The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The network interface of the electronic device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement an information presentation method, or an information processing method. The display screen of the electronic equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the electronic equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, can also be keys, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the electronic equipment, and can also be an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.

responding to the interactive operation for the target friends triggered based on the multimedia resource display page, and acquiring target special effect elements;
and displaying the target special effect element based on the multimedia resource display page.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
responding to the interactive operation aiming at the target friend triggered by the multimedia resource display page, and generating an interactive operation prompt message;
sending the interaction prompt message to the target friend; and under the condition that the terminal corresponding to the target friend is triggered, displaying the target special effect element based on the terminal corresponding to the target friend.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the multimedia resource presentation page presents a target multimedia resource; the target multimedia resource carries a target resource tag;
the responding to the interaction operation for the target friend triggered based on the multimedia resource display page obtains the target special effect element, and the method comprises the following steps:
Responding to the interactive operation aiming at the target friends and triggered based on the multimedia resource display page, and sending a special effect element acquisition request to a server; the special effect element acquisition request comprises the target resource tag;
and receiving the target special effect element returned by the server based on the target resource label.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the number of target resource labels is a plurality, and the target special effects element comprises special effects elements respectively corresponding to the plurality of target resource labels;
the displaying the target special effect element based on the multimedia resource display page comprises the following steps:

transmitting the target special effect element to the user terminal; and enabling the user terminal to display the target special effect element based on the multimedia resource display page.
10. The method according to claim 9, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving a label adding request, wherein the label adding request comprises a new resource label;
creating a new special effect element corresponding to the new resource tag;
and establishing a corresponding relation between the newly added resource tag and the newly added special effect element.

a first display unit configured to execute a display of a multimedia resource display page;
the first acquisition unit is configured to execute an interaction operation for a target friend triggered based on the multimedia resource display page to acquire a target special effect element;
and the special effect display unit is configured to display the target special effect element based on the multimedia resource display page.
