In at least one embodiment of the present application, the obtaining module 810 provides an input interface, and receives search information including a search term input by a user on the input interface. In another embodiment of the present application, the obtaining module 810 recognizes retrieval information inputted by a user through a voice recognition module, and recognizes keywords of the retrieval information. In at least one embodiment of the present application, the obtaining module 810 crawls the emergency plan information related to the search term from a network communicatively connected to the electronic device 1 according to the search term of the search information. The term includes an event keyword. For example, for a fire event, the fire event keyword "fire" may be used as a search term, and the electronic device 1 crawls emergency plan information related to "fire" from the network according to the keyword "fire".
In at least one embodiment of the present application, the obtaining module 810 is further configured to calculate a degree of association between the search information and the emergency plan information to obtain association information, and obtain the emergency plan information when the association information meets a preset condition.
In at least one embodiment of the application, the search information includes a search location and a search time. The acquiring module 810 acquires the release time and release place of the emergency plan information, calculates a time difference between the release time and the search time of the emergency plan information, calculates a distance difference between the release place and the search place of the emergency plan information, and uses the time difference and the distance difference as the associated information.

By acquiring the emergency scheme information related to the place and time of the retrieval information, the method and the device can improve the decision efficiency of the emergency scheme.
In another embodiment of the present application, the association information includes a publisher of the emergency plan information. If the publisher of the crawled emergency plan information is a preset authority organization, the obtaining module 810 determines that the association information meets a preset condition, and obtains the emergency plan information that the association information meets the preset condition. According to the method and the device, the decision efficiency of the emergency scheme can be further improved by acquiring the emergency scheme information of the preset authority organization.
The determination module 820 generates a hotspot distribution map from the emergency analysis table, wherein the hotspot distribution map includes an event, an actuator for the event, and an execution plan for the actuator.
Referring to fig. 9, a schematic diagram of a submodule of a determining module provided in an embodiment of the present application is shown. The determining module 820 includes a first computing sub-module 910, a matching sub-module 920, a second computing sub-module 930, and a determining sub-module 940.
The first calculation sub-module 910 identifies an execution department in emergency plan information of the event, performs word sense similarity calculation on the execution department, and takes the execution department with the same word sense as a target execution department of the event.
In at least one embodiment of the present application, the executive is an executive in the emergency plan information of the event. After the first calculation sub-module 910 identifies the execution units in the emergency plan information of the event, the word similarity of the execution units is calculated by a word sense similarity algorithm, and the execution units with the same word sense are used as the target execution units of the event according to the word sense similarity of the execution units.
For example, the executive departments of emergency plan information of fire events include the work content of various functional departments such as firefighters, security personnel, evacuators and the like. The first calculation sub-module 910 identifies the execution department in the emergency plan information of the fire event as a firefighter, a security member, and an evacuator through a semantic recognition algorithm. The first computation sub-module 910 computes word sense similarity between firefighters, security personnel, and evacuees according to a word sense similarity algorithm, and takes firefighters, security personnel, and evacuees having the same word sense as target execution departments of fire events. It should be noted that, the implementation units of the emergency plan information of the fire event further include a disaster situation data statistics unit and a logistics material arrangement unit, and the implementation means for determining the disaster situation data statistics unit and the logistics material arrangement unit as the target implementation units of the fire event in the present application may refer to the above method for determining firefighters, security personnel and evacuees as the target implementation units of the fire event.
The matching sub-module 920 acquires the functional department of the enterprise, associates the functional department with the target execution department, and uses the associated functional department as an execution mechanism.
In the embodiment of the application, for enterprises, when an event occurs, an execution unit for really rescuing the event is a functional department of the enterprise. According to the method and the device for managing the disaster relief of the enterprises, the functional departments of the enterprises are associated with the target executing departments, and the associated functional departments are used as executing mechanisms, so that the executing units of the disaster relief of the enterprises can be determined rapidly.
The second calculation sub-module 930 identifies the execution content of the execution mechanism, performs word sense similarity calculation on the execution content, and takes the execution content with the same word sense as an execution plan of the execution mechanism.
In at least one embodiment of the present application, the execution content of the executing mechanism is the working content of the executing mechanism for coping with an event. After the second computing sub-module 930 identifies the execution content of the execution mechanism, the word similarity of the execution content is computed through a word sense similarity algorithm, and the execution content with the same word sense is used as an execution plan of the event according to the word sense similarity of the execution content.
For example, in the emergency scheme information of the fire accident, the execution content of the firefighters is fire fighting, the execution content of the safety personnel is disaster relief, and the work content of the evacuees is evacuation masses. The second computing sub-module 930 recognizes that the execution content of the execution mechanism in the fire event is fire extinguishment, disaster relief and evacuation, according to the semantic similarity algorithm, the semantic similarity among the fire extinguishment, disaster relief and evacuation is computed. When the fire extinguishment, disaster relief and evacuation masses are determined to have the same word meaning, the fire extinguishment is taken as an execution plan of a firefighter, the disaster relief is taken as an execution plan of a safety person, and the evacuation masses are taken as an execution plan of an evacuator. It should be noted that, in the emergency plan information of the fire event, the execution content corresponding to the disaster situation data statistics department includes statistics, the execution content corresponding to the logistics material arrangement department includes overall planning, and the implementation means for determining the execution plans of the disaster situation data statistics department and the logistics material arrangement department in the present application may refer to the above method for determining the execution plans of fire fighting, disaster relief, and evacuation masses as the fire event, which will not be described in detail herein.
The determination submodule 940 determines the hotspot distribution profile based on the event, an actuator for the event, and an execution plan for the actuator.
In at least one embodiment of the present application, the first computing sub-module 910 is further configured to identify an execution department in the emergency plan information of the event, count an occurrence frequency of the execution department, and determine a target execution department of the event according to the occurrence frequency of the execution department. In at least one embodiment of the present application, the first calculation sub-module 910 uses an execution department with a frequency band exceeding a first preset frequency in the emergency plan information as a target execution department of the event.
The second calculation sub-module 930 identifies the execution content of the execution mechanism, counts the occurrence frequency of the execution content, and determines the execution plan of the execution mechanism according to the occurrence frequency of the execution content. In at least one embodiment of the present application, the electronic device 1 uses, as the execution plan of the execution mechanism, execution contents in which the frequency band of the execution contents of the execution mechanism exceeds a second preset frequency. The determination submodule 940 determines the hotspot distribution profile based on the event, an actuator for the event, and an execution plan for the actuator.
In at least one embodiment of the present application, the specific execution mechanism and execution plan for disaster relief of the enterprise for the event may be determined through the hotspot distribution map.
The generating module 830 receives the event keywords input by the user, determines a target execution mechanism and a target execution plan corresponding to the event keywords from the hotspot distribution diagram according to the event keywords, and generates an emergency plan according to the target execution mechanism and the target execution plan.
In at least one embodiment of the present application, the generating module 830 performs semantic analysis on the event keywords and the execution mechanisms in the hotspot distribution diagram to obtain a first common feature, screens the target execution mechanisms corresponding to the event keywords from the hotspot distribution diagram according to the first common feature, performs semantic analysis on execution plans of the event keywords and the target execution mechanisms to obtain a second common feature, and screens the target execution plan corresponding to the event keywords from the execution plans of the target execution mechanisms according to the second common feature.
In at least one embodiment of the present application, the first common characteristic represents a similarity of the event keywords to the actuators in the hotspot profile. The generating module 830 screens out the execution mechanisms having similarity with the event keywords from the hotspot distribution map according to the first common feature as target execution mechanisms.
In at least one embodiment of the present application, the second common characteristic represents a similarity of the event keyword to the execution plan of the target execution mechanism. The generating module 830 screens out execution plans of the target execution mechanism according to the second common feature, wherein the execution plans have similarity with the event keywords and serve as target execution plans.
In at least one embodiment of the present application, the generating module 830 obtains personnel information and material information stored in a database; distributing the personnel information according to the target executing mechanism to obtain the personnel information of the target executing mechanism; distributing the material information according to the target execution plan to obtain material information of the target execution plan; and generating the emergency plan according to the target execution mechanism, personnel information of the target execution mechanism, the target execution plan and material information of the target execution plan.
In at least one embodiment of the present application, the pushing module 840 is configured to push the emergency plan to the target actuator.
In at least one embodiment of the present application, the pushing module 840 pushes the emergency plan to a control terminal or control center (e.g., a control server). The control terminal or control center sends the emergency plan to a target device 2 (e.g., mobile phone) of a target actuator to inform the target actuator to execute the emergency plan.
In at least one embodiment of the present application, the adjustment module 850 is configured to receive completion progress information of the target execution plan replied by the target execution mechanism; and adjusting personnel information of the target executing mechanism and material information of the target executing plan according to the completion progress information.
In at least one embodiment of the present application, the adjustment module 850 receives the completion progress information of the target execution plan returned by the target execution mechanism through the target device 2, and adjusts personnel information of the target execution mechanism and material information of the target execution plan according to the completion progress information, so as to adjust the emergency plan according to the on-site situation, and improve the execution efficiency of the emergency plan.
In at least one embodiment of the present application, if the completion schedule information of the execution plan of the target execution mechanism indicates that the emergency plan corresponding to the event has been completed, the adjustment module 850 marks the emergency plan as a completed state, and the pushing module 840 preferentially pushes the emergency plan corresponding to the event and marked as the completed state in response to the event keyword input by the user.
In at least one embodiment of the present application, the adjustment module 850 is further configured to update the execution mechanism in the hotspot distribution map and the execution plan of the execution mechanism, and adjust the emergency plan marked as the completed state according to the updated hotspot distribution map. For example, the electronic device 1 adjusts the target actuator and the plan of the target actuator in the emergency plan in the completed state according to the updated actuators and the execution plan of the actuators in the hotspot distribution diagram, so that the emergency plan is continuously updated, and the emergency plan has implementation reliability and stronger suitability.
With continued reference to fig. 1, in this embodiment, the memory 11 may be an internal memory of the electronic device 1, that is, a memory built in the electronic device 1. Claims (12)

1. A method of generating an emergency plan, the method comprising:
generating an emergency analysis table according to the acquired emergency scheme information, wherein the emergency analysis table comprises an event and emergency scheme information corresponding to the event;
generating a hot spot distribution map according to the emergency analysis table, wherein the hot spot distribution map comprises an event, an executing mechanism of the event and an executing plan of the executing mechanism;
And determining a target execution mechanism and a target execution plan corresponding to the event keywords from the hotspot distribution map according to the event keywords input by the user, and generating an emergency plan according to the target execution mechanism and the target execution plan.
2. The method of generating an emergency plan of claim 1, wherein generating a hotspot profile from the emergency analysis table comprises:
identifying an executive department in emergency scheme information of the event, performing word sense similarity calculation on the executive department, and taking the executive department with the same word sense as a target executive department of the event;
acquiring a role department of an enterprise, associating the role department with the target execution department, and taking the associated role department as the execution mechanism;
identifying the execution content of the execution mechanism, performing word sense similarity calculation on the execution content, and taking the execution content with the same word sense as an execution plan of the execution mechanism;
and determining the hot spot distribution map according to the event, the executing mechanism and the executing plan.
3. The method for generating an emergency plan according to claim 1, wherein the determining, from the hotspot distribution map, the target execution mechanism and the target execution plan corresponding to the event keyword according to the event keyword input by the user includes:
Carrying out semantic analysis on the event keywords and the executing mechanism in the hotspot distribution diagram to obtain a first common feature;
screening the target executing mechanism corresponding to the event keyword from the hotspot distribution diagram according to the first common characteristic;
carrying out semantic analysis on the event keywords and the execution plan of the target execution mechanism and obtaining second common characteristics;
and screening the target execution plan corresponding to the event keyword from the execution plans of the target execution mechanism according to the second common characteristics.
4. The method of generating an emergency plan according to claim 1, wherein the generating an emergency plan according to the target execution mechanism and the target execution plan includes:
acquiring personnel information and material information stored in a database;
distributing the personnel information according to the target executing mechanism to obtain the personnel information of the target executing mechanism;
distributing the material information according to the target execution plan to obtain material information of the target execution plan;
and generating the emergency plan according to the target execution mechanism, personnel information of the target execution mechanism, the target execution plan and material information of the target execution plan.
5. The method of generating an emergency plan of claim 4, further comprising:
pushing the emergency plan to the target execution mechanism;
receiving completion progress information of the target execution plan replied by the target execution mechanism;
and adjusting personnel information of the target executing mechanism and material information of the target executing plan according to the completion progress information.
6. The method of generating an emergency plan of claim 5, further comprising:
if the completion progress information of the execution plan of the target execution mechanism indicates that the emergency plan corresponding to the event is completed, marking the emergency plan as a completed state;
and responding to the event keywords input by the user, and pushing the emergency plans corresponding to the events and marked as completed states preferentially.
7. The method of generating an emergency plan of claim 1, wherein obtaining the emergency plan information comprises:
receiving search information, wherein the search information at least comprises search words;
and crawling emergency plan information related to the search information from the network.
8. The method of generating an emergency plan according to claim 7, wherein crawling the emergency plan information related to the search information from a network according to the search information includes:
calculating the association degree between the retrieval information and the emergency scheme information and obtaining association information;
and if the associated information meets the preset condition, acquiring the emergency scheme information.
