Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of paint, and particularly relates to a whitening-preventing single-component filler and a preparation method thereof. The composite material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of hydroxy acrylic resin, 5-8 parts of castor oil resin, 25-35 parts of starch, 5-10 parts of transparent powder, 5-10 parts of glass powder and 30-40 parts of ether ester solvent. The filler solves the problems of easy blushing and mildew of furniture in the later stage of finishing coating, and has excellent adhesive force, chemical resistance and the like.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of paint, and particularly relates to a whitening-preventing single-component filler and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In recent years, furniture with pure wood texture is favored by wide manufacturers and consumers, and plays an indispensable role in household production. Furniture manufacturers use wood paint to process and coat solid wood veneer very commonly, but the effect that ordinary wood paint presents to the processing treatment of log is single, does not have exquisite gorgeous feel, and wooden pipe is difficult to fill, absorbs moisture easily and absorbs water, often leads to the phenomenon that later paint film appears blushing, mildewing, not only influences product aesthetic feeling, even leads to the product disqualification, seriously influences the use. And wood lacquer is often not ideal enough in terms of wettability with wood, is not smooth and flat enough after finishing coating, is easy to crack, and brings economic loss to furniture manufacturers and consumers.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention solves the technical problem of providing the whitening-preventing single-component filler which has excellent adhesive force, chemical resistance and other performances while not containing a curing agent, and solves the problem that solid wood furniture is easy to whiten and mold in the later period of finishing coating. On the other hand, the invention also provides a preparation method of the blushing-preventing single-component filler.
The invention solves the problems by the following technical proposal:
the whitening-preventing single-component filler comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of hydroxy acrylic resin, 5-8 parts of castor oil resin, 25-35 parts of starch, 5-10 parts of transparent powder, 5-10 parts of glass powder and 30-40 parts of ether ester solvent.
Further, the fineness of the hydroxy acrylic resin is 3-10 microns, the viscosity is 2500-3500CPS, and the hydroxyl value content is 50+/-10 mgKOH/g; preferably lanka WXU-880, homode AC6552;
further, the fineness of the castor oil resin is 3-10 microns, and the viscosity is 1500-2500CPS; preferably Rongli A218-95, changxing M-100.
Further, the starch is at least one of corn starch and tapioca starch.
Further, the transparent powder is 2500 mesh anhydrous transparent powder; monkey san TM-2500 is preferred.
Further, the glass powder is one of 2000 mesh anhydrous glass powder; monkey holy BL-2000 is preferred.
Further, the ether ester solvent includes propylene glycol methyl ether acetate (PMA).
The blushing-preventing single-component filler can be sprayed on solid wood Pi Jicai, and after the spraying is finished, a double-component curing primer can be further sprayed.
The preparation method of the blushing-preventing single-component filler comprises the following steps:
s1, dispersing hydroxyl acrylic resin, castor oil resin and 25-30 parts by weight of ether ester solvent at a speed of 400-500 rpm for 3-5 minutes until the components are uniform;
s2, adding starch, transparent powder and glass powder, and dispersing for 10-15 minutes at a speed of 1000-1500 rpm;
s3, adding the residual ether ester solvent, dispersing for 5-10 minutes at the speed of 800-1000 rpm until the mixture is uniform, and filtering.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention selects the pure acrylic resin with low hydroxyl value as film forming substance, can react with the curing agent in the double-component primer after spraying the double-component primer, greatly improves the adhesive force, has better and firmer combination with the base material, has higher curing and drying speed, and simultaneously has the high hardness, high yellowing resistance and high adhesive force of the traditional acrylic resin, so that the coating film has good weather resistance and chemical resistance.
2. The powder material selected by the invention is anhydrous filler, the water content is almost zero, and the powder material is small in particle size, is easy to wrap in resin, and well fills a part of wooden catheter, so that the moisture absorption and water absorption of the veneer are greatly reduced, the later period of the coating film is not easy to whiten, the use amount of primer and finish paint is reduced, the manufacturing cost is saved, and the benefit of furniture manufacturers is improved.
3. The invention also selects the castor oil resin to match with, the resin is non-drying resin, can well infiltrate the wooden catheter, has excellent color retention and better color accuracy, is more convenient to wipe during construction, and can fully reflect the permeability and vividness of wooden furniture after the integral construction is finished.
4. The invention reasonably matches ether ester solvent, increases construction and waiting time to 2-3 hours, and enables the filler to fully react with the curing agent in the primer.

The preparation steps of the above examples 1 to 5 are as follows:
s1, sequentially adding hydroxy acrylic resin, castor oil resin and 25-30 parts by weight of ether ester solvent, and dispersing for about 3-5 minutes at the speed of 400-500 rpm until the mixture is uniform;
s2, sequentially adding corn starch, transparent powder and glass powder, and dispersing for 10-15 minutes at the speed of 1000-1500 rpm;
s3, adding the residual ether ester solvent, dispersing for 5-10 minutes at the speed of 800-1000 rpm until the mixture is uniform, and filtering the mixture by using a 200-mesh filter cloth filter bag.
The test results of spray-coating wiping tests on solid wood boards after adjusting the proportions of the above examples 1 to 5 and the tetramethylene diluents to the construction viscosity of 15 to 18 seconds (viscosity cup measurement) according to the proportions of 100:40 to 50 are shown in Table 2 according to GB-18581-2009 and GB/T23997-2009 test standards by a method commonly used in the art:

Test examples 1 to 5 were further coated with clear primers, the components shown in Table 3, table 4 and Table 5 were adjusted to a construction viscosity of 12 to 14 seconds (viscosity cup measurement) in a ratio of 100:45 to 55:30 to 40 to obtain clear primers, the obtained clear primers were further coated on solid wood boards coated with examples 1 to 5 in a manner commonly used in the art, and the performance test results after coating the primers were as shown in Table 6 according to GB-18581-2009 and GB/T23997-2009 test standards:

the results in the above tables 2 and 6 show that the blushing-preventing single-component filler provided by the invention accords with the GB-18581-2020 standard and the GB/T23997-2009 standard, solves the blushing and mildew problems of solid wood furniture in the later stage of finishing coating, and has excellent adhesive force, chemical resistance and other properties.

Claims (10)

The whitening-preventing single-component filler is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of hydroxy acrylic resin, 5-8 parts of castor oil resin, 25-35 parts of starch, 5-10 parts of transparent powder, 5-10 parts of glass powder and 30-40 parts of ether ester solvent.
2. The blushing preventing one-component filler according to claim 1, wherein the hydroxy acrylic resin has a fineness of 3 to 10 μm, a viscosity of 2500 to 3500CPS and a hydroxyl value content of 50±10mgKOH/g.
3. The blushing preventing one-component filler according to claim 1, wherein the castor oil resin has a fineness of 3 to 10 μm and a viscosity of 1500 to 2500CPS.
4. The blushing preventing one-component filler of claim 1, wherein the starch is at least one of corn starch and tapioca starch.
5. The blushing preventing one-component filler of claim 1, wherein the transparent powder is TM-2500.
6. The blushing preventing one-component filler of claim 1, wherein the glass frit is BL-2000.
7. The blushing preventing one-component filler of claim 1, wherein the ether-ester solvent comprises propylene glycol methyl ether acetate.
8. A process for the preparation of the blushing preventing one-component filler according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
dispersing the hydroxy acrylic resin, castor oil resin and 25-30 parts by weight of ether ester solvent at a speed of 400-500 rpm for 3-5 minutes to be uniform;
s2, adding starch, transparent powder and glass powder, and dispersing for 10-15 minutes at a speed of 1000-1500 rpm;
s3, adding the residual ether ester solvent, dispersing for 5-10 minutes at the speed of 800-1000 rpm until the mixture is uniform, and filtering.
9. Use of a blushing preventing one-component filler according to any one of claims 1 to 7, sprayed on a solid wood veneer substrate.
10. The use of a blushing preventing one-component filler according to claim 9, further spraying a two-component curing primer after spraying on the solid wood veneer substrate.
