Fig. 1 schematically shows an emergency alert equipment scheduling method according to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
step S101: receiving a first user instruction, wherein the first user instruction comprises first parameter information used for representing a search range and second parameter information used for representing an emergency event occurrence place;
step S102: determining visual display data according to a first user instruction, wherein the visual display data comprises optional equipment storage point information determined based on the first parameter information and the second parameter information, and the optional equipment storage point information comprises the determined position information of the optional equipment storage point;
step S103: and generating visual information output according to the visual display data, wherein the visual information comprises a map, traffic condition marks marked on the map and representing real-time traffic jam conditions, and position identifiers matched with position information of optional equipment storage points marked on the map.
In step S101, the first user instruction refers to a user instruction input by a user through a user input device or a graphical user interface or a front-end module, etc. for searching for optional equipment storage point information for a currently occurring emergency event, where the first user instruction includes first parameter information and second parameter information, the first parameter information is used to represent a search range, and the second parameter information is used to represent an emergency event occurrence place, so that the user can perform searching for the optional equipment storage point information according to the first parameter information and the second parameter information in the first user instruction and output visual information for performing a subsequent operation. Specifically, the first parameter information may be specific numerical values input to indicate the size of the search range, such as a search radius value, a search diameter value, etc., which can be used to specifically indicate the size of the search range, and the second parameter information may be specific location information input to indicate the location of the occurrence of the emergency event, such as an xx region xx way xx number, etc. For the input of the first user instruction, the relevant information can be directly input from other devices in a data transmission or communication connection mode, and then the relevant information is identified according to the input relevant information to acquire the first parameter information and the second parameter information in the relevant information, for example, the relevant information is directly connected with an internal system of an public security bureau or other monitoring systems so as to directly or indirectly acquire the position information of the occurrence place of the emergency event; or may be a first user instruction including the first parameter information and the second parameter information directly entered by the user by typing. It should be noted that, the first parameter information may also be a preset fixed value, so that when the second parameter information is received without inputting the first parameter information by a user, the first parameter information of the preset fixed value is obtained at the same time, so as to be used as the first user instruction input. In other embodiments, the second parameter information may be input by selecting a list or directly selecting from a map, so that the user can directly input the corresponding position information through the list selection or the map clicking event.
In step S102, the visual presentation data is determined according to the first user instruction, and is the data information on which the visual information is generated in step S103. Specifically, the visual display information includes optional equipment storage point information, the optional equipment storage point information is determined according to the first parameter information and the second parameter information in the first user instruction, and is data information used for representing optional equipment storage points in a certain surrounding exploration range of an emergency event occurrence place, the optional equipment storage point is optional equipment storage points in a certain surrounding exploration range of the emergency event occurrence place, all the equipment storage points in a certain surrounding exploration range of the emergency event occurrence place are preferably regarded as optional storage points, and in other embodiments, the optional equipment storage points can be further limited, for example, the equipment storage points meeting other preset conditions in a certain exploration range are determined as optional equipment storage points. The optional equipment storage point information comprises position information of the optional equipment storage points, so that the position condition of the equipment storage points in a certain exploration range around the emergency event occurrence place can be determined according to the optional equipment storage point information. The location information of the optional equipment storage point may specifically be a specific geographical location of the optional equipment storage point, for example, xx area xx road xx number and other information that can be used to indicate the location of the optional equipment storage point, where the optional equipment storage point information may be obtained by querying and screening based on equipment storage point information accessed from a public security office system or other systems, or may be obtained by querying and screening based on equipment storage point information acquired by other network paths, or may be obtained by querying and screening based on pre-stored information of the equipment storage point, and in order to ensure accuracy, the optional equipment storage point information may be determined by querying and screening based on a third party system that is connected with a data source and has a guarantee.
In step S103, the visual information is generated according to the visual display data determined in step S102, and the information displayed for the user to view is directly output, which may be in the form of display such as image information or text information or data information combining the image information and the text information. The visual information comprises a map, traffic condition marks representing real-time traffic jam conditions on the map and position marks marked on the map and matched with position information of optional equipment storage points, so that a user can judge the conditions around the emergency occurrence place according to the visual information displayed by output so as to take appropriate actions. Specifically, based on the location information of the optional equipment storage point in the visual display data determined in step S102, the location identification and the traffic condition identification of the optional equipment storage point may be performed on the real-time map to obtain the visual information. The real-time map and the traffic condition mark representing the real-time traffic jam condition on the map can be obtained through connection with a system with other data sources to ensure the accuracy of the data. Thus, in step S103, the visual information may be obtained by acquiring a pre-stored map template of a range size meeting the requirement or desire based on the first parameter information and the second parameter information or based on the determined position information of the optional equipment storage point, and marking the traffic condition of the map template based on the real-time traffic congestion condition obtained from the third party system and the position of the map template based on the determined position information of the optional equipment storage point; alternatively, in step S103, the visual information may be obtained by acquiring a real-time map of a range size meeting the requirement or expectation from the third party system based on the first parameter information and the second parameter information, or based on the determined position information of the optional equipment storage point, and marking the traffic condition of the real-time map based on the real-time traffic congestion condition acquired from the third party system and the position of the real-time map based on the determined position information of the optional equipment storage point; the visual information may also be obtained in step S103 by acquiring a real-time map with traffic condition marks of a range size meeting the need or desire from the third party system based on the first parameter information and the second parameter information or based on the determined position information of the optional equipment storage point, and performing position marking on the real-time map with traffic condition marks based on the determined position information of the optional equipment storage point. Specifically, the traffic condition indication for representing the real-time traffic jam condition on the map can be displayed by carrying out color indication on the map, for example, the corresponding road is indicated by green when the traffic condition is smooth or is directly not indicated, the corresponding road is indicated by yellow when the traffic condition is slow, and the corresponding road is indicated by red when the traffic condition is user, so that the traffic condition of each road can be directly seen from the map. As an alternative implementation manner, the traffic condition indication of the real-time traffic congestion condition is marked on the map, and the indication can be performed according to the first parameter information and the second parameter information in the first user instruction, specifically, the traffic congestion condition in the set search range around the emergency occurrence place can be only shown on the map, so that the data processing pressure of the background can be relieved. For the position marks marked on the map and matched with the position information of the optional equipment storage points, dots or water drop type mark points marked on the map can be used, and the marks of the positions of the optional equipment storage points with different distances can be represented by different colors, so that the judgment of a user can be facilitated. Further, the visual information may further include an emergency event occurrence location identifier on the map, so that a user can directly learn a specific emergency event occurrence location on the map, and more conveniently determine a positional relationship between the emergency event occurrence location and a location of a nearby optional equipment storage point, specifically, the emergency event occurrence location may be marked by an identifier having a different shape from a location identifier matched with location information of the optional equipment storage point, or may be distinguished by a color from an identifier of the emergency event occurrence location and a location identifier matched with location information of the optional equipment storage point, which is not limited in this embodiment. The specific technical implementation of displaying a certain position information on a map and identifying a traffic state on the map can be implemented with reference to the related prior art, and will not be described herein.
Taking an embodiment in which the first parameter information and the second parameter information in the received first user instruction are input by a user as an example, fig. 7 illustrates a display effect of inputting the first parameter information and the second parameter information by adding an event response window for inputting the first user instruction to the visual information, and as illustrated in fig. 7, the first parameter information input in the event response window is "2" (default input unit is km, default input number is radius value of search range) and the second parameter information input is "agriculture and forestry place". After receiving the first user instruction, according to step S102, visual display data is determined according to the first parameter information and the second parameter information in the received first user instruction: optional equipment storage point information, i.e., information that determines which of the optional equipment storage points are within the range of "2" km of the surrounding radius of the "agriculture and forestry dispatch", and the location of these optional equipment storage points. Finally, according to step S103, visual information is generated according to the visual display data and displayed in an output manner, and in the visual information displayed in the output manner, the visual information includes a map, a color mark on the map for representing traffic conditions of each road, a water drop type position mark marked on the map and matched with position information of optional equipment storage points, and a dot mark on the map for representing positions of emergency event places, so that a user can clearly see the number and positions of optional equipment storage points in a certain range around the emergency event places and traffic conditions around the emergency event places in the visual information, and can efficiently and properly process the current situation.
In order to further view the equipment storage conditions of the optional equipment storage points around the more specific emergency event occurrence point, the present invention may further supplement the following method on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, and fig. 2 schematically illustrates an equipment storage condition method for viewing the optional equipment storage points in the emergency alert equipment scheduling method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the optional equipment storage point information further includes the equipment storage condition information of the determined optional equipment storage points, and referring to fig. 2, the method may be implemented as the following steps:
step S104: and in response to receiving the second user instruction, outputting equipment storage conditions showing optional equipment storage points matched with the received second user instruction in the visual information.
In step S104, the second user instruction is a user instruction input by the user based on the location identifier matched with the location information of the optional equipment storage point and displayed in the visual information, and corresponds to the location identifier displayed in the visual information, so that the optional equipment storage point corresponding to the second user instruction can be identified, and the specific input form of the second user instruction can be a click event of the user on the corresponding location identifier, or a voice instruction of the user on the number of the corresponding location identifier or the corresponding location information, or the location information typed in by the user in the corresponding input area, or other modes. The equipment storage condition information of the optional equipment storage points comprises information of equipment types stored in the optional equipment storage points and storage quantity of different types of equipment, and the equipment storage conditions of the corresponding optional equipment storage points are output and displayed in the visual information by responding to the second user instruction, so that a user can better know the specific equipment storage conditions of the optional equipment storage points near the emergency event occurrence point, and appropriate judgment and scheduling processing can be better made according to actual conditions. The display form of the equipment storage condition of the optional equipment storage point may be a display form of data information, etc. combined by image information or text information or image information and text information, and specifically referring to fig. 6, in this embodiment, the equipment storage condition may be displayed in a form of a table, so that it can be intuitively seen which equipment types are stored in the optional equipment storage point corresponding to the second user instruction sent by the user, and the specific storage quantity of the equipment corresponding to each equipment type.
In order to enable the user to better grasp the actual situation and make a suitable judgment by outputting the displayed visual information, in a preferred embodiment, third parameter information for representing the event type of the emergency event and fourth parameter information for representing the personnel calling situation may be added to the first user instruction, and when the visual display data is determined according to the first user instruction, equipment requirement information is determined according to the third parameter information and the fourth parameter information, and displayed in the output displayed visual information, so that the user can learn the required equipment requirement situation corresponding to the emergency event in the output displayed visual information.
The third parameter information is information for representing emergency event types, and particularly can classify various emergency events according to preset different emergency event conditions, for example, the emergency event types are classified into a first-level event with highest severity, a second-level event and a third-level event with the lowest severity, the corresponding required equipment types and the corresponding equipment configuration standards can be obtained according to the grades of the emergency events, and the fourth parameter information is information for representing personnel calling conditions, such as the number of required to-be-called fight units, personnel base numbers configured in each fight unit and the like. The third parameter information and the fourth parameter information corresponding to the first user instruction may also be related information directly input from other devices through a data transmission or communication connection mode, and then the related information is identified according to the input related information to obtain the third parameter information and the fourth parameter information therein, or the user directly inputs the first user instruction including the third parameter information and the fourth parameter information on a graphical user interface or an input module through a typing mode. At this time, in step S102, according to the first user instruction including the third parameter information and the fourth parameter information, when the visual display data is determined, the equipment requirement information may be determined according to the third parameter information and the fourth parameter information. Specifically, when the equipment requirement information is determined, according to the type of the received emergency event, the number of the called combat units and the personnel base number configured by each combat unit, the equipment requirement information comprising the required equipment type for the emergency event and the required number corresponding to the required equipment type one by one can be automatically calculated. Finally, in step S103, when the visual information output is generated according to the visual display data, the equipment requirement information determined in step S102 is output and displayed at the same time, so that the user can directly know the type of the required equipment and the corresponding required quantity thereof. Specifically, the display form of the equipment requirement information displayed in the visual information can be a display form of image information or text information or data information combining the image information and the text information, and in the embodiment, the display form is adopted to output the equipment requirement information, so that the required quantity corresponding to each required equipment type can be well checked.
Illustratively, fig. 7 shows a display effect of inputting third parameter information and fourth parameter information by adding an event response window for inputting a first user instruction in the visual information, as shown in fig. 7, in which the third parameter information input manner in the first user instruction is list selection, specific third parameter information input is "first-level event", the fourth parameter information input manner is typing, specific fourth parameter information input is "person base 20" and "base number 15", that is, the number of units of battle is 15, and the number of persons per unit of battle is 20. After receiving the first user instruction, according to step S102, visual display data is determined according to the third parameter information and the fourth parameter information in the received first user instruction: the equipment requirement information, i.e. the requirement information, determines what the required equipment types are in the case of "primary event", "number of people is 20", "number of cardinalities is 15", and what the required number of these required equipment types is, in this example, calculated to include "directional mirror", "police equipment kit" and "police first aid kit", the corresponding required numbers of which are 20, 22 and 13, respectively. Finally, according to step S103, visual information is generated according to the visual display data and displayed, that is, the determined equipment requirement information is displayed to the user in a form of a table for viewing, so that the user can instantly learn about the relevant information, and can make a proper judgment on the actual situation more quickly.
In other embodiments, the fourth parameter information may not be included in the first user instruction, but the equipment requirement information of the current emergency event may be automatically calculated based on the preset mapping relation between the preset event type and the personnel calling condition and the equipment base numbers of the personnel, and only the third parameter information.
Further, on the basis of the above embodiment, in order to enable the user to grasp the situation of the site and the situation of the surrounding optional equipment storage point more quickly through the outputted visual information, the following method may be further supplemented to display the comparison situation between the equipment requirement information and the optional equipment storage point information, and fig. 3 schematically illustrates a method for checking the equipment requirement satisfaction situation of the optional equipment storage point in the emergency alert dispatch method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 3, the method may be implemented to include the following steps:
step S201: determining an equipment condition comparison result according to the equipment requirement information and the optional equipment storage point information, wherein the equipment condition comparison result comprises equipment storage points of which the equipment storage condition meets the equipment requirement determined based on the equipment requirement information;
Step S202: and outputting and displaying an equipment list for displaying the equipment condition comparison result in the visual information.
The installation situation comparison result in step S201 is information for indicating whether the installation situation of the optional installation storage points satisfies the installation requirement determined based on the installation requirement information, that is, the storage number of at least one of the optional installation storage points and the type of the required installation in the installation requirement determined based on the installation requirement information is not less than the required number of the type of the required installation in the installation requirement, if the required installation type is a "directional mirror", the required number is 20, and if the storage number of the installation of the type of the installation in a certain optional installation storage point is greater than or equal to 20, the optional installation storage point is the installation storage point satisfying the installation requirement, otherwise, the installation storage point is not satisfied. In step S202, the displayed equipment list is output in the visual information, and is data information for displaying the equipment condition comparison information, and the display form may be a display form such as image information or text information or data information combining the image information and the text information, and in this embodiment, the equipment list is also output and displayed in a form of a table. In some embodiments, the equipment condition comparison result may further include location information of an optional equipment storage point at which the equipment storage condition satisfies the equipment requirement determined based on the equipment requirement information and equipment storage conditions of the optional equipment storage point. Therefore, the user can directly know the specific information of the optional equipment storage points of which the equipment storage conditions meet the equipment requirements according to the equipment list in the visual information displayed by the output, so that the user can conveniently judge the current conditions. step S301: receiving a third user instruction, wherein the third user instruction comprises fifth parameter information for representing equipment calling information;
step S302: and in response to the third user instruction, sending a notification message generated based on the fifth parameter information to an administrator of the corresponding equipment storage point according to the fifth parameter information.
In step S301, the third user instruction is an instruction to input fifth parameter information and issue a notification to the administrator, the fifth parameter information being information for indicating the equipment call situation, and specifically, the fifth parameter information may include an allocated equipment type, an allocated number corresponding to the allocated equipment type, and allocated equipment storage points corresponding to the allocated equipment type, that is, in the fifth parameter information, it may be determined at which equipment storage point which pieces of equipment of which equipment type are to be allocated, and how many pieces are to be allocated. Referring to fig. 7, in some embodiments, the input of the third user instruction may be combined with the above-mentioned equipment list, and since the equipment list includes location information of required equipment types and optional equipment storage points meeting the equipment requirements and equipment storage conditions, a list for inputting an allocation number of corresponding equipment types may be further added to a table of the equipment list, so that the user may directly input a specific allocation number of corresponding equipment types in the table of the equipment list, to directly identify what the equipment types corresponding to the filled allocation number are, what the corresponding optional equipment storage points are, and where the positions of the optional equipment storage points are.
In step S302, the specific input form of the third user instruction may be clicking, voice input, typing, etc. of the user, specifically referring to fig. 7, in this embodiment, the third user instruction may be implemented as a clickable dial key displayed on the visual data, and by clicking the dial key, notification information may be sent to an administrator of the corresponding equipment storage point according to the fifth parameter information currently input in the equipment list, so that the administrator is ready before the personnel extracting the equipment reach the equipment storage point thereof. The notification information is generated according to the fifth parameter information, and may include all the contents of the fifth parameter information, or may include only the equipment calling information corresponding to the optional equipment storage point to be sent, or may be a specific notification mode, that is, notifying the administrator of the corresponding equipment storage point by means of a short message, a police micro message, or the like, or may be directly notifying the administrator of all the equipment storage points together, where in some cases where different equipment types need to be acquired from different equipment storage points, it is not necessary to make call communication sequentially with the administrator of the corresponding equipment storage point like in the prior art, and by this method, the administrator of the different equipment storage points can be notified at the same time, so that the communication cost and time can be greatly reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
In order to ensure that the allocated physical conditions, account conditions and inventory conditions are consistent, the invention can also supplement the following methods, fig. 5 schematically illustrates the flow of an account processing method of the emergency alert equipment scheduling method according to an embodiment of the invention, and referring to fig. 5, the method can be implemented as the following steps:

step S403: and responding to the received fifth user instruction, and performing financial accounting and asset accounting according to the fifth user instruction and the national asset account application form.
In step S401, the generated dial list is a data document including the equipment calling condition in the fifth parameter information, and the dial list further includes data such as a serial number, an amount of money, a dial time, etc., so as to facilitate the audit of financial staff. Uploading refers to uploading to a cloud system or uploading to a national asset management system so as to facilitate auditing by financial staff. In order to ensure consistency between the generated dial sheet and the notification actually issued according to the fifth parameter information, the dial sheet is preferably generated and uploaded together with the notification.
Step S402 and step S403 are steps of auditing the uploaded transfer bill by the financial accounting, wherein the fourth user instruction is a transfer instruction sent by an administrator in the system, and when the fourth user instruction is received, the system generates a national asset account reporting application form according to the received transfer bill to send the financial accounting; the fifth user instruction is an audit instruction sent by the financial accounting, the national asset account reporting application form is audited by the financial accounting and generates a financial accounting voucher, the receiving unit carries out financial account entry after the voucher is audited, and the asset formally enters the calling unit account. The information of the transferred national asset equipment can be queried at the ledger. As the method of associating the financial accounting with the asset accounting is adopted, the accounting, the card and the reality are consistent finally.
