架为织布,织布和橡胶一体硫化成型时,骨架变得非常柔软,密封圈易出现椭圆现象,产品合格率较低。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种可以显著降低风电设备维护成本、产品合格率相对较高且可以显著降低生产制造成本的风电超大直径组合密封圈。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明一种风电超大直径组合密封圈,包括橡胶密封圈,橡胶密封圈具有密封唇口,其特征在于:还包括截面呈L形的金属密封圈骨架,L形金属密封圈骨架具有环形侧壁和环形底板,环形侧壁的外壁上开设有周向的侧壁凹槽,侧壁凹槽内装有外侧密封胶圈,环形底板上通过螺钉装有环形压板,环形压板的外壁上开设有周向的压板凹槽,压板凹槽内装有用于在环形压板的外壁与环形侧壁的内壁之间形成密封配合的压板密封胶圈;所述的密封唇口位于橡胶密封圈的内侧,橡胶密封圈的外侧具有压紧部,压紧部压装在所述的环形压板与环形底板之间。
采用上述结构的风电超大直径组合密封圈,当橡胶密封圈的密封唇口出现磨损时,可以更换橡胶密封圈,降低了风电设备的维护成本,并且,由于本发明是采用金属密封圈骨架和橡胶密封圈组合形式,改变了传统的夹布骨架与橡胶密封圈的硫化成型生产方式,不会出现因骨架变柔软而导致密封圈成椭圆的情况,从而可以提高产品的合格率;由于本发明是采用橡胶密封圈与金属密封圈骨架组合而成,橡胶密封圈可由断面形状相对应的橡胶密封条搭接硫化成型,无须大尺寸规格的模具和硫化机,可以极大降低生产制造成本。
