螺旋藻含有大量的蛋白质,压制成片后,水很难尽透,由于螺旋藻遇到水后会发生溶胀,导致螺旋藻片的表面形成一层隔水层,使得水无法渗透到片剂内部,最终导致片剂崩解时间不符合规定。崩解不合格的螺旋藻片不仅会延长产品在体内的崩解释放时间,影响机体对于产品营养成分的吸收。添加了过多的辅料导致有效含量低,比如含有微晶纤维素较多的片剂,放置在湿度较高的环境下,片剂会软化,影响产品的质量稳定性。

螺旋藻具有多种保健功效,是一种广谱免疫系统的促进剂。同时,对调节血脂、溃疡、贫血症、糖尿病、肝病、视觉不良、抗疲劳等均有一定疗效。近年来,随着研究的深入,发现螺旋藻对抗辐射、促进孕妇乳汁分泌方面,都有较好的作用。对于抗高原反应,耐缺氧方面也有一定作用。螺旋藻是一种高蛋白食品,干藻粉中植物性蛋白含量为50%~70%,相当于大豆的1.68倍,牛肉的3.3倍,鸡蛋的3.1倍,鱼肉的3.7倍;其脂肪含量只有5%,且不含胆固醇,它含有17种氨基酸,人体所必需的8种氨基酸在螺旋藻中都含有,且含量高于FAO标准及西洋参等其它滋补品。螺旋藻中多糖成分具有抗辐射和显著提高细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活力,增强机体的非特异性免疫力,改善造血功能,促进人体外周血中NR细胞活性,延缓机体衰老;它还具有提高巨噬细胞清除异物的能力。螺旋藻多糖对电离辐射的损伤具有明显的防护作用,减轻放射性治疗对癌症病人血细胞的破坏,作为癌症病人进行放化疗的辅助治疗药物;也可用于贫血病的辅助治疗。螺旋藻中还含有的β-胡萝素、维生素E等多种维生素和硒等对人体有益微量元素成分,具有防癌、抗癌、清除人体自由基、增强人体免疫功能和延缓衰老的作用。
交联聚维酮,药用辅料,为水不溶性的合成交联N-乙烯基-2-吡咯烷酮均聚物。交联聚维酮是水不溶性的片剂崩解剂,可迅速表现出高的毛细管活性和优异的水化能力,几乎无凝胶的倾向;研究表明:交联聚维酮颗粒的大小强烈影响解热镇痛片的崩解,颗粒大的交联聚维酮比较小的能发挥更快的崩解作用。交联聚维酮是非常优良的崩解剂,被称作超级崩解剂。交联聚维酮还可做片剂、胶囊剂、颗粒剂的干性粘合剂、填充剂和赋形剂,其粒度较小者可以减少压成片剂中片面的斑纹,改善片剂的均匀性.
羧甲基淀粉钠又称为羧甲基淀粉,是能溶于冷水的电解质。羧甲基淀粉钠在医药方面的应用相当广泛。就药物制剂而言,羧甲基淀粉钠可取代明胶,作为制作胶囊、片剂、糖衣的原材料。具有较强的吸水性和膨胀性,在冷水中能较快泡涨,且吸水后颗粒膨胀而不溶解,不形成胶体溶液,不阻碍水分的继续渗入而影响药片的进一步崩解,故可用作不溶性药物及可溶性药物片剂药物片剂的高效崩解剂、赋形剂。
聚维酮K30,是一种有机化合物,在医药上有广泛的应用,为国际倡导的三大药用新辅料之一。应用最广的是片剂、颗粒剂的粘合剂。
二氧化硅,是一种无机化合物,化学式为SiO2,二氧化硅可以作为润滑剂,是一种优良的流动促进剂,主要作为润滑剂、抗黏剂、助流剂。特别适宜油类、浸膏类药物的制粒,制成的颗粒具有很好的流动性和可压性。还可以在直接压片中用作助流剂。作为崩解剂可大大改善颗粒流动性,提高松密度,使制得的片剂硬度增加,缩短崩解时限,提高药物溶出速度。颗粒剂制造中可作内干燥剂,以增强药物的稳定性。还可以作助滤剂、澄清剂、消泡剂以及液体制剂的助悬剂、增稠剂。
硬脂酸镁,是一种有机化合物,为白色无砂性的细粉,与皮肤接触有滑腻感。在水、乙醇或乙醚中不溶,主要用作润滑剂、抗粘剂、助流剂。特别适宜油类、浸膏类药物的制粒,制成的颗粒具有很好的流动性和可压性。在直接压片中用作助流剂。还可作为助滤剂、澄清剂和滴泡剂,以及液体制剂的助悬剂、增稠剂。

实施例1
一种螺旋藻片,包括以下重量百分比的原料:1%交联聚维酮,20%羧甲淀粉钠(药用级立崩),1%聚维酮K30,10%二氧化硅,0.1%硬脂酸镁和余量的螺旋藻粉。
本发明的螺旋藻片采取粉末直接压片的方法,不需要制粒和干燥,进一步保证了产品的质量稳定性。
实施例2
一种螺旋藻片,包括以下重量百分比的原料:20%交联聚维酮,1%羧甲淀粉钠(药用级立崩),10%聚维酮K30,0.1%二氧化硅,10%硬脂酸镁和余量的螺旋藻粉。

实施例4
一种螺旋藻片,包括以下重量百分比的原料:18%交联聚维酮,6%羧甲淀粉钠(药用级立崩),5%聚维酮K30,0.8%二氧化硅,0.6%硬脂酸镁和余量的螺旋藻粉。
本发明的螺旋藻片采取粉末直接压片的方法,不需要制粒和干燥,进一步保证了产品的质量稳定性。

1.一种螺旋藻片,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的原料:1%-20%交联聚维酮,1%-20%羧甲淀粉钠,1%-10%聚维酮K30,0.1%-10%二氧化硅,0.1%-10%硬脂酸镁和余量的螺旋藻粉。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种螺旋藻片,其特征在于,所述羧甲淀粉钠为药用级立崩。
