本发明涉及包装技术领域,尤其涉及一种瓦楞纸板及其制备方法、设备和重型纸箱。
背景技术
重型纸箱是指用一种特制的高强度、抗潮湿的瓦楞纸板制成的纸箱,价格便宜于木箱,出口不需要熏蒸、环保,抗潮能力好、装拆箱便捷、抗压能力强用于替代传统木箱。具有重量轻、强度高、抗冲击性和缓冲性、可回收利用等特征,广泛应用于汽车零配件配件、航空设备、医疗设备、化工颗粒产品、高端行业产品包装等方面。
相关技术中,重型纸箱可分为五层重型瓦楞纸箱、七层重型瓦楞纸箱、根据不同类型的重型瓦楞纸板对重型瓦楞纸箱进行分层,瓦楞纸板的结构多包括夹持在两层板之间的波浪形芯纸夹层;为了提高重型纸箱的结构强度,现有技术中多通过增加瓦楞纸板的层数方式来实现。
然而上述提高重型纸箱结构强度的方式,增加了重型纸箱的厚度和重量,同时也增加了重型纸箱的成本。
发明内容
鉴于以上技术问题中的至少一项,本发明提供了一种瓦楞纸板及其制备方法、设备和重型纸箱,以提高瓦楞纸板的结构强度。
根据本发明的第一方面,提供一种瓦楞纸板,包括依次层叠连接的底层、夹层和复合层;
所述夹层的底部粘接在所述底层上,所述夹层由截面为波浪形的瓦楞纸构成,所述瓦楞纸包括沿其延伸方向交替设置的波浪部和加强部,所述加强部为由所述瓦楞纸经沿与其延伸方向相垂直的方向进行两道切割后将两道切痕之间的波浪进行挤压粘接后形成的凹槽结构,所述波浪部为剩余部分;
所述复合层包括顶层和固定在所述顶层上的加强结构,所述顶层与所述底层相对设置,所述加强结构设置在所述顶层朝向所述底层的一面上,且所述加强结构与所述加强部连接固定。

制备底层、夹层和复合层;
将夹层粘接在所述底层上,所述夹层为瓦楞纸结构;
对所述瓦楞纸沿与单个波浪延伸方向相垂直的方向进行间隔的两道切割,并对两道切痕之间的瓦楞纸进行涂胶,涂胶后对两道切痕之间的瓦楞纸进行辊压形成加强部;
在所述复合层的顶层上设置加强结构,并朝向夹层的方向压合顶层,使得加强结构粘接在所述加强部内,形成复合结构。

本发明的有益效果为:本发明通过在瓦楞纸上通过切割、粘接和挤压的形式制成的与瓦楞纸单个波浪延伸方向相垂直的凹槽形式的加强部,并配合复合层上嵌入至该加强部内的加强结构的设置,与原先沿单一方向平行设置的波浪形加强结构相比,形成了网格型的十字形加强结构,而且由于将瓦楞纸板进行了重叠压合粘接,与现有技术相比,使得瓦楞纸的结构强度得以加强,提高了制作的重型纸箱的整体结构强度,而且由于加强部嵌合连接在加强部内,使得瓦楞纸板的整体厚度得以降低,进而在相同结构强度下减小了瓦楞纸板的厚度,减少了瓦楞纸板的用量,降低了瓦楞纸板的成本。

如图1中所示的瓦楞纸板,包括依次层叠连接的底层1、夹层2和复合层3;在本发明实施例中,底层1、夹层2和复合层3通过粘接的形式连接在一起,但需要指出的是,该瓦楞纸板可以是仅有底层1、夹层2和复合层3这三层构成,也可以在复合层3的顶部继续铺设夹层2和第二层复合层3的形式来满足实际结构强度需求;
请继续参照图1和图2,在本发明实施例中,夹层2的底部粘接在底层1上,夹层2由截面为波浪形的瓦楞纸构成,瓦楞纸包括沿其延伸方向交替设置的波浪部21和加强部22,加强部22为由瓦楞纸经沿与其延伸方向相垂直的方向进行两道切割后将两道切痕之间的波浪进行挤压粘接后形成的凹槽结构,波浪部21为剩余部分;复合层3包括顶层31和固定在顶层31上的加强结构,顶层31与底层1相对设置,加强结构设置在顶层31朝向底层1的一面上,且加强结构与加强部22连接固定。
如图3中所示,为本发明实施例中的瓦楞纸板的具体制作过程,首先在底层1上粘接夹层2,然后利用切刀切割出加强部22的切痕,然后再通过涂胶、辊压的方式将两切痕之间的波浪进行挤压,即如图4中所示,将凸起的波浪挤压成波峰和波谷互相重叠并粘接在一起的连续的结构形式;然后请继续参照图3,接着将复合层3与挤压过的夹层2进行粘接复合,形成最终的瓦楞纸板结构。与常规的单层瓦楞纸夹在中间的结构形式相比,加强部22与加强结构的配合,实现了在瓦楞纸宽度方向上的加强,即将原先的单一的波浪加强形式改变为了十字形加强结构,由于加强部22对波浪的挤压和粘接,提高了该部分的结构强度的同时,利用加强结构做进一步粘接,使得瓦楞纸板整体的结构强度均得以加强。
在上述实施例中,通过在瓦楞纸上通过切割、粘接和挤压的形式制成的与瓦楞纸单个波浪延伸方向相垂直的凹槽形式的加强部22,并配合复合层3上嵌入至该加强部22内的加强结构的设置,与原先沿单一方向平行设置的波浪形加强结构相比,形成了网格型的十字形加强结构,而且由于将瓦楞纸板进行了重叠压合粘接,与现有技术相比,使得瓦楞纸的结构强度得以加强,提高了制作的重型纸箱的整体结构强度,而且由于加强部22嵌合连接在加强部22内,使得瓦楞纸板的整体厚度得以降低,进而在相同结构强度下减小了瓦楞纸板的厚度,减少了瓦楞纸板的用量,降低了瓦楞纸板的成本。
在上述实施例的基础上,在本发明一些实施例中,为了减少对原先瓦楞纸的波浪加强结构的破坏,如图4中所示,加强部22的切割深度小于波浪部21的高度。通过这种结构设置,使得瓦楞纸原先的波浪结构在波谷处依然连接,进而通过对波浪的进一步粘接挤压,将两个波浪部21之间进行填充,从而提高了在同一波浪延伸方向上两个相邻波浪部21的结构强度。
在本发明一些实施例中,加强结构具有多种形式,如图1中所示,加强结构为间隔设置在顶层31上的条状加强筋32结构。这里的条状结构可以采用纸质条或者塑料条或者其他材质的条状结构,在具体进行粘接时,条状加强筋32的宽度与加强部22的宽度相同,并且条状加强筋32的厚度不小于加强部22空出的厚度,这样,条状加强筋32粘接在加强部22内,顶层31除了条状加强筋32之外的部分与波浪部21进行粘接连接。通过多层粘接的结构形式,提高了粘接的结构强度。
在本发明的另一实施例中,将复合层3中的加强结构设置为与波浪部21和加强部22对应的瓦楞纸结构。具体如图5中所示,使得复合层3上的加强部22与夹层2上的波浪部21对应,复合层3上的波浪部21与夹层2上的加强部22对应,这样,通过互相嵌设的方式,不仅粘接面积更大,接触更加紧密,也进一步降低了整体的厚度,由于加强部22通过粘接辊压的方式成型,该种结构形式在胶结固化后的结构强度比现有技术中双层瓦楞纸结构的强度更高,厚度更小,而且还少了两个夹层2中间的层,降低了结构成本。
在本发明实施例的另一方面,还提供了一种上述瓦楞纸板的制备方法,如图6中所示,包括以下步骤:
S10:制备底层1、夹层2和复合层3;这里需要指出的是,在本发明一些实施例中,底层1、夹层2和复合层3可以进行预制,也可以以走带的形式进行连续的制备,进而可以提高瓦楞纸板的加工效率;
S20:将夹层2粘接在底层1上,夹层2为瓦楞纸结构;在具体进行粘接时,可以在底层1上进行粘胶的涂布,在进行涂布时,可以以条状或者网状形式进行胶液的涂抹,也可以进行层铺,通过层铺的形式一方面可以提高瓦楞纸的粘接效果,在波浪部21底部的胶液在固化以后同样可以起到提高瓦楞纸板结构强度的作用,在加强部22底部铺设的胶液可以提高加强部22与底层1的粘接面积;
S30:对瓦楞纸沿与单个波浪延伸方向相垂直的方向进行间隔的两道切割,并对两道切痕之间的瓦楞纸进行涂胶,涂胶后对两道切痕之间的瓦楞纸进行辊压形成加强部22;这里需要指出的是,这里的两道切割是指单条加强部22的制备,本领域技术人员可以根据需要进行多个两道切割工艺,进而提高加工效率;具体的切割方式具有多种,本发明实施例的下文中会对本发明中的一种制备设备进行介绍;
S40:在复合层3的顶层31上设置加强结构,并朝向夹层2的方向压合顶层31,使得加强结构粘接在加强部22内,形成复合结构。当然这里需要指出的是,压合的力度、时间以及温度根据粘胶的性质进行决定,此处为本领域的常规设置,这里不再进行赘述。
当然这里还需要指出的是,上述瓦楞纸板的加强结构的两种形式,当加强结构为条状加强筋32结构时,在复合层3的顶层31上设置加强结构时,将条状加强筋32间隔的布置,并且条状加强筋32结构与加强部22对应设置。当加强结构为与波浪部21和加强部22对应的瓦楞纸结构时,在复合层3上顶层31上设置加强结构时,在顶层31上粘合瓦楞纸结构,并在该瓦楞纸上进行与波浪部21对应的切割、粘接和压合,形成与加强部22对应的结构。
如图7中所示,本发明实施例的另一方面还提供了一种瓦楞纸板制备设备,用于制备上述瓦楞纸板,这里需要指出的是,此处主要针对与本发明的改进点进行夹层2上加强部22的成型设备的相关介绍,其余本领域的常规设备不再进行赘述,如图7中所示,该设备包括切辊4和压辊5,其中:
切辊4上具有间隔设置的波浪辊41,波浪辊41的波形与瓦楞纸的波形相同,波浪辊41两侧具有圆形切刀42,圆形切刀42的外径小于波浪辊41的最大直径;通过波浪辊41的设置,使得在进行切割时,对瓦楞纸具有结构保持的作用,防止在切割时发生变形或者偏移,进而保证切割效果;在切辊4切割完成以后,利用涂胶设备进行加强部22上的胶液涂抹,然后再通过压轮51对加强部22进行辊压,从而实现加强部22的成型;具体如图7中所示,压辊5上具有与波浪辊41对应设置的压轮51,压轮51的直径不大于圆形切刀42的外径。这样,通过波浪辊41和压辊5的滚动,实现了切割和压合动作,提高了成型的效率;
此外,在本发明实施例中,为了提高涂胶的效率,将涂胶设备机构设置在了波浪辊41上,如图8中所示,波浪辊41为空心结构,且在波浪辊41上具有与内部连通的注胶孔41a。这样,通过波浪辊41空心结构的设置,可以从波浪辊41侧壁上连通旋转接头进行胶液的灌注,在一定的压力条件下,胶液会从注胶孔41a中流出,进而实现了切割与涂胶的同步进行,由于波浪辊41具有结构保持的作用,还可以保证胶液涂抹的效果,通过这种设置,实现了切割、涂胶与压合的连续作业,进而提高了瓦楞纸板的整体制作效率。
此外,在本发明实施例中,还请求保护一种由上述瓦楞纸板制成的重型纸箱(图中未示出)。重型纸箱的加工工艺与现有技术相同,由于采用了上述瓦楞纸板作为制作基材,进而提高了重型纸箱的结构强度,降低了其整体厚度和重量,进而节省了重型纸箱的成本。
本行业的技术人员应该了解,本发明不受上述实施例的限制,上述实施例和说明书中描述的只是说明本发明的原理,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的前提下,本发明还会有各种变化和改进,这些变化和改进都落入要求保护的本发明范围内。本发明要求保护范围由所附的权利要求书及其等效物界定。

Claims (7)

1.一种瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,包括依次层叠连接的底层、夹层和复合层;
所述夹层的底部粘接在所述底层上,所述夹层由截面为波浪形的瓦楞纸构成,所述瓦楞纸包括沿其延伸方向交替设置的波浪部和加强部,所述加强部为由所述瓦楞纸经沿与其延伸方向相垂直的方向进行两道切割后将两道切痕之间的波浪进行挤压粘接后形成的凹槽结构,所述波浪部为剩余部分;
所述复合层包括顶层和固定在所述顶层上的加强结构,所述顶层与所述底层相对设置,所述加强结构设置在所述顶层朝向所述底层的一面上,且所述加强结构与所述加强部连接固定,所述加强结构嵌入至所述加强部内;
所述加强部的切割深度小于所述波浪部的高度;
所述加强结构为间隔设置在所述顶层上的条状加强筋结构,或者所述加强结构为与所述波浪部和加强部对应的瓦楞纸结构。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的瓦楞纸板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
制备底层、夹层和复合层;
将夹层粘接在所述底层上,所述夹层为瓦楞纸结构;
对所述瓦楞纸沿与单个波浪延伸方向相垂直的方向进行间隔的两道切割,并对两道切痕之间的瓦楞纸进行涂胶,涂胶后对两道切痕之间的瓦楞纸进行辊压形成加强部;
在所述复合层的顶层上设置加强结构,并朝向夹层的方向压合顶层,使得加强结构粘接在所述加强部内,形成复合结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的瓦楞纸板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述加强结构为间隔设置在所述顶层上的条状加强筋结构,在所述复合层的顶层上设置加强结构时,将条状加强筋间隔的布置,并且条状加强筋结构与所述加强部对应设置。
4.根据权利要求2所述的瓦楞纸板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述加强结构为与所述波浪部和加强部对应的瓦楞纸结构,在所述复合层上顶层上设置加强结构时,在顶层上粘合瓦楞纸结构,并在该瓦楞纸上进行与所述波浪部对应的切割、粘接和压合,形成与所述加强部对应的结构。
5.一种瓦楞纸板制备设备,用于制备如权利要求1所述的瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,包括切辊和压辊,其中:
所述切辊上具有间隔设置的波浪辊,所述波浪辊的波形与瓦楞纸的波形相同,所述波浪辊两侧具有圆形切刀,所述圆形切刀的外径小于所述波浪辊的最大直径;
所述压辊上具有与所述波浪辊对应设置的压轮,所述压轮的直径不大于所述圆形切刀的外径。
6.根据权利要求5所述的瓦楞纸板制备设备,其特征在于,所述波浪辊为空心结构,且在所述波浪辊上具有与内部连通的注胶孔。
7.一种重型纸箱,其特征在于,由如权利要求1所述的瓦楞纸板制成。
