本发明的目的在于提供柴油、氨双燃料发动机及混合气活性改制与高效燃烧方法,包括活塞、气缸、排气道、缸内直喷氨喷射器、排气阀、气缸盖、高压共轨喷油器、进气阀、进气道、缸压传感器、ECU,采用单共轨的高压共轨喷油器和高压共轨氨喷射器缸内直喷实现氨和柴油的双燃料供给,并且控制燃料供给实现燃料浓度和反应活性分层及多模式燃烧,通过可变配气系统使排气阀提前关闭来改变缸内残余废气量实现排气捕集,并在排气阶段末期喷少量柴油,利用缸内高温废气实现燃料重整。本发明采用可变配气系统缸内废气捕集、燃料重整和协调燃料喷射脉宽与正时等手段,实现不同运行工况下燃烧模式的灵活调控,从而实现发动机全运行工况下的高效率和低排放。

本发明涉及的是一种发动机及燃烧方法,具体地说是双燃料发动机及燃烧方法。
背景技术
与典型的碳氢化合物燃料相比,氨在氧气中完全燃烧时仅排放水和氮气,但是在实际应用中,氨燃料在内燃机中完全燃烧很难实现。并且与常规碳氢燃料相比,纯氨的层流燃烧速度和热值均比较低,而且点火所需要的能量较高,可燃性极限范围较窄,使得纯氨的燃烧更加困难。因此,需要对传统燃烧系统进行改造或重新设计,以便能够可靠、安全和清洁地应用氨。
在氨的燃烧方面,将氨与其他助燃剂掺混燃烧一直是重要的发展方向。由于氢气的燃烧速度很快,尝试在氨气中加入氢气是提高氨燃料燃烧速度比较好的选择,但是纯氢气因存储运输等问题而难以推广。专利CN114294129A提及一种氨发动机的氢气射流点燃式燃烧系统,该系统在预燃室点燃氢气,并且利用氢气射流引燃主燃室的氨气,但是预燃室引燃氢气和氢气射流对燃烧系统的要求高,可靠性差。专利CN114483299A提及一种降低氨发动机未燃氨排放的系统和方法,利用发动机废气余热置换氢气,对尾气管中残余的氨气进行了再利用,达到了节能减排的目的,但氨裂解温度较高,且尾气中氨含量低,难以满足发动机对氢的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供可解决传统发动机燃烧化石燃料带来的碳氧化物和硫氧化物排放问题,同时降低燃料燃烧带来的的氮氧化物排放的柴油、氨双燃料发动机及混合气活性改制与高效燃烧方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
本发明柴油、氨双燃料发动机,其特征是:包括气缸、供油装置、供氨装置、高压油轨、液氨轨、进气阀、排气阀、ECU,所述气缸包括气缸套、气缸盖、活塞,汽缸盖上设置高压共轨喷油器、缸内直喷氨喷射器,高压共轨喷油器轴线与气缸轴线重合;缸内直喷氨喷射器倾斜布置,缸内直喷氨喷射器轴线与气缸轴线在同一空间平面上,供油装置通过高压油轨连接高压共轨喷油器,供氨装置通过液氨轨连接缸内直喷氨喷射器,气缸通过进气阀连接进气道,气缸通过排气阀连接排气道,气缸盖上布置缸压传感器,缸压传感器连接ECU,缸内直喷氨喷射器的喷孔采用非轴对称式设计,喷孔轴向延长线与活塞表面的交点在同一平面上,同时靠近气缸轴线处的喷孔采用较大的喷孔直径,从而使得缸内直喷氨喷射器所喷射的液氨均匀分布;缸内直喷氨喷射器的中心轴线与高压共轨喷油器中心轴线相交,使得缸内直喷氨喷射器所喷射的分布在高压共轨喷油器喷射的油束路径上。

当发动机运行在中低负荷工况时,柴油在燃料中的占比上升,氨在燃料中的占比下降;在排气阶段末期,ECU根据负荷变化和缸压传感器信号控制排气门开启关闭时刻,利用残留高温废气的加热作用,提升缸内混合气的反应活性,并扩展发动机功率范围;高压共轨喷油器在排气门关闭后、压缩上止点前喷射少量柴油进行燃料重整,产生高活性自由基,提升气缸内混合物整体反应活性;活塞运动至上止点附近时,高压共轨喷油器向缸内进行柴油主喷,形成多个点火源,在主喷柴油开始喷射后,缸内直喷氨喷射器向缸内各个点火源喷射高压液氨,液氨在喷射后蒸发,在高压共轨喷油器附近形成局部较浓的混合气,并被柴油引燃,在主喷柴油结束之后进行柴油的后喷,燃尽未燃的氨。
本发明的优势在于:
1、高压共轨喷油器和缸内直喷氨喷射器的喷射状态根据负荷变化而灵活控制,实现双燃料模式和纯柴油模式的切换和备份,特别是在过渡工况下,柴油和氨进行耦合多次喷射,满足瞬态工况和排放法规要求,确保覆盖发动机整个工作范围和运行的可靠性。
2、采用改变进气阀关闭时间到压缩阶段初期的方式,简单方便实现米勒循环,从而能够减少压缩功,提高热效率,降低燃料消耗率,并有效抑制发动机在高负荷下发生爆震,还能降低缸内燃烧温度,减小热荷,降低NOx排放。
3、通过可变配气系统控制排气阀提前关闭控制残留在气缸内的废气量,实现排气捕集,并且排气阶段末期,高压共轨喷油器对缸内进行少量的柴油喷射,柴油在高温废气中进行燃料重整,生成氢和其它活性物质,在发动机接下来的工作循环中,氢和其它活性物质可提高氨的反应活性,从而增大火焰传播速度,缩短滞燃期,显著改善缸内燃烧并提高整机热效率。
4、在进气阶段初期,缸内残留的高温废气能够提高缸内初始温度,并且加快低压喷射液氨的蒸发速度,有利于氨与缸内气体混合。
5、缸内直喷的燃料供给方式使得发动机可设计较大的气门重叠角,强化扫气效果,同时缸内直喷可以实现更多的氨和柴油的喷射方案,有利于对喷射定时进行灵活设置,以适应不同的工况要求。
6、采用缸内直喷方式供给氨可以有效防止液氨的蒸发气泄漏到气缸外。
7、本发明不仅适用米勒循环发动机还适用于其他的压燃式发动机。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图举例对本发明做更详细地描述:
结合图1-5,本发明柴油/氨双燃料发动机包括活塞1、气缸套2、排气道3、缸内直喷氨喷射器3、排气阀5、气缸盖6、高压共轨喷油器7、进气阀8、进气道9、液氨轨10、高压油轨11、供油装置12、供氨装置13、ECU14、缸压传感器15,气缸盖6上安装有高压共轨喷油器7和缸内直喷氨喷射器4;高压共轨喷油器7轴线与气缸2轴线重合;缸内直喷氨喷射器4倾斜布置在气缸盖6上,缸内直喷氨喷射器4轴线与气缸2轴线在同一空间平面上;缸压传感器15布置在发动机其中一个气缸2的气缸盖6上;ECU14接受包括缸压传感器15在内的信号,控制包括缸内直喷氨喷射器3、排气阀5、高压共轨喷油器7、进气阀8在内其部件。
结合图3,缸内直喷氨喷射器4的喷孔采用非轴对称式设计,喷孔轴向延长线与活塞1表面的交点在同一平面上,同时靠近气缸2轴线处的喷孔采用较大的喷孔直径,从而使得缸内直喷氨喷射器4所喷射的液氨均匀分布;缸内直喷氨喷射器4的中心轴线与高压共轨喷油器7中心轴线相交,使得缸内直喷氨喷射器4所喷射的分布在高压共轨喷油器7喷射的油束路径上。
结合图4和图5,ECU14通过接受缸压传感器15信号判断该气缸2内废气残留量,并将该气缸2内废气残留量作为依据来控制发动机各个气缸2废气残余量从而计算缸内EGR率。燃料重整实现方法为:排气冲程末期,排气阀5在上止点前关闭使气缸2封闭,活塞1继续运动压缩气缸内废气,使气缸2内压力和温度升高;高压共轨喷油器7向气缸2内喷射少量的柴油,利用滞留在缸内的高温废气提供的高温环境使柴油发生重整,生成高反应活性物质,用于促进后续燃料燃烧。排气捕集实现方法为:排气冲程末期,通过ECU14控制排气阀5提前关闭使高温废气残留在气缸2内,同时ECU14判断废气残留量,并通过控制排气门5关闭时刻调整废气残留量。燃料重整生成的氢和其它活性物质在后续的进气和压缩阶段分别与空气和氨混合,使得缸内整体的反应活性提高,加快了燃料反应速度,缩短了滞燃期。
通过可变配气系统将进气阀8关闭时间推迟到压缩阶段初期,从而实现米勒循环,即实现发动机的进气阶段实际压缩比小于做功阶段的膨胀比,由此可以实现减少压缩功,提高热效率,降低燃油消耗率,并有效抑制发动机爆震,还使缸内温度降低,可以抑制NOx的产生。
发动机采用缸内直喷的喷射方式供给柴油和氨,可以通过改变高压共轨喷油器7和缸内直喷氨喷射器4的喷射状态实现不同的喷射模式,包括纯柴油模式,氨/柴油双燃料模式。喷射状态包括喷射次数和喷射正时,高压共轨喷油器7和缸内直喷氨喷射器4的喷射状态根据负荷变化而灵活控制,实现双燃料模式和纯柴油模式的切换和备份,特别是在过渡工况下,柴油和氨进行耦合多次喷射,满足瞬态工况和排放法规要求,确保覆盖发动机整个工作范围和运行的可靠性。
高压共轨喷油器7为单共轨的喷孔式高压共轨喷油器,可以实现在一次循环内单次和多次喷射,根据实际需求调整喷射次数、喷油量和喷射正时。缸内直喷氨喷射器4为可变轨压的液氨喷射器,能够实现高压喷射液氨和低压喷射液氨,根据实际需求调整喷射压力、喷射次数和喷射量。低压喷射液氨发生在排气阀5关闭后,在进气时期进行。在进气阶段初期,缸内残留的高温废气能够提高缸内初始温度,在此时低压液氨喷雾进入气缸后迅速蒸发,并且在缸内湍流的作用下蒸发气与缸内空气充分混合,形成氨和空气的混合气。高压喷射液氨发生在上止点附近,和柴油喷射正时相同,柴油作为高反应活性燃料,在喷射之后迅速开始燃烧,而高压液氨喷雾作为低反应活性燃料,被柴油燃烧的火焰引燃。
纯柴油运行模式在起动、怠速工况时,由于机件温度低,缸内压缩终点温度低,而柴油的燃点(527K)远低于氨的燃点(930K),因此选择柴油可以减少不完全燃烧或失火的情况发生,缸内直喷氨喷射器4关闭,在压缩阶段末期高压共轨喷油器7单次喷射柴油燃烧;对于低负荷、中负荷、高负荷工况,纯柴油运行模式作为备用燃料供给模式,在需要时与柴油/氨双燃料运行模式切换,以满足发动机运行需求,在压缩上止点前,高压共轨喷油器7单次喷射大量柴油燃烧。
在柴油/氨双燃料运行模式下,由高压共轨喷油器7喷射柴油,缸内直喷氨喷射器4喷射液氨,根据负荷调整柴油和液氨的喷射比例,ECU14根据负荷变化控制排气门5开启关闭时刻,实现排气捕集和燃料重整。当发动机运行在高负荷工况时,不使用排气捕集和燃料重整;氨作为主燃料,柴油作为引燃燃料;进气阀8关闭时刻推迟,使得发动机实际压缩比小于膨胀比,抑制爆震;在进气阀8关闭后,缸内直喷氨喷射器4向缸内喷射低压液氨,形成液氨喷雾,液氨喷雾在进入气缸后迅速蒸发,降低缸内混合气温度,在压缩过程中氨与进气混合形成均匀混合气,避免燃料局部过浓导致燃烧温度过高;在压缩阶段活塞运动至上止点前时,高压共轨喷油器7向缸内进行柴油喷射,通过柴油燃烧引燃氨燃料燃烧。当发动机运行在中低负荷工况时,柴油在燃料中的占比上升,氨在燃料中的占比下降;在排气阶段末期,ECU14根据负荷变化和缸压传感器15信号控制排气门5开启关闭时刻,精确控制排气捕集的废气量,利用残留高温废气的加热作用,使得缸内混合气的反应活性提升,并扩展发动机功率范围;高压共轨喷油器7在排气门5关闭后、压缩上止点前喷射少量柴油进行燃料重整,产生一定量的高活性自由基,用于提升气缸内混合物整体反应活性;活塞1运动至上止点附近时,高压共轨喷油器7向缸内进行柴油主喷,形成多个点火源,在主喷柴油开始喷射后,缸内直喷氨喷射器4向缸内各个点火源喷射高压液氨,液氨在喷射后快速蒸发,在高压共轨喷油器7附近形成局部较浓的混合气,并被柴油引燃,在主喷柴油结束之后进行柴油的后喷,燃尽未燃的氨。

Claims (5)

1.柴油、氨双燃料发动机,其特征是:包括气缸、供油装置、供氨装置、高压油轨、液氨轨、进气阀、排气阀、ECU,所述气缸包括气缸套、气缸盖、活塞,汽缸盖上设置高压共轨喷油器、缸内直喷氨喷射器,高压共轨喷油器轴线与气缸轴线重合;缸内直喷氨喷射器倾斜布置,缸内直喷氨喷射器轴线与气缸轴线在同一空间平面上,供油装置通过高压油轨连接高压共轨喷油器,供氨装置通过液氨轨连接缸内直喷氨喷射器,气缸通过进气阀连接进气道,气缸通过排气阀连接排气道,气缸盖上布置缸压传感器,缸压传感器连接ECU,缸内直喷氨喷射器的喷孔采用非轴对称式设计,喷孔轴向延长线与活塞表面的交点在同一平面上,同时靠近气缸轴线处的喷孔采用较大的喷孔直径,从而使得缸内直喷氨喷射器所喷射的液氨均匀分布;缸内直喷氨喷射器的中心轴线与高压共轨喷油器中心轴线相交,使得缸内直喷氨喷射器所喷射的分布在高压共轨喷油器喷射的油束路径上。
2.柴油、氨双燃料发动机及混合气活性改制与高效燃烧方法,其特征是:包括燃料重整实现方法,具体为:排气冲程末期,排气阀在上止点前关闭使气缸封闭,活塞继续运动压缩气缸内废气,使气缸内压力和温度升高;高压共轨喷油器向气缸内喷射少量的柴油,利用滞留在缸内的高温废气提供的高温环境使柴油发生重整,生成高反应活性物质,促进后续燃料燃烧。
3.根据权利要求2所述的柴油、氨双燃料发动机及混合气活性改制与高效燃烧方法,其特征是:包括排气捕集实现方法,具体为:排气冲程末期,通过ECU控制排气阀提前关闭使高温废气残留在气缸内,同时ECU判断废气残留量,并通过控制排气门关闭时刻调整废气残留量,燃料重整生成的氢和其它活性物质在后续的进气和压缩阶段分别与空气和氨混合,提高缸内整体的反应活性,加快燃料反应速度,缩短滞燃期。
4.根据权利要求2所述的柴油、氨双燃料发动机及混合气活性改制与高效燃烧方法,其特征是:包括纯柴油运行模式:在起动、怠速工况时,缸内直喷氨喷射器关闭,在压缩阶段末期高压共轨喷油器单次喷射柴油燃烧;对于低负荷、中负荷、高负荷工况,纯柴油运行模式作为备用燃料供给模式,在需要时与其它运行模式切换,以满足发动机运行需求,在压缩上止点前,高压共轨喷油器单次喷射大量柴油燃烧。
5.根据权利要求2所述的柴油、氨双燃料发动机及混合气活性改制与高效燃烧方法,其特征是:包括柴油/氨双燃料运行模式:由高压共轨喷油器喷射柴油,缸内直喷氨喷射器喷射液氨,根据负荷调整柴油和液氨的喷射比例,ECU根据负荷变化控制排气门开启关闭时刻,实现排气捕集和燃料重整;
当发动机运行在高负荷工况时,不使用排气捕集和燃料重整;氨作为主燃料,柴油作为引燃燃料;进气阀关闭时刻推迟,使得发动机实际压缩比小于膨胀比,抑制爆震;在进气阀关闭后,缸内直喷氨喷射器向缸内喷射低压液氨,形成液氨喷雾,液氨喷雾在进入气缸后蒸发,在压缩过程中氨与进气混合形成均匀混合气,避免燃料局部过浓导致燃烧温度过高;在压缩阶段活塞运动至上止点前时,高压共轨喷油器向缸内进行柴油喷射,通过柴油燃烧引燃氨燃料燃烧;
