The passenger interacts with the electronic stop board through the electronic stop board or through the mobile phone client and the small program to set information required by the network taxi dispatching, including but not limited to: the method comprises the steps of enabling a passenger to get on/off a vehicle, enabling a passenger contact way, a passenger number, reserved departure time, emergency contact persons and the like to initiate a network appointment vehicle to get on/off, enabling an electronic stop board to transmit the information to a network appointment vehicle platform, enabling a dispatching system to return a price inquiring result according to a network appointment vehicle price calculating strategy, enabling a passenger to check through the electronic stop board, providing prepayment capability, enabling the network appointment vehicle platform to initiate a vehicle to get on/off, enabling the network appointment vehicle platform to search for vehicles according to a running dispatching strategy, enabling the passenger to transmit the vehicle dispatching result to the electronic stop board, enabling the passenger to check vehicle dispatching result information including carrier enterprise information, vehicle information, driver information, vehicle ETA (estimated arrival time), real-time position and running route to enter a driving receiving process, enabling a follow-up waiting passenger to get on, driving, service completion, collection, payment, grading and other service links to be displayed in a passenger mobile phone client and a small program through interaction of the electronic stop board and the passenger mobile phone client.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the package rental car order submitting system is installed in the electronic stop board device, and by docking with the package car system and the rental car system, the package car ordering system and the rental car ordering system are respectively implemented. The passenger interacts with the electronic stop board through the electronic stop board or through the mobile phone client and the small program to set information required by the package or the taxi order, including but not limited to: the method comprises the steps of enabling a passenger to return a price-inquiring result according to a price-inquiring strategy of a package car and a renting car by a respective order system, informing the package car system and the renting car system to submit orders through the electronic stop board to provide prepayment capability, enabling the package car order system and the renting car order system to complete car dispatching, enabling the passenger to check car dispatching result information through the electronic stop board, including but not limited to carrier enterprise information, vehicle information, driver information, vehicle ETA (estimated arrival time), real-time position and running route of the vehicle, enabling the following procedures of car delivery, passenger mobile phone transportation, car returning, tail payment, customer complaint service and the like to be presented in a passenger mobile phone client and a small program through interaction of the electronic stop board and the passenger mobile phone client and the small program.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, before the shift time, the carrier reports the shift in the originating station service system/station SaaS cloud platform, after reporting the shift, the information of the carrier vehicle and the driver of the shift can be determined, the networked ticketing system obtains the basic information of the vehicle and the driver from the originating station service system/station SaaS cloud platform, obtains the position information of the vehicle from the vehicle-mounted GPS, synchronously pushes the information into the electronic station board of the intelligent waiting hall for inquiry and display, and if the user is a ticket ordered on line, the position information of the vehicle can be checked on the ticket booking terminal.
In some embodiments, the cloud platform is further provided with an advertisement delivery management system, and the advertisement delivery management system is connected with the electronic stop board of the intelligent waiting hall and the LED/LCD multimedia information large screen and is used for delivering advertisements to the intelligent waiting hall.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the advertisement management mainly performs advertisement delivery management on advertisement slots reserved in the electronic stop board and the LED/LCD multimedia information device. The system supports differentiated advertisement delivery of each electronic stop board and LED/LCD multimedia information equipment in a time-sharing manner, and is used for service guidance and popularization.
In another embodiment, the electronic stop board is provided with a communication assembly, the cloud platform is further provided with an online customer service system, the online customer service system is connected with the electronic stop board and at least one customer service communication device, and the electronic stop board performs communication interaction with the customer service communication device connected with the online customer service system through the communication assembly; the communication assembly comprises a voice broadcasting device, a video acquisition device and a microphone.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 9, the electronic stop board integrates the voice broadcasting device, the video collecting device and the microphone, and when passengers meet the matters needing to be consulted in ticket buying or waiting, the passengers can get in touch with platform customer service staff through an online customer service system integrated in the electronic stop board, so that the problems of the passengers can be solved online in real time.
In this embodiment, the intelligent waiting hall system has the following beneficial effects:
the intelligent waiting hall is a substitute for the traditional station waiting hall, and can multiplex the sites of buses or transportation hub sites to receive the functions of the station waiting hall with smaller investment; the vacated station waiting hall can be converted into other purposes (such as same city logistics and the like), and new income items are brought to the station.
The investment of the single intelligent waiting hall is small, so that the construction density of the intelligent waiting hall is determined to be far higher than that of a traditional station, the time cost of passengers arriving at the intelligent waiting hall is greatly reduced, and the loss of users of part of original stations is recovered while better user traveling experience is brought.
With the rise of new passenger transportation business, the traditional station causes a large number of passenger losses due to the reasons of long distance, service stiffness and the like, and the intelligent waiting hall which is closer to home is also used for recovering part of lost users of the original station.
The intelligent waiting hall in all corners of the city has the service propaganda capability, so that more passengers can know and select the intelligent waiting hall, and the development of novel vehicle service is effectively driven.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides a storage medium, wherein the storage medium is stored with a cloud station interaction program, and the cloud station interaction program realizes the steps of the interaction method of the intelligent waiting hall system when being executed by a processor. Therefore, a detailed description will not be given here. In addition, the description of the beneficial effects of the same method is omitted. For technical details not disclosed in the embodiments of the computer-readable storage medium according to the present application, please refer to the description of the method embodiments of the present application. As an example, the program instructions may be deployed to be executed on one computing device or on multiple computing devices at one site or distributed across multiple sites and interconnected by a communication network.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above-described methods may be accomplished by way of computer programs, which may be stored on a computer-readable storage medium, and which, when executed, may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random access Memory (Random AccessMemory, RAM), or the like.
It should be further noted that the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and that the units described as separate units may or may not be physically separate, and that units shown as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed over a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of this embodiment. In addition, in the drawings of the embodiment of the device provided by the invention, the connection relation between the modules represents that the modules have communication connection, and can be specifically implemented as one or more communication buses or signal lines. Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand and implement the present invention without undue burden.
From the above description of the embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the present invention may be implemented by means of software plus necessary general purpose hardware, or of course by means of special purpose hardware including application specific integrated circuits, special purpose CPUs, special purpose memories, special purpose components, etc. Generally, functions performed by computer programs can be easily implemented by corresponding hardware, and specific hardware structures for implementing the same functions can be varied, such as analog circuits, digital circuits, or dedicated circuits. However, a software program implementation is a preferred embodiment for many more of the cases of the present invention. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied essentially or in a part contributing to the prior art in the form of a software product stored in a readable storage medium, such as a floppy disk, a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-only memory (ROM), a random-access memory (RAM, randomAccessMemory), a magnetic disk or an optical disk of a computer, etc., including several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. An intelligent waiting hall system, characterized in that the intelligent waiting hall system comprises:
the intelligent waiting hall is arranged at an on-board point and/or an off-board point in the passenger transport route, and is provided with an electronic stop board and asset monitoring equipment; the electronic stop board is provided with a terminal ticketing and checking system, and the terminal ticketing and checking system is connected with the networking ticketing system and is used for inquiring passenger transport information in the networking ticketing system when receiving an inquiry instruction; when receiving the ticket buying instruction, buying a ticket in the networking ticket selling system; the ticket checking device is used for checking tickets presented by passengers;
the facility equipment monitoring system is arranged on the cloud platform and connected with at least one asset monitoring device arranged in the intelligent waiting hall and used for carrying out asset monitoring on facility equipment in the intelligent waiting hall.
2. The intelligent waiting hall system according to claim 1, wherein the terminal ticketing and checking system comprises:
the inquiry module is used for acquiring an inquiry instruction input by a passenger on the electronic stop board and matching passenger transport information corresponding to the inquiry instruction; the passenger information includes one or more of line information, shift information, vehicle information, or driver information;
the ticket purchasing module is used for acquiring ticket purchasing instructions input by passengers on the electronic stop boards and establishing association relations between corresponding ticket information and passenger identity information in the networking ticket selling system;
and the ticket checking module is used for generating ticket checking information when identifying that the passenger presents the ticket.
3. The intelligent waiting hall system of claim 2, wherein the networked ticketing system connects a station SaaS cloud platform and at least one station system, the networked ticketing system comprising:
the ticket information acquisition module acquires ticket information output by the station SaaS cloud platform and at least one station system;
the ticket checking information sending module is used for obtaining ticket checking information generated by the terminal ticket selling and checking system and sending the ticket checking information to a corresponding station SaaS cloud platform or station system, and the station SaaS cloud platform or station system generates a departure task according to the ticket checking information so that a passenger transport vehicle can go to at least one waiting hall to complete passenger transport according to the departure task.
4. The intelligent waiting hall system of claim 3, wherein the electronic stop board further comprises a stop-arrival notification system, the networked ticketing system obtains vehicle operation information of a stop-arrival SaaS cloud platform and at least one stop-arrival system, and the stop-arrival notification system receives the vehicle operation information sent by the networked ticketing system and performs visual display by using the electronic stop board; wherein the vehicle operation information includes current location and arrival information of a shift-carrying vehicle/driver.

The intelligent waiting hall system according to claim 1, wherein the terminal ticketing and ticket checking system is further connected with a car service system, the terminal ticketing and ticket checking system further comprises a car using module, and the car using module obtains a car using request input by a passenger on an electronic stop board and sends the car using request to the car using service system so that the car using service system matches corresponding car using services according to the car using request.

The intelligent waiting hall system according to claim 1, wherein the electronic station board is further provided with a customized passenger ticket checking system, and the customized passenger ticket checking system is connected with a customized passenger ticket service system and is used for inquiring customized passenger information in the customized passenger ticket service system when receiving an inquiry instruction; when receiving the customized passenger transport instruction, purchasing a ticket in the customized passenger transport ticket service system; and for checking tickets presented by passengers.

The intelligent waiting hall system of claim 1, wherein the electronic stop board is further provided with one or more of a net taxi calling system connected with a net taxi calling platform, a taxi calling system connected with a taxi platform, a pilot driving calling system connected with a pilot driving platform, a pack ordering system connected with a pack ordering system and a lease ordering system connected with a lease ordering system.

The intelligent waiting hall system according to claim 1, wherein the intelligent waiting hall is further provided with waiting hall equipment, the waiting hall equipment comprises an LED/LCD multimedia information large screen, an advertising light box, a ceiling and seats, the asset monitoring equipment comprises voice broadcasting equipment and monitoring equipment, and the voice broadcasting equipment and the monitoring equipment are used for monitoring and disposing the waiting hall equipment and the electronic station boards arranged in each intelligent waiting hall.
9. The intelligent waiting hall system according to claim 8, wherein the cloud platform is further provided with an advertisement delivery management system, and the advertisement delivery management system is connected with an electronic stop board and an LED/LCD multimedia information large screen of the intelligent waiting hall for delivering advertisements to the intelligent waiting hall.

The intelligent waiting hall system according to claim 1, wherein the electronic stop board is provided with a communication assembly, the cloud platform is further provided with an online customer service system, the online customer service system is connected with the electronic stop board and at least one customer service communication device, and the electronic stop board performs communication interaction with the customer service communication device connected with the online customer service system through the communication assembly; the communication assembly comprises a voice broadcasting device, a video acquisition device and a microphone.
