Environment-friendly electrostatic spraying type wood wax oil and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of wood wax oil, in particular to environment-friendly electrostatic spraying wood wax oil and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Wood wax oil is a common name in China for vegetable oil wax coatings, and is a natural wood coating similar to paint and different from the paint. The paint is completely different from the paint produced based on petrochemical synthetic resin, and the raw materials are mainly formed by fusing refined linseed oil, palm wax and other natural vegetable oil with vegetable wax and matching with other natural components. Because the oil can permeate into the interior of the wood, deep moistening and maintenance are carried out on the wood; the wax can be tightly combined with wood fibers, enhances the surface hardness, and is waterproof and antifouling, so the wood wax oil can provide the most excellent beautifying and protecting effects.
At present, organic solvent components such as toluene and xylene and heavy metals can be detected in part of wood wax oil products on the market, or chemical resin products are added, so that the raw materials are not really safe and environment-friendly; and the problems of poor product gloss, low hardness, poor wear resistance and film forming property, poor product stability caused by incompatibility of the components and the like exist. In addition, no wood wax oil for electrostatic spraying is available in the market at present, and the cost and the drying time of the wood wax oil can be obviously reduced by adopting the electrostatic spraying mode for spraying.
Therefore, there is still a need to develop a wood wax oil which is suitable for electrostatic spraying, environmentally friendly and has good wear resistance, stability and the like.
