Detailed Description
The invention is further described with reference to specific embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1, which is a first flow diagram of a method for assessing the police service of a monitoring place according to an embodiment of the present application, this embodiment is applicable to a situation where a monitoring department monitors the work of an execution department, and is also applicable to a scenario where an upper-level unit monitors a lower-level unit. The supervision place police service assessment method provided by the embodiment of the application can be executed by the supervision place police service assessment system provided by the embodiment of the application, and the system can be realized in a software and/or hardware mode and is integrated in electronic equipment for executing the method.
Referring to fig. 1, the method of the present embodiment includes, but is not limited to, the following steps:
s100, acquiring a supervision item, and determining at least one supervision sub-item according to the content of the supervision item.
In the embodiment of the application, the supervision place policeman business assessment system can be used as an execution main body, and for example, a supervision department can trigger a supervision business management event by inputting supervision items into the supervision place policeman business assessment system. When the supervision service management event is triggered, the supervision service management system firstly acquires the supervision project and then analyzes the specific content in the supervision project according to the preset rule corresponding to the supervision project.
Specifically, analyzing the specific content in the supervision project according to the preset rule may be: and the policeman service assessment system of the supervision place determines the specific content in the supervision project according to the category of the supervision project. The preset rule may be that a supervision department analyzes specific contents in the supervision project according to the category of the supervision project. Illustratively, if the supervision item belongs to the on-duty and off-duty assessment, the specific content in the supervision item should be for the policemen performing on-duty and off-duty; if the supervision item belongs to the executive patrol assessment, the specific content in the supervision item should be specific to the policers who execute patrol tasks.
In the embodiment of the application, after the supervision place policeman service assessment system analyzes specific contents in the supervision project, at least one supervision sub-item is determined according to the contents of the supervision project and the responsibility of executing the corresponding task. The specific supervision place police service assessment system makes tasks for the police officers according to the police officer responsibilities of each executed task, namely makes corresponding supervision sub-items for the police officers executing different tasks, namely refines the supervision items into the supervision sub-items which are needed to be executed by the police officers executing the tasks. Illustratively, the role of the police officer A who executes a certain task is a, and the supervising site police officer business assessment system sets the role of the police officer A who executes the task to be the supervising sub-item 1 corresponding to the role a according to the content of the supervising item.
And S200, determining data requirements corresponding to the supervision sub-items.
In the embodiment of the present application, after determining at least one supervision sub-item according to the content of the supervision item through the above steps, according to each supervision sub-item, the data requirement corresponding to each supervision sub-item is determined. Specifically, the data resources in the supervision place police service assessment system actually corresponding to the supervision place can be mapped to the data requirements of the supervision items in the supervision place police service assessment system actually corresponding to the supervision place according to the specific situation of the department where the police officer performing different tasks is located and the actual information-based construction situation of different supervision places.
Illustratively, taking the off-duty assessment as an example, the police service assessment system in the supervision place analyzes specific contents in the supervision project and determines at least one supervision sub-item. For example: the time of going on and off duty, the time of going late and returning early, the number of times of absence of work, etc. And determining the data requirements corresponding to the supervision sub-items according to the supervision sub-items. For example: and presetting the on-off duty time. The on-off time, the late-arrival early-exit time, the number of times of absence and the like of the policeman can be monitored according to the preset on-off time.
Optionally, the supervision service management system may also make a data acquisition task plan for a department where the police officer performing a certain task is located according to the content of the supervision project, so as to be referred by the department where the police officer performing the task is located.
S300, determining the service assessment result of the supervision sub-item according to the data requirement corresponding to the supervision sub-item.
In the embodiment of the application, after the above steps, after at least one supervision subentry is determined according to the content of the supervision project, according to each supervision subentry, the data requirement corresponding to each supervision subentry is determined, and then according to the data requirement corresponding to the supervision subentry, the service assessment result of the supervision subentry is determined. Specifically, determining the service assessment result of the supervision sub-item according to the data requirement corresponding to the supervision sub-item may include: and comparing the data requirements required by the supervision sub-item corresponding to the service with the actual service execution condition according to the actual service execution condition of the police officers who execute different tasks, and determining the service assessment result of the supervision sub-item according to the comparison result.
The policeman service checking system in the supervision place can automatically count the actual on-duty time and the like of the policeman executing the task, compare the counted result with the preset on-duty time and judge whether the policeman is going to early retreat or lack of duty when executing the corresponding task, and use the condition that whether the policeman executing the on-duty and off-duty task is going to early retreat or lack of duty as the index of service checking, so that the checking result of the corresponding supervision sub-item is obtained.
Optionally, the supervision service management system may also make a data collection task plan for a department where the police officer performing a certain task is located according to the content of the supervision project, for example, count the time that the police officer performing the task is going to back earlier within the duty time interval, the number of times of absence, and the like, so as to be referred to by the department where the police officer performing the task is located.
S400, determining the assessment results of the supervision items according to the service assessment results corresponding to all the supervision sub-items.
In the embodiment of the application, after the above steps, after at least one supervision subentry is determined according to the content of the supervision item, according to each supervision subentry, the data requirement corresponding to each supervision subentry is determined, then according to the data requirement corresponding to the supervision subentry, the service assessment result of the supervision subentry is determined, and then according to the data requirement corresponding to the supervision subentry, the service assessment result of the supervision subentry is determined. Specifically, determining the service assessment result of the supervision sub-item according to the data requirement corresponding to the supervision sub-item may include: and according to the actual service execution condition of the policemen executing different tasks, performing service assessment on each supervision sub-item corresponding to the executed service, summarizing the service assessment results of each supervision sub-item, referring to the service assessment results of each supervision sub-item, and combining the weight of the supervision sub-item in the supervision item to obtain the assessment results of the supervision item.
Illustratively, taking the off-duty assessment as an example, the police service assessment system in the supervision place analyzes specific contents in the supervision project and determines at least one supervision sub-item. For example: the off duty time, the late-arrival early-exit time, the absent times and the like are used as a supervision sub-item; similarly, the condition whether the police breaks off the guard during the guard period is taken as a supervision sub item. And determining the data requirements corresponding to the supervision sub-items according to the supervision sub-items. For example: for the on-off-duty time, late-to-early-back time and absent-duty number supervision sub-items, the corresponding data requirement can be the preset on-off-duty time; for whether the policeman violates the off-duty supervision sub-item during the on duty period, the corresponding data requirement may be according to the position coordinates of the policeman during the on duty period. The policeman service assessment system in the supervision place can automatically count the actual on-duty time of the policeman executing the task, the position coordinates of the policeman during on-duty period and the like, and obtain the service assessment result corresponding to each supervision sub-item according to the mode described in the embodiment. And then, assigning a weight u1 to the supervision sub items corresponding to the on-off time, the late-to-early-off time and the absent times, assigning a weight u2 to the supervision sub items corresponding to the conditions that whether the policemen break away from the duty or not during the on-duty period, scoring the on-off duty checking and supervision items according to the service assessment results of the two supervision sub items and the weights u1 and u2 of the two supervision sub items in the supervision items, and judging whether the scored results fall in a scoring interval of the scoring table according to a preset scoring table according to the corresponding scoring results of the on-off duty checking and supervision items, wherein the scoring results are respectively poor, good and excellent when the scoring results are respectively 60 scores or less, 60 scores to 75 scores to 90 scores to 100 scores.
Optionally, if the monitorable information (i.e. the informationized construction situation) of the department where the police officer executes a certain task is better, the collected data can be reported to the supervision service management system in a base table exchange manner; if the monitorable information (namely the informationized construction condition) of the execution department is poor, the collected data can be reported to the supervision business management system in a manual filling and file uploading mode.
Optionally, the service assessment system for police officers in the supervision place in the embodiment of the present application may access a database, which includes a supervision item directory list library, a supervision object (i.e., execution department) basic information library, a supervision behavior information library, and the like.
It is worth to be noted here that, for each supervision project, the adjustment of the supervision sub-item may be adjusted according to the actual monitorable information (i.e. the information-based construction situation) of the supervision site. If the monitorable information (namely the informationized construction condition) of the department where the police performing a certain task is located is better, a plurality of supervision sub-items can be established for each supervision item to check each supervision item; if the monitorable information (namely the informationized construction condition) of the execution department is poor, only 1-2 supervision sub-items can be selected to examine the corresponding supervision items.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, the policeman service assessment system in the supervision place acquires the supervision items and analyzes specific contents in the supervision items; determining at least one supervisory sub-item in dependence upon the content of the supervisory item; determining data requirements corresponding to the supervision sub-items according to the supervision sub-items; and determining the assessment result of the supervision project according to the service assessment results corresponding to all the supervision sub-items. The method and the system finish the content combing of the supervision project and make the supervision sub-project by using the supervision service management system, and solve the problem that the content combing of the supervision project needs to be finished manually in the prior art. According to the method and the system, the supervision project is associated with the data requirement by using the supervision place policeman service assessment system, the automatic quantitative statistics of the performance assessment of the policeman is realized, and the intellectualization of the supervision of the policeman service performance of the supervision place is promoted.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a second process schematic diagram of a supervision place police service assessment method provided in the second embodiment of the present application, and fig. 3 is a supervision place police service assessment system assessment schematic diagram corresponding to the supervision place police service assessment method provided in the second embodiment of the present application. The embodiment of the application is optimized on the basis of the embodiment, and specifically optimized as follows: the detailed explanation is specifically given to the process of the duty on-duty examination management method.
Referring to fig. 2, the method of the present embodiment includes, but is not limited to, the following steps:
deploying at least one positioning base station in a supervision area, and wearing a positioning tag by a police officer;
dividing a duty attendance checking area, setting duty time, and monitoring the duty time duty state of an policeman in real time according to positioning coordinates acquired by a positioning tag;
and (4) counting the on-duty time, the late-arrival early-departure time and the absenteeism times of the policemen.
For a conventional attendance checking and managing method, the attendance personnel can use face, fingerprint and other software to actively punch the card so as to obtain the attendance condition of the attendance personnel. However, the attendance checking method has certain defects, and once the people are checked on duty, whether the card-checking personnel are still in the duty area is difficult to judge. Based on this, in the embodiment of the application, the on-duty and off-duty check is divided into two supervision sub-items, wherein one supervision sub-item is used for supervising on-duty and off-duty time, and the other supervision sub-item is used for supervising the on-duty state of a police officer. After the policeman service assessment system in the supervision place determines two supervision sub-items, the data requirements corresponding to the supervision sub-items are found from the system, and the data corresponding to the data requirements of the supervision sub-items are collected. The supervision sub-item corresponding to the duty time on duty and off duty can be subjected to novel statistics of the attendance and card punching time of a policeman; for the sub-item for supervising and supervising the on-duty state of the police officer, in this embodiment, at least one positioning base station is deployed in a supervision area, the police officer wears a positioning tag, then the on-duty attendance area is divided according to the actual on-duty and off-duty conditions, and the on-duty time on-duty state of the police officer is monitored in real time according to positioning coordinates acquired by the positioning tag. The service assessment method for supervising the on-duty and off-duty sub-items has been described and shown in the above embodiments and fig. 3, and is not described herein again; for the service assessment method for supervising the guard state by the supervision sub item, the guard service assessment system in the supervision place can return to assess the guard state as follows: and when the number of times of leaving the police duty in the duty period of the police exceeds the preset number of times of leaving the police duty, or the time of leaving the police exceeds the preset maximum time of leaving the police, the police is judged to leave the duty in a violation manner. During the examination of the supervision sub-item, similarly, according to whether the policeman has the condition of illegal leave on duty, the number of times of illegal leave on duty and the time of leave on duty, and according to the construction condition of the regulation and regulation of the actual supervision place, the number of times of illegal leave on duty and the application of leave on duty are endowed with corresponding weights, and the policeman on duty state is scored.
Optionally, if the police officer is off duty, the frequency of off duty, the off duty starting time, the off duty moving track and the area through which the police officer passes off duty are counted so as to supervise the illegal action of the police officer who leaves off duty, improve the supervision and enforcement standardization of the supervision place, and ensure the safety of the supervision place.
According to the technical scheme, the automatic duty attendance checking system has the advantages that the noninductive attendance checking management is realized according to the position coordinates of the police officer and the preset attendance checking time, the phenomena of forgetting to check the card, abnormally checking the card and the like when the police officer goes on and off the duty are solved, meanwhile, the system automatically counts the time of going on and off the duty, the time of going off the duty later and the times of absence of the duty, and the one-key derivation of the checking records with different dimensionalities of day, week and month is supported. In order to avoid the situation that the police leaves the work area after the police are punched, the police guard on duty area is set as an attendance checking area, the police guard breaks rules and leaves the guard on duty during the guard on duty period, the system automatically counts the off duty times, the off duty starting and stopping time, the off duty moving track and the area passing by the off duty, and data support is provided for the later off duty tracing.
