The device carries out accurate stretching on the pipe by adopting a hot air stretching machine and adopting the principles of fast hot air heating, stable temperature and good control, (the accurate stretching on the pipe is completed by driven left-right displacement and speed difference), and the product percent of pass after stretching can be improved to more than 99 percent on the premise of not influencing the original pipe size.

the clamping assembly (21) comprises a clamping bracket (2101), the clamping bracket (2101) is fixedly connected with a clamping cylinder (2105), a piston rod of the clamping cylinder (2105) penetrates through the clamping bracket (2101), the piston rod of the clamping cylinder (2105) is fixedly connected with a hemisphere (2106), the clamping bracket (2101) is connected with a central shaft of a symmetrical gear (2108) in a bearing manner, the symmetrical gears (2108) are meshed with each other, the upper side is fixedly connected with an L plate (2107) through the central shaft of the gear (2108), the L plate (2107) is fixedly connected with an upper clamping tooth (2109), the lower side is fixedly connected with a connecting plate (2112) through the central shaft of the gear (2108), the connecting plate (2112) is fixedly connected with a lower clamping tooth (2111), and the lower clamping tooth (2111) is fixedly connected with a middle guide tube groove (2110);
the clamping bracket (2101) is fixedly connected with a clamping seat (2113), a conduit hole (217) is formed in the front end of the clamping seat (2113), a conduit groove (2118) is formed in the rear end of the clamping seat (2113), and the rear end of the clamping seat (2113) is fixedly connected with two side conduit grooves (2119);
the clamping bracket (2101) is fixedly connected with a U-shaped plate (2104), and the U-shaped plate (2104) is connected with a roller (2103) through a bearing;
the clamping bracket (2101) is fixedly connected with an upper clamping plate (2115), the upper clamping plate (2115) is fixedly connected with a lower clamping plate (2116), and the lower clamping plate (2116) is fixedly connected with a sliding block (2114).
