Abstract
The invention relates to a polyurethane filled type seal primer, which consists of a main paint, a curing agent and a diluent, wherein the main paint comprises the following components in parts by mass: alkyd resin, filler, an anti-settling auxiliary agent polishing auxiliary agent, an anti-settling dispersing agent, a drying auxiliary agent, a defoaming auxiliary agent and an organic solvent; the curing agent is a mixture of toluene diisocyanate curing agent and butyl acetate; the diluent is a mixture of butyl acetate and propylene glycol methyl ether acetate which are respectively mixed into the main paint, the curing agent and the diluent. The invention has the beneficial effects that: the polyurethane filling type seal primer obtained by the invention adopts a resin system with a certain amount of hydroxyl, has good substrate sealing effect on coated wood, can play good filling property and collapse resistance, and effectively improves the coating aesthetic property.

Performance testing

The test result shows that the polyurethane filling type seal primer can effectively solve the phenomenon of bottom biting and particle rising caused by water ash coating. 5. The polyurethane-filled basecoat of claim 1 wherein said anti-settling dispersant is a high molecular weight modified acrylic copolymer.
6. The polyurethane-filled basecoat of claim 1 wherein said sanding aid is zinc stearate.
7. The polyurethane-filled basecoat of claim 1 wherein said drying aid is dibutyltin dilaurate.
8. The polyurethane-filled basecoat of claim 1 wherein said defoamer is a silicone-based modified acrylic copolymer.
9. The polyurethane-filled basecoat of claim 1 wherein said organic solvent is butyl acetate.
10. A method of preparing the polyurethane-filled basecoat of any of claims 1 to 9, said method comprising the steps of:
(1) preparing a main paint: weighing alkyd resin, filler, anti-settling auxiliary agent, polishing auxiliary agent, anti-settling dispersing agent, drying auxiliary agent, defoaming auxiliary agent and organic solvent according to the mass ratio; adding alkyd resin, an anti-settling auxiliary agent, a filler and a polishing auxiliary agent into a reaction container, and stirring and dispersing at the rotating speed of 1000-1200 rpm for 20min to obtain a mixture A; dropwise adding a defoaming agent and a drying assistant into the mixture A while stirring, wherein the stirring speed is 600-8000 rpm, and stopping stirring after dropwise adding is finished to obtain a mixture B; adding an organic solvent into the mixture B, and continuously stirring and dispersing at the rotating speed of 800-1000 rpm for 10min to obtain a main paint; preferably, the dropping speed is 10 mL/min;
(2) preparing a curing agent: weighing a toluene diisocyanate curing agent and butyl acetate according to the mass ratio, stirring and mixing the toluene diisocyanate curing agent and the butyl acetate, and reacting to obtain a curing agent; preferably, the stirring and mixing are carried out for 15min at the rotating speed of 500 rpm;
(3) preparing a diluent: weighing butyl acetate and propylene glycol methyl ether acetate according to the mass ratio, stirring, mixing and reacting the butyl acetate and the propylene glycol methyl ether acetate to obtain the diluent.
