Description
Technical Field
The application relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chicken synovial cyst mycoplasma disease and poultry gout, and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese veterinary medicines.
Background
The mycoplasma synoviae disease of chickens, also known as infectious bursal disease or bursal mycosis of chickens, is an acute or chronic infectious disease of chickens and turkeys caused by mycoplasma synoviae of chickens. The disease is characterized in that the disease mainly invades a joint synovial membrane and a cavity sheath membrane to cause joint enlargement, synovial sac, gliangiitis and subclinical respiratory tract infection, the disease course is long, and the disease chicken is characterized by poor spirit, head shrinkage and eye closure, rough and disordered feathers, emaciation, lameness and decubitus, the joint enlargement has obvious inflammation symptoms of the synovial sac and the tendon sheath, and the production capacity of the chicken is seriously influenced.
Gout is a disease in which uric acid content in blood is remarkably increased due to excessive production or excretion disorder of uric acid in birds, and further urate is deposited on joint capsules, joint cartilages, around joints, pleuroperitoneal cavity and various viscera surfaces and other interstitial tissues. Bird gout is one of the common and frequently occurring diseases of poultry throughout the world. Chicken, turkey, waterfowl, pigeon, quail, etc. all occur, and have high morbidity and mortality. In recent years, the occurrence of the disease has been increasing, and particularly, the intensive raising of chicken flocks is caused by a plurality of factors which can induce gout in the feed production and raising management level. Therefore, the gout is one of important problems facing the poultry industry in China and is one of the more common poultry diseases in China so far. The two poultry diseases have high incidence rate in China and overlap disease symptoms, and are difficult to distinguish and confirm for inexperienced breeders.
At present, aiming at chicken bursal mycoplasmosis, antibiotics such as tylosin, tiamulin and the like are mostly adopted for treatment in the prior art, the defects of drug resistance, limited production safety of drug residues, incomplete treatment after healing, long treatment course and the like exist, the gout of the poultry also faces the limit of antiviral drugs, the water-liquid metabolic disorder is treated with the auxiliary treatment of glucose and baking soda liquid for symptomatic treatment, and the effect and the treatment after healing have great uncertainty.
