Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of medicines, and particularly relates to a system for promoting absorption of a Shangke Xiaoding ointment.
Background
Lumbar disc herniation (lumbar disc herniation, LDH) is a clinical syndrome with pain in the waist and legs as the main symptoms, which are lumbago, limited movement of the waist, and severe pain in the legs and feet due to radiation, and symptoms are aggravated when the activities such as cough, hard stool and the like with increased abdominal pressure are performed. It has been found that more and more patients with lumbar disc herniation are not suffering from violent injuries, but are caused by chronic strain, dietary living loss, excessive mental pressure and other intrinsic factors, and this type of lumbar disc herniation is called "internal injury type lumbar disc herniation" (non-traumatic lumbar disc herniation, ntLDH).
In recent years, with the increasing pressure of life and continuous bad habit of action, the incidence of LDH has increased year by year and has tended to be younger. The data show that 70% of LDH patients in China have different degrees of labor capacity loss, serious disabled people occupy more than 40%, the disease course is long and difficult to heal, the exercise capacity and the life quality of the patients are affected, great pain is brought to the patients, anxiety and depressed emotion are further generated, the physical and mental health is extremely negatively affected, and the work and the life are very inconvenient, so that the disease needs to be paid enough attention and corresponding diagnosis and treatment research. How to reduce the neuralgia caused by LDH to the minimum and improve the life quality of patients has become the focus of research at home and abroad.
At present, clinical medicine mainly comprises drug treatment, physical treatment and the like for treating LDH, and the drugs are mainly used for treating pain by analgesic or blood activating drugs, so that the pain can be effectively relieved, but the drugs have large stimulation to gastrointestinal tracts or large side effects, can not fundamentally solve the problems, and have high recurrence rate. Based on the above, traditional Chinese medicine conservation therapy shows obvious advantages, but most traditional Chinese medicine conservation therapy has long treatment course and easy recurrence, and cannot radically cure LDH.
