本发明的目的在于提供一种缸内直喷氨柴油双燃料发动机燃烧系统及燃烧方法,包括活塞、气缸套、缸内直喷氨喷射器、气缸盖、排气阀、高压共轨喷油器、进气阀等结构;所述发动机有两种运行模式,即在起动和怠速时为纯柴油运行模式保证发动机顺利起动,在其他工况为柴油/氨双燃料运行模式,采用氨燃料高低压喷射和柴油多次喷射,根据工况变化调整氨和柴油的喷射比例与喷射正时,并配合米勒循环,在减少碳排放的基础上提高氨燃料发动机的燃烧效率和燃烧稳定性。本发明可降低传统发动机燃烧化石燃料带来的碳氧化物和硫氧化物排放以及氨燃料燃烧速度慢和点火能量高带来的点火困难等问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种发动机装置,具体地说是发动机燃烧系统及燃烧方法。
背景技术
氨气的液化温度为-33℃,易于存储和运输,液氨与汽油的单位体积能量密度相当。由于氨的储存和运输的长期稳定性良好,同时制备方便,且燃烧产物中不含温室气体,因此被视为理想的零碳替代燃料。
与典型的碳氢化合物燃料相比,燃烧系统中氨的直接利用具有燃烧速度慢、点火能量高、可燃范围窄、自动点火温度高、猝熄距离远、点火延迟时间长等特点,在最大功率、效率和排放方面,远远次于在类似操作条件下使用碳氢燃料所达到的性能。现有技术倾向于使用高反应活性燃料引燃氨或改善氨的燃烧,而高反应活性的柴油使用广泛、配套完善,使用柴油引燃氨安全可靠。
现有专利大多通过加氢来改善氨的燃烧。专利CN115217622A提及一种基于反应活性调控的氨氢融合燃料控制系统,利用车载制氢装置产氢,采用进气道喷射方式供氨并和氢混合,使用氢射流点火,该装置实现零碳排放,但是由于包含氢气存储设备,因而存在氢气泄露和爆炸风险,同时氢射流燃烧时存在回火风险。专利CN115111089A提及一种预燃室式氨燃料发动机系统,使用氨催化分解制氢,并利用氢燃料电池等设备为氨催化提供能量,采用缸内直喷供氨并在预燃室点燃氢气,从而引燃氨,该发明只需提供氨,不使用含碳燃料,但是使用氢燃料电池成本高,对于氢的提纯要求高,可靠性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供可降低传统发动机燃烧化石燃料带来的碳氧化物和硫氧化物排放以及氨燃料燃烧速度慢和点火能量高带来的点火困难等问题的一种缸内直喷氨柴油双燃料发动机燃烧系统及燃烧方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
本发明一种缸内直喷氨柴油双燃料发动机燃烧系统,其特征是:包括气缸、柴油油箱、液氨罐、高压油轨、液氨共轨管,所述气缸包括气缸套、气缸盖、活塞,气缸盖上设置高压共轨喷油器、缸内直喷氨喷射器、进气阀、排气阀,柴油油箱通过燃油泵、高压油轨连接高压共轨喷油器,液氨罐通过液氨泵、液氨共轨管连接缸内直喷氨喷射器,气缸通过进气阀连接进气道,气缸通过排气阀连接排气道,高压共轨喷油器轴线与气缸轴线重合,缸内直喷氨喷射器轴线与气缸轴线在同一平面上,与垂直方向夹角30-60°,缸内直喷氨喷射器的喷孔采用非轴对称式设计,喷孔轴向延长线与活塞表面的交点在同一平面上,同时靠近气缸轴线处的喷孔采用较大的喷孔直径,从而使得缸内直喷氨喷射器所喷射的液氨均匀分布于气缸内;缸内直喷氨喷射器的中心轴线与高压共轨喷油器中心轴线相交,使得缸内直喷氨喷射器所喷射的氨喷雾分布在高压共轨喷油器喷射的油束路径上。
本发明一种缸内直喷氨柴油双燃料发动机燃烧方法,其特征是:包括纯柴油模式,为仅高压共轨喷油器喷射柴油燃烧,当发动机处于起动、怠速工况时,高压共轨喷油器单次喷射,喷射正时为压缩上止点前5-20°CA,其余工况时,高压共轨喷油器进行两次喷射,第一次喷射正时为压缩上止点前60°CA,第二次喷射正时为压缩上止点前5-20°CA。
本发明一种缸内直喷氨柴油双燃料发动机燃烧方法还可以包括:
1、包括氨/柴油双燃料模式,由高压共轨喷油器喷射柴油,缸内直喷氨喷射器喷射液氨,根据负荷调整柴油和液氨的喷射比例;
当发动机运行在高负荷工况时,氨作为主燃料,柴油作为引燃燃料,柴油占总燃料热值比例在5%-25%,在压缩上止点前60°CA,高压共轨喷油器预喷少量柴油进行低温反应,占喷射柴油总量的5%-15%,产生高活性物质缩短主喷柴油燃烧过程的滞燃期,在活塞运动至上止点前5-15°CA时,高压共轨喷油器向缸内进行柴油主喷,占喷射柴油总量的60%-85%,在主喷柴油结束之后5-15°CA进行柴油后喷,占喷射柴油总量的10%-25%,燃尽残余的氨;

当发动机运行在低负荷工况时,柴油的比例进一步提高,柴油占总燃料热值比例在45%-65%,柴油作为主燃料,氨作为替代燃料,在压缩阶段上止点前60°CA,高压共轨喷油器预喷少量柴油进行低温反应,占喷射柴油总量的5%-15%;在活塞运动至上止点前5-15°CA时,高压共轨喷油器向缸内进行柴油主喷,占喷射柴油总量的60%-85%;缸内直喷氨喷射器向缸内喷射高压液氨,比柴油主喷滞后2-5°CA,液氨喷雾和柴油喷雾交叉并被柴油引燃。
本发明的优势在于:
1、使用柴油引燃氨,和氢气引燃相比,系统更安全可靠,设备成本更低。
2、不同的负荷使用不同的燃料喷射方案,能够实现发动机全工况稳定运行,满足发动机不同工况下对于排放和功率的需求。
3、缸内直喷可以实现更多的氨和柴油的喷射方案,有利于对喷射定时进行灵活设置,以适应不同的工况要求,同时由于氨易蒸发,采用缸内直喷可以避免进气充量损失。
4、使用缸内直喷氨喷射器和可变轨压的液氨共轨管,在使用一个氨喷射器的情况下实现液氨的高压和低压喷射,使得缸内直喷氨喷射器在汽缸盖上的布置更加灵活,可以适应不同尺寸的发动机,并且缸内直喷氨喷射器可以实现液氨的高压喷射和低压喷射,可以满足大流量和小流量喷射量精确的要求。
5、采用米勒循环能够减少压缩功,提高热效率,降低燃料消耗率,并有效抑制发动机在高负荷下发生爆震,还能降低缸内燃烧温度,减小热荷,降低NOx排放。
6、本发明不仅适用米勒循环发动机还适用于其他的压燃式发动机。

下面结合附图举例对本发明做更详细地描述:
结合图1-7,本发明一种缸内直喷氨/柴油双燃料发动机燃烧系统包括活塞1、气缸套2、缸内直喷氨喷射器3、气缸盖4、排气阀5、高压共轨喷油器6、进气阀7,气缸套2顶部安装有气缸盖4,气缸套2内部安装有活塞1,三者所围成的密闭空间为气缸,气缸通过进气阀7连通进气道,通过排气阀6连通排气道。柴油通过燃油泵11从柴油油箱13向高压油轨10输送,并供向高压共轨喷油器6。液氨通过液氨泵12从液氨罐14向液氨共轨管8输送,并供向缸内直喷氨喷射器3。ECU9根据发动机运行状况控制燃油泵11和液氨泵12的工作,并且控制缸内直喷氨喷射器3和高压共轨喷油器6的喷射。
燃烧系统采用米勒循环实现进气阶段实际压缩比小于做功阶段的膨胀比,由此可以实现减少压缩功,提高热效率,降低燃料消耗率,并有效抑制发动机爆震,还使缸内温度降低,减小热负荷,可以抑制NOx的产生。米勒循环的实现方式包括通过在下止点前提前关闭进气阀7实现米勒循环。
结合图2,气缸盖4里设置高压共轨喷油器6和缸内直喷氨喷射器3,二者头部相隔一定距离并均暴露于的气缸中,其中高压共轨喷油器6轴线与气缸轴线重合,缸内直喷氨喷射器3轴线与气缸轴线在同一平面上,与垂直方向夹角30-60°,缸内直喷氨喷射器3倾斜设置的倾斜角和与高压共轨喷油器6隔开的距离由发动机具体结构确定。缸内直喷氨喷射器6的喷孔采用非轴对称式设计,喷孔轴向延长线与活塞1表面的交点在同一平面上,同时靠近气缸轴线处的喷孔采用较大的喷孔直径,从而使得缸内直喷氨喷射器6所喷射的液氨均匀分布于气缸内;缸内直喷氨喷射器3的中心轴线与高压共轨喷油器6中心轴线相交,使得缸内直喷氨喷射器3所喷射的氨喷雾分布在高压共轨喷油器6喷射的油束路径上。
发动机采用缸内直喷的喷射方式供给柴油和氨,可以通过改变高压共轨喷油器6和缸内直喷氨喷射器3的喷射状态实现不同的喷射模式,包括纯柴油模式,氨/柴油双燃料模式。喷射状态包括喷射正时和喷射脉宽,高压共轨喷油器6和缸内直喷氨喷射器3的喷射状态根据负荷变化而灵活控制,实现双燃料模式和纯柴油模式的切换和备份,特别是在过渡工况下,柴油和氨进行耦合多次喷射,满足瞬态工况和排放法规要求,确保覆盖发动机整个工作范围和运行的可靠性。
高压共轨喷油器6为喷孔式高压共轨喷油器,可以实现在一次循环内单次或多次喷射,根据实际需求调整喷射次数、喷射脉宽和喷射正时,在缸内直喷氨喷射器3故障时,可作为备用燃料供给装置,通过增大喷油量、调整喷射正时和次数满足发动机功率需求,维持发动机运行。
向缸内直喷氨喷射器3供给氨燃料的液氨共轨管8的轨压为可变轨压的共轨管,实现向缸内直喷氨喷射器3供给高压液氨和低压液氨,根据实际需求调整液氨供给压力。缸内直喷氨喷射器3在低负荷工况时喷射高压液氨,使用高压喷射确保液氨更好雾化,有利于加速液氨气化,同时保证在要求的脉宽内完成喷射。缸内直喷氨喷射器3在中负荷和高负荷工况时喷射低压液氨,使用低压喷射减少设备损耗。
纯柴油模式为仅高压共轨喷油器6喷射柴油燃烧,主要用于发动机起动、怠速,喷射次数、喷射量和喷射正时根据负荷变化而灵活控制。当发动机处于起动、怠速工况时,高压共轨喷油器6单次喷射,喷射正时为压缩上止点前5-20°CA,由于机件温度低,缸内压缩终点温度低,而柴油的燃点(527K)远低于氨的燃点(930K),因此选择柴油可以减少不完全燃烧或失火的情况发生。纯柴油运行模式可作为柴油/氨双燃料运行模式的备用运行模式在需要时随时切换,即用纯柴油模式代替氨/柴油双燃料模式维持发动机运行,此时高压共轨喷油器6进行两次喷射,第一次喷射正时为压缩上止点前60°CA,第二次喷射正时为压缩上止点前5-20°CA。
结合图3至图7,氨/柴油双燃料模式由高压共轨喷油器6喷射柴油,缸内直喷氨喷射器3喷射液氨,根据负荷调整柴油和液氨的喷射比例。当发动机运行在高负荷工况时,氨作为主燃料,柴油作为引燃燃料,柴油占总燃料热值比例在5%-25%。在压缩阶段初期,缸内直喷氨喷射器3向缸内喷射低压液氨,有利于与进气混合均匀,避免燃料局部过浓导致剧烈燃烧使缸内温度过高而生成更多NOx,在压缩上止点前60°CA附近,高压共轨喷油器6预喷少量柴油进行低温反应,占喷射柴油总量的5%-15%,产生较多的高活性物质缩短主喷柴油燃烧过程的滞燃期,在活塞运动至上止点前5-15°CA时,高压共轨喷油器6向缸内进行柴油主喷,占喷射柴油总量的60%-85%,形成多个点火源,在主喷柴油结束之后5-15°CA进行柴油后喷,占喷射柴油总量的10%-25%,燃尽残余的氨,避免氨被排出气缸。当发动机运行在中负荷工况时,柴油比例提高,柴油占总燃料热值比例在25%-45%。在压缩阶段初期,缸内直喷氨喷射器3向缸内喷射低压液氨,其喷射正时较高负荷工况推迟,使得靠近高压共轨喷油器6处氨更浓,形成一定的浓度分层,在压缩阶段上止点前60°CA附近,高压共轨喷油器6预喷少量柴油进行低温反应,占喷射柴油总量的5%-15%,产生较多的高活性物质缩短主喷柴油燃烧过程的滞燃期,在活塞运动至上止点前5-15°CA时,高压共轨喷油器6向缸内进行柴油主喷,占喷射柴油总量的60%-85%,形成多个点火源,缸内直喷氨喷射器3再次向缸内喷射高压液氨,比柴油主喷滞后2-5°CA,液氨喷雾和柴油喷雾交叉并被柴油引燃。在主喷柴油结束之后5-15°CA进行柴油的后喷,占喷射柴油总量的10%-25%,使未燃尽的氨全部燃烧完。当发动机运行在低负荷工况时,柴油的比例进一步提高,柴油占总燃料热值比例在45%-65%。当发动机处在低负荷工况时,柴油作为主燃料,氨作为替代燃料。在压缩阶段上止点前60°CA左右,高压共轨喷油器6预喷少量柴油进行低温反应,占喷射柴油总量的5%-15%;在活塞运动至上止点前5-15°CA时,高压共轨喷油器6向缸内进行柴油主喷,占喷射柴油总量的60%-85%;缸内直喷氨喷射器3向缸内喷射高压液氨,比柴油主喷滞后2-5°CA,液氨喷雾和柴油喷雾交叉并被柴油引燃。低负荷时液氨喷射量少,使用低压喷射液氨能增大喷射脉宽,有利于精确控制喷射量。
浓度和活性分层的出现可使着火过程分阶段进行,首先局部区域反应活性高而自燃,之后引燃低反应活性区域,最终实现对自燃着火和燃烧相位的有效控制。控制缸内浓度和活性分层不仅可以有效控制着火时刻和燃烧反应速率,在控制排放方面也存在较大优势。RCCI燃烧模式能够形成浓度和活性分层,实现混合气分层燃烧从而拓宽运行工况范围,并对燃烧相位和压力升高率有灵活的控制,在很宽的发动机负荷范围内实现极低的NOx和碳烟排放,并有可接受的压力升高率和极高的指示效率。

Claims (3)

1.一种缸内直喷氨柴油双燃料发动机燃烧系统,其特征是:包括气缸、柴油油箱、液氨罐、高压油轨、液氨共轨管,所述气缸包括气缸套、气缸盖、活塞,气缸盖上设置高压共轨喷油器、缸内直喷氨喷射器、进气阀、排气阀,柴油油箱通过燃油泵、高压油轨连接高压共轨喷油器,液氨罐通过液氨泵、液氨共轨管连接缸内直喷氨喷射器,气缸通过进气阀连接进气道,气缸通过排气阀连接排气道,高压共轨喷油器轴线与气缸轴线重合,缸内直喷氨喷射器轴线与气缸轴线在同一平面上,与垂直方向夹角30-60°,缸内直喷氨喷射器的喷孔采用非轴对称式设计,喷孔轴向延长线与活塞表面的交点在同一平面上,同时靠近气缸轴线处的喷孔采用较大的喷孔直径,从而使得缸内直喷氨喷射器所喷射的液氨均匀分布于气缸内;缸内直喷氨喷射器的中心轴线与高压共轨喷油器中心轴线相交,使得缸内直喷氨喷射器所喷射的氨喷雾分布在高压共轨喷油器喷射的油束路径上。
2.一种缸内直喷氨柴油双燃料发动机燃烧方法,其特征是:包括纯柴油模式,为仅高压共轨喷油器喷射柴油燃烧,当发动机处于起动、怠速工况时,高压共轨喷油器单次喷射,喷射正时为压缩上止点前5-20°CA,其余工况时,高压共轨喷油器进行两次喷射,第一次喷射正时为压缩上止点前60°CA,第二次喷射正时为压缩上止点前5-20°CA。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种缸内直喷氨柴油双燃料发动机燃烧方法,其特征是:包括氨/柴油双燃料模式,由高压共轨喷油器喷射柴油,缸内直喷氨喷射器喷射液氨,根据负荷调整柴油和液氨的喷射比例;
当发动机运行在高负荷工况时,氨作为主燃料,柴油作为引燃燃料,柴油占总燃料热值比例在5%-25%,在压缩上止点前60°CA,高压共轨喷油器预喷少量柴油进行低温反应,占喷射柴油总量的5%-15%,产生高活性物质缩短主喷柴油燃烧过程的滞燃期,在活塞运动至上止点前5-15°CA时,高压共轨喷油器向缸内进行柴油主喷,占喷射柴油总量的60%-85%,在主喷柴油结束之后5-15°CA进行柴油后喷,占喷射柴油总量的10%-25%,燃尽残余的氨;
当发动机运行在中负荷工况时,柴油比例提高,柴油占总燃料热值比例在25%-45%,在压缩阶段初期,缸内直喷氨喷射器向缸内喷射低压液氨,其喷射正时较高负荷工况推迟,使得靠近高压共轨喷油器处氨更浓,形成浓度分层,在压缩阶段上止点前60°CA,高压共轨喷油器预喷少量柴油进行低温反应,占喷射柴油总量的5%-15%,产生高活性物质缩短主喷柴油燃烧过程的滞燃期,在活塞运动至上止点前5-15°CA时,高压共轨喷油器向缸内进行柴油主喷,占喷射柴油总量的60%-85%,缸内直喷氨喷射器再次向缸内喷射高压液氨,比柴油主喷滞后2-5°CA,液氨喷雾和柴油喷雾交叉并被柴油引燃,在主喷柴油结束之后5-15°CA进行柴油的后喷,占喷射柴油总量的10%-25%,使未燃尽的氨全部燃烧完。
