Abstract
本发明公开了抗菌医用隔离衣及制造方法,应用在医用隔离衣制造技术领域,本发明通过隔离衣主体由中间层和内防护层以及外防护层的设置下,使其具有隔离以及过滤的效果,使其能够很好的保护穿戴者,提高隔离效果;通过抗菌层分别设置在靠近内防护层和外防护层的一侧,在对外界环境抑菌的同时又可对隔离衣主体内进行抑菌作用,可以减小隔离衣主体内细菌的繁殖,使隔离衣主体内部保持一定的舒适环境,提高穿戴者的使用效果。

技术领域
本发明属于医用隔离衣制造技术领域,特别涉及抗菌医用隔离衣及制造方法。
背景技术
受限于医用隔离衣的自身特性以及使用场合,其在进行使用的时候,将会面临多种使用情况,但不仅限于以下提出的一种,更具体的是,尤其为其通常为SMS结构,即内外侧为纺粘无纺布,中间为熔喷无纺布,外层纺粘无纺布具有防水性能,并且由于医用隔离衣的隔离效果原因,使其密封性较好,尤其在夏季天气下医用隔离衣内部温度会急剧升高,使得使用者产生的汗液会附着在医用隔离衣内部却无法快速排出,导致细菌会大量滋生并产生异味。
而结合上述问题切入点会发现,目前市场上的现有医用隔离衣在进行使用的时候,很难去规避以上提出的问题,从而无法达到我们所期望的效果,故而,我们提出了能够对内外部同时抗菌的医用隔离衣。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有的医用隔离衣及制造方法,其优点是通过隔离衣主体由中间层和内防护层以及外防护层的设置下,使其具有隔离以及过滤的效果,使其能够很好的保护穿戴者,提高隔离效果,同时通过抗菌层分别设置在靠近内防护层和外防护层的一侧,在对外界环境抑菌的同时又可对隔离衣主体内进行抑菌作用,可以减小隔离衣主体内细菌的繁殖,使隔离衣主体内部保持一定的舒适环境,提高穿戴者的使用效果。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:抗菌医用隔离衣,包括隔离衣主体,所述隔离衣主体的表面和内壁均设置有抗菌层,所述隔离衣主体包括中间层、内防护层和外防护层,所述中间层设置在内防护层和外防护层相对的一侧之间,所述抗菌层分别设置在靠近内防护层和外防护层的一侧。
采用上述技术方案,通过隔离衣主体由中间层和内防护层以及外防护层的设置下,使其具有隔离以及过滤的效果,使其能够很好的保护穿戴者,提高隔离效果,同时通过抗菌层分别设置在靠近内防护层和外防护层的一侧,在对外界环境抑菌的同时又可对隔离衣主体内进行抑菌作用,可以减小隔离衣主体内细菌的繁殖,使隔离衣主体内部保持一定的舒适环境,提高穿戴者的使用效果。
本发明进一步设置为:所述内防护层和外防护层均为纺粘无纺布制成,所述中间层为熔喷无纺布制成。
采用上述技术方案,通过内防护层和外防护层均为纺粘无纺布制成,可以使隔离衣主体内部均具有良好的隔离效果,通过中间层为熔喷无纺布制成,并与内防护层和外防护层的结合使用下,可以提高隔离衣的隔离效果。
本发明进一步设置为:所述抗菌层为抗菌膜层,所述抗菌层分别喷涂在内防护层和外防护层的表面。
采用上述技术方案,通过抗菌层为抗菌膜层,可以使抗菌层分别在内防护层和外防护层的表面形成抗菌膜,可以隔离衣主体具有内外抗菌效果。
抗菌医用隔离衣的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)配料,选取一定质量份的银系抗菌剂、PP切片、硬脂酸类助剂和钛白粉以及硅烷偶联剂;
(2)混料,使用混料机将以银系抗菌剂作为活性抗菌成分,选用优质PP原料为载体以及硬脂酸类助剂、钛白粉和硅烷偶联剂混合均匀;
(3)挤出,使用双螺杆挤出机将上述混合均匀的原料熔融共混挤出,后经过切片、干燥制成抗菌纤维母粒。
采用上述技术方案,通过上述步骤操作,可以便于得出抗菌纤维母粒,从而便于使其能够在隔离衣主体内外部形成抗菌膜层。
隔离衣主体面料形成包括以下步骤:
(1)纺粘无纺布成型,将一定质量份的聚丙烯聚合物和LLDPE树脂载体,并添加一定质量份特种碳酸钙共混,后经过双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出、拉伸、铺纲、黏合和卷取,制造出纺粘无纺布;
(2)熔喷无纺布成型,将一定质量份的聚丙烯聚合物经过挤出机挤出并将熔体连续输送到熔喷模头喷丝,并用高速热空气进行气流拉伸,把纤维吹断,成为超细纤维,然后将熔喷纤维均匀接收铺在网布上形成熔喷无纺布,并通过驻极处理设备使熔喷无纺布长期储存电荷。
采用上述技术方案,通过上述步骤操作,可以便于制造出纺粘无纺布和熔喷无纺布,从而形成内防护层、外防护层和中间层。
本发明进一步设置为:将上述步骤中制成的纺粘无纺布和熔喷无纺布依次叠加复合,形成隔离衣主体面料。
采用上述技术方案,通过纺粘无纺布和熔喷无纺布依次叠加复合,可以使隔离衣主体具有复合性能。
本发明进一步设置为:将上述步骤中制成的抗菌纤维母粒加入高温喷涂机,熔融后在隔离衣主体面料的内外侧喷涂、干燥,形成抗菌膜层,具有抗菌层的面料经过裁剪、缝合和压胶工序,制成抗菌医用隔离衣主体。
采用上述技术方案,通过上述步骤操作,可以在隔离衣主体的内外面具有抗菌效果,隔绝外界细菌和抑制内部细菌的效果。
本发明进一步设置为:银系抗菌剂质量份4-6%,PP切片质量份为30%-50%,硬脂酸类助剂质量份为0.5%-3%,钛白粉质量份为30%-70%,硅烷偶联剂质量份为0.5-2%。
采用上述技术方案,通过银系抗菌剂、PP切片、硬脂酸类助剂、钛白粉和硅烷偶联剂的质量份分别为4-6%、30%-50%、0.5%-3%、30%-70%和0.5-2%,如此配料,可以使得出的抗菌纤维母粒,可以具有良好的抗菌效果,以及分散性能较好特点。
本发明进一步设置为:特种碳酸钙质量份为50%,聚丙烯聚合物质量份为90%-100%。
采用上述技术方案,通过聚丙烯聚合物和特种碳酸钙质量份分别为90%-100%和50%,使得分别制成的纺粘无纺布和熔喷无纺布能够具有隔离以及过滤细菌悬浮颗粒等性能。
本发明进一步设置为:硬脂酸类助剂为硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸锌或硬脂酸钡中的一种,银系抗菌剂为磷酸锆载银抗菌剂。
采用上述技术方案,通过硬脂酸类助剂为硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸锌或硬脂酸钡中的一种和银系抗菌剂为磷酸锆载银抗菌剂,可以便于最后的得出的母粒具有良好的抗菌性能。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、通过隔离衣主体由中间层和内防护层以及外防护层的设置下,使其具有隔离以及过滤的效果,使其能够很好的保护穿戴者,提高隔离效果;
2、通过抗菌层分别设置在靠近内防护层和外防护层的一侧,在对外界环境抑菌的同时又可对隔离衣主体内进行抑菌作用,可以减小隔离衣主体内细菌的繁殖,使隔离衣主体内部保持一定的舒适环境,提高穿戴者的使用效果。

以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
参考图1-3,抗菌医用隔离衣,包括隔离衣主体1,隔离衣主体1的表面和内壁均设置有抗菌层2,隔离衣主体1包括中间层101、内防护层102和外防护层103,中间层101设置在内防护层102和外防护层103相对的一侧之间,抗菌层2分别设置在靠近内防护层102和外防护层103的一侧,通过隔离衣主体1由中间层101和内防护层102以及外防护层103的设置下,使其具有隔离以及过滤的效果,使其能够很好的保护穿戴者,提高隔离效果,同时通过抗菌层2分别设置在靠近内防护层102和外防护层103的一侧,在对外界环境抑菌的同时又可对隔离衣主体1内进行抑菌作用,可以减小隔离衣主体1内细菌的繁殖,使隔离衣主体1内部保持一定的舒适环境,提高穿戴者的使用效果。
如图3所示,内防护层102和外防护层103均为纺粘无纺布制成,中间层101为熔喷无纺布制成,通过内防护层102和外防护层103均为纺粘无纺布制成,可以使隔离衣主体1内部均具有良好的隔离效果,通过中间层101为熔喷无纺布制成,并与内防护层102和外防护层103的结合使用下,可以提高隔离衣的隔离效果。
如图2和图3所示,抗菌层2为抗菌膜层,抗菌层2分别喷涂在内防护层102和外防护层103的表面,通过抗菌层2为抗菌膜层,可以使抗菌层2分别在内防护层102和外防护层103的表面形成抗菌膜,可以隔离衣主体1具有内外抗菌效果。
抗菌医用隔离衣的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)配料,选取一定质量份的银系抗菌剂、PP切片、硬脂酸类助剂和钛白粉以及硅烷偶联剂;
(2)混料,使用混料机将以银系抗菌剂作为活性抗菌成分,选用优质PP原料为载体以及硬脂酸类助剂、钛白粉和硅烷偶联剂混合均匀;
(3)挤出,使用双螺杆挤出机将上述混合均匀的原料熔融共混挤出,后经过切片、干燥制成抗菌纤维母粒,通过上述步骤操作,可以便于得出抗菌纤维母粒,从而便于使其能够在隔离衣主体1内外部形成抗菌膜层。
隔离衣主体1面料形成包括以下步骤:
(1)纺粘无纺布成型,将一定质量份的聚丙烯聚合物和LLDPE树脂载体,并添加一定质量份特种碳酸钙共混,后经过双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出、拉伸、铺纲、黏合和卷取,制造出纺粘无纺布;
(2)熔喷无纺布成型,将一定质量份的聚丙烯聚合物经过挤出机挤出并将熔体连续输送到熔喷模头喷丝,并用高速热空气进行气流拉伸,把纤维吹断,成为超细纤维,然后将熔喷纤维均匀接收铺在网布上形成熔喷无纺布,并通过驻极处理设备使熔喷无纺布长期储存电荷,通过上述步骤操作,可以便于制造出纺粘无纺布和熔喷无纺布,从而形成内防护层102、外防护层103和中间层101。
将上述步骤中制成的纺粘无纺布和熔喷无纺布依次叠加复合,形成隔离衣主体1面料,通过纺粘无纺布和熔喷无纺布依次叠加复合,可以使隔离衣主体1具有复合性能。
将上述步骤中制成的抗菌纤维母粒加入高温喷涂机,熔融后在隔离衣主体1面料的内外侧喷涂、干燥,形成抗菌膜层,具有抗菌膜层的面料经过裁剪、缝合和压胶工序,制成抗菌医用隔离衣主体1,通过上述步骤操作,可以在隔离衣主体1的内外面具有抗菌效果,隔绝外界细菌和抑制内部细菌的效果。
银系抗菌剂质量份4-6%,PP切片质量份为30%-50%,硬脂酸类助剂质量份为0.5%-3%,钛白粉质量份为30%-70%,硅烷偶联剂质量份为0.5-2%,通过银系抗菌剂、PP切片、硬脂酸类助剂、钛白粉和硅烷偶联剂的质量份分别为4-6%、30%-50%、0.5%-3%、30%-70%和0.5-2%,如此配料,可以使得出的抗菌纤维母粒,可以具有良好的抗菌效果,以及分散性能较好特点。
特种碳酸钙质量份为50%,聚丙烯聚合物质量份为90%-100%,通过聚丙烯聚合物和特种碳酸钙质量份分别为90%-100%和50%,使得分别制成的纺粘无纺布和熔喷无纺布能够具有隔离以及过滤细菌悬浮颗粒等性能。
硬脂酸类助剂为硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸锌或硬脂酸钡中的一种,银系抗菌剂为磷酸锆载银抗菌剂,通过硬脂酸类助剂为硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸锌或硬脂酸钡中的一种和银系抗菌剂为磷酸锆载银抗菌剂,可以便于最后的得出的母粒具有良好的抗菌性能。
使用过程简述:
S1.选取质量份为4-6%的银系抗菌剂、30%-50%的PP切片、0.5%-3%的硬脂酸类助剂和30%-70%的钛白粉以及0.5-2%的硅烷偶联剂,使用混料机将以银系抗菌剂作为活性抗菌成分,选用优质PP原料为载体以及硬脂酸类助剂、钛白粉和硅烷偶联剂混合均匀,使用双螺杆挤出机将上述混合均匀的原料熔融共混挤出,后经过切片、干燥制成抗菌纤维母粒;
S2.将质量份为90%-100%聚丙烯聚合物和LLDPE树脂载体,并添加质量份为50%的特种碳酸钙共混,后经过双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出、拉伸、铺纲、黏合和卷取,制造出纺粘无纺布,将质量份为90%-100%的聚丙烯聚合物经过挤出机挤出并将熔体连续输送到熔喷模头喷丝,并用高速热空气进行气流拉伸,把纤维吹断,成为超细纤维,然后将熔喷纤维均匀接收铺在网布上形成熔喷无纺布,并通过驻极处理设备使熔喷无纺布长期储存电荷;
S3.将上述步骤中制成的纺粘无纺布和熔喷无纺布依次叠加复合,形成隔离衣主体1面料;
S4.将上述步骤中制成的抗菌纤维母粒加入高温喷涂机,熔融后在隔离衣主体1面料的内外侧喷涂、干燥,形成抗菌膜层,具有抗菌层2的面料经过裁剪、缝合和压胶工序,制成抗菌医用隔离衣主体1。

Claims (10)
1.抗菌医用隔离衣,包括隔离衣主体(1),其特征在于:所述隔离衣主体(1)的表面和内壁均设置有抗菌层(2),所述隔离衣主体(1)包括中间层(101)、内防护层(102)和外防护层(103),所述中间层(101)设置在内防护层(102)和外防护层(103)相对的一侧之间,所述抗菌层(2)分别设置在靠近内防护层(102)和外防护层(103)的一侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌医用隔离衣,其特征在于:所述内防护层(102)和外防护层(103)均为纺粘无纺布制成,所述中间层(101)为熔喷无纺布制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌医用隔离衣,其特征在于:所述抗菌层(2)为抗菌膜层,所述抗菌层(2)分别喷涂在内防护层(102)和外防护层(103)的表面。
4.如权利要求1-3所述的抗菌医用隔离衣的制造方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)配料,选取一定质量份的银系抗菌剂、PP切片、硬脂酸类助剂和钛白粉以及硅烷偶联剂;
(2)混料,使用混料机将以银系抗菌剂作为活性抗菌成分,选用优质PP原料为载体以及硬脂酸类助剂和钛白粉、硅烷偶联剂混合均匀;
(3)挤出,使用双螺杆挤出机将上述混合均匀的原料熔融共混挤出,后经过切片、干燥制成抗菌纤维母粒。
5.根据权利要求4所述的抗菌医用隔离衣的制造方法,其特征在于:隔离衣主体(1)面料形成包括以下步骤:
(1)纺粘无纺布成型,将一定质量份的聚丙烯聚合物和LLDPE树脂载体,并添加一定质量份特种碳酸钙共混,后经过双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出、拉伸、铺纲、黏合和卷取,制造出纺粘无纺布;
(2)熔喷无纺布成型,将一定质量份的聚丙烯聚合物经过挤出机挤出并将熔体连续输送到熔喷模头喷丝,并用高速热空气进行气流拉伸,把纤维吹断,成为超细纤维,然后将熔喷纤维均匀接收铺在网布上形成熔喷无纺布,并通过驻极处理设备使熔喷无纺布长期储存电荷。
6.根据权利要求5所述的抗菌医用隔离衣及制造方法,其特征在于:将上述步骤中制成的纺粘无纺布和熔喷无纺布依次叠加复合,形成隔离衣主体(1)面料。
7.根据权利要求6所述的抗菌医用隔离衣的制造方法,其特征在于:将上述步骤中制成的抗菌纤维母粒加入高温喷涂机,熔融后在隔离衣主体(1)面料的内外侧喷涂、干燥,形成抗菌膜层,具有抗菌膜层的面料经过裁剪、缝合和压胶工序,制成抗菌医用隔离衣主体(1)。
8.根据权利要求4所述的抗菌医用隔离衣的制造方法,其特征在于:银系抗菌剂质量份4-6%,PP切片质量份为30%-50%,硬脂酸类助剂质量份为0.5%-3%,钛白粉质量份为30%-70%,硅烷偶联剂质量份为0.5-2%。
9.根据权利要求5所述的抗菌医用隔离衣的制造方法,其特征在于:特种碳酸钙质量份为50%,聚丙烯聚合物质量份为90%-100%。
10.根据权利要求4所述的抗菌医用隔离衣的制造方法,其特征在于:硬脂酸类助剂为硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸锌或硬脂酸钡中的一种,银系抗菌剂为磷酸锆载银抗菌剂。
