Compared with the scheme that the leveling device 5 is suspended on the upper side of the single lower conveyor belt 11, the leveling roller set is arranged between the front lower conveyor belt 111 and the rear lower conveyor belt 112 which are transmitted in the same direction, so that the leveling roller set can keep a plane integrally between the overlapped leather p31 and the upper and lower trimming leather (p 21, p 11) in an overlapped state when in operation, and the adverse phenomena that the overlapped leather p31 is possibly irregular and has direction transmission deviation and is integrally distorted are reduced; in addition, when the front lower conveyor belt 111 and the rear lower conveyor belt 112 are arranged in a sectional mode, the front lower conveyor belt 111 adopts a conventional conveyor belt equipment scheme capable of smoothly completing the transmission of the lower leather p10, and the rear lower conveyor belt 112 is adjusted to be a multi-layer metal mesh conveyor belt with an anti-sticking coating, so that the multi-layer metal mesh conveyor belt has higher strength and is more suitable for the slitting process of the slitting device 6.
The edge pressing device 13 presses two side edges of the lower leather p10 to form thin layer edges, wherein the thickness target thickness of the preset thin layer edges is 1.5+/-0.2 mm in the embodiment, namely, the thickness is equal to about one third of the thickness of the lower leather p 10; in order to achieve the preset edge pressing effect, when the waxy lower leather material p10 has the characteristics of softer texture, stronger plasticity and stronger viscosity, the edge pressing device 13 can adopt a simple pressing wheel set arrangement scheme with single pressing wheels at two sides; when the waxy lower leather material p10 has sufficient elasticity and low viscosity, the more preferable scheme is that a plurality of intrados pressure roller sets with heights gradually changing from front to back are adopted for the pressure roller sets at two sides along the transmission direction. The mode that the two sides of the lower leather material p10 on the front lower conveyor belt 111 are pressed to form thin layers by adopting a multi-pinch roller type pressing wheel set with gradually reduced height can gradually press from high to low for the first time, so that the elastic recovery phenomenon of the waxy lower leather material p10 is eliminated, the target preset thickness is reserved, and the initial single-side edge pressing width is preferably 4-5 mm; meanwhile, the multi-pinch roller type pinch roller presses two side edges of the lower leather material p10 on the front lower conveyor belt 111 to form thin layer edges, and the effect of shape regularity is further achieved, so that the part of the thin layer edge residual material p12 to be cut off can be reduced, and a small amount of raised embossing p36 in the middle part of the lower leather material p10 can be reduced when the edge pressing device 13 presses the lower leather material p 10.
The upper trimming device adopts upper cutter groups 23 arranged on two sides of the upper conveyor belt 21, specifically, upper cutters are fixed to a frame through a rotary bolt, and the edges of the upper cutters can partially cut the excess materials on two sides of the upper materials by adjusting the angle of the upper cutters and the horizontal distance between the two upper cutters, so that the upper materials form an upper trimming material p21 with two sides in a regular straight side shape; the residual materials cut off by the upper leather materials are transmitted along with the conveyor belt, and the positions of the two upper discharging guide blocks 24 at the rear end of the upper cutter set 23 are correspondingly adjusted, so that the residual materials are guided by the guide surfaces of the upper discharging guide blocks 24 and discharged out of the upper conveyor belt 21; as an improvement measure, in order to better prevent the residual materials from affecting the working environment, a collecting tank can be additionally arranged at the lower end of the upper conveyor belt 21 to collect the residual materials;
the lower trimming device is arranged in a mode of arranging lower cutter groups 14 on two sides of a front lower conveyor 111, arranging a lower discharging guide block 15 at the rear end of the lower cutter groups 14 and arranging a collecting groove at the lower end of the conveyor, fixing the lower cutters to a frame through a rotary bolt, correspondingly adjusting the lower cutter groups 14 in a mode of adjusting the upper cutter groups 23, so that the thin layer edges on two sides of a lower leather p10 transmitted along with the conveyor are cut, forming a lower trimming leather p11 with the thin layer edges on two sides in a regular side shape, and controlling the single-side width of the trimmed regular side thin layer edges to be 12 mm+/-1 mm in a matched mode in the embodiment; correspondingly adjusting the positions of the two lower discharging guide blocks 15 at the rear end of the lower cutter set 14, so that the thin-layer edge surplus material p12 is guided by the guide surfaces of the lower discharging guide blocks 15 and discharged outside the front lower conveyor belt 111, and a collecting tank additionally arranged at the lower end of the lower conveyor belt 11 can collect the thin-layer edge surplus material p 12;
in the hemming device 4 of the present embodiment, the hemming device is an integral guide rail formed by a pair of folded slope sections 41, a slope section 42, an inner rotation folded section 43 and a guide rail section 44 which are connected to each other and form the same continuous guide surface along the conveying direction, when the lower Ji Bianpi material p11 is driven by the front lower conveyor belt 111 to move to the hemming device 4 continuously toward the rear end, the folded slope sections 41 on the edges of the two sides are driven to be obliquely vertical from the horizontal direction to the oblique direction, so as to form a vertical edge p13 facing obliquely upwards, and when the lower Ji Bianpi material p11 is driven to the range section of the slope section 42, the vertical edge p13 is slidingly conveyed along the slope section 42 and continuously maintains the same angle as the slope section 42. In order to better reduce the inward bending convex portion p35 which may be generated when the two upright edge portions p13 turn inwards along the inward rotation folded surface section 43, so as to improve the regularity of the folding edge sealing area p32 on two sides of the folded leather p31 and improve the folding degree compactness between the upper leather and the lower leather p10, a folding guide plate 8 may be arranged above the inward rotation folded surface section 43, the angular arc surfaces 81 at two ends of the lower part of the folding guide plate 8 face the inward rotation folded surface section 43, a channel through which the upright edge portions p13 can pass is formed between the angular arc surfaces 81 and the opposite surfaces of the inward rotation folded surface section 43, and when the upright edge portions p13 pass through the channel between the angular arc surfaces 81 and the opposite surfaces of the inward rotation folded surface section 43, a gap is formed between the angular arc surfaces 81 and the inward rotation folded surface section 43, so that the folding regularity when the upright edge portions p13 turn to fold and wrap the upper leather can be improved, and particularly, the occurrence of the inward bending convex portion p35 can be reduced, and the phenomenon that the two sides of the inner edge portions p35 are formed to be unqualified after the leveling device 5 is further enlarged is avoided; meanwhile, the straight arc surface 82 in the center of the lower part of the wrapping guide plate 8 faces the surface of the lower conveying belt 11, a passage through which upper and lower trimming materials (p 21, p 11) can pass after being overlapped is formed between the straight arc surface 82 and the facing surface of the lower conveying belt 11, and when the upper and lower trimming materials (p 21, p 11) at the opening part pass through the passage between the straight arc surface 82 and the facing surface of the lower conveying belt 11, the straight arc surface 82 gently presses the upper trimming material p21, so that bubble arches possibly occurring between the upper and lower trimming materials (p 21, p 11) can be prevented, and the upper and lower trimming materials (p 21, p 11) at the opening part are ensured to be aligned and laminated and leveled.
The laminated skin p31 with the sandwich is conveyed to the leveling roller set with the front lower conveyor 111, with a gap left between the upper and lower rollers of the leveling roller set. The gap size of the gap is adjusted so that the overlapped leather p31 is leveled to form a thin leather shape with the thickness of 6.5+/-0.5 mm after passing through the leveling roller set. The laminated leather p31 is transferred to the rear lower conveyor 112 after being flattened, then the slitting device 6 carries out hot-pressing and cutting segmentation on the laminated leather p31 in a thin leather shape to form a segmented structure with the length of about 75mm, the manufactured thin-layer sandwich waxy food p34 is formed by folding and edge sealing of the upper folding and the upper folding of the leather on the lower leather on the left side and the right side, the front side and the rear side are in a pressed and edge sealing structure, the thin-layer paste and/or the thin-layer powdery raw material are positioned in the surrounding area of the folded and edge sealing and the pressed and edge sealing between the leather and the lower leather, the thickness of the leather and the lower leather is 3.2 plus or minus 0.3mm, the thickness of the thin-layer sandwich is 0.8 plus or minus 0.2mm, the whole thickness of the thin-layer sandwich waxy food p34 is 6.5 plus or minus 0.5mm, and the area size is about 75mm multiplied by 115mm.
The thin sandwich waxy food p34, in appearance, presents a transparent surface layer, a visual effect of the natural color with a flavor sandwich layer in the middle, is set to be about 75mm by 115mm in size, and presents a shape with a wider width between two overlapping edge sealing areas p 32.
Based on the performance of waxy skin raw materials for manufacturing the snow-charming skin, when the thin sandwich waxy food p34 is held, pressed and sealed at two side parts and the narrower side is stretched, the thin sandwich stuffing can still be kept in a surrounding area within a reasonable range of 120-130mm, and especially the wrapping and sealing area p32 keeps the original structural form; and the whole size is similar to a square after being stretched, so the novel snow-charming skin can be used as a novel snow-charming skin to replace the current snow-charming skin. The prepared snow-beautiful girls can observe the color of the sandwich stuffing through the upper and lower leather materials, the overall visual effect of transparent surface layer and sandwich color is presented, and the thin sandwich stuffing can effectively endow the snow-beautiful girls with more layers of flavors besides the fresh and sweet taste; of course, the sandwich stuffing and the sweet taste of the food can be directly eaten, and the food is also suitable for being eaten as food with other sweet taste wrapped by the outer layer of the auxiliary wrapping.
Furthermore, in order to facilitate packaging, the novel snow-charming skin can be packaged in a mode of sieving powder in a starch layering way and placing the starch layering powder in a heat-sealing packaging box after superposition in the current snow-charming skin production process, and the novel snow-charming skin can be packaged in a large scale in a mature subsequent packaging process.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 10-14, in order to better ensure the quality stability of the thin-layer sandwich waxy food, especially the thin-layer sandwich waxy food p34 containing pasty filling, the thin-layer filling is sealed in the upper wrapper, the lower wrapper, the wrapping and overlapping edge sealing area p32 'and the pressing and cutting edge sealing area p33', so that the back-sticking phenomenon of a small amount of thin-layer filling in the pressing and cutting edge sealing area is more effectively avoided. Specifically, in this embodiment, based on the technical solution of embodiment 1, the control unit controls the slurry spraying mechanism 31 and the powder spraying mechanism 32 to take the corresponding preset frequency as the feeding frequency, and the thin-layer filling is fed in a manner of corresponding to intermittent thin-layer shower coating and thin-layer screening powder filling.
In this way, the filling was added to the surface of the lower Ji Bianpi p11 in a thin intermittent arrangement. The slitting device 6 is set to perform hot-pressing and slitting on the segmented region p37 'between two adjacent sandwich parts at the set slitting frequency, so that the thin-layer sandwich waxy food p34' in which the thin-layer stuffing is sealed in the upper wrapper, the lower wrapper, the wrapping and edge sealing region p32 'and the press-cutting and edge sealing region p33' can be completed.
In order to better improve the accuracy of hot-pressing the superimposed skin p31' between two adjacent sandwich portions by the slitting device 6, the apparatus can be improved individually or jointly by the following two improvements:
one of them can carry out the improvement of equipment through the mode of addding elasticity and pacify dull and stereotyped 7, through being provided with the elasticity that once goes up and down cylinder 71 control to go up and down in dusting mechanism 32 feed inlet rear end and pacify dull and stereotyped 7 in this embodiment to set up elasticity and pacify dull and stereotyped 7 and be the shape that takes the plane to extend after bending downwards from the arc from the front end to the rear end, and correspond to the opening p14 width equal with lower neat's skin material p 11. When the elastic pacifying plate 7 pacifies the lower trimming skin p11 of the opening part, the arc-shaped front end part can ensure the movement smoothness of the lower trimming skin p11, and when the control unit controls the elastic pacifying plate 7 to move upwards again, the thin-layer stuffing at the front end part is relatively flat, so that when the leveling device 5 levels the sandwich-attached laminated skin p31', the size occupied by the sandwich part is more uniform between any two adjacent sandwich parts. Based on this, the slitting device 6 can perform hot-pressing slitting on the non-stuffing area of the overlapped leather p31' between two adjacent sandwich parts more accurately at a reasonable slitting frequency;
as another scheme, paste stuffing with deep color and/or powder stuffing can be adopted as the material of the thin-layer stuffing, and the sensing unit 16 arranged between the leveling device 5 and the slitting device 6 is matched with equipment to serve as a component for assisting the slitting device 6 to accurately perform hot-pressing cutting on the overlapped leather p31' between two adjacent sandwich parts.
The thin-layer fillings with chromatic aberration with the upper and lower wrappers are distributed in a discontinuous sandwich mode in the overlapped wrappers p31', after being leveled by the leveling device 5, the sensing unit 16 enables the control unit to control the slitting device 6 in a chromatic aberration sensing mode to accurately perform hot-pressing and cutting on the non-filling areas.
Compared with the thin-layer sandwich waxy food p34 'prepared in the embodiment 1, the thin-layer sandwich waxy food p34' prepared in the above manner improves the quality stability of products, and simultaneously avoids adverse effects of influence on other thin-layer sandwich waxy foods p34 'caused by discomfort in hand feeling due to holding of a back-sticking part and adhesion of back-sticking stuffing due to pulling of a pressing and cutting edge sealing part p33' held by both hands.
The foregoing embodiments may be partially modified in numerous ways by those skilled in the art without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the claims and not by the foregoing embodiments, and all such implementations are within the scope of the invention.

Claims (12)

1. An equipment for manufacturing thin-layer sandwich waxy food comprises a skin feeding unit, a stuffing feeding unit (3), a control unit and a conveyor belt, and is characterized in that:
the upper and lower leather feeding units (22, 12) are correspondingly arranged above the front ends of the upper and lower conveyor belts (21, 11), and the feed inlets of the upper and lower leather feeding units (22, 12) are correspondingly flat waxy upper and lower leather materials on the upper and lower conveyor belts (21, 11);
the edge pressing device (13), the lower edge cutting device and the edge folding device (4) are sequentially arranged on two sides of the lower conveyor belt (11) along the transmission direction, and the upper edge cutting device is arranged on two sides of the upper conveyor belt (21);
the edge pressing device (13) presses two side edges of the lower leather on the lower conveyor belt (11) and forms a thin layer edge;
the upper trimming device cuts off the remnants on two sides of the upper leather, the lower trimming device cuts off the remnants (p 12) on two sides of the lower leather, and upper and lower trimming leather (p 21, p 11) are correspondingly formed;
after the edge folding device (4) is used for finishing and forming the edges (p 13) on the thin edges on two sides, a feeding port of the stuffing feeding unit (3) is used for feeding thin-layer stuffing to the surface of a lower trimming leather (p 11) between the two edges (p 13), an upper conveying belt (21) is used for conveying the upper trimming leather (p 21) to the upper end of an opening (p 14) of the lower trimming leather (p 11), the upper trimming leather (p 21) is used for overlapping the thin-layer stuffing, and the edge folding device (4) is used for folding the two edges (p 13) and overlapping the upper Ji Bianpi leather (p 21) to form an overlapped leather (p 31);
a leveling device (5) at the rear end of the lower conveyor belt (11) pulls the overlapped leather (p 31) and levels the surface of the overlapped leather (p 31) to be thin leather; the cutting device (6) at the rear end of the leveling device (5) carries out hot-pressing cutting and sectioning on the laminated leather (p 31) which is thin leather.
2. The apparatus for producing a thin layer sandwich waxy food product of claim 1, characterized in that: the edge pressing device (13) is a pressing wheel set arranged at two sides of the lower conveying belt (11).

The apparatus for producing a thin layer sandwich waxy food product of claim 1, characterized in that: the upper and lower trimming devices are upper and lower cutter groups (23,14) respectively arranged on the upper and lower conveyor belts (21, 11), and upper and lower discharging guide blocks (24,15) correspondingly arranged at the rear ends of the upper and lower cutter groups (23,14).

The apparatus for producing a thin layer sandwich waxy food product of claim 1, characterized in that: the leveling device (5) is at least one pair of leveling roller sets, the lower conveyor belt (11) is a front lower conveyor belt (111) and a rear lower conveyor belt (112) which are transmitted in the same direction in a segmented mode, the leveling roller sets are arranged between the front lower conveyor belt (112) and the rear lower conveyor belt (112), and the slitting device (6) is arranged above the rear lower conveyor belt (112).

The apparatus for producing a thin layer sandwich waxy food product according to any of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that: the control unit controls the stuffing feeding unit (3) to feed thin-layer stuffing according to a first set frequency, and the slitting device (6) performs hot-pressing and cutting on a stuffing-free area of the laminated leather (p 31) in a thin-skin shape.
