Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent.
The connection means that the two mechanisms are contacted or close to each other, so that the packaging bag of the upstream mechanism can be smoothly conveyed to the downstream mechanism.
The front direction refers to the upstream direction of the conveying mechanism for conveying the packaging bags, and the rear direction refers to the downstream direction of the conveying mechanism for conveying the packaging bags. Alternatively, the front direction refers to the downstream direction in which the conveying mechanism conveys the package bag, and the rear direction refers to the upstream direction in which the conveying mechanism conveys the package bag.
The defective product generally refers to defective products, such as cutting errors, printing errors, unqualified heat sealing edges and the like, occurring in the preparation process of the packaging bag. In special cases, the defective products can also comprise a small amount of stacked and scattered packaging bags caused by conveying pause and the like in the conveying process, and the defective products are removed to avoid influencing the operation of the subsequent working section.
The sample refers to a packaging bag extracted during sampling detection of the packaging bag.
The term and/or refers to and/or relates to or selects from, for example: the rejecting mechanism can only comprise a pressing module, a guiding module and both the pressing module and the guiding module.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the telescopic transmission mechanism comprises a fixed roller 1, a movable roller 2, a transmission belt 3 and a telescopic driving mechanism 4, wherein the fixed roller 1 and the movable roller 2 are arranged in parallel, the transmission belt 3 bypasses the fixed roller 1 and the movable roller 2, the fixed roller 1 is arranged on a frame 5, and the telescopic driving mechanism 4 is used for driving the movable roller 2 to move along the front-back direction.
When the telescopic transmission mechanism operates, the fixed roller 1 is fixed, the movable roller 2 can move along the front-back direction, the telescopic transmission mechanism can be switched between an extending state and a retracting state, and the adjustment of a joint gap between the telescopic transmission mechanism and an upstream mechanism and a downstream mechanism is facilitated.
As one of the mounting modes of the movable roller 2, the telescopic transmission mechanism further comprises a movable roller mounting frame 6, the movable roller 2 is mounted on the movable roller mounting frame 6, and the movable end of the telescopic driving mechanism 4 is connected with the movable roller mounting frame 6.
In order to enhance the stability of the moving roller 2 during movement, the moving roller mounting frame 6 is mounted on the frame 5 by means of a sliding mechanism 7.
The telescopic driving mechanism 4 may be a cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, an electric cylinder, a motor belt transmission mechanism, a motor chain transmission mechanism, a nut screw transmission mechanism, a gear rack transmission mechanism, a linear motor or other conventional telescopic mechanisms, and in this embodiment, the telescopic driving mechanism 4 is a cylinder.
The telescopic conveyor mechanism causes the conveyor belt 3 to be tensioned and loosened when switched between the extended state and the retracted state, and if the retracted distance is too long, the conveyor belt 3 may be displaced or separated from the fixed roller 1 and the movable roller 2 in the loosened state. The following two solutions can be used to solve this problem:
the first scheme is as follows: the transmission belt can be an elastic transmission belt, the elastic transmission belt is lengthened when the telescopic transmission mechanism stretches out, and the elastic transmission belt is restored to the original length when the telescopic transmission mechanism stretches back.
The second scheme is as follows: as shown in the drawing of the present embodiment, the telescopic conveying mechanism further comprises a secondary fixed roller 17 and a secondary moving roller 18, the secondary fixed roller 17 and the secondary moving roller 18 are arranged in parallel with the fixed roller 1 and the moving roller 2, the secondary fixed roller 17 is mounted on the frame 5, the telescopic driving mechanism 4 is used for driving the moving roller 2 and the secondary moving roller 18 to synchronously move along the front-back direction, the fixed roller 1 is positioned in front of the moving roller 2, the secondary fixed roller 17 is positioned behind the secondary moving roller 18, and the conveying belt 3 bypasses the secondary moving roller 18 and the secondary fixed roller 17 after bypassing the fixed roller 1 and the moving roller 2. By the belt winding mode, the conveying belt 3 can not be stretched or loosened when the telescopic conveying mechanism is switched between the stretching state and the retracting state, or the stretching or loosening of the conveying belt 3 is reduced, so that the conveying belt 3 can not shift or fall off, and the service life of the conveying belt 3 is prolonged.
As shown in fig. 5 to 7, the packaging bag removing device comprises a telescopic conveying mechanism and a removing mechanism, a removing channel 8 is formed after the moving roller 2 moves along the front-back direction, and the removing mechanism is arranged above the removing channel 8 and used for removing packaging bags from the removing channel 8.
In the present invention, the width of the rejecting channel 8 may be fixed, and when the stroke of the telescopic driving mechanism 4 is set to be sufficiently large, the rejecting channel 8 formed after the moving roller 2 moves is sufficiently wide, so that the bags with various sizes and specifications can be successfully rejected, but the time of the telescopic action of the telescopic driving mechanism 4 may be too long, and when the production speed is relatively high, the rejection number may be too large. Therefore, the stroke of the telescopic driving mechanism 4 is preferably adjustable, and when the size of the packaging bag is changed, the most suitable rejecting channel width can be preset according to different sizes of the packaging bag.
In this embodiment, the moving roller 2 is engaged with a slitting outlet of the bag making machine 9. When the packaging bag is normally transported, the moving roller 2 moves to a normal connection position with a slitting outlet of the packaging bag making machine 9, so that the normal transportation of the packaging bag is ensured. When defective or sample packages need to be removed, the moving roller 2 moves to a certain gap between the moving roller and a slitting outlet of the package bag making machine 9, and the gap is used as a removing channel 8 for removing defective or sample packages. The mode of arranging the rejecting channel 8 at the end position connected with the bag making machine 9 of the packaging bag has the advantages that the packaging bag to be rejected is directly rejected after being cut, so that the packaging bag does not enter a downstream mechanism, and the rejecting effect is better than that of arranging the rejecting channel at the downstream mechanism. Of course, the manner in which the reject channels are disposed at other locations is within the scope of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the removing mechanism includes an air blowing device 10, and an air blowing port 17 of the air blowing device 10 faces the removing passage 8. The blowing device 10 blows air to the surface of the packaging bag passing through the reject channel 8, so that the packaging bag falls down from the reject channel 8, thereby completing reject.
The rejecting mechanism further comprises a baffle 11 for guiding the air flow of the air blowing device 10 to the rejecting channel 8.
The packaging bag removing device further comprises a branching baffle 12, the branching baffle 12 is vertically arranged above the telescopic conveying mechanism, the branching baffle 12 is parallel to the conveying direction of the telescopic conveying mechanism, and branching conveying channels are oppositely arranged between the branching baffles 12 and separated.
Example 2
The reject mechanism further includes a roller 15, the roller 15 being adapted to guide the package to the reject path when the reject mechanism is extended downward.
The packaging bag removing device further comprises a removing driving mechanism 16, and the removing driving mechanism 16 is used for driving the removing mechanism to move up and down. The removing driving mechanism 16 may be a cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, an electric cylinder, a linear motor, a rack and pinion transmission mechanism, a nut screw mechanism, a motor belt transmission mechanism, or other devices capable of performing up-and-down reciprocating motion, and in this embodiment, a cylinder is used.
